This morning lazada contacted me to tell that they'll deliver my order today. I asked them if they can deliver my item before 10am since I need to go to work. I told them that there will be no one at home from 10.30am till 10pm. The courier promised to deliver my package before 10am. But despite that the courier called me at 11:15, but I was not able to answer since I was already at the meeting. When I arrived home I called Lazada and asked if they can deliver my order tomorrow. But they told me that they cancelled my order because "they cannot contact me"! I will never use Lazada again and will post bad reviews everywhere to warn everyone about their horrible service!
I hope I read your review before I used Lazada. I'm now worried about my orders since I already paid for them online.
I ordered 2 items last November 25, 2015 and intended to give them as Christmas presents. They sent me a confirmation e-mail on that same day that one item is being shipped and the other will be shipped at a later date because it's from abroad. I didn't mind since Christmas was still weeks away. December 1, I received another email saying that the 2nd item was being shipped and it would arrive within 18-22 days. That was a good news! Just few days before Christmas! A few days later, the first shipped item arrived. More happy news!
Happy about my orders, I decided to order one more item and again paid online. It was verified and confirmed on the same day when I ordered- December 11, 2015.
Until now, January 5, 2016, my orders haven't arrived. Christmas passed. New Year passed. LAZADA RUINED MY CHRISTMAS!

They tell me on its way for delivery na ang items. But every time I check with the LBC Tracking Page, not moving naman ang shipment! Still at where it was when it started! "Accepted at Lazada" pa rin until today! I ordered and paid for it online as well last December 10 & 12, 2015 it's now January 4, 2016 and still the items I've ordered which were supposed to be gifts for Christmas, have not been delivered!
I believe a class suit should be filed against Lazada by all the customers that they've fooled and made believe that the items on sale are in stock during their Online Revolution Sale last December 10-12, 2015 but truth is, their supplies could've been unavailable. And they just give excuses as to the holidays, weather condition, limitations on shipping, etc that is why they are not able to deliver on time.

I need to unsubscribe to their newsletter because I don't recall having subscribed in the first place..I just created an account so I can easily view items that I may purchase soon. I was shocked to receive a mail from them thanking me for the newsletter subscription..my extreme dismay got me to searching for ways on how I can echo to them what had happened..the live chat agent insisted that there is an option to unsubscribe it, i told her that there's none..to make things worse, I felt more horrified to read the other comments of people who experienced that same thing I did..how can they mislead the online users and make it come out that we did subscribe?..the process is quite fast and there is the question about the policy, but none about the newsletter subscription..users click agree because we want to be bonafide online lazada viewers, not subscribers..who will give attention to this seemingly repetitive ugly issue?..we need quick help..we want to unsubscribe to the newsletter..

I have ordered many things from Lazada. I am a US citizen living in Thailand and, for the most part, merchandise has been okay. I even stopped doing COD and now just pay for my order via my Thai bank at the time I place the order. But...you cannot trust Lazada when it says, for example, "100% cotton". None of the shirts I have ordered have been all cotton. They are partly polyester (plastic) and therefore hot and sticky in humid Thailand. Moreover, when you try and place a review on Lazada that tells the truth, Lazada immediately takes your review down. In other words, the exact opposite of Amazon, where you can read the bad reviews along with the good ones. This is how Asians often deal with problems: pretend they don't exist. But the problem is, Lazada will lose customers this way. Amazon has faithful customers because the customers can see for themselves what other customers say. Lazada thinks censoring their customers is the way to go. Is that smart? By doing this Lazada will sell a few dozen more 'bath brush with long handle' and fake "100% cotton" shirts but they will lose customers for life. Also, I advise you if buying from Lazada to consider at least hesitating when it says "product shipped from abroad", which usually means China. You cannot do COD on those orders so it is not practical to open the box in front of the delivery person, then refuse the item (because you've already paid for it). One 'bath brush with long handle" I ordered arrived in a tiny package from China--it was the brush part only, minus the long handle. Ridiculous.
payment issue no confirmation or choices to cancel
my issue goes like this, I order a speaker 1 item but my BDO debit card has no exp. date on it, i just continue, it appears on "my orders" the question is how did it happen it should be invalid caus i didnt fill up the exp. date i repeat the proces i did and my problem grows in the "My Orders placed in" I have 3 orders with the same item i need only one but i cant cancel it caus they dont email me the track number and there is no cancel option Im afraid Im going to pay all the 3 items and I wont recieve the item caus i didnt fill up all the payment form but i did put my account number please anyone help or explain if its ok?

