Popeyes Customer service

2 weeks prior to needing my order I stopped in to personally place the order. I was guaranteed that my order would be ready on time that there was no need to follow up. I took a photo of the hand written order with my cell phone as proof of my request. When I arrived to pick my order, 11:15 on 6/11, they had no idea what I was talking about. I showed them the photo of the order to which one of the employees commented that I didn't need to shove the phone in the tellers face. This young man needs some customer service training. After this they found the order somewhere in the back area and proceeded to dredge chicken to fill my order. This made me a 1/2 hour late for an 80ith birthday celebration with 20 people waiting.

There was no apology for dropping the order or no compensation for my inconvenience. I love Popeyes Chicken, but the service at this location leaves a lot to be desired.

For a while now the order ahead pickup service online has not been available at the Jena, Louisiana Popeyes. Therefore I cannot use my points or free rewards. The lobby has been closed for a long time also. The employees say they have no control over or anything to do with this service. Well they are missing out on a lot of my business, which I suppose they could care less.

Popeyes General false advertisement

The last two times i have visited the popeye’s on Prairie Ave and Rosecrans in Hawthorne CA, they never have what is advertised in their window or inside changing menu.

The first time was the tackle box of shrimp. It was posted in the window and inside menu but the said it was discontiued. I told them that they should take it off the menu and they responded we can’t do that.

Now today then inside changing menu advertised the blackened chicken sandwich combo at 5.99 they kept saying that is just the sandwich, that is not how it was advertised. After discussing it for a few minutes i told them to just cancel my order and i left.

Desired outcome: Make signage and menu clearer so that your employees can understand them

Popeyes Cant seem to get an order right.

The last 3 times I have order from Popeyes in Batesville MS, I ordered on line and they never have my order ready. Then when they throw it together it is wrong. They don't seem to care about the customer. I even received a wing with feathers still on it. I reported it to corporate before and nothing was said or done about it. Maybe a call to the health department would be in order. If it was shut down for a few days and a hefty fine then maybe then you would take these complaints seriously. If I order door dash they forget the simple little things such as Straws with the drinks.

Desired outcome: Close your doors if you are that bad.

Popeyes Service and overcharge

Went to popeyes for.my lunch break and waited almost 15 mins to just order, then I ordered and noticed they over charged me for a sandwich so the mgr refunds me and only gives me 4.99 instead of 5.42 that I paid and tells me that's normal that they only owe me the 4.99 like really just wow! also this location does not care about customer service people where waiting a long time to just place order and longer to get food!

Desired outcome: nothing mgr is incompetent and maybe needs retrained

I arrived to Popeyes in Poinciana, Fl on 06/01 at 9:30 pm to pick up an order, and I was told they were out of chicken, and it has happened a few times before. My personal opinion is the employee's don't want to work so they just make up an lie. Also, if that isn't the case the manager should do a better job of ordering more food, but I think their just lying and its very unprofessional and your company is losing money.

Popeyes Entire meal / chicken/ mac and cheese and customer service

The food was horrible at the Pentagon city store. The staff ignored my complaints and basically said there was nothing they could do. The chicken strips were exposed meat and all the batter was in the box. The biscuit taste funny, spoiled. The lemonade freezie was great. The mac and cheese was very nasty, chucks of cheese not melted. Over all I bought 2 meals 14.00 and 16.00. I just ordered and picked up 14 piece chicken tenders family meal in Zephyrhills Florida off Gall Blvd. The chicken was tough and over cooked, the mashed potatoes and gravy were very watered down and tasted like spuds, not fresh potatoes and the gravy was barely there and flavorless. Popeyes Services

I went to Popeyes the other day in new Hartford commercial Drive I’d like to make a statement they were not very friendly. The girl that waited on us had a huge attitude had hickeys on her neck and it was dirty and there was no tables clean. it was really disgusting in there. It is a place of business where people go to eat have a good service being polite and not displaying such things on their neck. If you’re going to have hickeys on your neck, you really need to cover them up and management should’ve told her cover her neck very disappointed in the way we were treated in there.
