May 3, 2019 I sent package to lbc waltermart for my online selling business.. And ms./mrs. Jun joyel montante is the one who processed my transaction.. Sobrang bagal ng service.. Tas yung mga branch collect ko na mga previous pinadala ko kung hindi ko pa kinomputekulang ng 300 pesos.. Ito namang next na pinadala ko sa batangas 270 *2 + shipping fee na 165 abay 665 pesos lang ang diniclare sa collection.. Sa bahay ko na napansin dahil sa pagod.. Ngayon sabi ko kalinaw linaw na santo tomas batangas branch sa llanas for pick up.. Aba diniliver sa bahay ng client ko.. Pick up kuya! Anong nangyari? Santo tomas naging tnn01 ang nilagay mo... Bat po kayo naglalagay ng ganyan sa lbc.. Simpleng math.. Simpleng pick up diniliver.. Kalinaw na santo tomas naging tanauan? Sobrang damage naman ginagwa mo kuya..3 times nagbalik balik client ko.. May 5, 2019 around 5 pm I have a transaction at lbc robinsons north abucay, actually it was not the first incident I encountered to that branch, everytime I go there, the front liners are frowning and not approachable, they have a poor customer service, they must trait their customers well,.
That time I was going to claim "pera padala" through palawan and the frontliner named: michelle palacio was the one I asked for inquiries, then she answered me and act unprofessionally that can offend a customer. All the employees there are not approachable, like what i've said it was not the first time I visit to that branch.
By the way, my friends also has the same experience, some of the front liners of lbc branches here in tacloban city, are not approachable.. Please show respect to your customer not arrogance.

Almost a week now from the package I sent still didn't received by my recipient. Just from Nueva Ecija to Cavite it took a week to be reach it'a destination? What kind of service do you have guys?.We send through you to be fast. Not to take so much time. It's an urgent matter that why we are sending it. But why like this? Hi. I just want to share what I did with my experience from LBC Delivery Team from other region. After several failure attempts to get a response from the customer service and their hub, due to non-delivery, I immediately called up to DTI. And so, the LBC manager and the Custodian's attention in that certain hub were being called. On the following day, they have delivered the parcel to my recipient.

Ang pangit pa ng pananalita nia dahil sa pagkasabi niya ng "oh! Kung may mga senior, buntis jan lumapit na kayo dito! Kayo priority. Wala ba?" Bakit wala yung pag galang niya. Kala mo ang mga kausap tropa nia. Meron syang ksma hindi naka uniform ang ganda ng upo sa may patungan ng mga package which is ung entrance nila dun. Daldalan lang sila doon. Napaka walang modo nagwork ako as customer service representative pero hindi ganyan ang pagtrato. Dapat itrain sya ulit. Hindi sya pwde sa branch. Dahil sa ganung pag asta nia. I ordered a product from Taytay, Manila for a rush shipping and they delivered the item on May 3, 2019. I tracked the package in the LBC website and found out that the package already arrived here in Davao at 4:33 AM on May 4, 2019. I expected that the package will be delivered in my house on the same day since LBC doesn't deliver on Sundays and I need the package on Monday, May 6, 2019. I hope LBC will address my complaints.

I would like to report an incident in which particular areas will be elaborated below:
• My friend sent me a package containing an extension wire and a sandals last April 15, 2019
• The package is expectedly be delivered on the day after it was sent, April 16, 2019
• I was told that LBC will be sending me a text confirmation if the package is all good for pick up
• April 16, 2019 - There was no message nor any confirmation if the package has arrived their premise already
• April 17, 2019 - No message at all. Thinking that maybe it is because of the Holidays, I waited till next week.
• April 22 - May 3 - I waited for their confirmation but there ain't any.
• Today, May 4, 2019 - I went to LBC Express SM Valenzuela Branch to check if the package is already there but to my disappointment, I was told that it was returned to the sender without me knowing at all.
• I was advised that I need to pay another shipping fee for it to be processed again
Points for discussion:
- I did not intend to go to the LBC Branch from April 16 onwards because:
1. I did not receive any text
2. I got a busy schedule so I don't want to go there without anything to confirm with
3. I have work to attend to (Working from 10AM-7PM) Valenzuela to Mandaluyong

