JC Penney ink tag left on dress

My daughter purchased a long spring dress on good friday. She wanted to wear it on Easter so I washed it. I did not find out until in the dryer that the ink theft tag had been left on the inside slip part of the dress. It is all over my dryer and has ruined her dress. Why are these attached on the inside where they are not visible if it does not stop a customer from leaving the store without it on? How do I rectify this? I am trying to locate her receipt, her bank card was used so I am sure it can be tracked. I have photos

JC Penney management

Jacquie, a manager at the Jonesboro JCPenney, told me I had to leave while I was looking at jewelry for my mom for mother's day. I'm friends with an employee that works there, and the manager said I was hanging out, and making her employee look bad. I was only there for fifteen minutes, and was trying to shop. Then she sat and stared at me until I left. This is not the first time I have had issues with this woman. I will not shop at JCPenney again if they refuse to do something about her. She's rude, and hateful. She's not professional. I was a seasonal employee, and she was also hateful with her staff. She always has a bad attitude, like most managers at the Jonesboro JCPenney. Me, nor my family will shop with any JCPenney again.

JC Penney sketcher shoes

I ordered black sixe 71/2 extra wide tennis shoes i got regular size 7.5 they were left out in the rain so all the boxes ere destroyed so i cant send them back plus no return labels its taken off my debit card i paid over 60 with taxes and i cant afford that how can i correct this im very hurt ur trying to get over on me cause i love this store this is rediculece if i wanna have ur attention i have to have so many words

JC Penney customer service

Good morning I am writing to you to voice my concerns and unhappiness with the customer service that I continually receive every time I go to your store. I am tired of having to wait in line 15 minutes because you only have one cashier. I just left your store and I stood in line 15 minutes with six people behind me because you only had one girl at the register. Everytime I visit your store this is a continual problem and I believe I will no longer frequent it. It seems to me like you really don't care about customer service and I can spend my money in other stores that know how to treat their customers. Thank you and have a wonderful weekend.

JC Penney misbehavior of jcpenney staff

We visited buckland mall manchester, ct today and I had worst experience with jcpenney staff.. On first floor, women section - some manager shouted on my wife very badly and my wife got scared. This was really unprofessional. She was manager who shouted for no reason and staff was also not helpful. My wife lost her jacket in fitting room and noon helped to get that back. I ll never prefer to go to that store.. Very poor staff.. I would request to take some action on this.. I have never seen such a worst staff in any jcpenney store

JC Penney jeans

These jeans do not hold up at all. Very disappointed in these jeans. I have had to throw away 3 pair in the last month. This is ridiculous!
I have attached photos for your review.
I really think you need to replace these jeans!
My son loves the way these fit or I would buy a different brand. I don't understand why these are so vulnerable to holes. No other jean had this issue.

JC Penney credit card customer service

Today I realized we had not received a current statement & called customer service to make a pymt and request a waiver on late fee. I was told by a very snippy "Brad" that there would be no waiver since one was given last year & even tho we have had this acct for 46 yrs (longer than hes been alive I'm sure) we would be treated just like new customers. He also told me there was not an email address, phone number, or postal address to lodge a complaint. He never did answer my question about emails concerning an acct breach.

JC Penney customer service representative carla

I called J.C. Penney today to check on an order I placed on March 23, 2018 and was connected to customer service representative Carla. I tried to explain my issue to her and it was clear she was not interested. I gave her my order number ([protected]) and she responded with sighs so heavy I could hear them over the telephone. It was very clear she did not want to deal with me. I finally got so frustrated at her lack of interest in her job that I swore at her. I am sorry for that, but she was suppose to be helping me and instead she seemed to be bothered that she had to interrupt her day to answer my call. If she doesn't want to talk to people about their issues why is she in the job? I certainly will think twice before placing another order with J. C. Penney Company.

JC Penney jc. penny store clerks, and false ads, and customer treated badly.