I purchased a canon Printer from Lazada (la dumb da) around nov 25th, it was shipped out to LBC on the 29th Nov, on the 30th it was sent to Coron, Palawan. Mind you I live in Panglao, Bohol. LBC tried to deliver it twice on Dec 1, then it was sent back to LBC in Manila as undeliverable hah hah hah It was sent to LBC Returns who shipped it to Lazada Manila and then back to LBC for delivery 2 I called them and they said they would deliver it on Monday the 7th, then on the 6th Dec I got a notice from Lazada that they are canceling the order because it was Misrouted ? Are you serious ? They said I would have to reorder, I tried and their website would not accept a credit card for my account ? I said you already have my money, they said they would return it ?And I could order COD ? This company will never go anywhere. A month ago I ordered a hot water heater for around $170, it came defective, 2 plumbing fixtures were not casted properly and had no threads. I sent it back and they refused to accept it GRRRRRR said it had to be returned within 10 days ! 4 of the days were weekends GRRR They state in their policy that they do not count weekends, only business days . EXCEPT WHEN IT COMES TO A CUSTOMER, then they change their rules. They said I sent it back a day too late. This is just a 2nd rate 3rd world company, don't bother. I did not receive all of my items
I ordered two pieces of Musclepharm 4lbs Proteinpowder(order number [protected]), but when I got the parcel from the LBC delivered on the 23rd of November 2015 there was only one piece inside the parcel. So I immediately wrote to the Lazada customer service. First I got a response, that I have to wait for my second item, which is not logical at all, because why should one and the same marketplace send 2 parcels with one item each. So I wrote them again and I got the answer that I should send them a proof about my claim. How to proof somebody that something is not there? Luckily the parcel I got is so small, that obviously 2 of the same items won´t fit inside. On the LBC paper was also written the number of items(1) and the weight(3) which would be insufficient for 8lbs (2 times 4lbs). This explanation together with pictures of everything I sent to Lazada. Since that I got no more response. I wrote them several more times, but it seems that I get ignored. Normally the customer should be protected from the sellers, but here it seems, that they just don´t care. I´m planning already to write a complaint to the DTI Customer Protection Group because this is ridiculous. I already paid for my products, got only half of it delivered and then when I write a complaint I get ignored. I have rights as a customer. I want my second item delivered as well, as I already wrote in my emails.

