I am complaining about the cashiers at superstore
i have encounter 2 cashiers who seems like they dont like their job. there is one filipino teenager guy who was texting while im paying my groceries and didnt even ask me if i need a bag. and one old filipina who was at number 14 on the till today if im not mistaken at 4:30 pm. She looked at customers like they dont want us to be there. Very poor in customer's service. i dont want to see those kind of people when in shopping

I have been fighting with what appears to be a computer for days now. I have 19440 in points. I have 2 receipts in my possesion with items that should have given me 1800 in points. I have email after email of ridiculousness. I have sent photos of the receipts, the items i purchased, and my card. Staff has told me that i cant collect points unless i use a pc financial mastercard which i know is garbage because i have been collecting for some time. I always enter my receipts on my phone app when i get home and have never had a problem but now when it comes to the point where my points are going to finally benefit me...you guys dont want to hold up your end of the bargain. I have provided my phone number and asked that a human contact me but all i get is email after email saying its been rectified ( NO IT HAS NOT) or that I need a mastercard! If you guys cant have humans to deal with the complaints to help rectify situations then just close down. I suppose ill get another generic email in response telling me all the benefits of pcplus instead of something that actually addresses my concern. Total crap.

Hi there yesterday I was shopping in superstore and a emply hit my with the re stock cart and cut my leg and ddidnt say anything just looked at me and carried on. My leg was bleeding and it was quite painful at the time... I'm usually easy going but this was a bit uncalled for. I left the store with blood running down my leg and a stoning pain. Not sure what you can do to help I just didn't have a pleasant time shopping on my lunch break at superstore.

This printer is on sale in your flyer. And its first day of sale. I went to westwindeinds superstore, calgary, N.E. from my work(in my break time) to grab this printer. There was like only one printer on shelf( which somebody took 15 secs before me). I asked an employee to check backstock if u guys have anythong in back stock and she asked her manager and manager said there is nothing in backstock. I mean its like first day of sale and u guys have only one piece in stock. Highly disappointing. I will next time go to walmart or canadian tire definately because whatever is in there flyer they have in stock.
there is only one ride on scooter, has only been one there for two years now
I am disabled and rely completely on there being a Ride On, there for me at the Westwinds Superstore, I have taken this to Management, the response I get is " Yes, We've taken this to Head Office and they are not doing anything about it"
On Monday July 3rd, I make my way with difficulty to the Customer Service area and I am elated to see that the scooter is there. I sit on it and the light will not come on. I ask the woman at the counter, she told me that when she came in she noticed that it had not been plugged, so she had just plugged it in. I sat on it for 30 minutes waiting for it to charge and it was just not able to go. My problem doesn't just mean I have to wait, I use a service for the disabled community Access Calgary, they were scheduled to pick me up at 11. 00 am, I sat on the scooter, with flat battery at 10.00 am and it was 10.35, I had 8 items to get. One good thing is that the staff did get my items. Total bill was $27.00, I normally spend over $100 /week. So SuperStore yo lost some revenue and I am getting really fed up with the lack of interest in this store having only one scooter. I try to get there early to beat the others. I have been there and older people with canes are waiting for me to arrive back from my shopping, I say to them, there isn't much power left, it should be recharged. In Manotick Ontario there were there scooters Imagine!
store # 1552 - salad bar disaster
Superstore used to make an in-store, fresh made Kale salad that was one of the best value products in the store; I used to buy many of them - so naturally you discontinued it.
The Kale salad you've replaced it with - is disgusting! I won't be buying ANY of them - and I note that they are the only salad in the display when all others sold...
And - to even find a single salad - fresh made, single serving salad - available after 5:00 pm - you know - dinner time - - to find product at those hours - forget it!
Too bad - the original Kale salad I used to buy - three at a time.

