Gas purchase
Hello,
Please, assist in releasing 199.58 CAD from Petro Canada !
On October 26, 2021 I purchased gas at Petro Canada station.
I used a tap on option. My purchase was only 50.48 CAD.
However, I was charged a max amount 250 CAD.
After that I contacted my debit card company and Petro Canada.
I was told in a month my funds would be release back fromt the merchant.
However, I did not recieve my funds back.
Any chance I can open an investigation and get my 199.68 CAD back ?
Thank you for help!
Dayton
Desired outcome: refund 199.68
Looking for a refund
Charged extra
There have been two times now where I have been charged almost $20 extra, not noticing at the time and being denied a refund for the extra charges
Desired outcome: Refunded
Mobile phone - unethical behaviour
November 17, 2021 I contacted Petro Canada customer service regarding a complaint. After a full 30 minutes on the line with customer service, they advised they had put in a service ticket and someone would call. Several hours later I got a text asking me to call and I was informed, no, rather lectured by the agent for Petro Canada, who informed it was simply too bad that I didn't get the 500MB of data everyone else was offered online for the plan I had and that the additional ~$9.00 they took from my account was for the data, I'd already purchased. She went on to explain I could top up my account and renew my plan in order to get more data, even though my plan isn't due to expire until Nov 24th.
On a previous date, I accidentally changed plans literally after a couple of days and I lost all the money for that plan, it simply dropped into Petro-Canada's greedy hands and I, a disabled person literally subsisting, had to suck up loss, how stupid I didn't comprehend the warning that flashes saying, if you change plans, we will steal your money, albeit, worded differently.
I am so upset by their atrocious service and attitude, I will share my experience with as many people as possible and warn them against switching to such an unethical, greedy mobile phone provider who doesn't value their customers, even a little.
Desired outcome: Additional 500MB of data offered and refund of ~$9.00 additional $ billed
Charge twice for purchase
On September 22 I went for gasoline to the Petro Canada establishment in Victoria BC and it appears double charge on my debit card, I waited some time for the correction, but the service is still charged twice.
I am from Mexico, I called my bank and they told me that the company should make the correction, so I request your support.
Thank you,
Karla Patiño
Rude employee
Hello there my names Matt I was at the Petro at thorold rd and Niagara to top up my gas 43 dollars and all I had was a few hundred dollar bills to give And maybe one 10 dollar bill and went inside and the girl didn't even care to say hi how are you ect nothing and when I tried to scan my Petro points card and didn't function she roughly said swipe card ! I was like chill but didn't say that phrase and after I dealt with that I put one of the 100 dollar bill on counter and she said we can't take that I was like why she said there are counterfeit bills I was like ok then give the bill back and said no it's ok I'll do this time but next time I can't exchange it then started saying other gibberish about the previous customer giving her a 50 dollar bill and got mad at him to apparently and gave me my change and instead of saying have a good night looked away from me and started writing something on a sticky note and put on the bill and walked away from me shaking her head lol wow I will not come here when she's there I'll tell ya that or better yet I won't purchase items or gas here ever! Thanks for your time to read this
She was not rude to you. If they do not accept $100 bills then they don't accept $100 bills. She was just stating this. Also if she is over 18 she is not a girl but an adult woman. But with your terrible grammar, it makes me wonder if you are a child yourself?
Owner wouldn’t allow me in, lied, then made me wait 15 minutes outside the location at 2am
On Thursday Oct 14th, I went to the Petro Canada near Hurontario and Mayfield as I couldn't sleep because I had a cold. I went to buy halls and Kleenex. When I got there, owner wouldn't allow me inside/ open the door saying that they are closed. I said that was untrue as it's a 24 hours, i showed him via google and even said that if someone were to pour gas and have to pay inside, they would let them in. He then said tills were offline but when I peaked through window, the monitor facing the customers side was working as usual. I was sick and tired and owner made me wait 15 minutes outside at 2am before finally opening the door. I believe this was racial discrimination as when I was leaving, I told another customer how he had made me - a black woman - wait 15 minutes outside for halls. When she - an Indian woman, same nationality as him- got to the door, he quickly opened it with no hesitation. He made me feel like a second class citizen who has to wait while others get prompt service at a 24 hour location.
Desired outcome: Retraining on customer service and an apology
You are making a huge fool of yourself by claiming racial discrimination. Hopefully, one day you accuse the wrong person of racism and they sue you. Maybe it is you who is racist, or perhaps you think poorly of your race? Perhaps both?
Customer services at 504 niagara st welland ontario at around 5pm on september 21 2021
Hello my name jesse and I went and put 50$in gas and I gave him a 100$bill he said he could not take it but he would not give it back to me he said I needed to wait for someone to come in that had changed for me tha I ask him to give me back the 100$ so I can go get change and he refuses to so I told him if your not allowed to take 100$ bill why wont you...

