poor handle of manager on an incident
Service was through the Drive Thru 04/26/2019. Manager name was JESSICA. Receipt number 132639. They did NOT give us the correct order. It was missing spicy strip combo and they messed up my son's kids meal TWICE. My husband drove to the location TWICE. The manager JESSICA spoke through her Employee and refused to speak to my husband directly. She had the audacity to YELL out loud "I AM NOT GIVING HIM ANYMORE MONEY BACK." This is in NOWAY to treat your customers. The manager is EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. This is who is representing JACK IN THE BOX. I would like for a call back from upper management. This maltreatment from your Manager is UNACCEPTABLE!
food order and service at kingman jack in the box
I took my family to your business in Kingman today to get a bunch of tacos and soda. The service was terrible, the wait was 15 minutes and the employee was rude. There was only one car in front of us and I said if you were any slower you'll be going backwards. The employee got rude and said then make it yourself next time and then blamed the car in front of us. The drinks were wrong and she didn't put any hot souse in the bag. Because of the terrible and rude service I will not franchise the business again.

I ask to just use the restroom, and the manager on duty stated restroom for customers only ! i felt she stereo type me as some hobo, thug, on the street. On 4 separate occasions store has been closed...last time was this morning at 6:12am 04/24/19 at Central Ave location (near Compton Blvd) please check cameras to confirm my accusation. I chose to come to JB but service is poor that I may no longer visit and take my business elsewhere. Please correct this. Check cameras to confirm no one was there and I waited few mins. This is the 4th time this has happened.

Went to go and get some food for dinner only thing they got right was my nephew's order which was chicken nuggets fries and a milk the only got two drinks right and they gave instead of the chicken murder for my sister they also did not give me my number 7 order instead they gave 2 egg and ham sandwiches with two fries and they gave a burger and a hamburger...

I have been a customer of the Jack in the Box location at 2163 S Grand Ave in St. Louis, MO for some time as I am a resident in the neighborhood. In the last few months I have noticed that the customer service there is quite bad. There also seems to be turnover as I frequest the place in the evenings and never see the same person twice. Last night was no exception but I thought it was time to make a complaint. After placing my order I pulled up to the window. No cars were in front of me. The young man at the service window instructed me to back up until my order was ready. I asked him why and he wouldn't give me an explanation. When I asked him again he yelled to someone in a parked car who got out and made threats to me. I asked for the manager who came to the window and brushed me off as well. I can't tell you how typical this type of experience is with everyone in the Compton Heights and Shaw Neighborhood is as several people have complained about the place on the neighborhood email sites. Please get this place straightened up and get people in there who care about good customer service. Right now the place seem to be run by thugs!

