I got a sapphire ring from my parents for Christmas a few years ago. The ring was $30 and my mom got the LIFETIME warranty for $30 also. The stone fell out & the warranty says it covers stone replacement and now they are saying the stone replacement costs more then the ring so they won't fix it. What is the point of the lifetime warranty if you don't honor it? I've Called more then once and they won't call me back. They should be shut down they are terrible they tried to tell my ring was like a broken car that needed to much work so it's pointless when al my ring needs is a new stone which the warranty is SUPPOSED TO COVER
I bought a 5 carat diamond tennis bracelet about two years ago and have had to take it to a jeweler 5 different times because the bracelet continues to break. This last time the jeweler worked on it...about 5 days ago made the statement that it's just very poorly made and will continue to break. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed because it was a surprise gift for my wife that she really can't wear for fear of it breaking and losing it. Byer beware!
I ordered a ring from jcpenny online. It was to be shipped to store in Palmdale mall 3/07/2022.
That is today. I signed in to verify the ring was there before driving that far. For some reason it says I have no orders/no order history. Also it won't give me an option to submit my order number. I have my order number and can't get ahold of customer service!
It appears that their customer service could use improvement! There are almost as many unhappy customers as there are satisfied customers. Not a real good statistic.
Do not purchase jewelry from there. The return policy is terrible & my Wife was told you came back to late. Chain broke in less than a week. Por quality at a high price. Sue
