I was in a Macdonalds today t in Scarborough Ontario. I saw at least 3 to 4 cash registars open. One Line. when I got in line. then a little latter More customers came in and since no line was really defined by the store itself the new custumers that came in went in front of me by going to the cash with one person. Now I could see that there was only one line but I guess they could because there was no barrier showing that there was one line for the four cash registars. I have seen this problem in a lot of places that I go. and I feel very frustrated when it happens because I wait my turn in line and sometimes for quit some time. when this happened today i felt very upset and felt why should I wait in line while people who just walked into the store can jump in front of me just because they don't feel the line up was clearly defined.
So I left. I feel Mcdonald's s and other places of business should make sure if they have more than one resturant then the line up for customer's should be clearly defined by the resturant and not the customer coming in. It would I feel be better all the way around.

I stopped at McDonalds today, and went to the drive thru. It was around 3:00 in the afternoon. There were sprinklers oscillating very close to where you order, and spraying water into my car and all over me. I had to shut my window twice while attempting to order and finally gave up. I went to the window and told them I wasn't finished ordering, but couldn't because I was being sprayed with water. It was all over my face. My car was wet all the way over to the passenger side window. Because my order was put in late, I had to pull up and wait. The guy who brought it out appeared to be a shift manager and I told him that people were being sprayed by the sprinklers. He responded by saying, "Oh yeah?" He then smiled, chuckled, and walked back inside. I was completely outraged. I don't hold McDonalds to a very high standard but this was unacceptable. It wasn't just a little bit of water. I could have dealt with that. It was the manager's response that really angered me. He didn't care, or even pretend to. He didn't seem to understand that it was a problem. People shouldn't have to worry about getting soaked while trying to order food, and then be completely disregarded when they politely mention it to the management. I am not loving it!

WOW! I got much better feedback from my3cents.com...people there seem to understand. You shouldn't have to worry about being sprayed with water when going through the drive thru. That's why it's a drive thru, so you don't have to get out. For the record, I am 24, and own my car. Maybe when it happens to you, you'll feel differently.

Jeez a free car wash with your order & you're complaining about it. Why did you even try to continue with the order if you were getting hit with wave after wave of water? COMMON SENSE LADY - you should have gone to the window to begin with. Did this sprinkler really upset you THAT MUCH you had to write about it on two separate sites? Go back to "my3cents" if you're fishing for sympathy.

While my wife was ordering our food i stood to 1 side and just observed
the guys on drive thru filling up the cartons with fries the excess just fell back into the tray after filling the required amount wiped their
hands on there clothes then carried on unfortunately not one of the guys were wearing any form of hand protection and as we are having problems with all the flu ect you would think the management would be the first to address this issue so as from my observations we decided it might be safer to eat at home

rude service and wrong order!
We made a simple order of a double cheese burger combo only ketchup and mayo and a 6 piece chicken McNuget order both with frutopia both no ice. The girl at the window was so rude it was descusting! My girl friend had to ask for our change because we didnt get it back and when we got it the girl slammed the chang in to her hand with a nasty frown on her face. We got a frutopia with ice and a coke with ice. When we got are food we asked for some ketchup sweet and sour sauce and salt. All we got was sweat and and sour sauce. When we asked again for the ketchup and salt all we got was the ketchup. So we asked again for the salt. "Only because the fries had no salt at all on them." The girl then said "For F**K sakes" and stomed off and then cambe back gaveing us an obscean amount of salt, so we just left. when we got home to eat our food the double cheese burger was made normal, there was no bill, the fries were actualy half full and the nuggets were so stale i wouldn't even feed them to my dog! I will honestly NEVER go back to mcdonalds I am actualy descusted with that place! DONT EAT AT MCDONALDS!

I went through drive through once and my Mate asked for a Happy meal for her 6 year old daughter. The person serving was nice to begin with but then My mates daughter, being really chatty started to talk to the server person, just casual things like whats your name, are you happy. The server was quite a fat woman with greasy hair and chubby fingers. My mate's daughter said 'are you going to eat my food before me'. I couldn't stop laughing! The server started screaming abuse at me, even though it was clear it was only a joke. When we got the food, She sneezed on the bag while she was closing it and smiled evilly! I couldn't believe it! when we got back to my mate's There was about 10 chips that were not even cooked properly and the chicken nuggets were covered in grease! I think McDonalds should really start upping its social and hygeine factors.
The problem was your girlfriend, women are not like guys. Two women can meet and form an vehement dislike of each other within 20 seconds. They were having a 'who can be a bigger ###' contest.
You should meet this kind of behavior with amusement, really. Unless you really did care and were all wrapped up in it, in which case i suggest testoterone pills, and to stop watching chick flicks with her, your estrogen levels are getting dangerously high

