Customer service
Staff at superstore kelowna are rude, disrespectful. I bought 300 in groceries they are talking their language completely ignoring myself and my mom and other guests. Rushing us to pack food. Squishing food. Not one smile from one employee. I do have video of it. November 1 2020. Then we pick up our coupon gift. The lady at customer service throws the gifts at us. No bag talking to her friends. Unbelievable, grouse service.

Shopped at superstore this morning - aug. 13/2020, at 10505 southport road sw, calgary. I spent $254.23 and the cashier neglected to ask for my optimum card. It was only when I was at shoppers later, and they asked me for my optimum card, that I realized superstore also should have done that. Given that this superstore had minimum packages of beef short ribs, I went to another superstore at 15915 macleod trail se to buy them, and this store also neglected to ask for my optimum card - I spent $45.85. I made a special trip back to the store on southport road and was told there was nothing they could do. Pitiful! Won't shop at superstore ever again!
Pop shelves
Yesterday when I went to shop at the Superstore at 7020 centre St North, Calgary Ab, the shelves were pretty empty.
Today the shelves remain empty. Does no one stock shelves overnight anymore?
It's not the first time that I've been disappointed in this Superstore, and I'm at the point where I may take my business elsewhere.
And even if I have too pay more, at least the product will be available when I want to purchase it.

During covid the stores have closed one side of the checkout counter so only one person can bag at a time. I am a pensioner and am not the speediest at bagging. The cashiers stand there looking very impatient and sometimes with their hand on their hips waiting for you to bag. They will run the belt so your groceries pile up. This has always been the case in my store but is now worse by having one belt going (which I am not complaining due to covid) Sometimes I actually am sweating and panting to hurry up and bag. I has become obvious that seniors are going to have no consideration at this store at all. If it is not resoved I have no choice but to shop elsewhere. I was at Cathy, a cashier running till #7 in Abbotsford, BC at approximately 7:30 am. I was motioned to her till by security and was waiting far enough from her while she served the customer ahead of me. Rudely she said to stand further away behind the yellow line.
I waited patiently and then as she continued to talk to the customer I suggested maybe she should be helping her bag her purchases instead of talking.
As I finally made it to the till she asked if I wanted plastic bags and out of habit I said no thanks I have my own. Then as I put my backpack on the conveyor belt she rudely said that I cannot put my bag on it. I suggested that maybe she should be cleaning after every person used it. Then said I that she should have also insisted that I have the plastic bags, since at No Frills they would not let me use my own bags.
As I was bagging my groceries the people next in line had already passed the line she told me to stand behind and was already chatting with them. I said to the person that they should be standing behind the line as she had so rudely told me to do.
I filed a complaint at customer service on a blank sheet of paper but thought that would just as quickly end up in the garbage. Why don't they have a complaint form?
Customer safety
We drove a ways to shop at your store on the Langford Parkway here in Victoria, BC. We have never felt so I unsafe in our entire lives! The pandemic is not over! Where were the restrictions? Ignorant customers, totally disrespectful of others, and no suggestions, let alone control, exercised by staff. I think the authorities should shut you down. I assure you it will be a long time until we are back.

I purchased two items (2 x bar stools) from the Superstore online website on Apr 10th 2020. I received a confirmation email on April 10th. On April 13 2020 I received another email stating that my order had been cancelled by the seller because "the items are not available". The items are still available for purchase on the website. The email also stated that my card would not be charged. My card was charged for the full amount on April 13 2020. The customer service number provided on both emails does not offer support for online orders through PC Express, and did not have any prompts to speak to a representative regarding my issue. My desirable resolution is to receive the items that I was charged for on April 13 2020. I was told the items could be shipped 2-3 days after placing the order. I would like the order shipped out according to this statement online and I would hope it would be delivered in a timely manner. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
