Jack In The Box I am complaining about how your district manager and store manager keep employees that call off every week or don't call or show up

This store in at 4949 N. Oracle Rd, Tucson, Az 85704. The District Manager Shawna and the Manager Veronica let the family and friends of the Store Manager that is hired or the employees that Veronica likes call off every week and lets the employees that don't call in or show up still have a job. When I worked at Jack in Box over 20 years ago they would fire you. But this manager is favoring certain employees and the employees that want to learn like grill Veronica won't schedule this employee to come at time that the employee can begin learning grill. When this employee brings up wanting more hours Veronica says to this employee you need to learn grill, when employee Veronica to schedule her a time to come to learn grill she doesn't. This employee is an asset and this Manager Veronica is a poor manager who only hires her friends and family to work at this store also if she is the manager of a fast food restaurant so when there is a problem with anything at the store she should answer her phone when the store calls her no matter if it is her day off that is why she gets paid the big money. She never disciplines the employees that are calling off every week or no call no show. And the employees that do show up for their shift regularly and call in when sick in plenty of time to find some to cover their shift gets the least hours. The employees that do their work and show up don't get acknowledgment for it, they just bad attitude and in trouble. So i think you really need to come down here to Tucson and do a surprise visit to check this store out. There is a lot of things going on at this store that is not right.

Jack In The Box food and service burnt or cold

I have visited the location at 7000 W WT Harris in Charlotte NC on three occasions, the first time I was given burnt fries that had been sitting in grease, the second time I was told that I could not order because they close the location durning shift changes and this final time I received cold curly fries and a Burnt spicy chicken sandwich after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes. The bread on the Sandwich had become hardened. The customer service is such that I would not want to ask for fresh food.

Jack In The Box service in visalia ca

So me and my family went in to eat and we ordered sat down and had our drinks we had gotten a cup for water well I pored some water. My son he was complaining about not getting soda mind you he was already drinking his water well I poured some of my soda into that cup. Well then a worker comes over tells us she needs to take the cup and that all that could go in there was water. I said excuse me as she took the cup and walked off. I felt I was being discriminated towards as her and another Caucasian women mumbled. So as we left I asked a employee what the women's name was that took my sons cup, she said Janelle she's the manager and rolled her eyes(Cindy employee did this I did catch her name as I saw her name tag). This is so rude I don't care if thats policy my son had already been drinking his water. I was furious as I wanted just to finish our meal and leave.

Jack In The Box manager's conduct

I was using the restroom at Jack in the Box at (32 st and Washington in Phoenix, AZ) around 10 AM (AZ time), well only in the restroom for couple of minutes, the manager knocks and tells me loudly that other people need to use the restroom, when I exit the bathroom, I approached the manager (Monique) she advised she was the one who knocked, I advised her that it was rather rude and humiliating, her response was someone needed after me, but there was not a customer after me that needed it. I was little upset and excited and did use couple explicit words, but the manager than uses same language to me, the manager did show any empathy and was rather cold. She said that her generation is allowed to talk to me I. Negative manner. After our exchange the manager then refused me service.

A little empathy goes a long way. She needs some training I that regards and especially needs a lesson in customer service and better attitude.

Jack In The Box jumbo breakfast platter.

The jumbo breakfast platter I recieved was so small it could be a kids meal . The pancakes were rubber and the size of a quarter. I recieved one sausage patty that was cold and no taste. The eggs and hash browns were the only thing that was jumbo about it and only because i ordered a combo wuch gives an extra hash brown. It didn't even fill the platter it came in. I am not a big eater but for the price, I expected more. Sorry but next time I am going to mcdonalds for breakfast food . They now serve breakfast all day and the pancakes taste less like rubber and they are not microscopic. Actually i just might buy a platter from both places and take pictures and post them for comparison . The location I went to was jack in the box on woodruff in Idaho falls, Idaho.
Hopefully this will help to improve the food in this location . I do enjoy many other foods at jack in the box and would prefer to keep my service for all my fast food choices . For now McDonalds tops your breakfast in price taste and size.

Jack In The Box employee vs machine

Hello, I am writing to lodge a concern against one of your employees. Yesterday for 3rd time, I had suffered diarrhea after visiting your Tujunga franchise off 8405 foothill blv, Sunland 91040. Same male attendant took my order on the drive through. I was not sure before but now it seems that this young guy is responsible for some wrong. It was about 5.15pm yesterday Friday, I always ask for soda, nothing else, so is not the food. Every time I ordered and he at the window I ended up with diarrhea. i do not know what it is but 3 is too much for a coincidence. I am respectfully requesting g an investigation into this to find the reason why a customer gets sick with the same attendant every time. I either the machines are not clean and he happens to be there or he is doing something wrong. I do not have his name because I was not expecting to get sick so I di not ask for the receipt. Please look into this.

