Hello
I have a few of my family members that work in your stores in Durham. My sister has a friend that works in ajax bakery is there any way that you could look at the health and safty of others she has gone out and socialize taken buses and public transportation as if there is nothing going on in the world right now at all hours . I fear that she could possibly carry or pass the virus because she is not being carful. And more less wreckless on where she goes and what she does. She handles multiple peoples food per hour and concerned with the safty of my community.
The employees name is Shelby in bakery
Thank you very much
Bad client service
I went to the Real Canadian Superstore in Orleans, Ontario, to do my grocery.
I wanted to buy Apple cider and pay with my grocery. Unfortunately for me, I didn't choose the right lane and the cashier ( Hamza )told me I had to go to client services desk. They have designated beer lane. I didn't know about this because I don't usually buy my alcohol at the Superstore. The cashier never told me that if my son, 12, touched the alcohol we wouldn't be able to buy it. However, he heard me as I was giving him instruction. Never said anything to prevent him to touch the alcohol.
At the end of the grocery, to accelerate the process, I kindly asked my 12 yo son to bring the 4 cans to Client Services desk because I was pushing the cart. Upon arriving at the cash the cashier (Felicity) looked at him with big eyes and she said I cannot sell you this since you are a minor. My kid said « I have no interest for this since I am 12, it's for my Mom ». She proceeded to tell me that I was banned to purchase the 4 cans because he touched it. I tried to explain but she was a bit agitated so I requested to see someone else. Dan arrived and he said the same thing. So I said I would go get 4 other cans but they refused. The Manager ( Diana Wade) was called at my request and she said I was banned to purchase alcohol from their establishment. I could not believe it. I felt like a criminal and judged. However, I did nothing wrong. I just wanted to buy 4 cans of alcohol cider with my grocery.
I was really mad but they truly didn't care. I called the regulator of Ontario and they said they were going too far suggesting that they must have internal rules. If they have internal rules, other than not selling to minors, like if a minor touches alcohol they should advertise it. They should make it clear at the Real Canadian Superstore in Orleans Ontario that if a minor touches alcohol you won't be able to purchase it. It should be written at the front of the door of the cooler and the cashier should tell their customers.
If you are mad that you cannot purchase alcohol you have anger issues and should not be drinking.
website issue
I just spent the last 30 minutes on line trying to figure out an order only to discover when I went to a pick up time, that there are no times available, which to me would mean you are not offering pickup at this time. Why would you not say that when I tried to create an order. I am furious and will not be ordering from your store in the future. There's enough stress going on right now without you [censored] adding to it.
Do you know know what is going on in the world? Are you really this dense. Incase you did not know the world is in a crisis right now. People are panicking and a lot of business are deciding not to deliver. They had no time to update their website in the sudden crisis. Are you really this dense and to get furious over something so small. I hate how you would handle something real. Why not go to the store and pick things up yourself?
Check out
YET AGAIN...this in now the 5th weekend in a row that on a Saturday there are NOT enough cashiers on duty.
7 main till area's open...self service queing to the main entry door!
WHY?
On the weekend where some people are worried about a Virus...
But the last 4 weekends where still worse...4 cashiers just before lunch time...?!?!?!
WHY
Is the Grande Prairie store on a cost cutting exercise?
Do you think that any customers will show you loyalty if they have to que for more than 30 minutes to pay?
Or when the que's block each isle so you cannot actually move around too shop!
AND NO SIGN OF A MANAGER...!
Staff at the customer service counter are taking the abuse from UNHAPPY shoppers.
Cashiers are trying hard not to loose their cool with the UNHAPPY customers...
Superstore has enough competition now with a New Co-op opening near by.
Loyalty PC points mean very little when you have to add 2 hours to your shopping time.
That's when there is product on the shelves, on many occassions in the last year I have not had at least 1/3 of the items I wanted available to buy.
The fruit/veg is covered in mould and/or rotting...and YES I have had meat that has been 'off'...I now return ALL rotten/unsafe foods.
In future I will be reporting the $30 plus ofrotten meat to the local Health Inspector.
I am complaining about the checkout station and clerk
My horrible experience with your check out system. A customer in front of me talked on and on to the clerk. then finally after paying moved to the end of the isle and started packing her groceries. The clerk started to put my order through sending them onto the other side. I HATE this system. I had to go to the other side to start packing my order, the...

I am a disabled dialysis patient who relies on PC Express to shop for my family. My dialysis clinic is on Corporate Drive, so it is close and convenient. This morning, I spent an hour and a half ordering online (because your technology is a bit on the dyslexic side), and requested my groceries to be ready between 11 and 12. I tried to complete my request...

On March 3, 2020 my husband went shopping at this store. He was buying 3 - 18pks of eggs priced at $5.28. He told the cashier that he was price matching with Foodland for 3.49. The cashier told him that Foodland was too far away to price match with. Foodland is located at 728 Anderson St, Whitby, Ontario. He told the cashier that price matching did not have...

