Rude service at togo window and refuse to accept your coupon
I filled out a survey on line and was given my code to get a free supreme croissant w/ the purchase of one. I went to the store at Wm. Cannon at Escarpment near US290 & 71. I ordered my food and drove to the window to pay. The rude lady said I couldn't use the coupon because it expires 7 days after being served. I told her it says to do the survey within 3 days and the coupon expires 7 days "after the survey is completed. I asked her to read it but she wouldn't. I asked her to type in the code and see if it works. She said no and said I just cancelled your order and you need to leave. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she's not here and the store goes by her rules and not what the receipt says. I then drove 10 miles away to another store #823 and the sweet lady at the window agreed with me, she typed in the code and everything went perfect and I was given my food after my payment. I went 10 miles outta my way and then back. 30 minutes outta my way and almost two gallons of gas just to save $5. Your Oak Hill store on east Wm. Cannon near Escarpment is the rudest store I've ever been to. The lady at the window wouldn't give me her name. It was Sunday 7/24/2022 at 12 noon.The lady looked about 20 years old, thin, glasses and I think Mexican- American. I will never go to that store again. Before I go to another store and before I tell my friends and social media sites... I will wait one week for a responce back on how you handled this. (southwest Austin, Texas)
Desired outcome: Make serious corrections at that first store with the lady at the window and her manager and go by the rules on the receipt. I feel I deserve at least $10 in coupons due to my time and gas at having to go out of my way.

I ordered a Jumbo Jack combo, received a different order containing something I'm allergic to. I tried to call restraunt #191516 @[protected] with no answer after a long wait. I tried using the website on the receipt www.jacklistens.com it did not recognize the 14 digit code: [protected]. I tried calling the alternative number: [protected] and that didn't recognize the 14 digit code either. So here I am.

Valley Village, CA 7/17/22. For months, the JiB has taken the EBT card at the drive-thru window with a sign saying "EBT Welcome." As a senior, drive-thru is best, especially because this place is sketchy. On this day, I went there mainly because my spouse had been home from the hospital, and it was the closest, quickest place to get food with the EBT card. I drove up to the menu/order area and see a tiny note on the huge menu board saying EBT card users must go inside to pay. There was no sign posted BEFORE driving into the queue. I ask about it, and was told the card reader was broken (even though the card reader inside the store worked fine). I said how long has it been broken--they said 2 weeks. I tell him I'm pinned in with 3 cars ahead of me and 2 behind me. Response is you have to go inside and have a nice day (sarcastic). So I wait and I'm finally able to drive all the way through out to the street--I have to drive around the block in order to get back into the parking area. I go inside and order the food and show my EBT card--at which point, the man (who told me I had to go inside), snickered under his breath at me. Anyway, I told him I would not have come back unless my spouse had come back from the hospital-- and also there was no sign posted BEFORE driving into the queue. He insisted there was--but there wasn't. He kept saying have a nice day sarcastically over and over. After getting my food, I went outside to see if there had been a sign I'd missed--but no. I told him, no, there is no sign, come and look. He kept saying have a nice day and finally "F--- you!" It seems they are trying to discourage EBT customers.

Terrible experience at the Lake Havasu Drive tru!
It was about 5:15 and we had a 6pm appointment. Thought we'd get a quick bite in the drive thru and eat on the way. One car ahead of us. They were at the order box for some time. After about 10 minutes they went through. I got the "Welcome to Jack in The Box, we'll be with you in a moment". We also had a long wait. I finally yelled in the box "Hello, did you forget about us?". Finally someone answered and took the order. Another wait as the other car was still at the pick up window. We are starting to panic now as its 25 to 6pm and we had to be on the other side of town for a meeting. The other car left. We get up to the window, paid then nothing. When I say nothing. The window closed and there was no one there. After 10 minutes I knew we couldn't wait any longer. I started knocking on the window. By this time there was at least 6 cars behind me! I got out of my car and looked in. I saw everyone walking around but no one was coming to the window. I knocked long and hard over and over. Nothing. Then everyone in line started honking their horns! Finally a lady come to the window and promptly handed me a strawberry milkshake. I didn't order a milkshake! It was like water when she tried to put it in my hand. I said I didn't order it and that the milkshake was completely melted. She said "Oh sorry wrong order"and handed me yet another order that wasn't mine. I repeated what I got and she called the man that took my order over. It hadn't even been started yet! Its 5 minutes to 6 now. I said I just wanted my money back and we could not wait. The guy that took my order turned around to the staff in the kitchen and threw a complete fit! Yelling and screaming etc. One of the kitchen staff came around and told him to settle down and relax, take a breath. He's yelling and throwing his arms around. The lady fumbled to try and return our money. I said just give me $10 and we'll call it a day that I'm going to be late. She said "No, I have to punch in the codes to return money" and closed the window! At this point people are getting out of their cars behind me asking what's going on. I tried to tell them I haven't even got my order yet and was just getting a refund. The horns started again. Now there is more cars in line. So we finally got refunded and were 15 minutes late for our appointment. Not impressed. We live 45 minutes from Havasu and getting into get fast food is a treat living out in the desert. Very disappointed ... and your employee needs some anger management.