Today july 5th at around 6pm. I was at joe fresh counter to return some clothing. I was at 2nd number in que. The guy ahead of me was already taking ling as he had a lot of stuff to return and exchange. This employee of superstore (Vishal with half ponytail) cake and bumped in the line and told the cashier to serve the customer who was with him. She told him after she finishes with the current customer. I was watching and stayed quite after they were done buying all the stuff, I politely told the customer that if they realised that I was ahead of them. The customer who was with this guy visual genuinely apologised and said I did notice and told the guy that she was here before us but he still went ahead. I said it's ok it's not your fault and I turned towards vishal and politely told him that he should have realised. While I am saying this he cuts me off and raised his eye brows and shoulders on me and very rudely said (Oh you should have said something that time) I got very upset and I asked him that you should apologise instead you are misbehaving and instead of listening to me he said whatever and walked away. I called the manager yo take action and all your manager had to say was (I am sorry I will follow up with him). I was expecting some action right there. He should have called the guy to apologise but nothing happened. When I was leaving the store. The guy vishal saw me again and gave me a really dirty look. My 8 year old son was with me and my son said mom this guy is looking at you with a mad face.
I am really looking forward to see some serious action against him. I would really appreciate.

Today I was at checkout at superstore and was waiting in line, the lines were very long as to be expected on a holiday Monday. I was third or fourth in line and had been waiting about ten minutes and noticed a cashier getting ready to open her till. I asked her if she was opening and she said no. She then proceeded to walk to the very back of the line and take the person at the back to her till and opened it, providing service to this person. This person had only just gotten in line and had been waiting less than a minute and there were many people in front of them who had been waiting a lot longer. A couple people who were at the back of that line had also followed along and received service before waiting customers also. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this lack of customer service.

We were entering the parking lot to the Innes road store in Orleans, outside Ottawa, Ontario, when we were cut off by a seemingly random vehicle; our driver let out a brief honk of the horn to make the driver aware that we had already begun to turn into the one-lane entrance before he had in a very non-aggressive way.
Once we parked the man (who was losing his temper severely) ran up beside us and began berating us verbally in front of the store. That was when I realized he worked there due to the uniform.
He was screaming and arguing with me, even out driver was too afraid to react. He also could have ran right into us due to his evident road rage.
This man had longer dark hair pulled back into a short ponytail or man bun, and he was wearing an entirely black uniform, leading me to assume he most likely worked in the meat department or at least not directly as a sales associate or cashier. He also had glasses on.
The angry employee continued to stalk us around the store as we passed him about 4 or 5 times while inside as he stomped around and gave us the finger.
Completely inappropriate and childish behaviour. I want to know something has been done about him.

I have bought a bag of rice name royal umbrella Thai jashmin rice from your store in fort mcmurray couple week ago. I tried and did not taste like I am eating real rice. Recently I saw a video about the plastic rice with same company in Facebook. I am shocked. I was guessing if I am eating plastic rice. I would like to inqury about this matter pls. The company is same. So please please help me to figure out in this matter. Since I suspect it could be plastic rice, I stopped eating it and bought the different brand which is real rice. I will appreciate you're feedback.

Hi. I am a long time shopper at Superstore Kenaston in Winnipeg MB. I was disappointed with the in stock availability of many items on June 22, 2017! Many items that I regularly shop for were not in stock when I shopped at 6pm that day. 4 litre chocolate milk, red grapes, 3 meat vintage dellissio pizza, Udis gluten free bread, Udis gluten free hamburger buns, a dozen large eggs etc. All were not in stock. I was very disappointed. Pls improve your in stock availability. Most of these are staples and should be in stock in any decent grocery store.

I applied for Cashier position at superstore south Common store here in Edmonton, Alberta location.
Lady named Ranjit from HR called me for interview, I was not at home so she left message saying if I am interested call superstore number.
Same day I called her 3 times and left 3 massages but she never called me back.
however when I called her next day she finally picked the phone and schedule me for next day interview at 11.00 am, guess what I has there 5 minute early for my interview and she came to me and told me that you came 5 minute early and she have other things to do. I told her that I will wait 5 minute but rudely she looked at me and took her to her office and guess what she was not in mood of taking my interview and started taking about how much resumes she had and how many people applying for this position.
she told me that we are hiring part time only and you have to be available
24/7 for this job. we will call you anytime. hours and time is not fixed.
This was worst experience I had from this store it look like she is not willing to work and somebody for forcing her to work.