I was going to purchase a pair of tennis shoes. When I went into the store to my surprise they were having a pretty good sale on most everything. I found 2 pair of shoes I was going to purchase only because they had been marked down for sale and because the shoe rack also had a sign buy one at reg price get one at half off. But when I went to check out I was charged full price for both pair, then got the lower priced pair at half off,. So when I explained and showed the clerk the shoes had been put on sale, and the sign did say but 1 gt 1 half off, she called for assistance. Another lady came to the register and I again explained the whole ordeal again. I was then rudly told that the sale price on the shoes and the biy 1 get 1 half off, were 2 separate sales promotions. I told them that their mistake was not on me, it was on them. So after some more talking, I was getting no where with the clerk or the manager. So I told them to just refund me my money, and I wold go else where to find some shoes, and would find a store where customers mattered and wanted my business and that I would never shops at a Penny's store again! I also have m. s. and I know the clerks did not know this, but when I get upset and or angry, which was both by the time I left the store, I had a m. s. attack and had to go straight home take some meds and lay down for a while. So the rest of my day was shot to hell! The whole thing actually amounted to about a $30.00 difference. So I Wii be telling everyone and anyone to not shop at any j. c. Penny's stores. I wouldn't shop there if they were giving their crap away! Now I may change my mind if this wrong I was done is made right. But if the company has the same attitude as the clerk and manager I Had to deal with, then the attitude of Penny's is that no one gives a damn about the customers who shop there, how the customers are treated, or making any money for their store or the company.

JC Penney grass valley, ca store

I would really like to know why on my last visit to my local store, all the dressing rooms but one were closed, even though there were at least 7 customers waiting to try things on, also on this same day I went to the customer service deck to pick up something that I had ordered and that too had a closed sign, I have been shopping for years at this store and it's the first time these things happened, I just left without waiting to try anything on, you need to know, I wasn't the only one that left without purchasing anything that day, if you are not aware of what is going on within this store, you should be. JC Penney portrait studio

Had an appointment yesterday, April 2 at 11:30 at portage Michigan store. Had to wait half an hour to get in. Then another hour to review/ edit my pictures. Every mom there had to wait an uncomfortable amount of time on the services with kids in tow. The mom's all had pissed looks on their faces. My pictures were picked from a crappy selection.only 2 were acceptable because the photographer was in such a hurry. They booked these appointments too close together.They sucked.

JC Penney life insurance

The JC Penney Account was in my Mother's Name: Betty Black Farrell. The life insurance was for my Father: Benjiman Franklin Farrell. My father died after he fell and hit the back of his head accidentally causing a severe vascular injury. DR Raymond Johnson, which was his primary physician, affirmed that the injury caused the early demise of my father. Dr Johnson is in the Woodlands, Texas area, my father was in the Conroe, Texas area. The policy never payed anything to my mother, My father died 1 June 99. I am the oldest son trying to resolve this matter if possible. Please reply at [protected]@satx.rr.com

JC Penney chocolate bar coupon day 3/31/2018

I had received an email from jcpenny about this sale for Friday and Saturday. The closet jcpenny to me is between 45 minutes and an hour away depending on which one I go to. I shop a lot at jcpenny so I normally don't mind the drive, but today I am a little ticked off. I drove all the way up there and of course when I got there they were all out of chocolate bars. go figure. so they hand me a coupon to use for 30% off. well I ask about the chocolate bar thing and they said oh we ran out of them so we are just giving out 30% off coupons. Well I feel like that kind of sucks because I drove all the way up there hoping that one of us that went would get better than a 30% off as I had plans to buy quite a few items due to losing so much weight I pretty much have to buy a new wardrobe. Well needless to say I only spent 100 dollars because I was not to happy about this. you really need to make sure you have enough to go around. Sorry to be Debby Downer but that just hit me wrong.
Just a upset customer. :(

JC Penney sales clerk in ladies wear.

After finding a seat for my 92yr old Mother& waiting in line with about nine other people. Finally checking out I gave sales lady a gift card & credit card. I could have scanned but she did putting the full amount on credit. My separate purchase was pj's & underwear. She didn't scam the panties. I gave up. I would like my mother's gift card used toward this purchase. How can this be accomplished? 15th St Collin crk mall Plano Tx.

JC Penney dirty women's bathroom jc penny franklin park mall

Everytime I have had to use the women's restroom it is disgusting. There is always trash on the floor. Most of the toilet seats have urine and sometimes blood and poop on the toilet seats. I don't think it is checked on throughout the day to make sure things are clean. The way it looked yesterday it may have not been cleaned for days. It has been like this on more than 4 ocassions. From now on I will use the restrooms in the mall if I need to use one.

JC Penney jewelry department

On March 17, 2008 @ approximately 5:34pm... Me and my daughter was in JC Penny in Southaven, Ms. She purchased a cross necklace in the amount of $48.14 and swiped her debit card and I told her I had the cash to pay for it. At that time I asked the cashier would her card still be charged and he replied, "No mam". So on our way home she called and checked her account and it was showing, pending from the purchase he told me wouldn't go through. So on Monday we called the bank and JC Penny had deducted $48.14 out her account plus we paid him $48.14 in cash. After speaking with Mr Don he advised me it wasn't nothing they could do about her money just give 5 to 7 days n it should be back in her account, after checking today it's still not there. And my daughter called this morning and Mr Don continue to say it's nothing they could do, so what am I suppose to do about her money JC Penny took out her account? It's aweful and once again I'll never buy anything out their jewelry department. How would you feel if it was you?