I drive for a living. I'm now seeing more and more petro Canada locations, no longer post the prices of their products. You have no idea what the price is until they scan it at the till. I was just ripped off for a sandwich. $9..!!! Wtf? 156st 118ave edmonton. Yet if you drive 2.5hrs away to Edson, ab. The same sandwich is $7. And everything has a price...

I wanted to buy a SIM card for PetroCan Mobility.
I went to the store nearest me. They had none.
I called a second store. They had none.
I went to the Mobility website. It said to click the link to see participating retailer. I click and the list is empty.
It says to click a link to buy the SIM card online. I click and they are out of stock.
I call Mobility customer service. They say they can't sell me one over the phone and say I will just have to wait. Wait for how long? Indeterminate.
I call PetroCan customer service. The woman says she will transfer me to the department that can help me. The call disconnects and the line goes dead.
Desired outcome: I still want a SIM card.
Bad customer service
One of the staffs, not the white guy, but the other guy was so rude. He didn't explain to me how to solve the problem clearly but question me if I know English. It was so simple to just let me know I could take my credit card out from the machine, used the pump, and pay inside. Instead he told me the screen freeze, he had cancelled the transaction, and asked me to change the bump. I just wanted to clarify with him about if there is problem with the pump or the card. He then repeated the same thing again. I really didn't get it and he questioned if I know English. I finally changed to the other pump, but same thing happened again. I was so angry that he was trying to insult me and didn't help me until I got inside the store to confront with him. This kind of customer service is rediculous.
Desired outcome: Have the manager or whoever has authority there to educate him how to serve customers.
two compaints
1, I prepaid $30 on a pump but i heard the feul spot after the balance reached $29.42 gas attentant not helpful
2. I pre select gas 87 put it fill my car with super and i didnt reliased until i read my reciept later.

Managers behaviour towards employees
I'm very frustrated with the manager. Her name is Nazwa. She's the manager of Petro Canada 2295, Division Road, Windsor, ON. She's horrible. It is affecting my mental health. She always keeps shouting without any reason. She behaves really rude. The customers also observe how she behave. Please help and do something about it. She behaves really bad. She...

Petro-Can station address : 120 - 36 St SE, Calgary, Alberta:
The Filipino cash register attendant who was on duty the morning of Tuesday July 20, 2021 used profanity and acted un-professionally towards me when I reported that I could not pay for gas at the pump. Not only was he rude to me, he intentionally delayed the release of the pump so that I can put gas in my vehicle. This behaviour is unacceptable to me! You need to retrain this person or fire his [censored] off!
Desired outcome: An apology from the company with corrective action.

