Lazada Southeast Asia tender love sweet delights wipes

Hi my name is erica rublico from puerto princesa Palawan, here's the tracking number of the product [protected], this product that I was complaining about is a tender love wipes pack of three from lazada. I dont have any problem before on my packages because the delivery partner was ninja van and they was able to deliver my packages with the same address i've provided with this product that i was complaining about. I hvae received an email from lazada regarding the package and i didnt know that the delivery partner for this product is LBC, the issue is the address I was provided is out of LBC's service area, how can I get my order ? Please help me, I ordered that for my baby.

Lazada Southeast Asia service

I want to complain about the order which I made. I purchased three items on COD basis. The items were supposed to be delivered on July 11, 2019 at my home address. Unfortunately, I was not present to receive it due to hectic work schedule. I was in another city for work. The courier/delivery guy called texted me and informed me of the delivery. I politely told him that I could not receive it on the same day because I was in another city for work but I could receive it the following day. He told instead that the delivery is due on that day and ask another person to cover for the payment given that I was not around to receive it personally. He already assumed that I refused to receive it because I have no money to pay for the items. Very insulting. But that is not my issue, I have the money to pay for what I bought only that it is physically impossible for me to receive the items because again, I was in another city. Even if I travel back to my home purposely to receive my package, I could not make it until late in the evening. Instead of understanding, the delivery guy named Jaymar Diaz was rude and insisted on the delivery because it was due that day. The following day, a Friday, the personnel from the Davao Hub called me up sometime in the afternoon and told me if they could deliver it on Saturday. I told them that I could receive it on Saturday but if they have time, they could also deliver it that day (friday) as I was just at home. The personnel told me they will deliver the item. I waited whole day until in the evening but no package was delivered. I just found out through the Lazada app when I tracked my package that it was sent back to Manila. I was very disappointed and mad because I waited whole day for the package, cancelled all appointments, and they did not deliver it. Instead, they even sent back my package to the seller. I tried contacting the Delivery Hub at Davao but they were always out of coverage and could not be reached. On Saturday noon, 11 am, the Davao Hub finally answered my call and when I inquired about my parcel, they confirmed that it was sent to Manila. This time I was furious. Why would they send back my item when they did not even deliver it for the second time? When the personnel asked the delivery guy why my parcel was sent back to the seller, the delivery guy said that he could not locate my home. This is impossible because: first, I ordered from Lazada an item last month and they were able to deliver it. Now they could not locate my house? My house is in fact very easy to locate because I have ordered a hundred times online and the delivery was made. Second, if they could not locate my house, why did the delivery guy not call me up and asked me where my exact location was? The personnel said I was out of reach, but this is A LIE and very much impossible as I was online the whole day, my cell signal was full, and I was even waiting for their call but no call and no delivery was ever made. My conclusion is that the delivery guy NEVER delivered my item but instead lazily sent back my item to Manila.

I feel you. This happened to me 1 week back. The courier already delivered some items to me 3 days before the next batch of my expected parcel. 1 day before delivery, I texted the same courier because they claim they will be the same one to deliver the parcel that I wont be home on a Friday so they can deliver it on as Saturday if possible. He texted back and said okay. So I thought okay na. But then Saturday, I received a message in the Lazada app saying "Delivery Failure" and it was sent back to the seller, they were already paid through mastercard which is the most painful part. The couriers could have informed me that they can only deliver Friday, I could have cancelled my appointment and stay home to wait for my parcel, but since they replied "okay", I thought they can deliver on a Saturday. He just came to my house today and delivered another parcel. I confronted him about it and said he will do a follow up. I'll wait for his response since I have another parcel arriving. Fingers crossed! Minsan kasi kunyari nagdedeliver sila pero hindi naman.

Lazada Southeast Asia shoes from kaitai mall in lazada

I ordered a shoe from Lazada Singapore on 29 June 2019 and is yet not handed to logistics and the delivery date was in between 7 to 14 July and now I am contacting to the seller through Lazada chatting with seller service and he never replied and also the product is now removed from the Lazada application and I have already paid for the shoes in advance and Lazada has no customer care on call service and I am helpless now. I am not even sure that if I will get my product or refund either

Lazada Southeast Asia 100% defective product out of the box. seller will not refund or replace.

Lazada order #[protected], "TOLSEN F Clamp (50mm x 10") Plastic Handle 10163 Industrial Series". Items don't work. They don't clamp.