The item j&t plasticware 2060 3d roommate cabinet (Pink) with order # [protected] is severely damaged (Long crack on top, broken base) , has the wrong color (Pink and not green) , and with a missing part (Vanity mirror). I returned the item thru lbc with tracking # [protected] on 20 oct 2015 to lazada philippines block 3 lot 12 honorable cruz st. Soldiers hills subd. Brgy putatan, muntinlupa city. As per lbc tracking, the item has been received by a lazada representative, carl cruz on 23 oct 2015. I have been talking and sending tickets to lazada every day for more than 10 days now, but still, I have not received any clear status regarding my request for a refund.
natural republic aloe vera gel
I have been using the above product for years, I usually asked friend to bring back from Korea as it's cheaper or I bought it directly from Natural Republic outlet in Malaysia. I love this product as its CP ratio is high. Recently, I found this at Lazada.com at a very low price (RM 40 for two tubs) which is cheaper than those sell at NR store in which you can get the cheapest rate at RM 25/unit (when you buy 4). I don't usually buy things through online as i know there is risk. Given that I have Lazada discount voucher this time and there are "genuine product", "100% buyer protection" and "satisfaction guaranteed" labels on it, as well as the positive reviews about the seller and the products they have bought, so i decided to give it a try. The delivery is quite fast for me, but the products are disappointing. When I first unwrap it, I immediately spotted the difference on the products' packaging from the one i bought it from Korea. Therefore, I have a detail inspection on it and the below suspicion lead me to my doubt on the product authenticity: 1. The green colour of the plastic container is significantly different from the authentic one, and the container is slightly smaller as well. 2. In fact, the description behind looks similar even the Korean words also the same, however, the bar code and the configuration below the description is slightly different (the original one has smaller bar code and located on the right side, while the one I bought from Lazada has bigger bar code and located in the center). 3. The authentic one has "Natural Republic from earth" below the description, while the one I bought spelled "Natural Republic" only. *So far, you may think that may be the packaging is just different between Malaysia and Korea, or they change the packaging recently? I also thought that, hence, I don't want to jump into conclusion first* 4. When I open the cap, it has the plastic divider to seal the product as you can see in the original one, it also has "Natural Republic" words on it. (May be I have misunderstand it all along) but the time I open the sealer, it just further proven my suspicion. The smell is not right, the pleasant fragrance of aloe vera gel that I expected is not there! 5. Besides, the texture of the gel is also not right, it's watery as if it consists of more water than aloe vera (if there is any). In summary, I am not an expert, just a regular consumer of this product for years, therefore my suspicion may not be valid, but enough for me to not use it. I don't think I can do anything on the refund or return motion, and I don't hope for it as well. Just think twice before you buy anything online even if they seems like a very promising platform. Or take the risk and learn a lesson afterward.
defective product and very bad customer service
I ordered an air humidifier and it was defective. I sent it back via LBC following the instructions of the agent I called earlier. I kept the tracking number given by LBC and when I followed up on my returned product, they mixed up with my previous orders. It has been more than two months and I still haven't got my product WHICH I ALREADY PAID! Talk about VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Conned warranty
I bought a watch from Lazada online and after 6 months plus, the crown of the watch detached from the watch and i cannot adjust the date and time. The product is under one year warranty and has been confirmed by Lazada. After some email communication and phone call, Lazada promise to replace a brand new watch for me. I have sent back my original watch to Lazada for them to proceed next step. After they gotten my watch, they told me same product not in stock and they will refund me. But i told them clearly i want a replacement, whichi told them clearly in email and phone call. They keep on lying to me stock not available but the same item sold on lazada website. After i question more, they finally admit the same product now more expensive as they are getting from another supplier, but i don't think this should affect my warranty as it is stated clearly the warranty is from lazada and somemore who is their supplier is nothing to do with me. Even i have insisted for replacement, they still proceed with a refund and ask me to pay more to purchase another one. Then i really want to question what is the warranty for? This is a real con case to me. I think stern action must be taken to avoid more people conned by them.

Last June 30, I ordered for a Cubix Cube 16GB Black via Lazada.com.ph as they are the exclusive distributor chosen by Cherry Mobile to sell this unit. Order number is [protected]. I wanted to buy 2 units but thought of trying just 1 first as it's going to be my first purchase in Lazada. July 3, my order came and paid for it without opening the package. I was surprised when we opened the box that the cellphone was Cherry Mobile Urban 4GB Black. I thought of not returning but when I looked up the specs of this phone, it was totally different from what I have ordered. I immediately called Customer Service and was entertained by Jaekhay. I told him specifically and in full details what happened and he guaranteed that they will replace the wrong item they sent me. I asked how long, he said within 5 days starting from the moment they receive my returned purchase. I immediately had the package returned thru LBC where the employees were actually laughing on how Lazada kept on sending wrong items to their customer. Attached to the package are copy of my sales invoice, Lazada return form and a personal letter addressed to the Quality Control and Customer Service department indicating the specific details regarding the return. These docs were sent through email as well. July 8, I contacted customer service via long distance to follow-up regarding the return of the order. They were asking the tracking number which was supposed to be provided by LBC so they can check. My order number wasn't enough for them to look that up. Unfortunately, LBC simply said "OK na" when we sent back the package. They just made us log it down. So we had to go back to LBC to get the tracking number and they readily gave it including all the details. It showed there that the package with return tracking number [protected] was received last July 6 by Mr. Freddie Rusi. I emailed to them the details last July 8 and made a follow-up email on July 9. No reply so I called again customer service and was received by Mervin who said that the item is already for replacement and that I should receive a call from Returns team department for my tracking number. I was to wait for 24-48hrs for that. July 11, I again called and was received by Elle who said that they will email as soon as there is a feedback from Returns Team Department. To save me from calling always, I kept on emailing them for status but they never emailed me back to give a concrete feedback. I posted that concern on my Lazada account. I also tried messaging them on facebook and a certain Mandy just asked me of my order number then never replied thereafter. So July 14, I called again and was answered by Charles who again said wait for a feedback. I asked Charles to be kind enough to reply to my emails which he did even if the answer was always no feedback from the concerned department. I never stopped emailing them. July 18, I called and it was Charles who answered. Again, I was put on hold so he can contact Returns Department. He again asked the reason for the return. Then he apologized because according to Returns Department they didn't know why I returned the Cherry Mobile Urban. They thought it was because the item was defective. It is only that day that they were able to validate the reason for the return. After all those follow-ups and long distance calls, Returns Team didn't know the reason? Calling them has costed me a lot of money. If I have to sum it up, then I would have had enough to buy a new unit personally at the mall. The Cubix Cube was supposed to be a gift. Much time have been wasted. I emailed Charles to give me the email address of their manager but he never replied. I'm still giving them their request to wait 24-48 hours. This gave me too much stress. Hope management check on the matter. Maybe somebody is sabotaging them from the inside...otherwise, it's all about inefficiency.