My supplier did not inform me that i havea parcel and she has a hnadler her in the philiplines. Lbc informed me that i have a parxel coming from a person that i havent transacted, so i refuse to get the parcel. ( door to door) rhen i informed my supplier if she already shipped out my item from thailand that was nov pa and its already march. Then i found out that she already shipped my item coz i called the sender/ handler. Now, i xould not reaxh out the lbc rider . The phine is always busy and i want to re deliver the item. I sent 1 small pouch of souvenirs for a big event in cebu. That was may 1! Its already May 4, the even has already ended yesterday May 3, the items were not delivered. They check out already, cut off 12noon today. Still no items delivered at this hour. Im so upset! Its already 4 days! Nasayang lahat! Nalugi na ako di nagamit ang souvenirs! Nakakagigil! I think you should have raised your concern or complaint to DTI. Just like what happened to my parcel, the LBC Delivery team in Bataan were not able to deliver it to my recipient for almost 5 days and they were posting false report on there Track and Trace padala. After several failure attempts to get a response from the customer service and the LBC Hub, on the 4th day, I called to DTI Bataan to raised my complaint against the LBC service. On the 5th day the LBC Delivery team have delivered the parcel to my recipient just before the latter would give up on waiting for them to arrive.

Ang parcel contains documents for enrolment and it was not delivered on time for sched date of enrolment thus the slot was not taken. When i try to track location of the parcel the note was wrong address. How come na wrong address e isa lng nman ang Batangas State University sa Lipa City at hindi ito ang first time na ngpadala sa address n ito. I try to go to LBC SM city Lipa to ask for help para mkuha ang parcel ko binigyan lng ako ng contact number ng supervisor daw ng delivery and I try to contact the given mobile number but then no one accept may calll. Then may 2 somebody texted me to get the parcel to brgy. Dagatan, Lipa City dahil hindi daw malocate ang school. SCHOOL po ang address hindi po house paano hindi makikita. Ang location po ay hindi liblib. Tabi lng sya ng SM at City Hall. Hindi ko n pinickup ang padala dahil hindi n sya magagamit. The damage has been done. Ang then may 3 somebody deliver the parcel to the school. Para saan pa and then sasabihin pasensya na hindi daw kasi sua sanay sa Lipa. Bkit po ganon pwede po ba yon reason as delivery nyo. Ok lng mkadamage kayo dakil walang alam sya sa area considering binayadan ang service nyo hoping na mabilis at maganda ang service nyo. Damage has been done. Paano maibabalik yung slot.then yun pa ang magiging reason nyo?

Last april 29, 2019, I delivered a box with 3 items bound for iligan city. But when received by the customer (mr. Dorotayo) 1 item was missing, a motorcycle carburetor. Signs of tampering were noticed by the lbc staff in iligan.

Complain ko lang sana yung Employee nyo sa LBC Parang Marikina Branch na may adress na 106 Gen. B. G. Molina St., Marikina, 1809, Metro Manila. Nag padala po ako ng documents noong March 30, 2019 pero hanggang ngayon May 03, 2019 hindi parin nakakarating sa office namin kung saan ko inaddress ang delivery. Based from the tracking number, my package is at Olongapo since May 1, 2019, which says there that it will be delivered within the day. However, as I write this complaint (May 3, 2019, 6:11 PM), I haven't received any package. I have called the Customer Service hotline 3 times already and their answer is always the same: Shipment issue is due to lack of manpower. I can't even pick it up from a branch because the package is at certain warehouse and there is no phone number at such warehouse. The first time I called, the CSR said they will make a report to expedite its delivery. 2 days after, nothing. Is it the customer's problem that there is lack of manpower?

