LBC Express delivery of my package

Just want to complain the delivery of my package since september 1, 2018, Saturday for the reason of "house is closed and no one was there, LBC will deliver the next business day" under tracking number [protected] but until now there's no re-delivery of my package has been done. I already called "thrice" to your customer service for the follow up of my package. If i didn't receive my package today, September 7, 2018 until 5pm. I will no longer accept the package and you will pay the damage because of your poor service.

LBC Express noreen maria diane budanio passport

Dear LBC Team,

Good day!
I'm a concern citizen, saw of the post of a girl in my newsfeed in Facebook, asking for the directions how to go in Don Honofre Village. She was looking for her passport, supposed to be delivered last August, but sad to say, the said date no passport arrive.

Let me ask about your protocol in delivery the item? Since were both a logistic company then. I'm a Metropac employee, and I'm a Customer Service, what we doing once the place is flooded area? First attempt is to call the receiver, right? To inform what is the situation. No 1st or even 2nd attempt. She's expecting her passport for the said date, she paid of your service but what happened?

As a provider, we never tell/advise the client to go in our warehouse just to pick her/his item there, since she/he paid our services.

I called your customer service hotline and she was telling me, Noreen haven't give any contact number. I saw her receipt and it was stated her contact number.

She was asking my help to file final complain about your services and what happened. What would be happened for the payment she was paid to your company?

Please take note on this.
And take this a high priority to take immediate action.

LBC Express door to door shipping

First, i am so disappointed with your staff in lbc shoppesville branch in greenhills san juan, i admit it was my fault because i told them to just put my items in a pouch then i went back home, i then realized that maybe i can change the packaging coz it might get damaged using that pouch only so i went back and ask if its okay to change the packaging from pouch to a box, , im willing to add if theres any additional charge i said but your staff named Virgie Gualberto doesnt want to change the packaging and told me that they wont change it. What if my items arrived in a bad condition? What if my items get damages?

The nearest landmark I know is the Satellite Market in Camp 7. Attached below is the direction to the recipient's address. Please let me know if the delivery or package can be picked-up in one of your branches in Baguio City. Contact me in this number [protected]. According on your website the package status was "We tried to deliver your shipment but recipient is unknown at the given address. LBC Express balikbayan box has not arrived

My name is Ramir c.Ladao. I am speaking in behalf of my father. Zosimo c.Ladao who live in the US. with the following address 838 Melrose street. National city, California, USA
The problem started when he sent the balikbayan thru your company on Sept 22, 2017. The consigned was Antonietta ladao(my mother)care of to Angelina Redondo with following address upper poplacion, sagay, camigiuin. Province.
3 months after there was no sign of the package had arrived in sagay, camiguin. My father had kept on calling me and asked me regarding the said box. I live in zone 11, tejero village. Patag. Cagayan de Oro city. I called Angelina cedinio and asked whether she had receive the package. She said no! She had not receive.
My father had arrived on February 2018. We went to mambajao, camiguin, the main office of the island. They said that they have idea because the balikbayan boxes is separated office and they have special men who were assigned for the delivery. Instead they gave us numbers of celfone of.the employees. They gave us the address.
We went back to cagayan de Oro and proceeded to N&G industrial park, baloy, cagayan de Oro. We were met and entertained with operation manager ramon who was candid and accommodating.He had prior knowledge of our complaint because we were able to talk to his men before we came. He showed us the timeline and tracking no. It was delivered to my address. At 181 zone 11 tejero village patag 6th, CDO. I SAID no! I have not received the package. Why it should be there in the first place when the consigned live in sagay camiguin and its address there? Ramon strongly insisted that I receive the package. I SAID no. If you insist then you have to show me my signature.
He gave me his number and he will ask manila to further documents. He promised to call me or i will call 2 weeks after. I did called but it was a different story. He declined my calls and text messages. I believe that there is fraud here. This maybe a problem which had been going on. They were hiding something. I will not stop until I found answers.I have some documents attached. Please refer to these

My problem now was I almost going back to Malaysia but still my box is in Cagayan balikbayan box delivery team I wonder why still not forwarding here in mambajao camiguin while my box arrive in cdo last Feb 21.cdo and camiguin island was so near,I hope I can have within this week.

I just want to know regarding my balikbayan box ,it's already in Cagayan balikbayan box delivery team on Feb 21 this year,till now still there because I keep on tracking and it seems like it's not moving to forward here in mambajao camiguin.i almost goback to my job site,can you please do an action this matter.thanks and I hope before I leave nxt mo.i can have my box

I am Omairah Ampa Mardan. The CDO BALIKBAYAN BOX TEAM attempted to deliver our package (box) without notifying us, they didn't even texted us before they deliver it to our house. The problem now is we're out of town and they tried to deliver it lately to our house but no one is at home. Still we didn't receive any updates for our package (box). How can we solve this problem?

LBC Express delivery parcel express

I've been waiting for my item to arrive but it didn't, sadly because the location of the address I give is incomplete. To clarify my complete address is F. Calderon Extension Sitio Bato Cebu City, specifically in Elizondo Residence. Now I want to have my item by tomorrow cause I badly need to use it on the next day. LBC Express delivery

I sent a cargo last Tuesday Aug 28, 2018. When i check the cargo today it says it went to Cainta Cargo Hub when in fact the delivery adddress should be in Valencia Bohol how come it went to Cainta? Please check my cargo its a medicine, my client expected the delivery within the week how come it went to other destination. Please check tracking nubmer [protected]

LBC Express delivery person violated my right to privacy

I sent two boxes to different locations in Iiligan city, within same province. One box to my future wife and another to a High School Student of my former co worker. The delivery person delivered the first box and began to ask my future wife probing questions.
She told me this in an email:
"they ask me who is Robert brown in my life because he wonder why u send two box different name i am shocking also too mahal."
I stated: "It's not his business to know that nor ask that."

