My $70.00 pre paid card
I went to use the card for gas inside the gas station. They told me that I didn't have enough money to pay for my full tank of gas on the card. So, I called the number on the back of the card to try to talk to someone, but it's impossible to talk with anyone. It did give a list of charges on my carrd that I didn't do on March 25, 2021 for $45 and $1.25. I'm baffled how this happened. Also, it wouldn't tell me where these charges came from. I tried to log into my account and it kept saying there was another account. I'm really disappointed.
Desired outcome: I would like the unknown 2 deductions to go back on the card for me to use.
Prepaid Refund Debit Card
I received a $300 pre-paid Visa debit card as a refund for a purchase I had made online. I was directed to activate the card in order to use any of the money on it, but when I go online to activate it the website says the expiration date PRINTED ON THE CARD is invalid. My entire refund has just gone completely to waste.
Desired outcome: For this company to be shut down or barred from US operations
never used balance is 0
I received a prepaid card for $50 and never used it, but the balance is 0 card #[protected] issued to William Heigel
Desired outcome: $50 back on the card the person who used it prosecuted
I cannot get a real customer service rep to answer my questions
I got 4 MasterCard gift cards from this site because it had listed some stores that I wanted to use it at. When I got the cards I found out that the stores were not on there merchants list. When I tried to use them they were declined! They said it could be used at gas stations. When I tried to use it at a local one it was declined! When I went on the website to ask how to use it, there is no place to get answers. When I tried to call the phone number, I put in the damn numbers like they ask and STILL no answer of how to use it! This is false advertising and the worse site ever! I would rather get my money back!
Desired outcome: Either I want my questions answered or I want my gift money returned to me!
Can not retrieve money
I have 3 prepaid Visa cards with a value of 25.00 each. They say no expiration however that is a LIE I called MULTIPLE TIMES to have a new one issued with a new expiration date was told it would be mailed to me ... it never arrived now I have been informed that they have charged me a FEE basically zeroing out each card. I was given a case number that is not in system ... so basically they made 75.00 off of me. So calling and jumping through their hoops still sends in ZERO SATISFACTION AND A ZERO BALANCE. So I would try to Avoid using this at any cost it's just not worth it.
Desired outcome: I would like to receive my 75.00 balance sent to me.
Pre Paid Visa
My mom got this card for purchasing Good Year tires the rebate amount was for $75. She activated the card 03/18/21 and she gave it to me to use and when I went to use it, it was declined. I looked into it and it appears there was a transaction the day she gave it to me 3/26/21 for the entire amount making the card a zero balance. As with everyone there is no way to contact this horrible company that in my opinion is a complete scam. I did file a dispute for the charge via email, but as with the phone they do not answer. It is amazing to me that they can issue a card then like magic someone has the card number and all necessary numbers to use the card to wipe it out. The only thing I am trying to do at this point is to get the amount back that they stole from the card.
Desired outcome: Put $75 Back On Card Or Issue New Card For That Amount
Have you gotten anything back i feel like they same situation happened to me on 2 of my cards
I have not gotten a penny. They are impossible to contact. I did register a dispute with the company where the rebate originated from though and they are looking into it.
Visa pre paid $35. Card
Tried using my $35. Card from heart guard for the first time today at Nordstrom ( my workplace) and it had $7.92. Remaining on it .
Said I used it for 3 transactions on March 22, although I was working and today was first time I used it
Desired outcome: Card loaded with the $27.08 I did not use
$200 Garmin reward card incorrect available funds
I activated my card to which it showed was a $200 card, went to use it a few weeks later(March 2021) to find out there is a whooping 77 cents on it, I have never used this card. I try to log in online and it keeps telling me to login even though I already am and will not recognize the card, just says tied to a profile please log in and the cycle just repeats. It would be nice if you could actually talk to a human being but it is not an option.
Desired outcome: The $200 owed me
The same thing happens to me. I can't log in. If I put the card number in again like I am activating it, and do the little captcha game, the card and balance flashes quickly.
CARD lost for ever links not working support non-existant
3/23/2021
My job uses a service called achievers and they use them to redeem virtual gift cards for employs as a bonus, I HAD redeemed a virtual gift card, and on redeeming gmail on phone closed out and lost all card information, I Had emailed them and never recieved anything but a bot reponse. I have exausted means of contacting them directly and I Have gotten no where. They redirect to master card, master card redirects back to them, and it cycles.
Desired outcome: getting access to my virtual giftcard and activating it.
myprepaidcenter.com card
I have two prepaid rebate cards one for 40 and one for 80 from "Belle Tire" that expired 07/20 . It's Very frustrating that a card would expire so soon with all the lock downs going on over the last year there was other thing to think about then my rebate card this seams like a total scam to hand out rebate cards that EXPIRE. It has only been a little over a year gift cards last 5 years hope there is a law that stops this kind of practice I will never buy from Belle tire aging if this is how they are ok with doing business.
Desired outcome: reissue of cards
You can call the lost card number and ask them to send you a replacement.
