q 25 bus never be on time
I would like to cimplain the Q25 bus night time service. The bus is supposed to depart from poppenhusen ave at 11pm, and usually arrives to the main street at 11:20pm. I get out of my work at 11pm, then walk to main street and never miss the bus. But recently, the bus driver depart earlier than 11pm, when I check the bus time on my cellphone at 11:02pm, more than 10 stops have passed, how come? It arrives on main street at 11:14 pm, even earlier than Q65 bus( before, Q65 bus always shows up earlier than Q25). After that Q 25, the next one supposed to depart at 11:30pm. However, it never departs until 12am! I hope the management of MTA can help us to resolve this problem. Thank you very much!
mta #7 bus driver did not stop at bus stop near 41st st, & 6th ave.
MTA #7 Bus Driver Did Not Stop At Bus Stop Near 41st St, & 6th Ave.
July 1st, 9:40pm Scheduled Stop.
The MTA #7 Bus, which was running late unloaded some passengers near 42nd on 7th Ave. Several people, including myself, were waiting patiently at the actual bus stop which is near 41st St. The bus hd moved into the second lane, another mature man and myself with a cane, went into traffic to stop the bus and get onboard. The bus driver, a white older man, pointed that he was traveling straight ahead and had no intention of letting on passengers at what was the designated stop.
unprofessional bus driver
I was a passenger on Q27 bus from Flushing to Cambria Heights at 06/26/2018 around 11:30 pm. Bus was traveling on Holly ave, between Smart street and Bowne stress. Bus driver blocked the road for incoming traffic not letting any other vehicle go through, the small vehicle from the other side try to pull his car to all the way to his right, but bus driver still not moving, I am writing this because the bus driver acted very unprofessional
There is a bum on F train almost every time in the last bus of the train. He curses everyone, jumps in front of girls and keeps saying racial slurs against everyone and was keep saying bad words. Goes on the pole and swings around in speed. He keeps saying that he is a prophet and god has send him to keep all these people out. As people get off the train he says get out and starts screaming this country is not made for you. Get off! There were so many young girls and kids on the car, everyone was scared to death. This is making our subways unsafe for kids. There are kids who go to school daily and in summer they are going for camps, it will really scared the parents.
There should be some sort of safety agents travelling in subways or atleast have some sort of vigilance unit for the safety of the public.
mta bus driver disrespectful
I was on the b12 bus number 7120 today 5/18/2018 at 401 pm leaving Alabama and Fulton in Brooklyn by someone was coming on with a wheel chair I said ima step off so there's room for them to get on me and my ten year old son were coming off the bus driver said he told our stupid [censored] to get off in the first place told him there's no need for that he told me to shut the [censored] up

The third bus in service in the morning which should arrive at Williamsbridge/Morris park ave at 6:27 (according to schedule) is consistently several minutes early and DOES NOT wait at the stop! We pay a lot of money to get to work or school on time with these buses and as a result of having to wait for the next bus makes everyone late. Today 4/13 is the fifth time this week (so everyday) it arrived at the stop at 6:24 and left before its scheduled arrival time despite regular riders running for bus. NEED A NEW DRIVER!
Why is there only 1 complaint? Well here is mine. Why does a NB bus arrive way b4 schedule and takes off totally empty. Then the next scheduled bus does not show up. Total wait time: 30 plus mins. Why? If you tell us the schedule runs 30 minutes apart then it gives me an option to try alternate transportation. This is a consistent occurence. Time to get answers! By the way, I really do not want to leave any star!
q54 bus
In the morning weekdays, I wait for the Q54 bus at Fresh Pond Rd and Metropolitan Ave to catch the L train into Manhattan. 4-5 "Not In Service" buses will pass before the Q54 shows up. These buses are driving down the same route on Metropolitan Ave. After work, I get off the L train at Grand Ave and Bushwick Ave to catch the Q54 bus to go home from work...
Read full review of MTA and 4 comments3/13/2018 — dangerous bum — #2 line from pelham parkway going downtown
Tuesday, March 13, 2018 - 5:05 am — #2 Line from Pelham Parkway going downtown, 2nd car from front.
Car #6434 — dangerous bum laying all over 3-seater... sits up t 5:20 am and curses horribly, throws things, gets up and starts harassing the customers. His language is horrific, threatens to kill people, pants falling off. He gets out at Fulton Street.
I called the transit police. someone picked up the phone and hung it up.
