Went to the drive thru today, Sunday July 14, 2019. Ordered 4 tacos and 1 large fries. First, the Hispanic woman handed me my bag and thanked me, but I had to remind her to return to me the payment card I gave her. Second, I drove all the way home only to find out she failed to give me the fries I ordered. I'm sorry, but it it that hard for a location that wasn't busy to remember two items. Oh and also, no receipt in the bag. I wonder how many other customers they have done this to today or this week. Your store location is Main St/Recker in Mesa, Az. Chances of me going to that location ever again is zero!

Just wanted to let you know that you have lost numerous customers today and will lose more as I share this through Social Media! One of your stores in Baton Rouge, LA has just fired an Overnight Manager for calling out during a Category 1 HURRICANE! They are also making it mandatory for employees to work who live over 30 min. away! This is irrisponsible in every way! Not only are these employees being threatened with unemployment while almost all other businesses in the are are closed down and the majority of their customers are advised not to be out on the roads, but they are now at risk of injury and possible DEATH due to unsafe traveling conditions as this storm gets closer. I found a worm in my salad purchased from Jack in the Box on 05/09/19. I brought it to the store and showed it to them immediately at the time. Store # 3727 on Hulen street in Fort Worth TX. I felt sick and threw up all day because of seeing the dead rotted worm in my salad. I have pictures enclosed. I been buying from this location for years as I worked in this area. Never again I will buy food there, this is disgrace; up till now I can vividly remember the rotted worm in the salad bought from Jack in the Box.

Was in Jack in the box like a normal day. A customer had ordered and decided to change his order, I guess the cook got mad and decided to spit in the mans coffee and burger. She got caught by another customer. After she was caught about three customers ask for refunds. I'm not normally a guy to call in on an employee but that was a bit too much for me to let go. Location was in San Bernardino on highland Ave. Off the 15 fwy exit. Everything was caught on camera. It happen 07/09/2019.

I came with my family, as we were ordering I decided to invite the young lady working (Tara)for a bible study, which she gladly accepted. She then began to ask many questions and even wanted a card which I answered and gave to her then left. This was all while no one else was in the line and as I waited for my food. After I recieved my food I left. A few seconds later I recieved a phone call from the manager ( Jerimaiah) who cussed at me and told me I cant invite girls for bible studies. I am a female by the way. He told me if I ever did it again he was going to call the cops then he hung up in my face. I cried very hard, I can not believe such people are allowed to work a customer service job he was so nasty. I am not sure why every jack in the box I go to says they will only take one order per a car at the drive thru. You are loosing customers by not allowing there to be multiple orders per one car if needed. I went the the Hayward location store #447. They were so rude and don't have any customer service skills. If you are okay with loosing customers and making people's lives more difficult by having them go back around to order another order then I guess that makes sense. But I think you should really take a look at that policy and change it. I don't know any other fast food place that has that policy.
sourdough burger
I order the sourdough sandwich only. No Bacon no nothing else. When i drove to the window, the order taker charge me $7.00 for the burger and when I requested a receipt, she said that the register was out of paper. She gave me my change and drove off. Keep in mind that i'm Only two minutes from my hotel. When i took it out to the bag, i found my burger burnt and cold lots of mayo and was dripping all over the place. I became so upset that i looked up the phone number for that Jack and box to let the manager know what happened. The person that answer the phone said that the manager had left for the day and i needed bring my receipt and the burger back to get it replaced and that i had to bring it back To show them what the problem was.
First of all, i have never paid $7.00 for your burger and also seen it so sloppy made.
This happened on Wednesday the 26th @ 8:30 PM 814 Rundberg, Austin Texas

Location braker and IH 35..(904 E Braker Ln Austin Tx 78754) Arrival 12:15 am.. This particular location always seems to be doing something in the back instead of assisting their guest. I have heard numerous excuses, shift change can't take any orders, counting money can't take any orders, system is down can't take orders, system is updating can't take any orders... All at different times. Ranging from 11:30-2:30am.. and different days of the week... We go to this location because it is close to our house but this is getting redundant.. If they don't want to assist their customers then why are they even wking in customer service..I've been a manager for 10 yrs in the industry. This needs to be checked out.

They refuse to give me the right chance and then they proceeded to cancel my order, them they call the police for me to leave because I told them I want their names so I can make a complaint .. they told me that they have the right to refuse to give me that info

I ordered a buttery Jack meal from the Jack n the box on 3117 inwood road Dallas TX the service was fast, and I was grateful as I needed something quick before work. However when I got my food the fries were good, but I bit into the burger and the meat tasted bad. I usually enjoy your burgers but this completely missed the mark and I threw it away.

06/25/2019 approximately 9:50 am I entered JIB Location #5363 located in Palm Desert CA.. I went in to use the restroom and upon entering I did notice that restrooms had just been cleaned and the CAUTION WET FLOOR signs were up. But after using toilet and fixing myself I felt the back of my shirt drenched in what I thought was water but turned out to be bleach! I started to look around to figure out how or what had just happened and noticed there was bleach all around the back part of the toilet & floor. I immediately informed the young lady cleaning & she admitted that bleach was used & had not been washed down. That instead they let it air dry after pouring. I spoke with Manager Kevin who had no idea on how to handle the situation and instead only offered a free menu item for my drenched bleached shirt. I had to remove my shirt & continue to work in an undershirt and wait for the shirt to dry so I do not risk bleaching my car seats or any other part of my clothing. I am extremely upset and would like to speak with an higher up ASAP! This could of caused a CHEMICAL BURN on my skin and is a huge mistake on JIB part.

I go to your store in Mesquite, NV a lot. The food has been good and the service ok. However, on Monday 6/24 between 4 & 4:30 PM I went and dined in. I lobby was trashy and, although the drive thru was steady, it wasn't really busy inside. Your soda fountain didn't have the Minute Maid available at all, which has been in the past, so I got the Power Zero. It was awful. When my order was ready the fries tasted burnt. My sandwich was the buttery Jack, when I picked it up, I wasn't offered any napkins, and there weren't any on the table. One employee did come out while I was writing this and wiped down 1 table that hadn't even been used. I never checked the restrooms, thank goodness I didn't need to. I have always had a good experience here and like Jack in the Box food. But today was bad. The only other complaint I have is with drive thru. They seem to wait until they have the order ready, then take your payment, handing your change/CC back while simintanously trying to hand you your drink then your order before you get a chance to take care of your change/CC. Me and my boyfriend went to jack in the box on friday night around like 8 and waited in line for about 5 maybe 10 mins waiting while they finished taking the customer in front of us order when they were done they said they wont take our order because someone was leaving and someone was going on break. how cash drawers are handled
We have been having issues with cashier's drawer's coming up short for sometime. Last night my drawer came up $24 short. I received a write up for it. There was two other cashier, the pic and the manager who handled my drawer. I understand that if I was the only one who touched it and it was short that I would receive a write up. What my issue is what can I do so no one is handling my drawer but me? This has been an on going issue for months and no has done anything about it. Can you please help our cashier's.
