Purchased wiper blades for a 2016 CRV on 2/1/2025. The parts we received were not what we ordered. We initiated a return, followed all of their instructions and clearly posted the RMA number on the return. I have attached the proof of receipt for our return on their Dock 2/11/2025. We have not received a refund and keep getting the run-around from their customer service.

Desired outcome: Refund, and we are out $20.43 return shipping costs
