Card was activated/registered, but unable to use
A myprepaidcenter.com card was issued in the amount of $300 through my health insurance company (Florida Blue and Health Equity). It was activated and registered, however, I am unable to use it at all. I have contacted them at [protected] with no resolution. Currently waiting on hold for them again 58 minutes trying to resolve.
Earlier phone call today said it was registered, but website indicates "You have no cards on your profile yet" and it will not allow me to "add the card". I am stuck. Card cannot be used.
Desired outcome: Make card useable.
Visa prepaid credit card
I received a $100.00 Visa debit card rebate today and I activated my card and is showing only $50.00 but the paperwork showing $100.00 .
I am on the phone with customer service. First they hung up before you say anything. Then a second time I was able to talk to Claudia she was not helpful.
They are telling me to contact with a company who give me the credit card because they loaded the wrong amount.
This company making money taking money from clients and stealing from companies.
Should be a criminal charges made against them.

I received a $20 Visa debit card rebate for service done at Baierl Cadillac in Wexford, PA . I activated my card that I received about a month ago and when I checked the balance today it is saying $0.00. The card does not expire until 09/2021. This is complete fraud and when I checked the MyPrepaidCenter.com website, I saw a ton of complaints similar to mine.
How do they get away with this?

Visa prepaid credit card
I'm having a terrible time trying to use two cards I received. The cards gets declined whenever I try to use them, though they have been activated and the balance shows in my prepaid center profile. I have spent several hours on the phone with the company I'm trying to order from and then with the prepaid center customer service . There is no way to speak with someone, it feel like such a scam. Trying to use these in Canada is a nightmare, there accepted nowhere. They expire soon and I feel like I'll end up losing the balance (800$). Any way to get help?

I have not been able to activate or use my prepaid vias card issued by prepaid center.com for several weeks website is always under maintenance or unable to activate at this time phone calls are not taken and email is not listed this is a scam to hold my money anthem gave these cards out as a reward for getting a complete physical I can't use the card because this company makes it impossible to cash in this should be illegal some smart lawyer should start a class action lawsuit

I have tried to register my new Visa reward card and cannot do so. The phone registration said it was having technical problems and the web site does not respond. This has gone on for several hours. After reading all the problems with these reward cards, I am worried that the Goodyear tire rebate is just a scam. I expected to get a check, not a Visa card with an expiration date. It will also be difficult to use the entire $50 because you cannot swipe for more than the card value and then pay the rest with another card. Too many people have found their cards have no funds or the funds were already used by others.

I have one for $2563 and I was able to activate it but I saw somewhere it had to be the exact amount on the card spent or they take the rest!
Class Action Settlement money that I was awarded.
I was not able to use money from a settlement, and was only able to use MY money that I received as damages from a settlement with certain retailers and restaurants. I couldn't use it for gas or for ATM withdrawals. I could only use it as MyPrepaidCenter told me to use it. So basically, as a plaintiff in a class action settlement case, I could not even benefit from the damages I incurred.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate if MyPrepaidCenter would lose all their stipulations on my settlement.

Can't get a VISA to activate
Received a VISA card from a settlement with Ford My Touch. When I try to activate it the site tells my the expiration date is invalid. I call customer service, that web site says it has a 0 balance. How can that be since it was never activated. Is this a ripoff?

My card expired and I am unable to get a replacement.
I have a prepaid MasterCard with a balance of $41.46. When I tried to use it I discovered the card had expired. Even though it states on the card face that Funds do Not Expire, I am unable to use this card. I would like to get a replacement card with a new expiration date but it is impossible to get a human using either the website or phone number provided. I thought about reporting the card lost, but that would deactivate the card and it doesn't indicate what happens next. I thought this would be a good benefit from my health insurance plan but it has really soured me on the whole idea of getting health 'rewards'.
Desired outcome: In summary, all I want is a replacement card with a new expiration date.

Rebate card
I've never had so much trouble with a simple rebate card. I got my $70 dollar rebate card in the mail through tires that I purchased, activated it, went to ace hardware to use it and it was declined. Then I go on the website to see the balance, which stated $0.00 and the transaction history showed someone used it within an hour of me activating it! I file a dispute. They solve it, and send me another card. Same exact thing happened when after I activated it and went to use it. Some other piece of [censored] got my information through the internet, and used 67 of my 70 bucks on an Amazon purchase. It's just ridiculous. Not even sure I want to dispute this transaction since it lead me to the same exact start as the first time. Maybe they should send checks instead of cards. This company needs help and needs people who don't speak broken up English. Just pissed off and done with them. Guess I'll never get that rebate!

Discount tire prepaid card
Used the card for a purchase, but now with a $6.29 remaining balance the card no longer works. It says I do not have a balance for the purchase. I varied the balance online.
There is NO WAY to contact a human at either their website or via the toll free number. Very frustrating. It's on $6 but I don't like to be cheated out of the original contract.
It appears other people are having similar issues. Guess this stealing of remaking funds is how they improve their margin.

My card expired 06/19 and I am trying to get a new card issued to replace this one. I've tried calling the customer care center and the only options are to check the balance. There is no option to replace the card. I also tried the website but there is no information on how to replace an expired card there either.

I have been trying to activate a garmin rebate card and it keeps saying the card is already associated with an account. There is no way to resolve this and I can't get a human on the phone to actually help me.

I have purchased a PRE-PAID PAYPAL MASTER CARD from Wal-Mart around the beginning of April. I called to activate it and because the phone I have doesn't match public record to verify my information, my card was restricted from use and activation. They want 3 different documents uploaded. A state ID /DL, Bill to verify address, and Social Security Card.
I am unable to send a copy of my Social Security Card and ID because I had lost my wallet a couple weeks ago and my appointment to get my state ID with the DMV is not until the 3rd week of May because of COVID.
However, I did upload my 1099-G tax document for 2020 that has my NAME< ADDRESS< SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and this is a government document. I uploaded my letters for WV workforce Unemployment confirmation and determination letter extra for verification.
They still will not lift the restriction. I even asked if they could activate it for me to use in store only. I loaded $200.00 on this card. and have been thru days and hours of stressful phone calls with Customer Service Reps at Paypal.
