Popeyes Chicken

Stopped in at Sunnyside Wa location on Sunday Sept 17th for a 4 piece meal of regular chicken. It was by far the worst chicken that I have ever bought at a Popeyes location. Over breaded and flavorless. It’s as if somebody at that particular location has come up with an extremely bad replacement for the regularly excellent chicken that I have found at every Popeyes location I have ever visited. Don’t know what’s going on there… but I do know it wasn’t Popeyes chicken

Popeyes The Unfairness of The Workplace

Hello,

I'm currently working at a Popeyes Restaurant and I have been working for almost 7 years. I would like to contact the HR department to inform about the situation I am encountering at work. As someone who works in the back kitchen and cuts chicken everyday, I was not provided gloves nor knives by my manager. I had to take my money out-of-pocket to buy supplies for my own job. Moreover, I feel that there is an unfairness treatment from my manager because she would always calls out my mistakes, even the smallest one. For example, she told me to clean the back kitchen after work, and when she went to check, she spotted at a very small spot and told me that I did not do my job well even though I cleaned the entire kitchen. There were some of my co-workers that work with me at the back but she would always make me do more work than them and often gets frustrated with me.

Popeyes Unprofessional service

I pull up at approximately 10:42 and begin to give my order snd before I could finish I was told to pull to window. I gave my order and again before I could finish I was told to pull to parking spot to wait for my food. No one was behind me at the time. When she brought my food there were no condiments, no napkins.. I ask for a blackened ranch and she say that'll be 27 cents I told her don't worry about it and left.. Got home and also realized she didn't even give me a receipt smh

Popeyes Manager to employees untrained and substandard service.

First encounter with popeye restaurant on martin luther king blvd., st. Petersburg florida. Placed order made us wait 30 min. Presented a bill for 32.00 our order was around 15.00. To add to this order wasn't even close manager said sorry. We didn't check order still wrong. Second encounter same issue long wait outside in car had to go in order still wrong. 3rd time. At drive thru, person took order said we ran out sides only have french fries. It's 6pm. I agreed got to window paid. Then told a 4 mom wait. I said i'm not leaving you left me out front for 30 min before. 10min 15, then 20 so I got out of my car walked up to window showed my receipt. Had no clue looked at his mgr. Mgr rushed to fix order said sorry. I let everyone there know how inefficient they were. You run out of side order food no rice no mash no cole slaw.. Really that's a first for me. Got food home chicken was fine fries were like rubber not fresh, biscuits hard. Lots of cars kept leaving. My name is june hill [protected]. I'm sure they didn't care. Don't want anything just thought you should know.. I'm guessing their sales reflect exactly what i'm complaining about. I was excited when the came to my area. I will try one of the other 2 much further away but never this one again. Y, realize you have people sitting waiting for their food. My meal and said I will never come to your place again. I don't want anything. You cant make this stuff

Desired outcome: That you take a look put out a survey in that area. I am certain I'm not the only one so many people left right after hearing the news no sides available.

Hi, just wanted to complain on an order I placed at the Popeyes location on willow st in Long beach, ca. I ordered a 10pc family meal. When I got home and opened the box I noticed that my order was wrong. The server gave me all chicken tenders. I know we all make mistakes but it's was an inconvenience for me to drive back. Please have your staff double check orders that's all.

I ordered a 12 piece nuggets and unsweet tea. It was over $11.00 I had to back up to the window as they neglected to give me my debit card back. There were 6 very over breaded nuggets in the box and never realized it until I was eating the food. There were 6 actual pieces of chicken total! The phone number does not work although it is listed on their website.

Popeyes service all around

order 551 , drive thru, 350 east nine mile rd. pensacola florida popeyes #31-2762, monday sept 11 2023 527pm... 2 x 4 pc with coke. $31.15 i even have it on dashcam, went thru drive thru, ordered, then got pulled, not many cars there to begine with lol, then was told dark meat would take 13 min to cook. They didnt even ask to begine with. You cant tell me that the brass dont know how this store is being ran. is it just a write off store?

Desired outcome: doesnt really matter, wont ever go back. Been going down for years, and noone will fix the problem. but just figured i would let other people know.

Popeyes Chicken that had hair under the skin

I went to store#125 on 9/16/23 I order a two piece meal, when got home i peeled the skin off the chicken and it had hair in it, the next day i went back to the store with receipt in hand, and ask to speak with a manager, I gave her my receipt and showed her a picture of the chicken with the hair, she then ask if I had the chicken with me, I explained to her that I put it in the trash, she told me there was nothing she could do cause i needed to bring the chicken back, I told her they had already picked the trash up, I ask for the corporate number and she gave it to me, I reported this to corporate twice and got no response. The area manager was to call me. It has been several weeks and still nothing.

Service at this place is not the best. Even when they repeat the order you exactly what you wanted they still get it wrong. Correct them at the window to double check it was right again. My order was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo side was supposed to be mac n cheese but instead got mash potatoes and gravy. The 12pc nugget meal was correct with the biscuit...

Hello corporate, lastnight I ordered popeys off of doordash.. The popeyes on 13795 blvd in newport news va.. I am truly disgusted with the lack of care of the people you hire... They are the typical class a americans, they dont care about anything or anyone and, they clearly disreguard or care of "your" customers, I ordered the chicken sandwich with bacon...

I wanted to bring attention to the lack of cleanliness at this restaurant. I ordered and as I drove around to the window found it to be do dirty it was gross. Then as I frove all around to leave noticed ALL the windows were dirty and smudged. Was concerned about what condition the kitchen was. If the owner doesn't care about what we can see. Popeyes Unpaid invoices

The Popeyes store in Athens Texas was being fined by the city of Athens for not mowing their grass. I felt sorry for them and agreed to send my 16 year old son to mow the facility for them at a rate of $100.00 because they said they cold find anyone. After mowing it three times, once a week, they found someone to mow the grass. My son spent four hours mowing each trip plus his gas and equipment use even though we are not financially able to do this. It has now been over three months with no payment. We have sent in invoices three times and W-2's twice. I have made numerous personal visits to request payment and made phone calls to ask for the money. Please help us get paid for this job, I do not want to, nor do I want anyone else to have a bad opinion of your company.

The cashier was simply rude and absolutely hating her job. It does not hurt to act politely toward a customer that is spending theirs hard earning cash at you place. I was at the store at 6:40pm and only one other customer was ahead of me. The cashier did not even acknowledge me or even replied with a hello back. Simply why you want …no offer of upsell or asking if I needed anything else.

Popeyes service

I was at the Chicago, 6400 N Sheridan Rd, Chicago store, on 09/01/20023 at 7:42 pm and waited for 5 minutes for assistance. I countened 10 staff memberbers, plus someone who said they were the store manager. Short young Afro/American man and was told the store was in a management team , so there was no sericeses, no services to be rendered. There was an Uber/Grubhub/Doordash person ahead of me. Yet, services were paid for. But NOT rendered.

You cannot have associate meetings, closing all services during service hours.

Desired outcome: Please contact me on your investigation!! I can always send out a horrible Yelp, Facebook or Instagram to ruin this location!!Reach me at [protected]@hotmail.comI am sooooooo disappointed with this sore.

Hello, I was at you store on Friday night at 7:40 pm. I was not allowed entrance for ordering. Only drive through. No signage on door saying closed. NOTHING!

What thee HELL !

No services!

This store has been an issue in the neighborhood for a while!

What is the issue!?

It's a holiday weekend? I guess you don't need my $$$$