Unauthorized charge
We purchased lunch on 7/4/2022; paid the bill by credit card and were told there was no paper for the machine so we could not have a receipt for purchase made until possibly the next day when they had paper...amount was $8.64. We obtained a copy of our bank statement and found that on 7/5/2022, not only were we charged the $8.64 for 2 burgers but we were also charged $7.77 for no reason. We would like very much to have our $7.77 returned to us. The charge was dated 7/5/22 and was made at the Jack in the Box at W.34th street and Mangum.
Desired outcome: Refund of $7.77 or coupons for 2 burgers. Let us know and address will be provided.
The outside of the business looked abandoned and in poor condition
The outside of the business and the parking lot were clearly not being maintained. I am frankly shocked the city of Marysville, WA has not urged them to correct the conditions if they haven't tried.

On or about 5 July 2022 in the early afternoon, I went to this restaurant to eat. After sitting down to eat, A young lady, who was from the surrounding community, approached my table and asked me for money. After I said no, she went around the business with a loud voice, ranting about me rejecting her request. When I didn't respond to her actions, she sat at my table directly in front of me and tried to get a response from me again. First, she cleared her throat and said I shouldn't be in the business and needed to leave. She was comfortable in everything she was doing; this was not an isolated incident, and management allowed this to go on without interceding. Not wanting a confrontation with this person, I put my remaining food in the trash and left. My concerns are that while this person was not an employee, she was in full control of everything she did.
Desired outcome: Jack In the Box should require restaurant employees to be in charge and not let patrons take control of the business. I will never visit this restaurant again
Employee at drive thru window and amount of time it took to receive my order
i visited the jack in the box near my house (jib#913)on 07/04/2022 @10:40pm, when i was finally able to put my order in i still had to wait another 20-30 min. to get my food and when i did i was quite naturally upset then what made it even worse was that the employee at the window had an attitude and was staring me down and handing me my order aggressively, i asked (since 1 would think i should be the 1 whit the attitude) if there was a problem and as her response she cursed at me continued to stare me down practically threw my drink at me and slammed the drive thru window on me. i would have just ignored it but what really got me is that when i drove off my 7 yr. old daughter that was in the back seat was crying and told me that she was so scared that she rolled up her window and got back then she proceeded to ask why the lady was so rude and ugly to us and she didn't even know us and we didn't do anything wrong we were just trying to get are food.
Desired outcome: in my opinion someone like that shouldn't be working in customer service i really don't want to go back there and have to run into her or this problem again, it just makes me think how many customers have gone through this.

I went to Jack in the box in Anderson CA tonight and I ordered a grande sausage burrito and a bacon ultimate cheeseburger. I get home 30 miles away go to eat my burrito and it has whole egg shells throughout the whole thing. The young kid working was unprofessional she looked at me crazy when I asked for a straw for my drink she looked at the screen and said huh? Girl can you just give me a straw for my drink. There were 4 or 5 people working there is no excuse for it and im tired of hearing the covid excuse there was no cars behind me the person making the food if done correctly would have not had no dang egg shells in my food. I will never go to that place again it is disgusting and I want a refund.

Manager not training new hires good enough
New Hire is given a few hours of training and then they should be overlooked as they work on taking orders. Management should be standing next to the new hire watching them ring up the order. The new hire did not give Sr. Citizen their discount. I do not eat meat due to my religion and due to the closeness to this church's area one would think, they would understand. Yet my breakfast came with meat on several orders. Whatever they use to clean the coffee maker they did not follow directions and purged the unit after cleaning and served the coffee without purging it. Yuck tasted the same after bringing it back it still came out with the taste of chemicals used to clean it. The floor is not swept at the end of the night shift so cockroaches can have a meal, and the trash collection unit is not swept under it often enough. Bathrooms are often dirty and not properly stocked. Breakfast sandwiched looks like it is thrown together, often cheese is stuck on paper more than the biscuit. Biscuit toasted, not warmed, and appears to be removed out of your stock and just slapped together as is. The whole place seems to have a chill over its products as well as employees. The manager needs to step up her job and get the place in order and cleaned inside and out. I have also been accosted twice now while in eating.

I ordered 8 tacos and 2 large fries for me and my boyfriend. When I got home I realized I only got 1 order of fries so I called the store to complain. The person that answered sounded like a teenager and told me that I was only charged for 1 fry and dismissed the issue. 8 tacos and 1 fry should be $7.44 but I was charged $10.34 so unless fries are $5, I was over charged.
She never apologized and continued to insist that I was only charged for 1 fry but the math doesn't add up and there is no way to verify it except for doing the math based on menu prices and what was drafted from my bank acct since I was not given a receipt.