On April 21, 2019 about 11:30 pm, almost food stores are already close I saw 24 hour Jack in the box at 32045 Main St. Stafford Tx. 77477. And I decided to order over drive thru.I am not familiar with Jack in the box menu so I was still making my choices. I made few mistakes and asked few things while ordering but instead the guy David taking order accused me of playing on him lost his temper on me and said I will not be serve only because he could not understand me because of the way I pronounce the menu names. He is the most disrespectful person I met so far and acts like he owns the store. I told him no he needs to serve me. I believe customers right and needs to be treated right. By the window he closes it and two of them inside hides from me. I end up knocking hard to the window to be be heard but no person is showing up nor even clarify my orders so we can finish up. I went to the front door but as soon he saw me coming to the door he locked up and call the police. It is very worst attitude ever I received so far when in fact all I want is to get my orders. He keeps signing me to go away no service. When open sign is right before me. He is very terrible in treating customer and mistaken me as trouble. I was never treated this low and humiliated such as these. Most of my experience in others they will ask you by the window to clarify your orders and help you finish it. This guy David is so worst, he has a bad attitude over customer. He acts rudely and instead settling down the situation he escalated it. The microphone box first need to change and subject this David to discipline and more customer service training. Now the more I will never go to Jack in the box and tell to others how poor your people are in service.
IF you are not familiar with what is available in the restaurant you have no right to use the drive thru. You are just holding up the line because you do not know what you want. He has every right to be upset. I bet if the situation were reversed and you were the one waiting behind someone who took their sweet time in ordering you would be complaining about the long wait. Using the drive thru when you are not familiar with the menu is what is disrespectful. He doe not need to serve you. He has every right to refuse service and can call the police if you do not leave when asked. The customer is not always right you foolish child. Especially when they are holding up the drive thru and inconveniencing the other drivers behind them. He has every right to refuse service. You are a grown man. If you are going to behave like a child and not leave when asked they have the right to call the police. You fool, the no service is only for you for acting immature. He will serve the other customers that know how to act like mature adults. You are trouble. You hold up the drive thru because you do not know the menu. Other customers will think it is his fault. He will get into trouble for your being selfish. Sounds to me like you were rude. I wish your mother was in the car with you. She would put a stop to your behavior and be ashamed at how her "adult " son is behaving. If you are going to tell others how badly you were treated. Do not forget to mention how arrogant you were. How you were inconfiencing other customers by taking your own sweet time at the drive thru. Don't forget to mention how self centered and arrogant you were. How immature you behaved. They have the right to know the whole story.
chicken fajita pita
The location on mckee and toyon in san jose, jb # 3443 served me overcooked chicken hard to chew and cold pita bread also hard to chew. At 10pm on 4/21/19 the drive-thru was empty and the young man seemed very tired and impolite. I had to wait for about 5-8 minutes for my order. The only good thing was the curly fries that I had to wait for as I could hear them fried.
In that much time, I got 2 chicken fajita pitas that I would not serve my dog. I had to toss it in the garbage and only ate the curly fries for my dinner.
What an unprofessional service and unhealthy setup in our community. This is not a food business, rather a plague business being spread on purpose.
Never again jack in the box.

I went to the Jack in the Box in Burlington Washington and I got my food and it was still so when I came back just maybe minutes later to ask for my fries to be refreshing my chicken the manager name Tanya said that she was the one who made our food she knows it was fresh there's no way it was going to be still and there was no way she was going to do anything besides call the police to get us out of her line because she was busy they had gotten slammed and it with her problems to deal with I felt disrespected and I spent more than $23 on two meals and I didn't get any good service for my money I just wanted to get my money back or my food fresh and up she wouldn't do so after that tomorrow I used to also work here at the Jack In The Box Company so I know how you guys run and how your policy is and she was so far off of what you're supposed to be doing that I just don't believe that she's a manager

Me and coworkers are frequent Jack in the Box customers. 7-10 times my ordering has been wrong I have overlooked it everytime and came back but today I ordered a chicken sandwich plain add cheese and it had Lettuce and mayo. Went in and they told me I was gonna have to pay for cheese although I had already paid for a burger with cheese. The manager on duty at 12:05pm had a terrible attitude.

I have a credit card that I can collect 3% cash back at dining places but Jack in the Box
charges as a retail instead of a dining place. I took my family out and it was a large amount and because of the way Jack in the Box submits the charges I lost out on the 3%, I got .35 back instead of 1.05 and I had charged 2 or 3 other times at a much smaller amount but still I would like to collect my 3%. Could you please chage how you
report your charges from retail to dining.