I had ordered some stuff from lazada Indonesia and they were no more updates on my order, yesterday they email me your order has been cancelled by lazada and for the refund I must submit all my bank details which I denied and asked them to refund the amount on my lazada credit which they are not willing and are wasting my time and energy and Making me beg for my hard earned money... Lazada Southeast Asia in complete product received, missing accessories - no response from lazada

I bought samsung 65 inch smart TV, on 1st May 2019 I received the lazada delivery but when Iopen it only TV unit was there.There was no TV remote, No Power cord, No TV stand for table, No wall mount, No Manual. Now from 8th days I am continously calling, emailing to lazada but no response, no solution, everyday they ask me to kindly wait.So disappointed with service, now if I return TV and order other, there is no surity I will get all items this time and about my money that again will take many many days asper lazada service so I can not do so .But they dont understand anything

Lazada Southeast Asia creditcard tolerated by lazada

Experienced last May 2, 2019 amount of 29, 000. Grabe lazada cant even stop the transaction made by someone after 2hours pinablock ko yung CC ko. Also hindi sila makapagbigay ng info or confirmation if successful ang pag stop sa transaction. Which is kayang kaya naman nila gawain. They are tolerating this kind of happenings as if they dont care sa quality ng service nila. I called the customer service many times but still no action was taken lagi nilang sinasabi na under investigation pero pag nanghingi ka ng update regarding sa investigation wala naman silang ma provide. Hello lazada wala ba kayong aksyon na gagawin or talagang tinotolerate nyo yung panloloko para lumago business nyo. I think LAZADA is one of the mastermind hiring fraud people.

Lazada Southeast Asia complaint

Order #[protected]. I preordered a mobile phone that is yet to be launched to the market yet (at the time of order). Paid it in full with a known good and verified Credit Card. Take note: "PRE-ORDER". Loosely defined as an act that a consumer does to make sure that they get to avail of a commodity before the general population does. Fast forward -- days passed, no updates on package status. Phone model was already launched to the public and all malls were selling accordingly -- still no updates. Chatted many times with Lazada's Customer Service (ref:_00D7Fxllz._5002v2JVtUT:ref), no help provided. Escalated call, no help provided. An arrogant manager named "Ron" who I wonder where he learned his basics of customer service came from spoke to me on the phone, no help provided. Next day, after making me wait for 13 days, ORDER WAS CANCELLED. Reason being as per rep: The package that was received by the sortation team was poor. THE HELL! You make consumers wait for an order which is supposed to be a priority then after almost two weeks, you cancel the order from your end?! If the received package was poor, why was it not replaced by an unacceptable one? Is the package very limited that only one was produced in the world that no replacement can be sought out? RIDICULOUS! Poor service. Haughty managers. Terrible communication. Very disappointing.

Lazada Southeast Asia lazada

I ordered and paid for a speaker on lazada from a thai seller on the 11 of april. The delivery was due on the 19. The seller never posted the speaker and never replied to my messages although he had read them all.
I contacted lazada many times but nothing happened. They don't take any responsibity and are suggesting me now to cancel the order and wait 45 days for a refund. They are keeping my money for 45 days!
I asked to talk to a manager but that was denied because the manager is supposedly on holiday for a month and the agent wouldn't even identify himself, giving me different names.
This is the first time I use lazada and is the first time I have such a problem and such a feeling of organized scam.
How can I do to talk to a manager?
Worse experience ever.

Lazada Southeast Asia scam seller in lazada singapore

I ordered intex inflatable sofa bed from lazada on 7th april 2019. After five days I used the chat application from the app to contact the seller to get the status of the courier there is no response. And I contacted singpost and then they mentioned that it is postal mail so they don't have tracking information and only lazada will know the status of it. But I contacted lazada over the chat few times to check the status of the courier. They said courier is on the way. But I saw the product was removed from the lazada after I order and then the seller that I bought the product he have lot products to order in the shop. The next day after I ordered shop was empty. I still contacted lazada to check the status the mentioned and it's on the way. Finally today I received this [censored] and see the what was delivered.

And now lazada singapore wanna put my effort to sent this back to them for the refund process.

What should I do?

Lazada Southeast Asia [protected] order number

Item not delivered and the time stamp show out for delivery april 16(13.22), attempt to deliver fail april 16(13.33), deliver failed april 16(13.51) and item will return to seller. There is nobody ever contacted me and the address is occupied at that time stamp. Contacted lazada live chat but couldn't get any solution for it. How come there is no 2nd attempt delivery or email me before sending back to seller? Futhermore the time stamp duration is less than 30min and seem to be off.

