Charge on credit card
I used online pdf filler once and entered my credit card banking info. I've seen that it won't charge me when I cancel the subscription so I cancelled it right after I used it. But surprisingly, it charge me $1.74 dollars on my account. How is this even possible. I thought its free. I'm afraid they'll charge me more on the follwing days and months.

PDF Filler
I used this service MAYBE as I'm getting emails about using it to do my taxes or something. I've never ever been charged from this company until now. Nobe of the emails I've been sent warned about an upcoming charge. I've also not received an email AFTER they stole $96 that I need to make sure I pay bills that keep a roof over my head.

Unauthorized Charge
My bank account was charged $200 the day before yesterday. I NEVER authorized for it to be charged let alone for $200. Especially when I have the office 365 apps, there’s no reason for me to use this product. I did use it briefly like 2 years ago or longer. I’ve NEVER been charged before now, I stopped using the product that same year. To look at the charge you can’t help but think it took this charge out like it had a vendetta against my bank account. I didn’t even know what company it was when I looked at the transaction on my account. I googled it, came across a statement on their site stating they have had a lot of complaints of this very issue that it’s not their company. After, I located a confirmation of payment email FROM SARAH AT PDFFILEr! Come on man.

$96 stolen from my bank
on March 4th your company sent me an email saying that i purchased a yearly subscription for $96. i have never even heard of your company and most definitely never visited your website and gave you any information on my bank or credit card. i will need to be refunded asap as you have stolen my money and sent me an email giving me no information. I have sent a picture of the email and transaction taken from my account.

Unwanted subscription
My credit card was charged $22 with taxes for a month subscription from January-March. I only used it once ever last December and got a free trial and cancelled it as soon as possible that day before it was even activated. I suddenly just noticed now that it has charged me on my account which was unauthorized ever since. I have checked my email and i was not given a notification regarding it. I only noticed it now and I demand a full refund. Please acknowledge.

Unwanted subscription
A few weeks ago I tried out pdf filler. Once!
I now got a notification saying you have debited 97 USD from my bank account through PayPal for a yearly subscription.
I did not sign up for that, and you also failed to inform me of that trial period ending and that you would charge me 97 USD.
Is this how you make your money? By tricking people into a subscription that they don't want?
Please do the right thing and refund my money.

Appears to have creates a fake account in my name
I attempted to use PDFfiler for a job I was working on. Created an account ("free trial') w my email, found out it wouldn't work for what I was trying to do, and canceled the account. Today I noticed they had charged my card $20.00 so I contacted customer support. When I told them what was going on, they told me my account was not active and asked if I had used a different email. I thought this may be possible, so I provided my only other email that I use for service like this, but there was no account under that email either.
After providing last 4 of my card number and my name, they said that the account was being charged under an email address that is exactly the same as the one I use but it has an extra. In it. I do not have an email by that name and told the customer support so. He tried telling me that someone else created an account with all my info and that they would report it as fraud, locking my bank account for up to 75 days. This sounds more like a scare tactic and an attempt to keep my account that is supposed to be closed, open.
I told them to stop charging the card and that I would report it myself, without getting my bank locked. I highly doubt a stranger used my info to sign up for PDFfiller haha! And I didn't do it... so who does that leave. The whole interaction with customer service seemed scammy. The transcript has info I don't need to really put on here, but I'll black it out and attach later.
Desired outcome: Give me back my money, stop charging me, and figure out why my account is under an email I don't control.

Unauthorized Transaction
I fully believe this place is a scam. I only used this once and cancelled the subscription even while it was still on the free month use. This was back in December. Now in February, I am suddenly getting a payment notification saying I paid for an entire year ($144). I did not authorize for this payment and how did my subscription start again after I cancelled it? I looked at the month of January and not once but twice on different days it attempted to take money from me, and suddenly in February it went through and I am now negative in my bank account.
Desired outcome: The only thing I ask is a refund. I will not be using this site again and have no use for a full year.
I contacted their support service and they were able to quickly solve this for me.

