I ordered online to lightinthebox.com though I read a lot of complaints I still pursue to try to buy to this site. I ordered nail arts. I paid April 24, 2013 after I fill up the information of my payment and to the email address that one of the representative given ([protected]@lightinthebox.com). I got a response on that same day (April 24, Wednesday) that they received my payment and WITHIN 2 days they will send me a confirmation of my payment IMMEDIATELY. on that second day (April 26) I didn't received any message for the confirmation. (what I get everyday is a notification of unfinished order that I didn't order or even add to the cart, I open my account in Lightinthebox and delete it everytime, I just leave my 1 pending order that I paid). I chat to one of the representative in PRESALE BECAUSE THAT'S THE ONLY LIVE CHAT THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A RESPONSE IMMEDIATELY they don't have a called LIVECHAT for the POSTORDER you just leave a message and they will answer it 'MAYBE' WITHIN 24 HOURS. I chat to their representative username 'vincent' at first he will ask your order #, payment# where you pay etc. just to make you feel that they are concerned 'BUT THE REAL PROBLEM WILL NOT SOLVE' and I gave my order # [protected] and the other information. after that he said that their western union account is under updating (they should inform their customers for that matter) but I told him that I talk to other agent called 'joy' and what he said is my payment is not yet received (though I didn't tell to 'joy' that I got a message the day after I paid that LITB received my payment) so, I tell to 'VINCENT' he asked me to forward it to him and I did though I'm really annoying for they asked too much yet not get what I am complaining. he said I need to wait for another 2 days and I am so feel bad of the system they have because their account are updating, and what's annoying is that he said ''Vincent: that is called what we called "unexpected"." nice answer for your customer's complain. at night of april 26 I tried to chat again to one of their agent named 'candy' because I got a notification that I didn't paid yet for my order. she asked me same questions of my information and giving me the account details of where to send though I always said I ALREADY PAID for how many times I will tell to them. and she said that's it's 2 AM at their time and no financial department are working but she message me that they will help me in the first place when they are at work and then she transfer my complaints to their shift manager named 'joy' and the same asking the same details I need to gave and this time she said I need to wait for 1 week. and now It's already MAY 1 2013 and no response or message about the confirmation from LITB except for their advertisement of their new products! all I need is the real time of what it's written into their site for the confirmation of my payment plus the delivery of the orders! I'm hoping if it will really be DELIVERED WITH NO PROBLEMS AND NOT DELAYED as what mostly of the complaints I read. It's a big headache for the customers like me. so for the next customer who wants to try it then it's up to you, I also attract by some customers comments to the products they have into the site, but I learned that MIGHT NOT ALL POSITIVE COMMENTS ARE TRUE CUSTOMERS!

may 2 I got the confirmation of my payment. again another problem because some of my orders will be ship 24 hours only 1 is not, but I got the notification of shipment at may 10 and they might send the orders seperately. whooooh! I'm just hoping that all my orders will be send at 10-20 business days.

I placed an order too. And my bank shows they took the money and yall received it but i cannot find any trace of the order! It seems like the order was not placed. I cannot contact customer support because they order doesn’t even hw. I ordered a prom dress and because of the this i am unable to go to prom and i do not know hw to tell my parents. Im really disappointed and really sad. Light in the box really did me bad. It was my first order. Now i will not order from you again.

Dont ever shop for important events online!

i ordered from your site at 17/2/2014 3 items total amount 291 euros.it
seems that an error ocurred in your original site -light/mini in the
box and i ve lost trace of my money it seems like the order was never
done.i ve received documents from winbank that the money is sent in your
account in great britain in coventry.please help me in what to do in
order to get my money back beacause your previous replies didnt help me
at all.im not so skilled to do what your reply tells me to do.explain
what happened in a less formal language and help us get our money back
this is your obligation not ours.sincererly yours.
