Complaint for rude store personnel
Hi LBC team!
I am sending you this because I am wanting to report one of your personnel at AZCKO Baguio City branch.
He was very rude in a way that when I handed may 1000peso bill payment, he asked me "may lower bill kayo" in angry tone. So I had given him an exact amount of 230pesos. He just took it without saying thank you or being polite. He was completely arrogant whenever he responded. I asked him about why it was 230pesos and it wasn't even a cargo. It was just pure documents or papers. he just responded "uhm mm". I got irritated in way he handled the situation. I will never go back to that branch or any of your branch and I would tell my friends and everyone I know how your personnel or that entire branch works.
I hope you would take action about this matter because I would be more than willing to escalate this to make it worst.
Thank you for the worst customer service experience ever!
Desired outcome: I want that person to be fired from his work. his attitude towards his work was unethical and non tolerable.

LBC taking too long to deliver our package
delivery item taking too long to receive. its been 3 weeks since the package was sent from taiwan to philippines and the update online was stuck. it was promised by the lbc that it will only took 2 weeks to deliver the package.

The package I sent was obviously opened and several items were missing (please see attached picture). I reported this complaint last year and up to now, there has been no response. They ignored my complaint. The good like individually wrapped items is all gone. Some special items like adult supplement food, vitamins and booster meal were damaged and cannot safely consume anymore. Pasta is scattered all over the place and canned goods are severely dented and not safe to consume too. To enlighten further of this case, here is the ticket number for reference of this case [protected]. Also, this was brought up too via social media who I chatted with namely Tina, Cha and the most recent Jah.

I requested my colleague to send the iPhone to my nephew in the Philippines. He went to LBC and sent it from Antipolo with tracking no. [protected] dated 25.02.2022. The delivery rider contacted the sender and the sender provided the contact number of the receiver. After that rider said that he cannot find the place and doesn't have the patience to look and deliver the items. This is an unacceptable gesture from LBC since there is only one Brgy.1 Bontog at Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas. I am requesting LBC to kindly deliver the items as soon as possible and provide me with an update on this matter.

Delayed LBC package
Dear Sir/Madam:
My name is Jemima M. Asi, an OFW in Kuwait. I sent a package through LBC with the tracking number [protected], the package was picked up on December 12, 2022. Before I sent the package I clarified to your agent when is the expected delivery date because I will go home by 1st week of March. The agent confirmed to me that it will arrive within 60 days. I was expecting that by February the package will be delivered.
However, upon checking the package is still in Singapore since it arrived on January 24. It’s been a month in Singapore the package is not moving. I contacted your agent again he said that the expected arrival of the package to Subic Port will be on March 15. What kind of services do you have? As OFW due to Pandemic I was not able to go home for 3 years. I will arrive ahead of my package. Its my mother’s birthday on March 15, my gift for her is inside the package.
Thank you for your attention to this matter and I’m expecting that you will do some action to address this problem as soon as possible.

I was literally waiting all day for my package because it says that "Please expect delivery within the day". But it didn't arrive, and says the shipment is with a concern. Please LBC fix this I badly need it

Package has no delivery update and not yet receive until now
The package was sent last January 20, 2022 and until now there's no update from LBC tracking. It's stuck in LBC Central Exchange. It's been more than 3 weeks right now and still I haven't receive my parcel. I already called more than 5 times and follow up my tracking number and still nothing happens. It also pending my work because I'm waiting for a long time. It says that the delivery time is 2-7days but in my case it's been more than 3 weeks. So do your job and fix all this types of issues on your part.

rider is rude
the driver is so rude he said he early arrive to the receiver who claim my parcell and the rider lately arrive to the exact location and my buyer is not on her house and the rider communicate her to receive my buyer is on her office she suggested to send the payment thru gcash and rider didn't accept it she send 1700 total payment and she want to send a tip 50php to rider and the rude rider didn't accept it . tracking no. Delivery of package (original documents) from Cebu City to Pagadian City.
The transaction date was made last February 4, 2022, at SM Cebu. A friend of mine, send through LBC my Original School Documents. The pick-up date is from February 8 - 10, 2022 at Ground Floor Gaisano Mall, Pagadian City. My parcel contains an invalid/void tracking number because whenever I track it on the LBC website it says no records found for the given tracking number.

Rude delivery guy!
My parcel was delivered today by a rude delivery man. I am working on a night shift and was not able to answer his call while looking for my address. While I am receiving the parcel, he did mentioned that I should not have use my phone anymore as it is useless and the way he said that is very rude! I know that there was a mistake on my end for not answering his calls, but I don't deserve to be treated that way! It's not acceptable for me. I paid for that delivery and that is the way you will treat me? Its ridiculous! Please make an action to this!