Lazada Southeast Asia scammed on lazada

Order Number [protected]

Ordered 4 bar stools for SGD 60.29. Received instead a pack of worthless plastic wrist bracelet in a small package. As i was not at home my helper helped in accepting gr delivery. Obviously this is cheating in bought daylight.

Lazada needs to prevent such Fraudsters and cheats from using their platform to victimise shoppers. Please help protect our online shoppers. Refund me and stop this online scams on Lazada please

Lazada Southeast Asia refund customer service is very bad

I submitted a return request for the item and the seller rejected it by mistake. I talked to the seller and clarified to him that change of mind is applicable and he is ok to return it. He asked me to submit a return request again. But I can't submit a return request again right now because the button is not showing up.

Lazada customer service asked me to click on dispute so they can revert back the submit button and that was the case number [protected]. I was getting email asking me to provide evidence that the item is defective, I talked to lazada customer service and explained to them that the item isn't defective, I just want to return it back as change of mind is applicable for this item and they told me ok, we will escillate that issue and our team will get back to you.

Finally I got that email that the return is rejected due to no evidence provided, I talked to customer service again and spent more than one hour again to explain my issue from the beginning and told them that the seller is ok to return the item, we just want to revert back the return button so I can return it. I provided to lazada agent a snapshots for the chat between me and the seller. The agent told me that he will attach that snapshots with case number [protected] and they will get back to me soon.

I talked to lazada customer service yesterday to check the status and they told me nothing attached with the case and it's already closed with a return reject.

I really don't understand why you are making everything thing complicated like that. I just need to return the item and the seller is ok for the return. 

The seller will do manual refund once he receives the item in a good condition as I agreed  with him in the chat and I just need from Lazada to refund back my voucher. My request is very simple. Why it's taking so long for that?!...

Lazada Southeast Asia honor band 4 - defective item, dispute team rules in favor of seller

Item was delivered on 28 Mar 2019. After spending 2 hours to check the item, it was found faulty. Return and Refund was requested on 28 Mar 2019

Seller immediately rejected return asking me to go down to Physical store for exchange. This is online shopping. Once we know that item is defective, seller has to do refund or replace as the Online sales mechanism.

Lazada dispute Team involved and asked me to provide video of the defect! This was beyond comprehension. If online buyers can spend so much time for 1 item, why not buy from physical store? Is this going to be the way with Lazada?

Lazada then arranged for return of the item back to Seller. Seller took 5 to 7 days to first send photos, then videos etc. to show that the band they have is working properly.

Lazada Dispute team could not confirm the model or serial number of the item in video. Nor did the video address all aspects of the defect i.e. Language issue, unstable blue-tooth connection. And Yet, Lazada Dispute team decided in favour of Seller and Rejected refund!

Please assist to intervene and arrange for refund for the item which in current state is with the Seller.

Lazada Southeast Asia order #225956918861093

I received an SMS at 11:20 claiming that the item was delivered to my neighbor, who is unnamed and the signature is unknown to me. My children and relatives are at home the whole day and I was at home around 830 am. I have been coordinating with your live agent and she said she cannot guarantee that the item will be delivered.

I did not receive the item after all my efforts. What's worse I have lost a significant amount I got stressed and still awake at past 12 midnight complaining this matter.

Lazada Southeast Asia no refund

Promised to refund my money in 10 business days and on 12th business days still getting nothing. Contacted them again and they always give me the bs script:
"we will inform to expedite and do the refund as soon as possible"
"we apologize profusely for the inconvenienced happened. Rest assured that we already take note of your complaint regarding this matter and we assure you that we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible"

This is what they promised me in the email
"kindly be advised your refund for the mentioned order/ purchased item will be issued to you via lazada wallet within 8-10 working days commencing on 30th january. 2019. Should you fail to receive the said refund by the end of the mentioned date, do revert to us for our further actions."

Lazada Southeast Asia parcel with tracking number 18111111488861

I ordered these items in lazada and it's been days but it hasn't been delivered. No one reached out to me. On the website, it keeps telling me that there was a shipment problem. The other parcel was delivered to me by ninjavan days ago, I ordered it together with this parcel. It's such a shame for lbc being unable to care to their customers for how many years. My niece have the same problem like mine. What's going on?

Lazada Southeast Asia parcel was not delivered

My order#[protected] status showed "delivered", but I actually didn't receive the parcel at all. Contact the customer service, but no one replied, didn't have a clue how to escalate. First time experiencefor shopping with Lazada was terrible. Was the parcel missing or delivered to wrong place? For at least, Lazada customer service shall call me to update the whereabouts of the parcel.
