French fries
On [protected] my family went to Pizza Hut in Weatherford OK at approximately 1130 a.m. Waiter was a male and was polite, but did bring salad about 15 minutes prior to sandwich and pizza arriving, but that is not the complaint. I was eating my fries and my wife reached over and got a big ball of fuzz or hairball out of my fries. This appeared to be fried in with the fries because it was the same color. When paying out we took the ball of fuzz to counter and asked for manager. The female manager came out and said it looked like "cat hair", that they have an employee that comes to work with cat hair on them. WHAT-then why wasn't this employee sent home. But I do not think it was cat hair, it looked like a fuzz -hairball that you find on the floor. So we were thinking some fries dropped on floor and were picked up and then fried. BUT for a manager to say it was CAT HAIR was crazy. Manager started to comp meal, but we told her no, that's not what we want you to be more aware of the cleanliness of the kitchen. CAT HAIR was the worst thing she could have told us. We paid and went on our way.
Desired outcome: Tell manager that CAT HAIR is not a good alternative to fuzzball in fries. Have waiter look over food before brought out, it was obvious.
I would have expected so much more for a $17 pizza.

I called the Pizza Hut on Broadway, KCMO, on 3/17/21 around 8:15 PM and I asked the lady who answered the phone a series of questions like when does she know when my food will be delivered and has it left. And she told me there was one person ahead of me but on the website It said 40-50 minutes. I know it's not her fault but if there is an estimated time then it should go by that time. So, after she tells me that I said okay and I had a whole other question I wanted to ask her but she hung up in my face. Delivery trouble

My name is Bailey Cairns and I placed a delivery order from the Raytown, MO Pizza Hut on March 14th at 5:34 pm and didn't receive my order until two hours later.
When the pizza was about ten minutes late, I called the Raytown Pizza Hut which directed me to a general customer service line. I explained my situation to the operator. She checked on the Raytown Pizza Hut and explained that they only had two drivers and I was 11th in line to receive my order. She said she would change the type of order to carry-out and I could go pick it up 15 minutes from when we hung up the phone.
I went to the Pizza Hut and there were, in total, 5 or 6 other customers in the cafe complaining about their orders as well.
When I talked to the staff member, she had one AirPod in her ear and her mask below her nose. She seemed annoyed, but from the looks of it, she had already a ton of complaints to deal with that night.
She said my pizza was delivered 12 minutes ago. Then she said, "No, the driver left 12 minutes ago." Which did not make sense. I live only 5 minutes away. My boyfriend checked and the pizza wasn't there. She said, "It must be on the way, then." I waited in the lobby until my boyfriend confirmed the order arrived. When I got home, the pizza wasn't hot, the topping on the crust wasn't on there, and it had been cut terribly. The wings were the wrong flavor (bbq instead of buffalo). I was so upset as this was my first time having Pizza Hut in a long time.
The delivery driver was very apologetic but the staff at the store was not at all. The driver urged us to contact customer service and they would refund the order. So here I am.
I spent ~ $40 that night and I feel scammed. We each had a piece and then threw the pizza away because it was so bad.
I know this isn't your fault but I would love some help to fixing it.

Pizza quality not good
My name is Sanju Peter, and I was a regular customer of Pizza Hut till yesterday. Yesterday I had a very bad experience from Pizza Hut Al Ittihad Rd. - Sharjah. I bought 2 pizzas from the counter. Usually, we can see the pizza is coming from the machine and packing and delivering to the customer freshly. But yesterday things were different. They deliver me the pizza from a room, back side of the kitchen. The packets feel cold. Normally when they deliver, we can feel the heat from the packet. But yesterday it was cold. When I served the Pizza to my family, all my family members including my younger son (5 Years) told me the pizza is not good and tastes like spoiled food.
We all ate a maximum 1 piece and threw the balance to the garbage. I am 100% sure that the pizza was prepared long back, and you have delivered the spoiled food.

I was overcharged.
I ordered Pizza Hut on line 3/16/2021, my card was charged $90.19. My order was 65.36 before selecting 15% = 9.80 in gratuity for a total 75.16.