I ordered two large shakes and paid$6.76. I was handed two shakes and straws, no holder, no bag, nothing. I asked if I could have something to carry them in, as the ice cream was dripping down the sides. I was told "we're out". I asked how I could drive and not have these all over my upholstery. It was not her problem as she shut the window. The shakes fell to the pavement. I called the store when I got home to complain to the manager, who also hung up. It is not their problem, HOWEVER, THEY WILL KEEP THE MONEY. I called again to ask for a complaint line, and was hung up on again. Now THAT is customer service.

I ordered the two Sussage McMuffin special for $3.00 breakfast from McDonalds yesterday and noticed two things on my receipt. The first was that the receipt said $3.90 instead of $3.00. When I asked the manager she said that was tax. The tax in PA is 6% which is .18 not .90 cents.
Then onm top of that I noticed that McDonalds charges a Take Out Tax of .28 when you don't eat in. This is an outrageous ripping off of the consumer

Me and my family are regular customers of Mc Donald's Katipunan. We love spending time together and eating together at the said place. However, it is becoming apparent that the product availability specifically the chicken parts would only be wings and legs. The portion is really small that you cannot taste the chicken anymore, but just the breading and gravy. The managers on duty are lousy. It seems they lack training in dealing with customers. Contrary to the advertisement that they serve with a smile and welcome the customers, I noticed one of the managers (most probably the counter manager) rolled her eyes, turned her back, and even hide at their office when we are about to inquire regarding the availability of thigh. This was the only time we had such a very horrible experience from a fast food restaurant. Previous managers way back from 1998 up to 2007, had an excellent customer relations. What has happend to the management team of McDonald's? Rather spending money on commercials, maybe the managers of MCDONALDS KATIPUNAN should learn first what they are advocating. How can the customers say 'Love ko 'to' when the managers are very poor in managing the store. How can they effectively train their crews, when they themselves need customer service training.

We recieved absolutely pathetic and unacceptable service from McDonalds! They are suppose to be a fast food outlet but instead its more like a resturant where they take long to make your food. we waited over 15 minutes for our food and that too our english muffins were burnt! the reason i stopped at Mcdonalds was becuase i was rushing to work and needed to get some breakfast at a FAST FOOD outlet. To put the cherry on the top, the scrambled eggs were tasteless and McDonald's did not have salt in stock!

Yesterday i had ordered two cajun chicken meals and a chicken family share. restrooms closed & v. p. belittling people
I have had two major problems with caspers mcdonalds, 1st one being about two weeks ago when I went to the mcdonalds on bush blvd in tampa fla, I went to use the rest rooms and was told by the manger that they were closed, how can a major restaurant close its restrooms and stay open this would seem to be a volation of health and saffty as you can not go to the bathroom or wash your hands, I was not offered antoher solution and left to go elsewhere. Today may 19, 2009 I went to another caspers mcdonalds in valrico fla, I went through drive through and ordered when I got to the window I told them I have to pay half cash and half on my debit card as I only had so much money in my acct, they said they couldent do that so I ask for a manger as was told by him it couldent be done, this is a major restaurant I would have thought that a manager would be smart enough, to split the order in two and take two payments but no I was turned away with out my food or mcdonalds gettting any of my money, I called caspers and tryed to get someone to return my calls after 3 or 4 calls I told them I need to speak with some one as I was very dispointed in the way caspers runs its restanurants and handles its health and saffty and how it people treat there customers, I was put on the phone with the vice pres. Bob conigliaro"spelling might be wrong" his title is frendly marketing manager his remark to me was "what do you want me to do makr your car payment for you"... I cant believe the the vice president of caspers would say such a thing! He did offer me two lunch vouchers and I said at this point I dont want them and he said we are done with you and hung up! So I called caspers headquarters back up and told the person answering the phone ithink her name was carla and told her I dident think the smart # coment that her. V. P. Of caspers made to me was right! She said you dont have to talk to me like that, I didnt say any thing wrong, I dident cuss her all I was saying was that her v. P. Bob conigliaro had made smart # remarks to me, I was put on hold and told if I called back to make complaints I would have a reverse trace put on my phone and I would be arrested for harrasement... Can you beleave that mcdonalds v. thats ok, I won an r. v. on a raffle from the ronald mcdonald house in pensacola. after paying all the taxes on the 35, 000. I gave the tampa bay ronald mcdonald's house, a 35, 000 dollar r.v., and they didn't want to fool with marketing it, so the sold it for 2000.00, basicaly had it towed off! you couldn't put tires on it for that! the tires were new! Hello, I am a customer that loves to eat at McDonald's 3 times a day and 7 days a week, But i had a problem today with a white male that only sits in McDonald's just to use the Wifi. Everyday he sits at the table next to the women's restroom and doesn't buy anything that we as me and my boyfriend know of. But on this particular day my boyfriend and i were buying our normal 3 breakfast sandwiches, We happen to sit where this white male normally sits at when he's there. But when he got there he complain about us sitting in his spot when we were there first. As we were just about ready to leave he chased us out the restaurant and started yelling at us and using fowl language and told us that he would get the manger to trespass us if we didn't give up his seat. He also told us that the manger of McDonald's trespass us from there already but no one not even the manger told us that at all. But as we were leaving he told us that he would have to carve his name at this particular table. And i told him that would be vandalism. And also he threaten to call the police on us. And when i complain to the manger named mike there he said " this guy told us the complete opposite, and there's nothing we can do" McDonald's is my favorite restaurant and i don't want to get trespass for any reason at all, I rather eat there and buy there then any other restaurants. My son-in- law was without notice let go by Casper's. This was several weeks ago and his final check is being withheld without explanation. I'm told there was no severance offered. After living in Tampa for 32 years, this is not the reputation I recall.

