Pizza Hut service/product

The order was incorrect. Pizza was not hot cinnamon sticks missing. Received 4 wings instead of 6. They were supposed to be honey bbq but received buffalo wings. Driver said he would return and bring the correct items and that someone would contact me. Neither happened. I want this to n corrected. Just give me my money back. My family and i eat Pizza Hut regularly. I don't think we will be eating there again.

Pizza Hut total overall experience

On July 01 2018 we ordered pizza from your Flack Ave store in Alliance Ne online at 6:10. As of now it is 8:10 and we still do not have pizza. When we contacted the store their answer was that the delivery message we got at 7:10 was automated and that they weren't sure where our pizza was as they were short handed. This is the first time in a year we have ordered from there due to similar circumstances but we felt that since we moved close we try. We live 3 blocks from the store now. This service does not seem to represent what you advertise and has lost you my business and the business of my family and friends. Pizza Hut delivery

My name is Chris I live in Carrollton Georgia and I am complaining because I tried to order food for delivery on a Sunday afternoon and after placing my order I told the operator that all I had was $100 bills that they could please have change he said that they did not carry change for $100 bill which I think is absolutely ridiculous so I had to remove food from my order because they cannot break a hundred

Pizza Hut service

I place the order online and then I proceeded to place a second order by phone to the exact store and explain to their store personnel at Pizza Hut that it was a CASH transaction but they put it on my card anyway. Really disappointed in your employee and there lack of following instructions. The point of me making two separate transactions one online and one by phone was so that this wouldn't happen. Luckily I had enough money in that account to cover it or else it may have been a overdraft charge on my account. I think that things such as Financial mistakes need to be taken seriously by your business.

Pizza Hut medium pizzas customer service s’mores cookie

I have been a Pizza Hut client since I was six years old I'm now forty. My kids love love your pizza and I order from you guys at least twice a week I live on south beach and usually order the large pizza box for parties I order sometimes ten fifteen pizzas I order under my name my sons and my personal assistant he places orders for me usually Ashley helps me and I believe she is training to be a manager it's always great. Tonight I placed a order for only two medium pizzas a s'mores cookie for pick up they said fifteen min I live across the street fifteen minutes I go to pick up it's now another ten min I pay cash with a fifty and tip as always go for soda come back and the door is locked there all inside different staff And I'm knocking on the door the window for five to ten min and they ignored me I call don't pick up finally a employee came a entered and I said hello I paid here is my receipt and they stared at me I said u guys close at one it's 12.30 I ordered at 11:30 and I paid they told me you need to wait until the mgr gets back I said the girl with the nails and she came back as they all ignored the phone danced acted unprofessional turned away about five other customers and said your pizza is here and the cookie will take awhile I said can u please put the pizza in the oven and she huffed and puffed they made me wait fifteen min for a s'mores cookie I said what is your name where is the normal staff and she said their off well my kids aren't eating cold pizzas and the cookie pie I can take a picture of but bottom line it's deplorable it's unprofessional and obviously I've been a customer for quite sometime and the regular staff knows I tip I call in good comments I spend a lot of money I've had mistakes in the past or they forget something but this was ridiculous no customer should be treated like garbage they knew I paid they knew I was outside the door they knew the pizza would be cold and they knew the cookie was just away to disrespect me and act low class honestly not good for business and I spent over a hour calling to place the order seven times I got hung up on and I have my call log on the phone so I never complain ever rarely anywhere but it's a shame and whoever is in corporate a young lady named Ashley and another manager she used to work days now nights they are so professional so sweet so so so polite and their super busy they run the show they both need raises and promotions bc Miami is very difficult to find good help Ashley is a young girl that girl should be the face of Pizza Hut she takes her job so seriously and this is the first time I haven't seen her there take note of that and reward your star employees bc their impossible to find please make sure they know I said this also bc I try and try but nebere do the food employees hear the feedback

Pizza Hut customer service / mgr rude and hung up on me

sunday july 1st 2018 10:00 made an order online it said pizza was being deliveredin 45 mins the pizza was suppose to be here at 10:02 but it didnt arrive until almost 11:00pm my wife politely called the business and the manager was very rude and acted like she didnt wanna help me and my wife she hung up on us. then my wife called back the next lady answered and was rude and said a refund will be on my card in 7 to 10 business days the hung up again. i have been a pizza hut goer since i was a kid this is bad customer service and those managers and employees acted like they dident wanna be at work. i think me and my wife need to be contacted by a pizza hut rep this is crazy they finally got here about 11:18 and at that point we did not want the pizza the lady couldent even back in our drive way she almost hit our car somebody needs to contact us asap to discuss this incident. thank you billy burchfield my number is [protected]

