Salad was rotten and contaminated
We ordered a extra party order which included drinks salad and pizza from al ghurair centre pizza hut in al riqqa dubai on 6 april 2021 and when we ate it the chickpeas salad was rotten with bad smell and contaminated . We called the outlet and told the manager about this and also told him that they should have been careful instead of serving stale food to customers in coronavirus time . It is a surprise that they donot check or have any controls on the quality of the food being served and it is health risk which they are not bothered.
Bennington Pizza Hut
While the Pizza Hut is in good shape it could use some upgrades. Also it is severely under staffed. There was one man running the counter trying to cook and answer the phones. It's unfortunate this used to be one of our go to pizza places the guy who's working deserves a friggen medal or a huge raise. The outside of this Pizza Hut needs some service the signs are missing at all entrances we weren't even sure if it was still a hut!

Delivery
At 9:13 on Friday April 2nd we ordered a big box deal, online, for delivery. In the confirmation email it states the food would be delivered at 10:05 PM. The order total was $31.61 and the order # is 3210402231253001434026614. The meal didn't arrive until after 11:00 and upon arrival after paying we see that the seal is broken and the pizza is cold.

I walked in to the outlet in stonyplain, AB. Ordered the pizza. Paid for it. Determined the wait time, left the store and came back 15 mins to pick up.
Stood away from anyone else ( 6 feet) clerk stated itll just be a few minutes. Moments later i heard her say to the food prep employee "I cant hear what you said, these stupid things ( masks) Are so annoying". Then, directing the food prep guy who put the pizza in the boxes, " that guy over there with no mask". I got the pizza, went to walk out, and the clerk said " oh yeah, next time, dont forget your mask ".
I told her, " you waited till i was almost out the door to say this?, I will NOT wear a mask next time, or any other time, as I have documentation that states I am exempt for medical reasons."
She stated that "in the bylaw her store can make her own policy". I told her, "yes, but it still cannot violate my rights or trump the local bylaw itself."
I stated that "the stores policies cannot violate the alberta human rigts act or the charter in denying service to someone who is medically exempt ( disability discrimination), according to the very by law, further more, no proof is required, also according to the by law."
I left, I will not be giving my business to Pizza Hut again without a formal apology.
The Clerk is very fortunate that ( at least for the moment) I have chosen NOT to pursue legal means.

Refund
I ordered a large two topping pizza without cheese. What I got a burnt pizza with close to no sauce. The flavor is absolutely terrible. I double checked my receipt and I did not have any special requests besides no cheese. I would expect that there would be enough sauce to cover the crust in it's entirety. Additional the delivery was late and the driver told me that my address didn't exist.

Last weekend I was trying to place an order from Statham GA and the webpage said they were permanently closed. Now they aren't. Why is this? I put a notice out to the community and they are saying I'm just stirring things up and I am not. I would never order dominoes if I can get Pizza Hut.

On April 1, 2021 @ 1:02pm. Ticket # 0014. Colton Pizza Hut on Washington. I went into pizza hut to pick up a called in order. I have always had an issue with ordering extra veggie toppings & NOT getting what Ive paid for. So I specifically told the person on the phone taking my order to please make sure I get the extra because its a past practice that I normally dont get the extra. Once I arrive I check my pizza, some of the same, not extra! The clerk calls the manager (Sandra) she says extra topping dont touch, this is extra & they touch. WTH does that have to do with anything are they that tedious to place each topping not touching? I explained to her I paid $1.25 for each extra vegetable and that looked like a normal serving. She was not trying to hear me, so I asked for the General Managers information - again clueless so I told her I'd look it up online. Really how much money does it actually cost to provide extra veggies on a pizza? No ta happy pizza lover.

I am FURIOUS and I have tried to call the 1800 number but I was on hold too long. Something NEEDS to be done! This is ridiculous! The guy who said to be the manager was RUDE first of all! Stuffed crust pizza
Vincennes Indiana Pizza Hut March 25 2021 arrived about 1:30. Our Stuffed crust pizza was flat the crust looked Like it was old dough and it didn't raise in the oven. The cheese that was suppose to be in the crust was melted on the pizza top. It ran out of what was suppose to be the stuffed crust. I complained and was told that happens when we train new cooks sometimes. I believe she was the manager. No apology given. Won't be back there for a long time. Gonna give the cook time to get it right.

For the last 2 days someone have been using my phone number and/or email address to place orders to PizzaHuts around here. I have told them several times that it's not me placing the orders and to track the original number/email doing it on my behalf.
PizzaHut, here at least, doesn't confirm the order beforehand so they are finishing the order and sometimes dispatching it before I can reach them and this is starting to be a problem.

Order wrong and crushed/ customer service
I placed an order for mine and my husband's supper to be delivered. It was for the family chicken alfredo which comes with two pans of pasta, five breadsticks. I added an order of five more breadsticks, 8 or 10 wings and two Pepsi's. It was delivered and immediately I noticed the pasta box was crushed so badly that the lid wouldn't close. The chicken Alfredo was smashed, cold and didn't look edible! I noticed after he left that I was shorted an entire entree of pasta. I called once, the store answered, I started to explain my problem and got hung up on. Second time I was told it was on its way and an apology. It never arrived, we're hungry and waiting at the dinner table. Third call I was told that the driver was bringing it to me and dropped it, that's when she asks me if we still wanted it brought out to us, of course I do! We're waiting. Said they were putting it in the oven, won't be long. It didn't come it's getting late, so I finally get the manager on the phone, he says how bad he feels and he's going to fix this problem, it's on its way. It's almost 10pm by now but we wait still. It was a little after 10 when we gave up on getting what we paid WAY too much for and went to bed. This meal cost me almost $59. What a rip off! Overcharged for a terrible meal and worse service. French fries
On [protected] my family went to Pizza Hut in Weatherford OK at approximately 1130 a.m. Waiter was a male and was polite, but did bring salad about 15 minutes prior to sandwich and pizza arriving, but that is not the complaint. I was eating my fries and my wife reached over and got a big ball of fuzz or hairball out of my fries. This appeared to be fried in with the fries because it was the same color. When paying out we took the ball of fuzz to counter and asked for manager. The female manager came out and said it looked like "cat hair", that they have an employee that comes to work with cat hair on them. WHAT-then why wasn't this employee sent home. But I do not think it was cat hair, it looked like a fuzz -hairball that you find on the floor. So we were thinking some fries dropped on floor and were picked up and then fried. BUT for a manager to say it was CAT HAIR was crazy. Manager started to comp meal, but we told her no, that's not what we want you to be more aware of the cleanliness of the kitchen. CAT HAIR was the worst thing she could have told us. We paid and went on our way.
Desired outcome: Tell manager that CAT HAIR is not a good alternative to fuzzball in fries. Have waiter look over food before brought out, it was obvious.