[protected] Product is a laptop with bag. The receiver had been lockdown in Cavite and the Package is at Manila. It has been disposed. Reaching LBC they said the item is disposed and no way to recover it. Is there any way the package to recover. Damaged perfume
Hi, I'm desperate for any kind of assistance just to get my money back. The parcel contained 2 perfume glass bottles. On November 29, 2021, the parcel was delivered to me. Unfortunately, it was very obvious that my order was damaged because the strong scent can already smelled and the receipt was wet. The courier even told me that if I accept the parcel, LBC will no longer be liable for it. That's why I declined to accept it and immediately contacted the seller. I already paid via online prior to shipment. I wrote a complaint letter and hander it over to the courier since he told that we will contact me for any updates (but didn't). I also emailed LBC's customer care many times but also requested for another complaint letter and kept on telling me to coordinate with the seller. However, everytime I contact the seller, she is also waiting for any update and was promised for 1-2 months for resolution. 2 months have passed by, still, no update regarding this matter. Hopefully, through this platform, I will get the proper service that I deserve.
Desired outcome: A refund of 557 pesos and an apology letter as well.

I am paying my SSS contribution last year 2021 in LBC branch moalboal although I'm using payment reference number to be posted automatically but still not, it's been year
Staff are very lazy as they said that the payment has been to Manila, they cannot check because the receipt I have is faded.
Pls response to us, I'm paying my contribution for January to December 2021 and it's not posted in SSS portal.

delayed balikbayan box
good afternoon, i hope my complain will be recognized. our balikbayan box from canada still hasn't arrived, the last time we checked it was in bacolod's delivery team on January 13, its been 2 weeks we still haven't received the box. there is something in there that me and my grandmother really needs here in our house ang for my online class.
Poor delivery service
I have parcel to be pickup at SM San Pablo Laguna but they delivered it in wrong branch(ALAMINOS). I attached my waybill so you can track whose the delivery personel responsible for the wrong delivery. This happen not only once but TWICE! So much hassle coz its far from my house and my parcel is plants so I need it to be pickup asap! Please do something to your delivery personels!
Courier N-Pouch
Package with tracking [protected] was sent Jan 15 . After two days received a notice via SMS that the address is incomplete . We have filled-up the instruction on the disposition form sent via link but form was not able to proceed as the "submit ' button cannot be clicked . So we have to call the hotline to give the instruction and confirm that the recipient address is correct . The recipient even told us that he just received numerous LBC pouches that day so there is no way the address is wrong .
After 2 days we received a notice that the pouch is returned and we need to claim it back from the LBC store where we sent the pouch .
I am very much disappointed on how this had been handled and we feel we have wasted our courier fee . There is no way that the address is wrong. Considering we have a successful package sent to the same address last May 2021 with tracking no . [protected]

I chose LBC on recommendation from several of my workmates.
Your promise to get my boxes to my family in time for Christmas seemed a great opportunity.
I was told it would take 51 days to arrive at the designated address.
I sent off the boxes on October 22 2021 giving a full 64 days before Christmas Day.
The boxes never arrived.
When I checked their whereabouts I found that they were in fact sitting in Singapore on 23 December.
I made numerous calls (11) to the despatch office and each time was told "sorry - we cant tell an exact date"
In frustration and because I was not getting anywhere I emailed Mr. Rhodo from your customer care team. I specifically asked him for a copy of the complaints procedure and that he escalate my complaint. Instead, he replied in the same way that all your staff here in Kuwait reply, by saying a provisional date. I again wrote to him and this time I got a response from Iris Cloza - who at least apologised for the delay.
How will that apology help my 2 sons, 2 sisters, father and brother, who all missed out on their Christmas from me?
There are no words that any of you can offer me in compensation for this - I am more than disgusted with the apathetic way your staff treated me. They just don't care!
The old adage is true - give a good experience and a person tells 10 people. Give a bad experience and 100 people will know.
I have given your company my business, in good faith with full trust and you have more than let me down.

I sent 7 boxes through LBC only 1 arrived and they keep saying they have escalated to the Cebu team and waiting for a response. I sent these packages October 13 2021 it's now January 17 and they still have not arrived! $700 of shipping costs and no scans past Manila! Last week they said they would deliver by end of week or early next but still no scans and no delivery... Back to asking Cebu team again! This BS has gone on for a month the CEO needs to get a handle on this or the government should shut them down!