Hi,
I regret to say that from a few years our great Canadian Superstore has lost its value, tradition, customer service and the values it has and known as Canadian great store. Now it is also participating in the race to do more business regardless of how the quality, services and cleaning around it. In Regina Saskatchewan we have three stores and all of these three stores on it peek of worst services particularly with new employment, the employees working does not care and does not know anything they just want to come to spend a day and get their money and ready to leave as soon as they get any other opportunity which is not bad but at least an employee should be honest with his/her job. Plus with the diversity of population which is also not a bad thing but the new immigrant managers/employee bring bad habits with them and all the above are a glance of those. Yesterday I went to East Regina superstore and fond a store and its surrounding was full of filth, garbage, and un-organized. I took a snap please see.
Please take the necessary steps and try to keep this store as Canadian NOT an Asian store!
Also put some visible suggestions or complaint area so people can approach and raised their concerns or provide suggestions.
Regards
Amir

Bad customer service
Me and my husband went to the cash counter to bill the items. Cashier name‘ Ishpreet' provided us the worst customer service we have ever received at superstore.we are shopping at superstore from 10 years almost and never encountered this before. Firstly, she didn't acknowledged us, then started talking to the cashier behind her about how Punjabi's are and...

On feb 1st Ron was picking up an order. Okay when we got it home I notice the order was wrong. I was missing 1 spagetti but got charges for 2, I ordered a large salsa got a small one and the dish detergent was leaking all in the bag. I phoned and talked to Vannessa and she proceeded to do a debit refund. Okay about 3 days after not getting it she said she...

I recently shopped at the West Kelowna Superstore, as usual. Only this time, I noticed a few of my dairy products had curdled by the time I had opened them the next day. A Libertè Plain Greek Yogurt with a date of Feb 5th and a Philadelphia herb & garlic cream cheese with a date of May 6. I opened them Jan 27th and didn't have the receipt by this time to...

When I go online and place an order I need to know store specific items. I ordered a cauliflower pizza crust, cheese, pepperoni and got an email that they did not have the pizza crust and could not look for a substitute presidents choice crust they could only look for a vegetable crust as they don't have the staff so now I need to cancel my other order for cheese and pepperoni as I do not have a pizza crust to put it on. If I had know that the things I wanted were not in that store I would have shopped elsewhere.this has happened many times the things on the site are not in that store you need to be store specific when listing items.
onions
The onions are usually bad, but last weeks' onions were terrible. 99 percent of the onions were so rotten that they could not be eaten. But when I told this to the manager, all she said was that the reason the onions were cheap was because they were in bad condition. But even if some food is cheap it doesn't mean that it shouldn't be unedible. I want good, clean onions for a fair price.

I went into pharmacy around 5pm on Thursday Jan 2, 2020 to see if I could get my prescription around store close hrs as I had surgery and only have use of one arm and if I was to pick up n morning I would have to drive myself. Which isn't safe. I understand if it was a no as it is a narcotic. The problem is how inconsiderate the lady was in not listening to reason why and being very rude about it. That was uncalled for.
No kidding [censored]. I didn't say the no was the rude part idiot.
Yeah and it’s not serious you Pratt. Lighten up.
Toxic or wot? See, @worst; your attitude is that of a child what with all your abuse and taking k so seriously. Lighten up and in time you may well mature into a reasonable adult... clocks tick slowly so you might be lucky... or maybe not.
So sometimes they need to be beaten. You need to beat someone that is helpless to take your anger out on. I do it all the time. I have a criminal record for it though.
I just want you to know what this incident caused me. I was so angry at what happened that when my grandmother and I got into an argument I beat her up. She uses a cane to get around because she is so frail. I grabbed her cane and smashed her over the head with it. She is no pressing charges against me.
Hi K ... your granny seems to like a beating or two! LoL

milk
Yesterday I bought milk at the Real Canadian Superstore on Calgary Trail, Edmonton. I was in a hurry and grabbed a 4 litre container. I noticed that the containers did not have expiration dates facing out but promptly forgot to turn it around and look at it. The expiration date was November 26th (yesterday was November 28th). I didn't notice anything when I got home but when I was drinking my coffee this morning it had an odd taste. I looked at the container and saw that it was past due. I returned it to the west end store and got my money back but that meant driving all the way from downtown to this store - a waste of my valuable time.
What disturbs me the most is the fact that the expirations dates were deliberately not facing out.
payment but was accused to steal
I sent you one complain at this Tuesday afternoon. But I still didnot receive your any feeback. If I still didnot receive your feedback by tomorrow afternoon at 4:00pm, I have to sue the Superstore at 8th Street East Saskatoon. I bought two creams on Monday. But I did not know that the package has been changed. So I think I bought wrong one. On Tuesday...

Attended this store this afternoon and was disgusted and upset that only two employees were wearing a poppy. I wandered the store in disbelief!