Pizza Hut pay

I worked at Pizza Hut for about a year. I recently quit. My reasons why are because they haven't been fair with my pay. I started as a team member and got paid 8$ an hour. After a few months I got a 25 cent raise. I later promoted to shift manager and was promised the 10$ an hour raise. On the computer it said I got paid 10$ so I never bothered to check the paylocity account. I trusted that they had everything correct. I always noticed my paychecks didn't change but I assumed I just needed to work more. I always asked for more management hours and even worked at a different Pizza Hut store just to get more management hours. One day out of curiosity I went on my paylocity account and I noticed it didn't even say I was a manager. It said I was a team memeber. I also noticed that not only was I not getting paid 10$ for my management but they changed my team member rate back to 8$. I immediately told the general manager and he told me he had contacted payroll so I could receive the money I worked hard for. He even told the area coach about it and he made me count up all my hours and so I did. They told me I would receive a check. I've waited about a month and I still haven't received anything. I tried contacting the area coach but I have been ignored. I don't know what else to do. I worked for that money. It's not fair they are doing this. A co worker, who is currently a manager there, told me that they are angry at him for trying to help me. I was the one who noticed it but I asked him if it seemed correct because I didn't know how to use paylocity. I asked him because I didn't want to go ask the GM if they were paying me the wrong amount and end up being wrong. I didn't think they'd make a mistake that big. It seemed liked it at the moment which later on was confirmed by the GM. He's also getting treated unfairly for no reason. I was the one who noticed it. I simply asked him to be sure before I spoke up. I don't understand why they would even be angry at him for trying to help me. Do they not want me to get the money I worked for ? I just simply want the money I worked for.

Pizza Hut pizza hut thornton colorado store # 4866

My daughter placed an order we got our pizza and s'mores cookie. When we opened the box for the s'mores cookie there were a couple marshmallows on a small part of a chocolate chip cookie and that was all. When we called the store to talk to them about it we were informed the cookie was so popular they had to cut back on the ingredients. This is not very good business. Called back because when I asked to speak to a manager I was disconnected. Manager told me they would get another one sent out I told her didn't want another cookie from the same day because they were not made right. Guess we can add Pizza Hut to most of the other food places not caring to much about there customers. I would like a response back that is the least your complaint department could do besides just reading this

Pizza Hut poor customer service

I visited a location today in Atlanta GA and the customer service was awful. I visited this location before and service has been fine. I walked in and the two employees were handling something with a delivery which is fine. How ever I was not acknowledged, I stood there for a while and they both saw me. No one said hello or we'll be right with you. So, after they were done doing whatever I said hello to the rep and he just proceeded with " how can I help you", very dismissive. I placed my order and waited which seems to be quite a while as I pretty familiar with the establishment. So I stand up to check and I see that he's in the back and theirs a pizza which appears to be mine just sitting there by the oven. Maybe if his music wasn't so loud, he could focus. The pizza had apparently been there awhile. So once he saw me he came over and grabbed it. I asked if it was cold twice and was ignored. I work in the customer service business and that is no way to treat a customer. I took my cold pizza and left the establishment. Please send the staff for training in customer service . Thank you

Pizza Hut pizza hut big box

The Pizza Hut on s Kong's drive in Charlotte North Carolina has really ruined my day . I have waited an hour and 20 minutes for my food and the store was only three minutes away literally . I had to call her after that hour and twenty minutes passed to ask if she could figure out where the pizza delivery guy was and She said my big pizza box was done within 10 minutes and that they had been riding around . I received no call from them and she was really nasty because I was upset from them not calling me . She wouldn't give me a confirmation that my money was gonna be on my card and she would've even try to give me the food for free being that I felt I didn't deserve to have to pay for it . She wouldn't even try to remake it so it wasn't no point in me even paying for something that's sat in that heater for about a hour . She lied and was very sarcastic . Everyone makes mistakes but they didn't even call me to ask where I was even though my building was on the same road three minutes away from them

Pizza Hut customer service twice

I ordered a cheese pizza about two weeks ago on the app using my points, my husband went to pick it up, he was told not here, I called to verify the location, I
told my husband that it was right place and they should have it, after 40 mins of waiting it was ready for pick up,

I ordered one more pizza on my app with free points and one on the phone, while talking to him on the phone he was frantic, he said it Friday evening and everything was busy and going crazy! I asked if I ordered the other pizza on line would be better, he said no. my husband went to pick up he said the place was like a zoo, disorganized, couldn't find my order on line, he paid for cheese pizza and the other and came home, after about 30.00 dollars, both pizza were soggy and not good, I don't know what happened to my points, and spent 30.00 dollars for terrible pizza.

