Jack In The Box Area manager

I dont know exactly how to express my feelings about my complaint.. I guess you could say I'm just
Upset! I'm upset now to the point now that I wish something would be done.. and I dont want to give my identity because I fear it will have a negative backlash on my wife.. she has been with jack in the box since 2012.. and a general manager for 3 years now.. here in Phoenix AZ.. I will tell you the zip code is 85032.. The area manager with would be my wife's superior or boss.. Is plain and simply a narcissist!.. She has poor leadership skills.. She's power hungry and will step on or make employees look bad just save her own self from looking bad.. She talks down to my wife and it's totally uncalled for.. My wife is very organized and has brang her store up from like 80 to the top 10 as far as turning the store around.. Other managers call her for help about all kinds of concerns! Anyway this area manager expects things of her that are totally off the wall.. She's very vindictive. She's rude and very demanding! I understand this lady has people above her as well to make happy, but my wife does not deserve to be treated this way.. It has affected her attitude.. And bring down moral at her store because of this lady.. She had a previous area manager Terry or Teri who was great.. His new manager won't even let my wife take any of her sick days or pto.. My wife is on salary obviously. And is expected to be at work 7 days a week.. She also has made employees come to work when they had coronavirus unless they showed proof that they had it... And threatened to terminate if they don't come into work even if they called in.. When its an employees right to call in if they even suspect they have corona.. She points the finger and passes blame on my wife to the owners of her store if something was not taken care of just so she didn't look bad in front of them.. She makes my wife feel like she needs to be in fear of losing her job and that's bad! My wife has gotten made food cost and drive thru time as well as labor countless times week after week for years now.. She passes food safety and department of health inspections always with high marks.. These things can be verified. The actual owners of this particular store are extremely happy with my wife and her numbers.. I can't explain how much of a lousy person this woman is.. You wouldn't know unless you were an employee here. Simply because that's just how narcissistic people are.. They pass blame and then and say they don't! They smile in your face and then roll their eyes when they turn around.. And make you look like crap in order to save their own [censored].. Etc.. A good manager is a positive person who helps, who understands, who works with you to acquire best results, who pumps you up or compliments you when it's due.. I've learned threw my own experiences if you treat your help with respect and praise them for their hard work it creates great moral and boosts confidence! There's simply no reason for this lady to act the way she does at all.. It's sickening the way she struts her stuff around.. Almost as if she is jealous towards my wife because she has everything handled at her store and doesn't need this area manager for anything.. This lady's name is Daisy.. and she was assigned to my wife's store because the previous manager Terry had to many stores to take care of and was falling behind.. I'm just sick of my wife having to put up with this lady.. And I know you take food complaints very serious or customer complaints as well... This daisy is a joke and needs to be transfered or something other than my wife's headache.. Thank you sincerely

Jack In The Box Poor customer relations

Several years ago I visited our local jack in the box in Albany, oregon drive thru. Upon returning home my order was messed up so I noticed them. They apologized and told me to come back in and let them know and they would comp me a meal. So I did and again my order was messed up. So this time I figured I'd go to the next level thinking they might need to address the situation and they offered me ansld sent me a voucher for any menu item free and it clearly stated no explanation date. So I forgot about it, it was left in a car that I havent driven in over 3 years. So I found it and decided to go get some dinner. I placed t order at the drive through and I handed the person who was at the window the voucher. After about 2 minutes she returned and said she couldnt take it. Remember it clearly said no expiration date. So I filed a complaint on jitb complaint page. After about 2 weeks I received an apology email and they offered me a replacement voucher. I replied back that would be acceptable as long as my original one would be honored also. I never heard another word from them. So I again filed a complaint and again after 2 could weeks I received an oh we are sorry and they asked me a question and I replied then nothing. So I again filed a complaint a few weeks ago and I'm yet to hear from them. This is some if the worst customer relations ice ever dealt with. It going ack any time soon.

Jack In The Box Poor customer service

Went through drive thru for some dinner. Store #168 on 8/21/20 @ 16:48 placed our order emp. Ricky took our order. She then asked us to pull around the front of the restaurant and they would bring it out. There was four other vehicles waiting for their orders. Finally she one by one brought out orders to the cars that were waiting. She did ask us what we ordered and never came back with our order. People that got there after us got their order and left. I finally took my receipt and went inside and I'm guessing the manager asked me can I help you I said I'd like my food. She took my receipt and said Ricky gave our order to someone else. She said do you still want your food I said yes I paid for it. She said give me 3 minutes, so she hurried and through our order together (I mean through it together) so ricky puts my order on the counter with napkins and condiments in the bag. I checked to see if the order was correct and they didn't put our large fry in the bag so now I had to wait for them to make some fry's. This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never go back and I will be sure to spread the word about the service.

Jack In The Box Employee was not aware of specials.

I went to store #1512 at 1:54 PM and requested the special that was posted on the side of the building (a sourdough patty melt combo for $4.99. She (employee #1) said she was unaware of the special. She said it sounded like a Southwest special and that is what she gave me.
I was very disappointed.

There is never enough counter help to service instore customers, ony one employee trying to do the drive through and inside, allowing many instore customer to leave because they are ignored!! Have watched many customer come to inside counter, be ignored and finally leave because they are not acknowledged seems all effort is on the drive though window and the inside customers are neglected.

Jack In The Box Service

I went to JITB in Texas City, Tx and placed an order of tacos only. The lady on the phone immediately repeated my order and just gave me my total. I said wait I would like some drinks. She said you want what! I said two drinks. She said ranch? I said no drinks! She put another lady on the phone who very rudely said mam what do you want? I said 2 drinks! She said well in order for us to get you some drinks we have to know what kind of drinks! I said I understand that but she just cut me off and didn't ask if we would like anything else! She said well if you want something we have to know what you want! The young man who gave us our food was fine but the two women were very unprofessional!

Jack In The Box Poor quality food

2 times over the last 2 weeks I have driven thru Store 417 and ordered 1 breakfast jack 1 small fry. Both times the fries were awful. Cold and very old. I paid for the fries, and could not eat them. I live 2 minutes from the store location both times I called the store to let the graveyard (manager)? I felt like he was doing it intentionally, knowing there was little I could do about it. The phone is NEVER answered between 1 AM and 6AM so driving back was the only option. Which would be pointless and an inconvenience for me. It may seem pretty, but I should have been able to eat what I paid for.