After so many years of these complaints, you still have not figured out how to fix this? Putting people's lives in danger is no joke. I am tired of calling in complaints and nothing gets done — train stops with no communication to passengers, defecation, urination on the platforms from the bronx to manhattan.
express bus bxm9
Hello - I am currently on the BXM 9 bus which I boarded at 86 Street at 3:28. I received a phone call about my 97 year old Aunt's medication and was rudely reprimanded by the phone driver that cell phone usage is not allowed. I always see people talking and at times, screaming on cell phones and simply deal with it. Please confirm if this policy is valid or just a driver preference . If it is the former, please alert all drivers that cell phones are allowed. If it is the latter, I request an apology and refund.
rude customer service
To whom my concern,
This is the worst experience I have ever had with the mta. This is worst than train delays. Worst customer service I have ever experience.
This employee was very belittling and extremely rude. She got offended because I said, HEY. Now this is a synonym for the word hello so I don't understand how you can take offense to that. But her bantering on how I should not speak to people like that was very belittling and made me very uncomfortable.
This employee needs a training in customer service or be removed from her job she should not be in customer.
I demand an apology, if I did do something wrong I would understand but saying hey and then being disrespect by refusing service for saying HEY..
bus driver was nasty
On january 11, 2018, I boarded a q7 on rockaway and 150th street around 7:45am/8:00am, bus number 3553. The driver was very rude to the kids telling them not to exit the back of the bus, they had to come to the front. The bus was packed front to back and it took so much time. She was yelling to get the [censor] off the door and not to open the door. A few more stops she telling the kids to exit the bus from the from but all the people in the front have to get off so they can come to the front. Her next announcement was horrible. She said through the loud speaker "these little [censor] need to get offthe door so she can go she have [censor] to do" where in the mta rule book does it say to call kids [censor]. That was horrible and rude. That was nasty for a black woman to call young children of color [censor]
qm5 - 8:50 out of glen oaks in to midtown bus operator #59971
On December 20, 2017 this bus is supposed to turn north onto 188th street off 73rd Avenue to go into Fresh Meadows for a 9:13 pick up at 64th Ave. Having been left waiting at the 64th Ave stop a number of times, as I watched the bus on MTA BUS TIME app skip making the turn, today I walked down to 73rd Ave. To make sure I got into the city on time.
Another passenger (who must have had similar problems with waiting for the bus at 64th Ave) got on the bus at the corner of 73rd and 188th and very nicely pointed out to Operator #59971 that she was supposed to turn and make 2 stops in Fresh Meadows. The driver got very belligerent. She told the rider he was looking at the wrong schedule and that he should call 511 and complain. The rider insisted it was the current schedule. She insisted she didn't have to turn into Fresh Meadows.
He asked that she calm down and suggested she talk to a supervisor about the problem of the Fresh Meadow stops being skipped. She advised the MTA doesn't care what she has to say. If he wants to complain, he'd have to do it himself. He said calling 511 was a waste.
I tried several times to call 511 and the line was repeatedly busy. So I sent MTA an email complaint, but felt I had to report the incident, as well as the driver's consistent failure to turn into Fresh Meadows.
bus driver
Today November 27th 2017 8 pm bus number 6612 Utica avenue stop Brooklyn female bus driver was at the stop with door closed, I asked her to let me in she stared at me for 2 minutes and started laughing, never opened door I had to wait for the next bus in the cold for no need, absolutely no respect at all or consideration... q70 from laguradia to 74 broadway
I took q70 bus from laguradia on Thursday November 16 for 74 broadway. At 6 pm on 74 broadway there was a MTA employee standing out side the subway station asking for tickets to show. I said I lost my ticket because the bus was so crowded he asked for my Id and asked me to wait for his decision,
I searched my bag and luckily got the ticket he returned my Id finally. I found him extremely rude and aggressive and unprofessional in his manners
I have question for MTA, passengers who loose there tickets on during there journey how can they prove there credibility?
Or they just get humiliated like me?!
Shame on MTA shame on the services!