I went to the McDonald's in Brandon on Hwy 60 (502 W. Brandon Blvd.) and ordered two 20 piece chicken mcnuggets, when I got home I only had half the order. By that time I had already changed my clothes and was getting ready to sit down to eat. I called the manager and told him I was very pissed and I did not want to waste my gas that day to go back to get the other half of the order. He said come back and I will make worth it. I went back through the drive thru, but some young boy tried to give me the other half and I told him no that the manager was going to take care of it. Well, I guess someone else took care of it so I drove all the was back just to get the other half of the order when I could have done that on another day. I WAS REALLY PISSED! Gas is expensive! I do not have time and money to go back and forth for there mistakes. Also while I was waiting in the drive thru someone in front of me was giving there food back also. Just had the worse service possible at the McDonalds in Tampa at Bearss and Florida. Got to the window to pay for 2 McDoubles, 2 medium fries, got waited on super fast taking the order and money when I reached the 2nds window at 11:15 PM. Then the problem started, it took 15 minutes to get the order and when we did, even though we ordered fresh fries, they were stone cold, not warm, not even close, cold. I could have understood if they were packed, they weren't. They had me pull up for the two cars behind mine. By the temperature of the bag, I knew someone fixed it and someone else forgot to bring it out. No receipt either at the time I paid or in the bag. Someone needs to go straighten those people out, they are super disorganized on this shift.

You're an idiot. If you didn't notice that your money was being taken out, you don't deserve the cash. Might I suggest you be more aware next time?
I as well use to work as a manager for Caspers. They pay thier management well over normal fast food restraunts as due to they expect their managers to always go above and beyond. I also know Bob I worked with him as an asst manager when he was a store manager and he taught me alot about customer service so I know that customers are always right is his Motto and I have never seen him do anything but go out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. He was so good at it that they made him in charge of public relations where he has worked for years giving donations and working with many charities as well as working with the Ronald McDonald house. I am sure he was unable to please you since there was nothing that could be done about the system they use and nothing was going to make you happy. As far as the restroom if you would have called the office and reported that they would have contacted the supervisor and called him to go to that store to see what was going on IMMEDIATLY as that was not tolerarated 10 years ago so I am sure its not tolerated now. Caspers is so dedicated to sanitation that the crew must stop and wash their hands every 30 minutes when the crew uses the restrooms they must wash their hands in the bathroom for show (so a customer does not see an employee leave the restroom without washing their hands) however when they return they are not allowed to go past the wash area and return to thier station until they wash their hands for 60 seconds and then sanitize and yes a timer is used. I know that Caspers is dedicated to sanitation and customer service and will do whatever it takes to make sure they do their best to satisfy the customer however even though they do try to acheive 100% customer satisfaction not everyone is going to be satisfied since they cannot do some things like change their payment system or cook breakfast at lunchtime and vice versa however they will do what they can. The reason I don't work there anymore is due to I had two heart attacks and couldn't keep up with the demands and responsibilities of the job. However I worked side by side with Bob as well as Robby Adams (Son in Law and owner of some of the stores) and they are dedicated to their customers and employees. If I had the energy I would still be working for them.

