my package was not delivered and i am to pick it up on the warehouse that is secluded from the people. damn! i have to pay for the delivery and now i have to pay for the fare that might end up double the price of the delivery fee! [censored] you LBC! plus your employees are not answering their cellphones when i am trying to contact them again that they need to change the place where i can pick up my package that WAS NOT DELIVERED! MY TRACKING NUMBER IS [protected]. I NEED MY REFUND AND PAY ME FOR THE ADDITIONAL EXPENSES YOU PEOPLE COST ME FOR TRAVELING BACK AND FORTH TO KNOW IF MY PACKAGE IS DELIVERED OR NOT!

I would like to raise my concern about the package which unable to deliver when i checked yesterday thru online it state "the recipient unknown to the given address "the address was provide was clear and correct and beside its subdivision easier to locate the address. When i found out it wasn't received I immediately sent an email to ur customer service and was hoping for the reponse but unfortunately no reply even

1 got a text from LBC that they are going to deliver within the day. I waited until evening but they did not came. I did not receive any call from them asking for the location of our house f they cant find it even it is impossible because it is located just beside the road. What makes me angry is their online tracking of the item. How can they report that the delivery was unsuccessful due to payment issues during delivey when the truth is they did not do their job right in delivering the package. Contact number is indicated in the package and I am sure that it has a complete address so there is no reason fr them not to deliver the package. They are so irresponsible!

I would like to complain about the shipment I am expecting to be delivered today. I ordered it thru Shopee. Ref#[protected]. I work from home and I badly need it tonight! My address is clear, Clemente apartment 83 C Mabiyaya st. Masagana Homes, Sta Rita, Guiguinto, Bulacan. I was waiting all day and to my surprise the order was tagged delivery failed and Medina family doesn't know me. I don't have a neighbor that has a Medina last name. I have a meeting tonight online with a client and I will loose $600 because of this. I've been waiting for the shipment. Please investigate and ask your delivery man where the hell is that Medina Family?! I am so pissed right now! I need the item tonight or you will pay for the shipment! Call me at [protected]. I made my payment for SSS short term loan in Greenbelt Makati Philippines Branch on July 29, 2018 but until now my payment still not posted in my account. Supposed to be the payment will be posted 3 working days after the payment was made. Because of this, i'm already worrying about the penalty.

But it's really impossible because last week I also used that exact address for my JRS package and I received it. How can I get my package? Please reply asap. Thank you. was expecting a document since 08/02 because bdo already texted me that it is already out for delivery.eventhough my work starts at 4pm, i waited but no one called or texted me that they are alredy outside the house or he is on the way.i was not expecting it to be delivered that day due to heavy rain.i checked the tracker but they said that i am bot home @2pm but im home no one called nor texted me. on 08/03 same thing happened same time and same reason but hell im home waiting for the delivery and now no one still came out to deliver the document that is very important..this is the 2nd delivery that failed..they said that the house location is unknown but we are receiving deliveries in our home through lbc..whats wrong with the delivery of lbc?where are my documents?!?!?

Why those LBC in provinces are allowing customers to send electronic gadgets without packing it in a plastic container? But here in Metro Manila, they are so damn strict! This is a big problem in every service center here in Metro. Dapat wag nyo nang payagan sa inbound pa lang kung hihigpitan nyo rin lang pag pabalik na sa province! Ayusin nyo naman policy nyo!

to whom it may concern I just want to complain about my lost items when I received my parcel through pick up at your LBC arnaiz branch February pa po ito nangyari and nareport na din po ang incident sa Customer Service. I was adviced by arnaiz branch na makipag communicate sa shipper at sa branch na pinadalan which is LBC sm san mateo branch, ticket number [protected]. Since naireport na daw po wait for text, ang san mateo branch they said tinatawagan ang shipper ko dahil need ang shipper's disposition daw, but wala naman po tumatawag nor ngtetext. so sino po ba ang nanloloko yung san mateo branch? then nagpunta ulit saknila dahil sabi nga d sumasagot para iclear na wala naman narereceive na text or call. So again sabi ng branch wait nlng sa text for refund approval.. upto now wala pa din po.. tiwala kami sa service so we were waiting pero till now wala. Sana naman po pagtuunan nyo po ng pansin.. Ang mga nag uupdate nga po hindi naaasikaso pano pa ang mga walang oras mag update.

July 30- i called LBc but they didnt endorse my box to the delivery staff, 'was expecting today but i didn't receive my box yet

I would like to complaint in inappropriate actions regarding your employee actions i was about to remit cash via western union to lbc robinsons starmills branch in pampanga amounting of $20 and a employee name Kevin as far as i remember asked me if what for is the money sent to me and told him it was given by my sister who is at houston, texas and ask me again what is my job/ do i have any job and told him im currently unemployed. In my mind maybe my sister was surprising me of joking with just $20 she transferred for me.

And kevin handed me 10, 015 in peso which was not my fault. This was last monday July 28, 2018

After our lbc we went straight home to south which was indicated in my address on my lbc id. And as a first time mom and a married woman i don't really have any time going out of house unless my husband is with me but, currently working 24/7 via online job.

Kevin continues to call my husband on his mobile number and distract his work just to communicate to me.

And still continues to call me as well despite im a full time mom and currently no one to help me baby sit and do chores at home.

He also visited my previous job branch at healthy options pampanga which is alarming.

I am complaining him for taking my privacy and please do immediate actions as well as to took his fault in his job standards.

I went to the LBC office in Portland Oregon, USA in June 2018, the manager said their credit card machine was changed and only does money advance.
Because I did not have cash I used my credit card and was charged $30 plus interest.
There is an ad that says your business takes Visa and Master charge.
I was at the LBC office and their credit card machine was still just doing money advance.
When are you going to fix this.

I was expecting an item from LBC and received 2 text messages with tracking no. [protected] that it will be delivered last July 26 and 27, 2018 but no LBC courier arrived. And as per checking today, the item was already returned to sender.

How come it was already returned to sender without attempting of delivering the item in the first place?

It is impossible to unlocate the address because the mailing address is at Metrobank Dinalupihan Branch, No. 3 San Ramon Hiway, Dinalupihan Bataan.

We always order items via online shopping and received it on time through LBC Courier, how come I didn't received this specific item this time?

I called the delivery boy assigned in our area to explain why he didn't deliver it but he was just making excuses.

His name is ROLLY LULU.

I believe they undergone orientation / training for proper way of delivering items/docs before they return it to sender.. Sadly, some of your delivery man opted to RTS without even having an effort to locate the address first.

These kind of staff is causing bad effect to your company that's why I am making a report.

I hope you will do something about it.

Parcel with tracking #[protected] contains live plants from Baguio..It was accepted at Baguio Bonifacio last July 25, 2018..
Expected delivery should be on July 26..
It takes 5 days for the parcel to arrive...
The plants wilted, leaves turn brown..The plants are totally damaged, these are succulents..I am reporting this incident to demand for refund to all the damage plants

I get in touch with the shipper and they said that document was sent back to them because the recipient is unknown. Why did they return it to the sender without giving me a call?