LBC Express parcel was eaten by rat

I sent my parcel aug 23 in the morning to blumentritt branch and it was declared as cookies despite that it was under perishable goods, lbc still have an improper handling with the parcel.

Aug 24, 2018 the parcel is already at albay branch but the consignee only got her item the next day aug.25, 2018 and it was in not condition.

The plastic is ripped of by rat and the cookies was already a disaster.

Consignee dont want to recieve it because of the condition of the parcel but the delivery man insisted, he said that consignee must make a repost about it.

The item is worth 310 plus 175 shipping fee.

I am demanding a full refund if shipping fee 175 plus the cost of goods 310.

LBC Express item didn't receive due to cant find my location

I checked my track day by day. Now, its said that i need to contact customer care channel to handle this issue. Cant deliver my item due to cant find my address. Then what shoul i do next? It is possible that i may get it with any lbc branch here in cagayan de oro. Or you may still deliver it to my address? Hope for your response immediately. Thank you

LBC Express marikina-cainta team

Paid for the re-shipping of the item last Aug 3, 2018 from the Hangar. The said team received the item Aug 15 and as per site they deliver the item on the same day. But unfortunately they can't find the house. How can they not? LBC can't find a house? DHL found our house just fine, Lazada delivered my orders just in time and we are talking about the same address here and LBC CAN NOT! Meralco and Manila water can deliver bills on time and damn your team can not! Called the CS hotline for the 2nd and requested if they can contact me if they can't find the area so I'll just meet them outside. Called again for the 3rd time to tell team to deliver item to the nearest branch which is Sta Lucia East Grand Mall and still no action.. What does this team do? Your ad promise convenience but calling again and again to follow up the status of my parcel is every inconvenience.. Do they want me to pick it up to their warehouse? Where is the convenience to that? Pls expedite delivery for this has taken for too long! And pls fire all people in Marikina-Cainta Team there had been a lot of complain about that team!

Good day i would like to ask kasi nag pa ship ako nang relo going to cebu then dumating yung parcel August 20, 2018 but then its a holiday man so na move sya into August 22, 2018 soo nakuha nmn yung item peru pag ka bukas bakit sira ang relo? ehh to think bagu sya napadala bagu sya napa ship ok nmn ang items ko na napada peru pag ka dating sa cebu sira na ang relo, sana ma aksyonan nyo po Thank you and Have a Good day,

LBC Express lbc delivery

Did they not deliver the documents sent to me by my mother at home, instead they let me pick it up instead of delivery. It's so unfair because my mother paid for the service charge for delivery, we've waited for several days just to received a text that we should claim it at their branch.When we arrived there to claim the documents the staffs are not accommodating and quite arrogant.Very bad service

LBC Express penshoppe item

Hi! I have ordered an item from Penshoppe which uses LBC Express Inc as the courier. They provided me a tracking for it so I can monitor it. The recipient of the item is my friend. It happened to be that everytime your team tried to deliver the item the Cafè, where the item should be delivered is closed for some reasons. The thing is, your delivery team don't even attempt to contact the recipient to confirm if they can deliver the item at a certain time. Now the item is already at your SCS Returns Office.

In addition to, we always check and trace the shipment from time to time online but the updates are not real time! What I am asking now is that you please contact the recipient so that he can make arrangements with you about the item.

Ano nanaman po yang shipment issue na yan? Nung 21 sabi niyo nakaclose yung bahay! Tapos kahapon shipment isaue nanaman!? Bat kasi hindi kayo tumawag or magtext? Kaya nga may contact no. Na nakalagay jan sa parcel na yan! Cod pa naman yan! Nakakahiya dun sa shipper kung babalik sa kanila yung inorder ko. Nakakasira ng tiwala! Sa tagal tagal ko ng nagrereceive at nagpapadala sa lbc ngayon lang to nangyari!

I was receive an sms from lbc express that my order is going to deliver today but when i check the status of my order it says that "Your shipment was not delivered since recipient's address is out of LBC's service area. Please get in touch with us through our customer care channels? What does it mean?

Magandang umaga po bakit po shipment issue lumabas tapos sabi bukas dating at ediliver hangang ngayon po walang diliver na dumating tama naman lahat address at pangalan.sender samarita ma.mildred

LBC Express lost package / slow resolution

I am complaining about my daughter's package that was lost using LBC courier. Her package was lost at LBC branch in Patindig Araw, Imus Cavite, Philippines. Their branch already claimed that they lost the package. Tracking Number: [protected]

The item inside the package was a mobile phone Samsung that she purchased online worth Php4, 000.00 and supposed to be delivered on her address in Cavite. She is wondering what took the package so long to be delivered on her address that is why she tried to call the branch and the branch stated that they tried to deliver the package however, they can't locate the address and claimed that they can no longer find the package and they claimed it that they already lost the package. I already file a complaint on June, 2018, ticket number: [protected]. Now it's already August, 2018 and yet, no resolution. It's almost 3 months now.

Your immediate help to this issue is highly appreciated.