I had to have a conversation with my son who loves your pizza that it is time to try other pizza. I understand the company is encouraging to order on line, but its unfair to people who don't use the phone or the computer. if you are using technology than the staff should know how to use it !

We are very disappointed with the service with app, emploI ordered my pizza twice through my app, one about two weeks ago, it was on my points, when my husband when to pick it up they didn't have it, I called to verify the locations and yees and the quality of the pizza

Pizza Hut pizza

Pizza hut pizzas are over cooked, crust is so dry u have to have sauce to dip it in just to choke it down. We order extra sauce on them and still very little to NO sauce. They are dry over cooked just plain worthless. Think it might be time for new management. Someone should check this place out that know what the hell their doing. Will stop ordering from them as of today. Will take our money else where.

Pizza Hut pizza and wings

I ordered my pizza and wings online and they gave me a call and I went over my address and my order over the phone as well. They told me the wait would be about 45minutes. About a hour and a half goes by and I called several times to see where my food was the employee had no up in my face twice. About 2 and a half hours passed by and I didn't even want the food anymore so I called and spoke to a manager who apologized for the inconvenience but that didn't help me being hungry. I am very upset and this has never happened to me before with this company.

Pizza Hut delivery online order issues twice

[protected] accepted my order, my payment and didn't inform me that they don't deliver in my location. I called and someone said my pizza will be half off because it's late and they're busy. Than 30 mins later I called tlback they said they don't deliver. But money takes days to return, I waited hours, I'm hungry. And this is the second time I've had problems with this and the 1st time to hear they don't. Can let me know what to do because I don't have car and pizza hut is close and delivers.

Pizza Hut 2 large 3-topping pizza

Hello,
I ordered 2 large 3-topping pizzas along with cheese sticks and a 2 liter Mountain Dew. The cheese sticks were fine but the pizzas were drastically over cooked. There was barely any sauce, extremely dry/hard. It was disgusting. I order often from Pizza Hut & I am very disappointed to say the least. I called the store where I ordered from & the only solution they had was to bring the delivered pizzas back to be remade. I was involved in an 18-wheeler accident a week ago & lost my vehicle. I explained this & they were rude and seemed to not be concerned. This has never happened before.

Pizza Hut customer service

Pizza Hut has extremely poor customer service on South Blvd in Montgomery, AL. My order was not ready on time. I waited an additional seven minutes for a personal pizza. After waiting for the additional seven minutes, I was told again by the driver thru worker that I had to wait an additional seven minutes because they were behind on orders. That's unacceptable and unprofessional not to have customers orders ready in a timely manner.

Pizza Hut the employees

I think it is wrong for an employee to get fired over using to much cheese on a pizza but other employees can go out back and smoke weed and not wait on their customers and still have a job! I really think they should be drug tested and watched because this is very messed up! Something needs to be done about the rest of the employees at the Sophia Pizza Hut!

Pizza Hut customer service

on june 12 2018 I ordered the family pasta deal online with chicken alfredo pasta.After I ordered the manager called to let me know they were out of alfredo except for one pan, would I please take a pan of tuscani instead. I informed them I did noy like the tuscani but would take it instead this time.Upon delivery of order both pans were tuscani. So I called them back they informed me the alfredo had been burnt so they sent both tuscani.After being highly upset because i paid for something i dont even like the manager told me they would give me a $12 credit on next order.On June 28th I called to use this credit . The same manager told me it was not on my account and he did not remember the call and there was nothing he could do for me . I am really disappointed in the way I was treated. I know they could have made some effort to solve this as being a manager at pizza hut myself years ago I know they handled this very poorly.

Pizza Hut customer service

I order my food around 9:30 on June 27, 2017. The lady who took my order was wonderful. When my food gotten to my apartment was cold. I ask for a remake and the General Manager said my stuff was getting make. Now it's almost midnight and my food never was replaced. Pizza Hut employees

We ordered 2 medium pan pizzas wings and bread sticks in a dinner box. They call us back to tell us that they were out of pan so we had to get something else. We asked for the large pan then. So they tell us we could get 1 pan and the rest of what we ordered instead of comping us since they were out. I order from this same pizza hut on the regular through the app. After tonight the app will be deleted. We went ahead and ordered from dominos instead. I love your pizza but that move was crap... Goodbye!
