I ordered 2 packs of two MIK46780404 (total 4) of these. They arrived today and 2 of them are broken. I would like to send these back and get replacements.

Michael's Vaudreuil Quebec
I received an email at 10:00 this morning saying my order was ready for pickup and when I arrived on site they told me that they only open at 1. That should have been included in the email. They shouldn't be sending out ready for pick up emails when the store isn't open. Time and gas were wasted as this Michael's is not close to my home. Please consider changing your email to avoid wasting time.

First order was sent to wrong address. Was told replacement was shipped and arrival date. Called a few days later and was told it was out of stock and never shipped. Received no communication it was canceled. Called again to get a refund…rep had children screaming in background. I asked if children were screaming. She said sorry neighbor kids over
Framing
First, I have used the Michaels on Mill Plain in Vancouver, WA since June 2016. There are at least 15 arts pieces hanging on the walls that they framed.
However, most recently, I took in a 20x30 of Hagia Sophia from Istanbul in to be framed; it was destroyed. I immediately was provided with a refund, but was told that ONLY Corporate coud refund the cost of the destroyed canvas. First, it should not take over a month to cut a check; secondly, when I called today, I waited over 30 minutes on hold before I hung up. I was given the number 0481 6043 before being placed on hold.
Desired outcome: I want my refund processed and received within this month.

Sad to see that you care less about the handicap and more about the "curbside pickup". Why are the handicaps space so small? Did you take one spot and turn it into 2. I hope the state comes and sues your a$ off.
Because the spots are so small you can not access the door. I had some lady park next to my handicap friend - so close to his door - he could not get in his car. She was one of your curbside picksups. Nice to know they have mroe priority than someon who cant walk. He has a handicap plate for a reason! You should be ashamed. I hope you get sued. I hope the state finds out you are doing this and I hope the person who made this decision becomes permenant handicap to know what that feels like. Fed up with the disdain for ppl with disabilities. Shame on you.
Text messaging
Re order MIK45283396. This was an online order. At 1157pm last night I was awakened by a text stating that my order had been shipped.
I understand that most retailers will restrict texting to business hours. I was startled by the text as I have family in California and I thought something had happened.
It took me over an hour to get back to sleep after the adrenaline rush. This morning, I tried to find a way to lodge a complaint via email where you can get a response, and there is no way to do this, so I am putting in my complaint on this website.

Product Packaging
I ordered several breakable decorative pieces for Halloween. Each time the packaging and wrapping of these items have been terrible. Every breakable item that I ordered came in broken. One breakable item was not even in a box, but came in a flimsy bag with no protective wrapping. Improper training of shipping department. Such poor customer service.

Rewards Program
What is the point of having a rewards program if you won't honor purchases made? My reward points show only $1.30 in purchases in May when I bought well over $200 worth of items 5 months later. I put my phone number and email into the system every time I made a purchase. I'm a busy person and I shouldn't have to keep inputting missing receipts that they only give you 14 days (less time than most return policies) to do so. As a result, I've lost out on rewards. I'll take my business elsewhere if they're not going to reward loyal customers.

Was in a Michaels Store last night (escondido, CA). going down their scrapbooking aisles and there was almost NO stickers / embellishment. When i talked to (2) of the associates--- I was told that their corporate buyer is eliminating all stickers and a majority of the scrapbooking supplies. Both the associate and the Manger said - that " what ever is left on the shelves -- is all we have, we will not be getting restocked and will not be available online, These type of items will no longer be sold by Michaels". Yesterday, 6/9/21, I had to give up ordering online and trying to arranging pick up for scrapbook replacement sleeves 12" x12" in a small quantity. They were not availabe for shipping and unavailable in the store. Today when I went to the site, they appeared automatically, BUT were the wrong size. When I realized my error, luckily b4 completing the order, I hit "edit" under the box for number to be ordered. Nothing. Hit again...nothing. Finally backspaced and deleted the number, clearing it out of the box. Was unable to proceed as the item number remained in my cart. "Live Help" - went to a BOT, which is not LIVE HELP! Finally gave up and went to a site that was much easier to order from. Maybe that's why Michaels has a 2 star rating out of 5.