Teresa mom manager came around corner asked what the issue was and son got mouthy and huffy.

Asked what his name was he was smart [censored] put his name badge in my face thought it all was funny still

Jack In The Box the cashier would not accept a ten dollar u.s. bill because it was old

I went into store 1175 in Nogales, Arizona today and placed an order. When. I received the total from the cashier I handed her a ten dollar bill to pay and she asked if I had another bill. I asked why and she said she could not receive the one I handed her on instructions from her boss because they do not receive old bills. The bill is not counterfeit and has the security strip thread that clearly says USA TEN.
I would like an explanation of why this store has instituted such a practice.

My local store (zip code 86314) recently raised their prices by almost 35% in response to a 10% increase in the minimum wage. The employees at the store had no idea why the prices had increased in a disproportionate amount to the wage increase. And I got a web site error when I tried to contact JIB through their web site.

Jack In The Box lack of service

I tried to purchase 2 sausage and cheese and egg croissants and there was know one at the drive thru. I called the number 281-944-5090 and left a message that it should be open but it looks like its closed. I stayed there for for 30 minutes and still know one.
I got a text message that someone left in an emergency and the manager was on her way. I waited and still know one showed up. I left, I had to go back to work.
This is unacceptable.

Jack In The Box service

MSU's williford [protected].I went to the Shelby location, in which I believe is 6815;however, when I paid for my food the cashier says it did not go through, as I'm checking my account I explained that it did actually come out of my account:I even showed it to her.The young lady gets her manager and he says "she says that u didn't pay for it", I tried to explain to him what was going on, but he wouldn't even check.He called the police on me and when the cops came they say that I did pay after checking my account.Almost two hours later after calling my wife a [censored] and cursing at me he decided to listen to the cops and give me the food which was cold and in which I no longer trusted to eat.He would not even think about giving me a refund until the next day he says .I had to a room to follow up.Im not from Shelby.I also work for the state of sc so throughout this whole process, someone I knew from Shelby posted me talking to the police on Facebook looking as if I was in trouble.I also am a deacon which looks bad at my church:Throughout all this my children are hungry and my daughter asking was I going to jail ...she was scared.Hurt me to my hurt.He also turnt up loud rap music laughing as if he was some type of thug.Aweful experience for myself as well as for my family.He basically stole my money.Horrible experience.

Jack In The Box spicy chicken tenders

I love chicken tenders so of course I tried your spicy chicken tenders. I've had them many times probably three times a week on my lunch break. Last week I went through the drive-thru. When I get back to work to sit down to eat my chicken tenders were still raw inside. I did not get to eat them for fear of getting sick. I could not take them back I was already at work. I would like a refund for that day I believe it's $5.38

Jack In The Box manager being so rude

I when to jack in the box on highlands tx order some chicken strips when they gave me my order the chicken strips were really black they burn them so i ask if i can get a replacement they made new ones and this guy came to me and ask me if i was eating the chicken strips so i say no because they were burn so he ask can i have them my friend is really hungry so i say yes so then the manager came and ask the guy if she can have the chicken strips back because she was making fresh ones so she grave the strips and trow them on the back not even in the trash and she had an attitude so then i ask if i can have her name she said no you can't she didn't even had a nametsg on and none of the employees there either but this other employee told me her name was jessica and that she was the manager and she said sorry and apologize for her manager wich i think its wrong because not even the manager was like that she was so rude and said to me im not giving you my name I don't have to im done with business with you bye with a really ugly attitude so i hope this doesn't stay like this and that she gets a warning or something because for her to be the manager she didn't supposed to act the wat she did this is the jack in the box on highlands tx the only one there I believe

No one was rude to you. When you claim that your food is "burned" and want it replaced they have every right to tell you to return the old food. Her name is none of your business. You as a young child have no right talking to an adult in this manner.

Jack In The Box a complaint about unprofessional employees at your phoenix arizona location on bell road and 19th avenue

Please contact me back have your district manager contact me I want to make a complaint about your employees at your Phoenix Arizona location at 19th Avenue and Bell 85023 area code.
I came in just to order some chicken strips, a a younger Hispanic woman named Nancy was helping me ...
I stated I want a 5 piece chicken strip and she really comes back and says we only sell a four I said add another chicken strip plus a cheeseburger...
So number one she's not listening to my order... number to she starts waving her hand in front of me and says listen..
I stopped her in her tracks and I said you don't raise your hand in front of me and tell me to listen...
I asked for her to get her manager ASAP and she said "NO"...
Finally the manager came over after 1 minute taking her sweet time...
I explained to the manager which was a little sarcastic also she stated what's the problem I said your employees not listening to what I'm trying to order...
The manager did not Rectify or try to correct the problem but she says have a good night see you later and walked away...
So you guys just turned a 1-star review on Yelp and I can tell from other reviews that you guys have a two-star standing at Yelp.
This store has very unprofessional employees...
The manager should have told this Nancy employee to come off the register and let meat take the order but no the manager just kicked me down the road and she could care less... the manager what's a Samoan female.
Please have a district manager do some serious help with this store and unprofessional employees...
I don't ever want to be coming into another Jack in the Box over this incident.