I ordered a mattress at a cost of 9, 900THB that was paid for online. Three days later I received an email stating the mattress was dispatched and it would reach my address within Two to Three days. A week passed, on mattress, and no contact form Lazada. I decided to call Lazada support, I was assured the mattress would be delivered tomorrow. The next day came and passed, but no mattress. I decided to call support again, I was told the same story, the mattress would be delivered tomorrow. I finished the call, annoyed..! About 1 hour later I called support again, and spoke to the same lady as before, this time she knew I was very annoyed, she admitted she did not know where the mattress was and said it could still be in the shop. At least she was honest this time, and I thanked her for that. I canceled the order because I need to move apartment latter that week.
It is now 6 weeks since I canceled and I have not received my refund. I email Lazada every day but get the same spiel back from them.. I tried to find the Thailand Office in Thailand and was informed it is now permanently closed.
iphone 6 cover no delivery
Stay away from lazada.sg do not shop there. I bought an iphone 6 cover from them. 30 days no delivery. I asked for refund. Some one replied and checked. Wasted a day and then send me a delivery slip from their courier and claimed that i had received. There is no way i have receive the item. And what is ironic is that the so called confirmation delivery slip does not even have a signature. I made noise further, then they got another person to reply and said that case will be escalated to their management and wait for their approval. So i asked further, can i take this as refund granted? No more reply... and i'm still yet to receive any news. So please for your own good... stay away from lazada.sg

Lazada.co.id are Very bad Webstore of their processing, lack of team control, and Slow response.
Very disappointed.
Until now, 13.30 pm, April 20, 2015. There were no follow up from Lazada team. Whether they will provide back our money or even the notification of proceeding our order.
We don't know Where is the Good Standard of Sales Company or Good Human Resource like We've found in their competitor...

I purchased the LG BH4030S 3D 5.1Channel Blu-Ray Player (worth php 8999 that time) last March 25th. We waited for almost a week until finally, we received the package on March 30th (the package came from Cebu for some reason). We were excited to test it out but was gravely disappointed when we opened the box and found out that it was missing a remote control. We immediately contacted Lazada regarding the missing item and spoke to an agent (Clarizza was her name), who insisted that the remote control is not included in the box. How can the remote control not be included in the box? And the triple A battery for the remote was included too, but not the remote? What was the triple A battery for them? It was obviously a scam and they were trying to protect themselves.
Finally, we contacted LG and was informed that the remote control should have been included because that is the complete package. We ended up buying a separate remote control from LG that costs php 950.
I am seriously disappointed in Lazada, especially since I have been buying tons of items from them for years. If this is the kind of post-sale service Lazada is offering, then I will no longer waste my time to buy items from this website.
Online buyers, beware of LAZADA! They used to be a good online buying site, but now they're the worst! Please do not support LAZADA anymore. This should teach them a lesson and force them to provide better service to their customers.
