Unauthorized charges
I have unauthorized charges on my debit card and have no idea who this company is and can't get the charges stopped and it's creating a hardship for me since I'm a widow on a extremely limited income I'm also tech challenged so I don't have a need for this service and can't imagine how they got my debit info the only thing I've done online is my taxes.

Unauthorized charge of $144
They charged me for a free subscription which I canceled the very same day.
This company didn't cancel my subscription when I requested so, posted false information, and then proceeded to charge me $144 for a canceled service! I noticed an email notification I had gotten from Paypal, stating a charge I didn't authorize. This is outrageous, I shouldn't have to log in to Paypal to make sure a service isn't charging me after I canceled directly with the website. PDFFiller Inc. is a shady company that falsely charges people for canceled services. Steer clear.

I was wrongfully charged for the premium subscription when i did not sign up for that $99 when i seen the charge i cancelled my subscription to then be charged again weeks later $35 for what who knows
thats now almost $140 missing for what

Unauthorized credit card charges
PDF Filler have just charged me €96 for an annual subscription which I had already cancelled. In addition to this they do not appear to have an active website and none of the links provided in the email that they sent me are actually working rendering them effectively uncontactable - a frankly risible business strategy.

There appears to be no way for me even discuss this with them as the email comes from no reply.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund but, at the very least, a manner in which to contact them and confirm cancellation and avoidance of any further bogus charges would be bare minimum expected here.

Disputed charge
I do not recall signing up for pdffiller.com. I do not have the app on my phone, nor do I have a subscription for it on my phone. I contacted their chat support and both times the chat was ended by the organization without any resolution or explanation.
I asked them to check charge, mentioned they could check their logs and notice that I hadn't logged in and used their service. I called as soon as I saw the charge, a couple weeks after it was charged to my credit card. This is, I believe, some app or online pdf creator, so it's not I ate a meal and didn't pay for it. Allegedly, I signed up for their app, didn't use it, contacted them and politely asked for refund. Twice. Both times their customer service was rude, ended chat without notice, and didn't give me any insight or resolution.
Desired outcome: Refund of charge of $96. Assurance I don't get charged again (as I have no idea if this is some "recurring" subscription as I don't have an account with this organization).

I am so confused, I was charged $96 on my paypal this morning. I've used adobe pdf so i thought maybe i was accidentally charged but realised PDF filler is something completely different and i do not recall ever using this. I've cancelled the subscription from my paypal but do not know how to get in contact to ask for me details to be removed and for a refund. I do not have an account with you.
Unauthorized credit card charges
I tried to use this pdf generator but quickly realized it was not for me. I paid $1.75 on May 5th but immediately canceled everything. I was reimbursed $1.75 on April 12th leading me to believe that my cancellation of their services was successful. (I did not use the pdf anyways.)
I was reviewing my transactions and found that I was charged $96.00 on may 5th.
I want my money back.

Charged a yearly subscription I have no memory of signing up for
Woke up to an email saying I'd been charged $96 through PayPal for a yearly subscription for PDFiller. I have no need for this service, and I have never authorized this money to be removed from my account. I've since cancelled the new subscription, but I would also like my money back and my account to be permanently deleted, so I don't have to live in fear of being charged again.

Unauthorized charge
This morning, August 29th 3022, woke up today to a notification from my bank. Apparently there had been a charge from a business out of my state. I didn't recognize in the amount of $96.00. PDFFiller decided to take $96.00. I've never heard of this company. I use Adobe to fill out PDFs. I have no need for PDFFiller. I don't even know who they are or why they have my information. Please refund

Unauthorized charges for yearly subscription
I contacted PDFFiller about two unauthorized charges for a yearly subscription in August 2021 and August 2022. The August 2022 charge was reversed but I was refused the refund for the erroneous 2021 charge ($127 Canadian). I never authorized these charges as I only used the product a few times during the brief trial period. I didn't even realize I was charged back in 2021 until I received an email this month confirming a second charge. I did not receive any confirmation email the first time, so I missed it. How can I be charged $127 Cdn for a product I did not purchase, want nor use for the past year? The charges are absolutely unacceptable. I have not received a reply to my second request for the refund. I am now waiting for someone to get back to me to resolve this issue. Very disappointed and hope PDFFiller will do the right thing to rectify the situation.