Mastercard
Hi, I got a 100$ card . I've spent 78.55$ and 1.88$ in fees. They say I have only 4.03$ of available balance. Does not make sense.
Visible Gift Card
Signed up for Visible and was supposed to get two $200 Mastercard Gift Cards. One each for myself and my husband. Got the emails to "redeem" the cards and promptly did so for both. Received the emails to "retrieve" the card numbers to add to my Apple Wallet. I was able to retrieve the first, but not the second despite trying multiple times on both my phone and on our desktop, over the course of several days. I keep getting a "an error occurred" response. It says in the email that if the button for the link doesn't work, to try copying the text into your browser. Also tried that multiple times to no avail. Called Black Hawk after finding the number online and got a case number. No response. Tried calling My Prepaid Center number. It is not possible to speak to a human. The entire system is automated. I tried every single option. Then I looked to see if other people were having similar issues and stumbled upon this site full of complaints. I'm beyond frustrated. I was planning on using the money for groceries.
Desired outcome: A card number I can actually retrieve and use.
The best option is to call the Lost Card number and hopefully someone live will be at the other end or call you back.
Prepaid Mastercard
My workplace gave all of their employees these cards in thanks for their service yesterday. I was excited to use it but I've been completely unable to activate it because it says the expiration date (02/22) is incorrect, despite this being what's printed on the card. I called the customer service number and it gives you no information and no one to talk to . Beyond frustrating experience.
Desired outcome: Being able to activate my card!
Visa award card
I received a Visa debit card from a Bobcat awards program in December of 2020, it was for the amount of $2000. I activated the card at the time I received it, I made a small transaction to make sure it worked and have not used it since. I checked by the phone number on the back of the card to see what the balance is, and it said $3.67, so since December somehow the $2000 was used by someone other then me . How can I find where the money went, and how I can get it back as I need it now
Card shows no balance
I have just activated my card and it shows a zero balance. I have not used this card since it was not activated. I do not know how it's a zero balance when it has not been activated. Also it's impossible to talk to a human being. I guess this is so you don't have to honor the card because you just want to cheat people. I cannot believe that now it seems as if I'm unable to even make a complaint since I'm told I have to make it longer. You're company seems to have extremely crappy customer service.
Desired outcome: I would like the amount of card balance loaded
master card
it appears that the card was already used. was previously used
fraud
I activated my card on march 3 and I got a transaction that I never did on march 4 and the amount is the full balance on my card.

Prepaid Card
I have attempted many times to contact them to be able to use my prepaid card. They tell me the card isn't tied to my account, then when I try to, it won't proceed and keeps looping back to an email address. There is no way to get to a person on their customer service line, but the directions on their paperwork say to contact customer service. I have tried many times since I received the card and now am past the expiration date and need a new card (apparently) there is no place to request a new card be issued. Basically this is a scam. I have already lost $16. of the money my company gave me because I can't get it resolved and will apparently lose the rest.
Desired outcome: Send me a new card so I can at least use the remaining funds. that you haven't already stolen.
Unable to access account or change password
I created an account with my prepaidcenter.com a few months ago and for some reason I failed to save my password in my web browser, and I ended up forgetting that password I had made. I have since attempted to use the forgot password option 4 times to send a link to it email to reset my password, and even though it says an email was sent to my email, I have not received any emails I have even tried to create another account y with another email dress and ten cha going it to my email I had used for the initial registration without success. I am just so frustrated because there is no possible way of contacting anyone from myprepaidcenter.com and the phone number they provided is strictly a video recording that offers absolutely no additional help just a recording of basic information that is also on the website. My balances will expire in less than a year and I doubt I will ever be able to use any of the money since I now have no way of accessing my account. it would be wonderful if this company actually provided some sort of basic customer service even if only for a couple hours a few days a week. Or even just an email address.
Desired outcome: Someone from customer service to help me reset the password for my account so I can access the funds on the gift cards I previously activated
Nothing but problems with your company.
I cannot get a live person on 877-610-1075, no matter what selection I choose, and I tried them all. They all tell you to go to the website, which also provides no phone number. I returned an item to office max& then I find unethical actions taken. First they charge, then they refund, and then they charge for the refunded amount again, when I have no product at all. This not only completely unacceptable, but you can't even talk to anyone at the number on the back of the card!
I've had it to the top of my head with the nonsense games played by myprepaidcenter.com.
It seems purposely set up this way, so no customer can get anyone live. This is not how it worked in the recent past.
Desired outcome: Refund the charge of 10.75 on card ending 3506, which was charged again after I returned the items, and should not have been charged again
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a card. I activated, then tried using it online. I got an error message from two companies saying something was off with my zip code? I then tried using in in person and found out the balance had already been wiped out by some scam. This was within a week or two of activating. If you try contacting their website it takes you on a loop from hell with NO OPTION to talk a human. I am now filling out a charge dispute that will go off to another loop from hell I'm sure. This experience has been the worst ever.