Pricing
This is the last time I will shop at this station, 1756 #9 Hwy. Agassiz B.C. We have lived here in Agassiz for 8 years now, this is the only Petro in Agassiz and have had other issues there but this one really bothered me. I was there yesterday July 2 2021 being a long weekend ice was a hard item to find they still had some left at $5.00 a bag (2.7kg), the weekend before the price on ice was $4.25 a bag, which is still too much. When I asked why the big increase in price, the staff member told me her boss told them to up the price because no one else in town had any ice left. Rip off! Other issues pumps are dirty most times and garbage by pumps are usually overflowing, sigh boards don't have any thing in them to let you know what's on special, try getting propane bottles filled only short period of times of the day can you, they will not sell lottery tickets to you before 9 am. Like I said I will not shop there anymore, have not given up on all Petro, but will have to go out of my way to shop at next closes station.
Val Beka a long time customer! [protected]
Desired outcome: check out this store yourself
Customer service, car wash
I arrived at the car wash at 9:05pm.
It was closed.
I talked to the guy in the store.
I already have my car wash ticket purchased. He refused me service, based on a service I already purchased.
Now I have wasted my time and gas.
I am having difficulty backing out of the area as it is not designed to do so.
I am very upset with his refusal to assist me for an automated car wash.
This has wasted 30 minutes of my time and my truck is super dirty.
I am at the location on st marys road.
In Winnipeg, near st. Vital centre.
It is Sunday June 20th, 2021.
This car wash, I purchased for my dad as a father's day gift too.
Alex Pelletier
Desired outcome: I would like a gift card as compensation for my wasted time, wasted gas and for poor customer service.
Customer service
I waited in line to buy gas and tickets. I paid for gas and then I said I had to buy group lottery tickets. The cashier was very rude to me and asked if she could take other customers first because they were buying gas. The line up was long and I wasn't going to wait, so I left. I was very upset. I worked in retail for several years. This is extremely poor customer service. It shouldn't matter what I am buying. I left and went to another store to buy my tickets.
Desired outcome: Employee should be spoken to
Service attended & service station
To: Area manager. Hi, I'm regularly visiting Petro Canada on Austin st. Coquitlam B.C. I don't want to say too much. I'm curious about these machines. You do make a fortune of money with not working machines in CANADA. Please ask service attendant. What they're doing on duty. I have pictures to compare with other stations. Once again. Not money. Think about, you are such a BIG company. Please do right. Tim B.

I had a terrible experience today at one of the gas sations I fill gas at regularly. Today while filling gas I selected regular gas but the pump still filled premium gas for me automatically. I complained to the store attendant also but she said she cant do anything. With the attendant watching just to be sure that I didnt select supreme by mistake I also filled gas 2nd time and cautiously selected regular gas still I was charged for supreme. I am not even sure if I got supreme but I still I paid 15$ extra. Still the attendant just kept saying she cant do anything. I think this is absolutly pathetic service. She didnt bother to call manager or anyone. After being a loyal customer for last 3-4 yrs which you can check from my petro card this is not what I expected. And you can see from my history I do knkw how to fill gas and how to select grade. I am really really disappinted with petro canada.
Petro card no [protected]. I has use gas station near L7L0A5 intersection of appleby and harvester.
Desired outcome: I want to be reimbursed for what was charged extra to me
Petro point card
Back in April I misplaced my Petro points, so I called in to have replaced, and at that time we had arrived in Victoria, BC. But I live in Port Coquitlam, BC. So knowing that I was going to be in Victoria until June 1 I asked specifically to mail me my replacement at my sons address in Victoria, well I waited and never received it, when I called in to enquire about it I was told it was mail to my home address In Port Coquitlam, which I never received, the second time same thing and this morning May 21 I called again to find out about my card and I was told that it went again to my home address. I don't understand how this can be happening when I specifically gave them the address where I am still in Victoria. Meanwhile I have lost a lot of points as I still need fuel and I can't redeem without my card. So I have to wait another 7 to 10 business days to receive it, and I may not be here by then as we are heading for home. I would like some kind of explanation and per haps something in return to make for this trauma I'm going through as it is fault of your agents.
Thank You
Robert Crudo