I am a manager at a Caspers Company Mcdonalds and I just wanted to address a few things with you.
First off, being unable to split a bill into half card and half cash has nothing to do with intelligence. Our machines, which are official Mcdonald's operation systems, will not allow split payments on our end. There is nothing we can do to fix this. If you needed to pay separately you should have said so before ordering so that we could have prevented you the annoyance of taking time to order and driving through. Next time might I suggest you dividing your order into two separate orders to pay with cash and card.
Secondly, for the many, many years I've worked at Caspers and have known Bob, he has been nothing more than the polite sort. Every day he goes out of his way to pacify customer complaints. He sends out Be Our Guest Cards and sends out people to investigate claims of unfair treatment. I find it hard to believe that he would be so rude to you. But then again, anything can happen given the right circumstances.
I find it funny that when something happens to a person, that person's mind will build up the event and depict the person who slighted them as a villain far more than they should. It's human nature. Everyone is guilty of it.
People also assume that everyone who works at a fast food restaurant is an idiot. It's usually the first insult we hear. "Are you stupid?" I assure you not all of us are stupid. I hold a double Bachelors in Business and I can guarantee that I have more education than most who come through. I'm not the only one. We are not beneath you because we work at a fast food restaurant, just like you aren't beneath anyone else for holding a different position in the work force.
As for the rest room issue, I can see the problem in that and it should be looked into.
I think you need to ask yourself what you did to receive the response that you did. Did you approach the situation with a level head? Did you raise your voice when you weren't getting your way, or did you talk over the issue like an adult?
How would you like it if someone drove up to your window and became militant with you over something you had no control over such as split bill ability?
Think about that before you call someone stupid. What complaints do you get at your place of business that are out of your control?

I stopped in at the DRIVE through on my way to work and ordered coffee with my meal. When I received my coffee I put it down on the floor then reached to receive the rest of the meal. As I was going to drive off I picked up the coffee and the lid was off, I spilled some, I then put it back down on the floor and pushed the lid down and again tried to pick it up, the lid was not staying down. I then pulled the car over to a parking stall with the coffee in my hand as I have no holder and spilled the coffee on my hand and clothes. I went into the restaurant and the girl snapped the lid down and showed my how you can pick it up by the lid and it doesn't come off. If it had been done like that before it was handed to me in my car I wouldn't have had a problem. I now have coffee on my clothes and a burn't thumb and all she could say is " I am sorry have a nice day". Their customer service needs to change making sure lids are on and that they have a sleeve on their VERY hot coffee.

Same thing happened to me. I go to their drivethru every morning and today they did not lid my large coffee properly. Half of the cup spilled all over my car and the girl at the drivethru just starred at me. I handed her back the coffee and asked her to give me some napkins, instead she just pushed back the lid and gave me back the same cup! When I asked to speak to the manager, she did even do anything. The customer service is horrible and Im not letting this go, because my car is damage because of Mcdonald's employees not putting their coffee lids properly.

First of all i have to say mcdonalds make the best coffee, and I want to keep comming back to drink your coffee, but a number of times i have gone to this McDonalds and others in the area and bought my morning coffee, when i take my first sip i nearly gag from the smell of perfume or aftershave on the lids, it happened as recent as this morning, I asked her to change the lid, she did, but that one also smelt the same, she was quite rude about it to! I spilled a large coffee all over my car. Luckily I was still in the parking lot so I could run inside and get napkins. Cleaning the leather seats was no problem, but it got all over the carpet in-between the seat and center console and under the seat. They gave me a free new coffee, but seriously, the lids pop off with the slightest touch! I hope my car doesn't smell like nasty coffee now, but I am pretty sure it does. Very dissatisfied. Also I got it all over my pants and sweatshirt.
I also have spoken to one of the managers previously regarding this matter before I have made a complaint on here, obviously it wasn't addressed to his staff..
I've had it with McDonald's coffee cup lids! I was once told by an employee that they were redesigning the lid so it doesn't leak out from under the lid. This has yet to be implemented. It spills on me and has ruined blouses of mine. I changed to McDonalds coffee because I felt it was better than Tim Hortons but am now boycotting McDonald until they fix their darn lids. How hard can this be, millions of companies have successfully designed coffee cup lids...why not McDonalds?
I order about 3 coffees a day and everytime i go to take a drink, the coffee leaks from under the lid. I got coffee stains on my shirts, dresses and sticky cup holders in my car due to this. Please change the lids.

Ok i was in mcdonalds, and i had to use the restroom really bad. so i placed my order, which i didn't receive at all. i had to take a number 2, and i pulled down my pants and ### on the floor and the manager proceeded to get mad and alert security.