Curbside pickup
I placed my order online in Dec 2020 and went to store for curbside pickup when notified it was in. After arriving and parking I followed procedure and waited in my car over 20 minutes. I finally called the store to only be told they misplaced my order. (why didn't they tell me earlier.) After another 10 minutes they finally brought out the order. THEN, today I went today for another curbside pickup and again after a 20 minute wait I called to find out that no one was available to bring out our order and at that time they hadn't even found the order for me to come in to pickup. I ended up driving away empty handed. WHY do they offer curbside pickup if they cannot service it. This all happened at the Chino store in So Cal.

Today, Sunday, my artist by hobby husband and I went to purchase the frame for my husband's oil painting. When there, Emily, a sales woman there, insulted me beyond any sales person in my entire 60 years. What a horrible woman. She told me I wasn't a responsible adult by not getting the vaccine. Little did she know that I cannot get it per my doctors. I have two strikes against me for the reception of the vaccine. yet Emily yelled at me across the framing desks with other customers there, that I wasn't a responsible adult for not getting the vaccine! This was after my husband and I were told that the store needed 80% vaccinated customers. We had no idea who was vaccinated in the store! How would we possibly know this? it is a private matter. When I said that I wasn't vaccinated, Emily said I was an irresponsible adult!
This occurred when my husband and I entered the store on Walnut Street and asked Megan, the manager standing at the entrance, if we needed our masks after the mask requirement was lifted at midnight last night. She said no. So we went to the framing desk to order our frame. Once there, Emily saw that we weren't wearing our masks and told me that I wasn't a responsible adult for not wearing my mask and not getting a vaccine. How dare she? I pay her salary by purchasing yet another purchase at Michaels. I buy regularly there, but now I don't think I can go to that store. I am an American and can decide for myself and have a health disorder that prevents me from the vaccine.
I have never been so insulted and I think you should know that Emily is a very young, inexperienced, ignorant girl. She doesn't belong in sales. Nor does she belong at Michaels where I shop every single week.
I hope you will do something about this. I will be going back there this week and if I see Emily, I will not return to that store.

I am NOT required to wear a mask. I have autism and sensory issues. I was at the Michael's store in Riverton, Utah on Kestrel Range Road and was asked to wear a mask. I identified myself as being exempt. The person/ customer service worker did not accept this answer and then proceeded to make me identify what made me exempt. This is NOT a required by law. I identified myself as exempt and that should have been enough. I then, though not required, told her I had autism. She then proceeded to tell me autism is not exempt. This is not true. I then had to further explain to her about sensory and mental health, which should NOT EVER be required. It was super rude. There was almost no one else in the store.
Wow.. I too have a medical but choose to not disclose bc that is my right. Was at Michaels in Victor, NY when a rude snotty teen girl yelled at me, "SIR, YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR MASK ON!" I said I have a medical, but just happened to have one on my chin bc out of courtesy I'll slip it over my mouth for moments when I'm in within 6' of a small crowd of people, and told her that, and also said that there's NO ONE ELSE IN THE STORE, so you know, social distancing wasn't hard to do but she insisted yelling and then her little friend jumped in and said not to use that tone with her.. It pissed me off, I had about 80 dollars worth of good in the cart and walked out. They just kept going & wouldn't stop.. It was bazaar and actually I was happy to not go off because usually I don't hold m tongue for lack of tolerance with these brats so anyway, because of them, I walked out without spending any money and I won't shop there. Easy-done! But in the event corporate cares & reads these, they may want to get in front of this and teach their employees to be respectful to their customers.. smh

I spent over $80.00 today at Michael's on 1499 Columbia Road in Westlake, Ohio 44145. Several weeks ago I spent over $120.00.
I cannot be signed up for saving a few dollars because I do not

When we picked up our framed photo and brought it home today from the store we found that the hardware had been install upside down along with the sticker and bumpers. We live approximately 23 miles from the store which includes gas, miles amd tolls. I phoned the manager to explain the situation and ask for a credit for coupon of any kind. He said I would have to come back to the store to do that period also I would have had to bring the photo back for them to fix. We fixed it at home ourselves but to resell it for my business the sticker would be upside down on the back. We are very upset. I will not spend money on gas and tolls to drive 23 miles return trip to the store just to see if we can get some kind of credit or coupon. I am asking for your assistance.