Hello, I just opened my automatic payments page on paypal, which I had never done before. Lo and behold, apparently pdffiller started charging me $72/year for a subscription I never remember signing up for. The documents listed are from my realtor. I am not sure how I was tricked into subscribing for this software. I do not use, do not need and would like to refunded in full ($360). I have contacted customer service who tells me that they will pass on my request to senior management. Why trick people into subscribing? I never received an email in my inbox for this subscription. Perhaps it went to spam. The right thing to do is to refund people who are not using your program! I hope people who need documents signed by their clients do not use this app.

unauthorized credit card charges
On January 5, 2023 I was charged 31.95 on my credit card. I had used this software once and understood I was to pay 1.75 for the one time fee.
Somewhere I read that this 31.95 would be a monthly charge.
I never did want to use the software more than once, and certainly did not ask for a monthly lease.
I would like a refund to my credit card for the 39.99 charge and please make sure I don't get charged for another month.

I have an been an active subscription member for quite some time. In fact, I did a free trial and cancelled it before the subscription ever went active. The service was fine but I don’t use this on a regular basis, so I don’t expect to PAY $96. This is unacceptable and actually quite criminal. I need this refund ASAP. I am furious in regards to this. PDFFiller - Charged $105.6 for a yearly subscription I didn't sign up for
I signed up for a free trial (no subscription) for a month last December 1, 2022. Today, I just saw that I was charged $105.6 for an annual subscription I didn't sign up for. I've checked my email and there was no notification, reminder, or whatsoever that they would charge me of that amount. The only email they sent about this was already a "Thank you for your Payment" email. If they informed me that I would be charged $105.6, I would have unsubscribed as soon as possible.
Please refund my money. It's extremely frustrating to lose that amount of money at the beginning of the year for a service I have no use of. Please refund, or I will contact my bank and ask for legal help.

I did not create an account or sign up for this service. This company charged me $131.29 CAD for no reason on CHRISTMAS DAY. I am calling my credit card company immediately to resolve this, but will make sure that people know the truth about this grifting, useless company.

Hi, I had just had $249.02 AUD charged from my account from you. I don’t believe to have a recollection of creating an account with you and haven’t received an emails about it but have just had this overdraft my bank account. Coming Christmas and bills. This company somehow got my credit card number and started charging back in July all they seem to do is ask for more info unfortunately you need to cancel your bank account or credit card because they will not stop . On December 1 2021 I was charged $126.28 CDN, and on December 1 2022, I was charged $132.58 CDN by your company (screenshot attached). It says that I haven't logged in to my PDF Filler account since November 2021 (screenshot attached).
Could you please refund $258.86 CDN, to avoid disputing the transaction with the Royal Bank of Canada. I have emailed [protected]@pdffiller.com and shared the last four digits of my credit card.

Dear Madam/Sir,
I was tricked into their 1 year subscription with a google advert for free trial, but had to enter my credit card information (as I understood so that they could bill me if I did not cancle during first free month and then instead they charged me immediately and say I can cancel subscription now, but teh service will remain for the full year that I paid for. It is a scam, this is not how to business.

I check my bank statement today you have taking 161.91 cents from my account which I did not authorised or have online account .I don’t know how you can authorise or access my account without me authorising account with your company.My card is reported as stolen I never setup account with supportPDFfiller. Unsure about the product …
Today, 11/21/22, I received a charge for $102.72 on my credit card. The transaction way flagged and either the company wasn’t paid or was and the bank will reverse the payment.
I used to have a service as part of my legal practice but now in retirement I have no need for a pdf filler program. I know I canceled this service as part of the wind down of my office but evidently it just keeps popping up.
So my ask is - if the payment transaction was completed, please refund the $102.72 to my card; and please take me off any payment/subscription lists.