Little girl it is you who is not listening not her. If they don't sell them in fives then they don't. You also need to be more patient. You were the one being rude and they have every right to refuse service. Sounds to me like you mother should have corrected your behavior. You need serious help and throw a temper tantrum when you do not get your way. They had every right to kick you out of the store.

Lastnight in 5/152019 I went to Jack in the box on 40th ave and tieton in Yakima wa at appromentally 945pm when the drive thru window opened I heard allt of yelling and cursing going on .I do believe it was one of your managers who was doing the yelling and cursing at her employees .when she came to the window I could see she was indeed a manager as she had a different shirt on the the rest of them .At that time I was able to read her nametag and see that her name was kayla .Another manager walked in looked like she just got to work didn't get her name but she had short dark hair she tried to help but Kayla just kept screaming .I had my 6 year old son with me and he was scared I got my order and left .I will not be going back to this location anymore if this is how they teach there managers to treat people.

Jack In The Box customer service and food

I was talked to like I was a bum begging for food. Three employees were vulgar and disrespectful towards me even after I told them how I felt. Then my order was incorrect and they refused to correct it.
I would like to be compensated for my meal please. The manager, Daniel was very rude and was letting certain people in after the dining area was closed but refused us.

Jack In The Box chicken. tenders

I went into the Jack in the Box on Van Nuys Boulevard and Hart Street ordered a spicy chicken tenders and ask her for some ranch my tenders are burnt very dark brown and I have no Ranch and my fries are severely undercooked. To the point that the oil was dripping out of the bottom and got my bag soggy could somebody please get ahold of me at [protected] thank you

Jack In The Box food and service

I walk in and see a Whataburger employee. Am I in the right place ? Is Whataburger taking over? Well I ordered a meal with a drink and tacos. The tacos were just horrible like as if they had been sitting thier for hours barely warm and super soggy. My burger was not properly stacked, and on top of that had NO kind of toppings. 1 pickle, half a lettuce and a tomatoes that looked as if they had been stomped on smashed. Over all horrible experience and I hope this get addressed ASAP. Manager didn't seems to care about my food she said it was fresh and that thier was nothing wrong with it. Jacks address is 1516 S Tennessee St. McKinney TX 75069

Jack In The Box I was charged twice.in the store.

I was charged twice. Once on the app and once in the store . I told the manager of the situation and he refused to help me. And then on top of all that when I left the store and went home to eat, I found out my order was incorrect. This has happened more then once. I called my back and reported a fraud alert to my bank. Please call on my cell phone to resolve this issue. I would like a full refund of my order on the app (since I didnt get the food). And also I would like a refund from the store purchase since I got the wrong order. The manager at that property that refused to help is Jose Luis. Very very bad customer service.

Jack In The Box unfair way to get fired

Hi my name is chastine gutierrez and i was an employee at jack in the box and just got fired for some apperant reason saying i called a customer a cuss word when i wasn't on the clock for one and for two i never callee her any name she almost hit me going through drive thru as i was leaving too go home because she was running out of gas and also i would like too file discrimination against michael gutierrez because he fired me with no warning no verbal no nothing but yet they let people come too work drunk amd his name is ryan and once they realize that they dont need him beth sent him home its so unfair that i got fired because i didnt even get spoke too at all i came in too him firing me i would like this too reach every single mabger and company there is because michael also let's his fellow employees so called team leader go outside and smoke weed on the job view the camarra they all go out and even he let's the younger kids bring there vape pens too work how professional is that for a fast food company i will push this issue until i t is solved in my favor because i should have got an write up or even pulled to the side from michael gutierrez but i didnt even get that and so there for that is discrimination...Thank you amd my number is [protected]

Jack In The Box flyer price not honored.

I received a jack-in-the-box flyer in the mail I went there the next day and they wouldn't honor it because they said that they're not a participating Jack in the Box even though they are the only Jack in the Box in in Graham, Washington. They wanted me to drive clear to Puyallup, 30 miles away just to get a $4.99 chicken combo, -not going to happen! Why mail everyone a flyer for sale pricing if it is not honored. Sounds to me like the very definition of deceptive advertising. -dissatisfied potential customer .