JC Penney customer service, refund never issued to me

I was charged an initial amount for an order placed online. The day after the order was processed, I was notified an item was not able to be fulfilled and would be refunded to me. After two weeks, I have not been issued a refund. The customer representative I spoke with was very rude and could not understand the reason for me calling. She said I would never be charged for an item I didn't receive, in which I definitely was charged according to my banking statement. The customer rep has seemed to have blocked my number from getting in touch with the customer service line. I need helping getting my refund, and I will therefore never shop with JCPenney again after I receive it.

JC Penney purchasing items at the register

On March 24 2018 at 5:25pm we approach a black lady at the jcpenny store In hyattsville Maryland at Prince George's mall.she scan our items and there was one particular item I wanted the price check. She rang it up and she was so rude and abrupt with my mother and me saying this what it says and she kept insisting .she was right with price but the price tag said it differently. We have shop with Jcpenny before and never encounter this rude behavior I was surprise and hurt by her words. She is making me and my mother feel like we are stupid. That is wrong and that is no way to treat your customers. The employee didn't even have the kindness out of her heart to even ask for the manager instead she threw the item to the side. Plus there was a coupon that we could use if you spend 25 you get 10 off and the employee was so nasty to my mother saying don't you know you could only use it twice. Don't you know you can't use it for clearance. First off we shop here before and know the rules of the coupons and jcpenny. But her way of words coming across to my mother was disappointing.i would have gotten her name but she doesn't have a name tag. That is poor dress code. I would never shop at jcpenny at Prince George mall again the employees are rude and distasteful and arrogant. They make you feel like your stupid and they only cater to you if your there skin color. JC Penney return/even exchange policy

I just would like to say that I love JCP & have been using them for a gazillion years. I have had no problems with them in the past however, when I tried to do an even exchange it was a nightmare! I ordered on March 3, 2 items (Playtex Bras - Item #FC124-9013Q & #FC124-8001Q for $14.74 with a $10 discount applied plus free shipping; Invoice #C271-66935; Cust #[protected]). When the items arrived, I realized that they were too big & needed to return them for different size. I proceeded to Ocean Co Mall (Toms River, NJ, March 16th) & went straight to the Intimate Apparel Dept figuring this would be simple. I went through racks of bras to find my size then waited on line to have sales associate tell me that she could not help me & I needed to go the the JCP.com desk upstairs. Again, even exchange. Went upstairs, waited again on line only to have that sales associate tell me that she couldn't do an even exchange because sale going on then would have been less then I paid! I still don't know what she was talking about. Ok, so she said that if I returned items & then reorder everything would work. So she returned items & reordered the same items but with a different size. Was told everything with balance out. Received my order yesterday with correct size (Item #FC124-9841Q & #FC124-9841Q; Invoice #C276-16759; cust #[protected]) totaling $48.93! Some even exchange! Called cust service yesterday (March 21) & spoke with Corita & explained what happened with this order was put on hold several times & she came back & told me that since I didn't return the items within the required time? they gave me a complimentary credit of $20.95. What? Without a receipt, its 45 days! Ok so my purchase totaling $19.48 turns into $27.98! Some even exchange. When did it get so difficult to return something to JCP, I never had a more difficult exchange as this. I am definitely rethinking my shopping with JCP online.

JC Penney misleading free shipping

I have been a JC Penney customer for over a decade and finally, a few years ago, I decided to open a credit card. I have spent thousands of hard earned dollars at this store and I am a platinum credit card holder. I recently placed an order that said it qualified for free shipping. I was previously going to ship it to the store, but figured why not send it to my house (located six minutes down the street) if it is free shipping. It was very misleading because before I checked out, I hit the apply coupon. Apparently it brought the total below $100 which caused me to pay shipping. I have been placing online orders for years and have never once paid for shipping because I refuse to when the store is only six minutes away from my house. I called customer service and spoke with three different people who all informed me there is nothing they can do. I will be calling corporate on Monday, but their customer service is terrible! If this issue does not get resolved I will definitely be telling everyone my story. I have always recommended JC Penney until this instance occurred. It is not like I am asking for something unreasonable. I even offered to purchase more to break that $100 threshold, but was told this was not an option. Hopefully someone can rectify this situation.
