Last July 9 po napaship na ng seller ang order ko and tama naman daw ang nasabi nyang bramch na pagdaldalhan which is Nasugbu Branch. Pero nung July 24, nagtext na ang lbc na for pick up pero maling branch ang pagpipick upan na sobrang layo sa barangay namin. Pinafollow up ko po sa seller at sabi sabi nya nung July 29 ipapaforward daw po. Pero nung mga nakaraang araw, andun pa din sa balayan branch. Ready for pick up pa din po dun. At tinrack ko po ngayon, nakalagay shipment issue tapos arrived at internal dispatch. Kelan po kaya to maayos? Mag iisang buwan na po kasi. Wala pa sa akin ang inorder ko

I sent 5 boxes of LBC againts Super Jumbo + Bulilit promo, was picked up on June 25, 2020 under Tracking No. [protected] Name: Jovelyn Laganson. From that time on we are tracking but then only 4 boxes are visible in the system. I severally called LBC customer service with the same response of "we always we will check and call you back".. till this date.. no update received from your team. I sent email to your customercare and they doesn't bother care to response. I am really frustrated because we relied and trust our boxes/padala to LBC express so you should give some care on our hard earned boxes for our family.

Trust you will update and resolve this issue ASAP. Show your reliability at all times.

My Shipment from General Santos City sent by Allen C. Young was sent on July 28, 2020 going to Apalit Pampanga. Until now it did not arrive and my client is getting desperate. Please expedite the delivery or I will lose lose my business! How many times I sent message on your FB Messenger but you were ignoring it.

I also sent an email but until now no answer. My client is getting angrier everyday. Kind resolve this issue!

On 7/18/2020, I went to your LBC office on Vermont Ave., Los Angeles to deliver a package to be sent to Davao City by air cargo. I was advised by your Los Angeles office that the package will be delivered to consignee in 10 days or 7/28/2020. It is now 8/3/2020 anf after 4 phone calls to your LBC Receipt Update office, the package has not been delivered to the consignee. I have been given the same excuse, alibi phrases: The package is in transit. There is still no update on the delivery. We will put a priority on this delivery. We have no control over the delivery. We will let you know as soon as our system updates. LBC did not have any problem accepting my money. LBC said the delivery will be in 10 days. Mind you, the manner of freight was by AIR! And, it was in no way cheap because i want an expedient delivery to the consignee. This is a systemic problem of LBC. They have no qualms accepting business, however they have a problem in the delivery, not to mention their problem in accepting responsibility and accountability when LBC does not perform their duty to deliver as promised. LBC is unprofessional, irresponsible, and possess poor customer service. I am very disappointed at the unacceptable service LBC provides.

Its been 4days that we waited for the LBC DAU MABALACAT PAMPANGA to have their funds but until now they keep on saying no funds. How about the urgency of your customers ? They must have sufficient fund even not all the time but as much as possible. We understand that the Bank are close during holidays and weekends. How about this Monday? We keep on waiting for nothing! Kindly make sure that LBC does practice checking their funds. Its unfair to us (clients) that we are trusting your service yet this is what we get!

July 18, they recieved my item 15 days has past and still forwarded to gen. Santos 15 days...! Thier customer support has no use! Email and messenger talk to support lng alam isagot very frustating.. Is there no one else who can provide me a definite ansswer even the land line is not working in short wlang kwenta tlaga, binabaha na kau ng reklamo at wla paring action taken to resolve this issue! It wasn't a good day. Sabi sa track and trace malapit na dumating ang package sa LBC branch na pagcclaiman ng product but then sabi nasa internal mail dispatch na. And base sa office kapag nandoon na ang package kailangan ng reforwarding para maipadala sa branch na padadalhan. The problem is ayaw makipag cooperate ng staff ng lbc kung saan pinadala ang package. Once na tumagal ang package sa internal mail dispatch madidispose ang product. Please give me a solution for this thank you.

June 22, 2020 BDO texted me for delivery of my credit card..i'm waiting whole day but lbc did not deliver the card so they return the card bdo status is scs returns. Yesterday july 24, 2020 texted again that my card is on delivery. Im waiting whole day. I checked the tracking number in their website it said that expect delivery within a day! I chat with the customer service of lbc if it is okay to pick up my card on their delivery hub. CS say yes so i went there but unfortunately the card return to BDO. LBC is liar! HI, I was in LBC, Arcada, Tipolo, Mandaue Branch. They are allowing only 4 persons inside because of the said Covid19 pandemic. So as always I follow. Then 4 of us inside, a women came in to transact. She go beside me & the person next to me was upset bec of it. Wala nang social distancing. Then another person came in to ask something, then nother one. So I complained to the LBC person. Instead of apologizing he was pissed of me & said... Kanina pa sila, and the other person was just asking. Diba tama lang that they will fall in line kasi marami pang nasa labas waiting for their turn. We waited for almost 30 min to wait, kahit inquiry lang they should wait. Mga 3 persons cguro yung nag inquiry lang...what if marami. And the personnel is rude. Di nya process ang box ko, instead binigay nya sa kasama nya, without informing me. Poor customer service.

I was expecting the package will be delivered today. But just this evening, I track the package, it says, there is a shipment issue. Can you please explain to me what happened? And what can I do for it to be delivered?

I already sent an email to your customer care and a message via messenger but none of you attending to my concern. It is frustrating that customers are asked to contact them for answer and solution but end up being ignored.

I am making a complaint about a parcel marked as FRAGILE with Transaction Code [protected] declared to be containing 3 bottles of Guyabano wine. It was accepted at LBC Maria Aurora, Aurora on July 17, 2020; arrived at CARGO EXCHANGE on July 18th; and arrived at CAINTA CARGO DELIVERY TEAM on July 19, 2020. However, it was only on July 23, 2020 that the parcel was delivered to ALFREDO MACOSE who was made to sign by the delivery boy who hurriedly left. It was only when the receiver, ALFREDO MACOSE, noticed that the box was torn out and one bottle of the wine was broken. The receiver did not notice it at first because the box was dry and not wet with the broken wine.
With this, we are hoping that the matter be given due course and proper action by the LBC Management.

1. The shipment arrived at the exact address, but no one is home and we're in this pandemic to stay at home.
2. Suddenly they can't find my address now?

How can I believe your systems are still working? Please I need some answers.

I already track my order, it says that, "arrived at the internal mail dispatch" . What does that mean?

My package from the us has already been received by your lower laguna delivery team. Your tracking service stated that they attempted to deliver the package july 15 & 17 but according to them our house was closed and no one was inside. This is bull crap! My wife and a daughter are on a 24/7 work from home status. I don't buy your lousy reason of justifying your delayed delivery. Think of a better one.

My order arrived in philippines, last july 1, and already at tacloban july 3. And still no movement I am just 2 hours away from tacloban. They don't reply my emails my chat and they can't even be reached in phone. Poor service! Shut down!

I haven't received my package until now. It's been 8 days. IT'S NOT EVEN THAT FAR. (BULACAN>MANILA)

Nag track ako ng package sa yracking app ng lbc and ang sabi nasa lower laguna delivery team na and ready for shipping na pero hanggang ngayon wala pa din dumadating.