Complaint
I was charged $144.00 on August 6th immediately I contacted PDFFFILLER I was told it would be canceling and refunded immediately we are on 2 weeks still no refund I have called many times promises and promises still no refund! I have gone to my back numerous times to hey also have said there is no refund!
I want this resolved today or I will report this to the police, BBB, and the attorney general.

Unauthorized charge from PDF

Free trial
I used their 30 day free trial and set an alert to cancel it the day before it was supposed to charge me. The date of my charge was set to 8/18. On 8/17 I logged in and canceled my subscription, and was directed to a page that indicated that even though my trial was canceled, I could use their service until 8/18. Great! Although I did not use their service again after canceling, I still received a charge of $180 on 8/18. When I reached out for support they blamed me for not “confirming” my cancellation, even though I received a message about the use of my subscription after canceling. Incredibly frustrating and unethical.

Charged for a service that I did not that I did not agree to. Started to look at the 30 day free trial on the 21/7/2022 but did not suit my needs so didn't continue and did not complete the transaction. Since that date have been receiving SPAM emails regarding gift cards, other attempts to scam. Was charged AUD $218.31 on the 12th August 2022. Reported to Paypal and ACCC

PDFFiller Support unable to respond to their email to close account
In early July 2022, on or about the 13th I was filling out a US government form. PDF Filler popped up with their idea of helping me fill out the form. I naively accepted their "free" offer. However that turned into a one year subscription for $144.00 after a one month "free" trial.
I only needed the one form filled out. I contacted PDFFiller (Sarah) and requested that my account be deleted.
Come August 13, 2022 I get notified that I'm being billed through PayPal.
I contact PDFfiller and request that my account be closed and the payment be refunded. A Brittany from PDFfiller responded and gave Trouble Ticket #2093967 along with the request to respond to the email in order to keep the thread going.
I attempted to respond, however unlike other emails, something appears wrong with this one and I am unable to reply nor append any comments to their notification.
Further investigation by clicking on the trouble ticket number brings to a very brief page that says no such ticket exists and then drops me into PDFfiller login. However I no longer have my login for PDFfiller as I thought this issue resolved and the account closed in July.
I contacted Paypal and got the automatic payments stopped. However I am still out $144.00 and doubt any reasonable help from PDFFiller.

My bank account was charged 91.00 on 08/08/2022 by Paypal PDFFILLER and I have never authorized this money to be removed from my account . The withdraw on my account was under # [protected]

PDF filler?
I signed up for a free trial, and didn't use the service after the first day. I was unaware of an automatic subscription until I noticed two months of charges through PayPal. I was unable to find any email confirmation that I signed up for any subscription besides the actual bill that was buried in my email. I have raised an issue with PayPal.
This screams of deceptive marketing practices.
Please advise.

I used the free trial from one document. I went in immediately and canceled because I had no intention of using ever again. I though it was canceled. Today I was charged $102. I went in immediately and canceled again, but hen realized the problem. After I hit cancel, it offered me some promo and then said at the bottom "are you sure that you still want to canceled?"
I would like the full refund.

I was on your site briefly and didn't even utilize any of your tools. It was too complicated and I left. Now I've just been charged $170 for that unfortunate visit. I see this has happened to many people. Yes, you claim that it's something we agreed to, but it's very misleading and confusing.
I wonder how many people get duped by you and don't even bother disputing the charges. You must make a lot of money that way.

A 96$ charge appeared on my bank account out of nowhere. I have signed up for the free trial and used it for one document. I would like a full refund as I have only used the service once and cancelling the subscribtion right after has apparently failed, resulting in an unexpected charge dating 18.7.2022.