Until now, may 2, 2019 I have not yet received any text from lbc for the reference number that I needed for me to claim my client's payment! Last April 29, 2019, a package with Tracking # [protected], bound to Limay, Bataan was scheduled to be delivered on that same. But it was reported with 'Shipment Issue'. On the following day, April 30, 2019, the package was scheduled again to be delivered, but the receiver did not receive any package on that day. We write an inquiry to the customer service and contacted some of the LBC Branches in Bataan. According to them, on April 29, a 'Vehicle Breakdown' was reported from Balanga LBC Delivery Team and it was rescheduled to be delivered on April 30. We should expect delivery until 7pm. My client waited the entire day for the LBC delivery team to arrive but there was no presence or any signs of them that they've made a delivery to the address stated in the package. Upon checking on the LBC Track & Trace dashboard, it was reported on April 30, 2019, 'Payment Issue' when there was non-delivery of the package.
This is very disappointing. They have made false report regarding the status of the package which was not delivered for two consecutive days. It came to my attention that the LBC Delivery Team, in Balanga Bataan were the LBC warehouse is located has the worst system in handling and non-delivery of packages. They would often report it with some issues when in fact they did not made any delivery on the date and address specified. They did not even contacted or call the receiver, given that the phone numbers are provided. There was no any communicatiom made by the LBC delivery team at all. Apart from that, packages were also mishandled by the LBC personnel in that warehouse. There were reports of packages/boxes being tossed in the air/thrown like a ball or a coin. These packages may contain fragile things and must be handled with utmost care. This kind of services must be stop and this is already a deterement to the integrity on the company. It is my prayer that this complaint/issue must be given immediate action/attention. Please investigate your Delivery Team especially in Balanga, Bataan. I hope that the package bearing the above tracking # is still in good condition. A family awaiys for that package for a very special occasion.
I am writing this letter of complaint on behalf of my client too, who was expecting to receive the parcel on April 29, 2019 by the LBC Delivery Team of Bataan (See attached).
A parcel with the Tracking Number [protected], bound to Limay, Bataan, was scheduled to be delivered on April 29, 2019. But it was reported with "Shipment Issue" at 3:00 p.m. on that same day.
On April 30, 2019, at 7:24 a.m. it was tag "Ready for Delivery". We sent a message through your customer service and contacted the LBC branch in Limay, Bataan about the shipment issue on April 29, 2019. According from your Customer Service, the shipment issue was due to vehicle breakdown (See attached image). On the other hand, they assured as that the parcel will be delivered on April 30, 2019 until 7:00 p.m. However, the parcel was not delivered again by the LBC delivery team on the said date. We checked from your website on the status of the parcel, but there were no reports made.
Early on May 1, 2019, we found out from your Track and Trace dashboard that the parcel was tag "Shipment was not delivered due to payment issue during delivery" on April 30, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. (See attached image in Figure 1). My client waited the entire day for three (3) consecutive days already for the LBC delivery team to arrive at the addressed specified in the box. Neither did the LBC delivery team deliver nor contacted the recipient of the parcel, given that the phone number is well-provided. There was never any communication made by your LBC delivery team of Bataan to our client at all.
It is very disappointing that they've made false report regarding on the status of the parcel which was not delivered for three (3) consecutive days. The LBC personnel in Limay, Bataan have told us that undelivered parcels will be sent to Balanga, Bataan where the LBC warehouse is located. It came to my attention that the LBC Delivery Team in that area has the worst system in handling packages/parcels and reports of non-delivery. They would often report it with some issues when in fact they haven't made delivery on the date and address specified. Apart from that, there were reports about packages/parcels being tossed in the air/thrown like a ball. These packages may contain fragile materials and must be handled with utmost care (See attached image).
As you can see on the images attached herewith, the parcel on May 1, 2019 was reported again with shipment issue.
This have caused as so much inconvenience on the time that we have spent to coordinate with your team, and how hopeless we felt that you remain silent on our concerns.
This kind of services must be put to an end and I demand for an investigation on the LBC Delivery Team of Balanga, Bataan. Furthermore, I demand for a REFUND of the freight fee for delayed delivery. (Refer to Courier Terms and Conditions No. 2.c.)
I hope that the parcel bearing the above tracking number is still in good condition and must be delivered to the recipient immediately. A family awaits for the parcel to arrive for a very special occasion.
It is my prayer that this issue or concern would be given an immediate action. I am looking forward for a positive response on this matter.

Im working abroad so i asked my mom to send my creditcard from Bacolod to Batangas so my friend can bring it to me. Sent last April 12. Today is April 30 and the parcel wasnt delivered yet. My friend is already onboard yet the parcel is not yet received nor delivered to their house. As per lbc express website, it is ready for delivery since April 25. Pls!

I always call their customer service staff but they always promising that my item would be delivered. It's been a month! Then I go to the branch where I deposit my item and they send them a lots of email to please deliver it in mariveles branch (because that item is in balanga bataan ware house and take note: they did not deliver it — it os not for pick up) then weeks passed they return the item! The document that I, Donnabelle Felix sent last April 25, 2019 6:13:49 PM at Robinsons Pioneer has not been received by the consignee Henry Tutor of EEI Corp. But when I checked LBC tracking service, it says it has been released to Yolly Cruz. But there is no Yolly Cruz working in EEI Corp. The document should be directly delivered to the consignee written in the courier pouch. Why did they deliver to an unknown person?