You don't really provide any examples of how he was rude. In the end it was your mistake as you were the one who lost the ticket.
q44sbs
I board the Q44 SBS at the Family court stop between 153st & Archer Ave and 150st & Archer Ave. The bus proceeds westbound on Archer Ave, only to be delayed near the corner of 150st and Archer Ave. At this location, many MTA busses and some other vehicles make left turns, which delays all westbound traffic. At the corner of 150st and Archer Ave, where there is a No Standing Anytime Sign posted, MTA busses are often parked at this intersection between 8:20 AM to approximately 8:40AM, blocking all through traffic. The traffic light often turns from green to red while the Q44, Q20A/B wait patiently to proceed westbound towards Sutphin Blvd. More often than not on this corner, an MTA bus is parked at the curb where the No Standing Anytime sign is located, preventing ALL traffic from going around the many busses making a left turn at this location. East bound traffic is usually non stop on Archer Avenue and 150st. So all westbound traffic comes to a halt barely a block from one of the largest bus to subway transfers in Queens. Why do MTA Busses park at a location blocking through traffic. I have observed the following busses on the following days since school opening between approximately 8:20 AM & 8:40 AM, during the morning rush hour parked and blocking through traffic: 9/7 - 8114, 9/13 -8429, 9/18 -8450, 9/19 -8110, 9/20 - 8079. I thought Select Bus Service was supposed to speed up bus service, so why are MTA busses delaying all traffic at a corner where NO Standing Anytime signs are posted?

mta bus driver 88 route towards queens mall
When did it become a MTA drivers right to almost run you over so that he wouldn't have to pause to open his doors too let you on?
Disgusting the way drivers act like they are doing us a favor? Last time I checked we pay well for this service and then get treated poorly - I think the MTA needs to provide some better training to these public service workers who don't have any huminaity!
I wish I could look this MTA bus driver of the 88 at 12:30 pm Horace Harding stop in the face and tell him think he is an [censor] and he should give up his job because he provide no arrive to either his job or public!
Maybe next time he'll hit me and then I'll have the same arrogant attitude as he does! I am very angry and with just cause and I will look into making a formal complaint.
Curiosity works both ways not just on the passage MTA!
x17 bus
I would like to file a complaint regarding the morning bus service on the x17 a/ x17 line. For the last few months the buses come less frequent and by the time they arrive at Lamberts Lane (the last stop) there aren't any sets left.
Today I as I was approaching the bus stop two x17 buses passed me at approximately 8:01 am. An additionally three buses stopped at Lamberts Lane between 8:06-8:30 and all of the buses were full with standing room only. I was eventually able to board a bus at approximately 8:30 am and it had very few empty seats. Also, the bus driver was quick to inform us that there was a bus right behind him, with plenty of empty seats.
The MTA needs to re-evaluate the express bus service on the X17. There is definitely a need for increased buses, due to an increase in ridership.
route x28
My name is Karina. I was waiting for bus X28 on Sunday 09.10.217. at 3:19 pm. Route is scheduled every 30 min. I was standing exactly on bus stop Cropsey Ave. & 23 rd Ave. Bus did not stop. Driver even did not look at people. I waived by hands, but driver did not even look on us and drove by. The question is what the purpose of this route? Please send me answer if my complaint will reword. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com
8/8/17 - compaint bus driver x9 # 2594
My complaint is regarding our new bus driver for the x9 # 2594 it's suppose to be a 6:02am express bus, he is late every morning shows up 6:10am or 6:13am when the next bus should be arriving so there would be 2 x9 back to back because the 6:13 bus is right behind the 6:02am. We pay enough to get good service and we expect it. Most customer have not being taking his bus cause he is always late and the bus is sometime half empty, you have all other buses by passing him because he is driving slow, come on if he doesn't want to drive then he should not be in this line of work. This is frustrating and should not be tolerated. I know they will rotate within a month Please don't give this driver this shift if he can't be on time to pickup passengers that need to be at work early he should not get this route. It's not evening a long route, our evening bus driver on x9 which is first bus out of 5oth street is always on time and we understand he can get caught up in traffic but he makes us feel comfortable and even apologizes for being late, why can't they teach our morning bus driver to have the same approach when he starts his shift. I hope I get a response or you will hear from me again.
Thank You
bus 69 at 1:30am
I was clearly standing at the Union Square bus heading to 7th Avenue when the 14A bus to the west side 11th Avenue saw me wave and kept going. This is the second time I had to report a black homophobic bus driver who clearly has issues. The last bus driver I took to court and he no longer works for MTA! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! It's 2017! See photographs attached.

X10b express bus
The driver constantly skips 400144 bus stop at rush hour and it takes 40-50 min between the buses. MTA bus time shows no buses approaching and then suddenly they appear on Broadway without passing prior stops. Are they coming out of thin air? This is happening everyday and multiple complaints have been filed with no response. bus schedule has 5.10 and 5.20 buses scheduled but there is nothing coming between 5 and 5.40. When is it going to stop?!