At the drive-thru, I ordered two munchie meals, 1 chicken, 1 burger and a fish combo. The meals were handed to me in a bag. When I asked why the munchie meals were not in a box as advertised, I was told "I'm sorry we don't have any more boxes." Ok, no problem but I wish you had told me that a head of time, before I gave you my money and let me choose to accept my order jammed in a bag, instead of assuming that was okay for me. Anyway, I ended up having to park my car to go inside because it appeared that I had two fish sandwich because they were both wrapped as fish sandwiches. As I mentioned earlier I ordered only 1 fish combo, 1 chicken munchie and 1 hamburger munchie. My son was with me and while he and I were standing there waiting to be made satisfied customers, he (my son) pointed out to me all the munchie meal boxes stacked on a shelf for ready use and in another area boxes not yet formed. Wow! "I thought." When I asked why I was told there weren't any boxes, and why are you choosing whom to give boxes to, folks started stuttering, and all of a sudden could not understand or speak English. One employee, after the fact, "Do you want 2 boxes?" It was too late for that, you already let me know that for what ever reason that I did not meet the criteria for so munchie meal box, even after paying for a munchie meal. (what a liar). There were employees laughing in the corner and another employee peaking from the back as if this was a game or such. You don't play with someone's food. And you don't debase someone's concerns about their food. All of their (the employees)behaviors led me to request a phone number to file a complaint. When I asked for a corporate number, no one knew how to make contact. In the end, I asked for my money to be returned. I no longer wanted the food for my children because from the employees behavior they may have tampered with or altered the food, so it was best that they keep the food and I take my money elsewhere. This was an unfortunate experience for me and my children. My family and I are not big fast food eaters but my children do enjoy the munchie meals when we do choose to eat fast food. After this experience, though we will never ever patron that establishment, again. That is unfortunate, since it is so close to home, but I will go hungry first.
This complaint will probably do nothing, or go no where but at least I have voiced my dissatisfaction and shown that I won't tolerate poor customer service from anyone. Or maybe this is the one too many complaints that forces something to be done about rotten customer service.
over cooked food in bad grease
Jack in the box on W.T.Harris by the Northlake mall, is the worst. I brought tacos and 2 orders of egg rolls. It is hard to believe that they would even think that it was ok to give a customer burnt food. The first time they messed up my order I had the southwestern salad, you could tell they just threw it together. And I wanted grilled chicken but they were out. I was very upset so I let it slide and threw it in the trash. It seems they are there to socialize instead of working. I even informed the manager and her attitude was very I don't really care.

I went to J B to order food to go. I had no problem with the cashier, who was friendly. (This is near my home & I frequent weekly.)
Upon turning to leave, VAL entered the area. I said Hi Val, and she freaked out. I only assume that she had been hired there, after she was discharged from Burger King in Walmart, where my wife works. She had been very abusive to me at the Burger King, for no apparent reason, and had me (wrongfully) banned from there, but I didn't do anything but question why I was harassed.
On Friday, VAL freaked out and left saying she intended to get a no contact order, after which her shift (?) manager told me to leave the property and not to return. I asked one gal to call the police, and she refused.
I left the place and went next door and asked the gal to call the police, which she did. When he pulled into J B, I walked out to speak to him.
Please review the tapes and see that I DID NOTHING WRONG.

Pulled in at 530 am and asked for a sourdough hamberger meal, the lady answered and said it will be a few minutes to put on the grease, I said fine Ill wait and then I ask here could I get some chicken nuggets, then she starts to yell at me saying that there is no grease on and why don't you undersand. she repeated yelling the same thing. I have been going to that store since it has opened years ago I live down the street. if she didn't want to make anything or cant speak better English she shoud have said were closed. The lady was Hispanic and has a bad attitude please respond.
always getting my order wrong
The location on Beach Blvd. in Buena Park, CA almost always gets my order wrong. There is another Jack in the Box on Beach closer to La Mirada that is EXCELLENT. I am just so tired of the non-effort put in to this location. Yesterday they gave me a Jumbo Jack when I specifically ordered a Jr. Jumbo Jack. They don't make vanilla ice coffee, today they gave me a very pathetic salad and forgot to give me my croutons, etc. It just never ends with their bad service.

I've been to the store 3-times in a month and each time they said that they are out of Sourdough Buns for the breakfast Sourdough. I am disabled. i get a small amount of food stamps card a month. i was made to go thru the drive thru and walk in to use my card. i can barely walk. how terrible is this, and then to get yelled at by the cop for my lyft driver who i am paying by the minute, for you guys to make me walk in to swipe my card! i buy purina cat products and dog food. but seriously thinking about taking whay money i do have monthly and going somewhere else.