When I login to do my click and collect online shopping it appears that the search bar and shopping cart are not working and are permanently loading. I can't add anything to my cart so have not been using the service for a few weeks. I've reset my computer and it doesn't appear to have solved the issue.
Please help, as I'd like to return to online shopping again.

Hello! On Friday June 9th as we were shopping in the Calgary Trail Superstore (Edmonton, AB) my mother had a very unfortunate experience with a staff person at the lottery booth. She paid for a lottery ticket with cash but the staff person got very upset my mom paid with coins too and started berating her. She raised her voice & said next time not to pay with coins because she hates getting coins. My mom was too shaken to tell me right away or I would have spoken to this woman directly and made a complaint in store..but I feel this is not at all acceptable customer service. If she did not want change, she could have at least said it politely, but there are also no signs posted anywhere requesting no change so how could my mom know? My mom is also not prone to complaining so if this upset her I felt it necessary to write to you & request better service training. Thank you.

Approached an empty cashier with a basket full of items. Was not acknowledged by the cashier in any way, even as I unloaded all of my items onto the conveyor belt the cashier still continued to stand there ignoring me and my groceries, while most cashiers by now would have at least greeted me and began to ring me through she stood there completely ignoring the fact there was a customer in front of her waiting for service. As I unloaded the last of my groceries I didn't think too much of her lack of service till a young male approached just as I was returning my empty basket. It was clear he was looking for a quick till to ring through, but seeing that I was ahead of him already decided to find a quicker till. Up to this point I'd still yet to even be acknowledged by the cashier, this being at least a minute since I approached her till, however as soon as this man approached the cahier jumped to action. Not only was he greeted, he was told to come back as he tried to find a quicker till so that he could skip in front of me as if I wasn't even standing there. I wasn't important enough to even be acknowledged, however this man clearly was, in fact he was so important he was allowed to skip ahead of some lowly female as if he was more important than me.
Except he isn't.
I am a human being and I deserve to be treated with respect. Race, sex, religion should not matter and frankly your associates should be taught to keep their prejudiced opinions to themselves. While this young man was treated with the utmost respect, even placing him first above a female already waiting for service I was not greeted, acknowledged or even asked if this was ok, in fact, instead I was flat out ignored. Even once I approached the till I still wasn't greeted, just simply asked if I needed bags or not, a far cry from the above and beyond customer service this young man was presented with. The cashier could have even easily justified her action simply by acknowledging me and thanking me for allowing him to go first, but that would have meant I was a person worth acknowledging. A fact your prejudiced cashier clearly didn't agree with.
I understand that Louise, the cashier working the till on sat June 10 at roughly 9pm, is elderly and her views are probably quite outdated. However, that kind of sexist behaviour is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect, not ignored in favour of a more favourable customer.
Especially when the customer in question is standing right in front of you there is no excuse for that kind of poor customer service. Treating one person poorly to make another happy isn't good service.

This is the worst reward program I have ever seen. I could load my points every week, spend a million dollars in your store but because I didn't buy any of the products from my "preselected items" I wouldn't earn a single point. Also, I will buy a gallon of Mr Clean or other large items and then it would show up in my "preselected items" the following week. I just bought this and I won't need to buy it again for another 6 months so why do they offer it the following week. And if you forget to load your offers you get nothing. I like a program where, the more you spend, the more you earn. The gas promotion is great. You need to change this.
joe fresh fitting rooms
This isn't a complaint. Only a suggestion. I was shopping and saw a few pieces of clothing i wanted to try on. I figured i may as well make it worth while do went through the whole clothing department pucking out things. I then went to the fitting rooms but there was no one there. I thought maybe they closed since it was close to 10:30pm but there was no sign or anything. I went to customer service and they said they close somewhere around 8 or 9pm.
I was miffed because i wasted 20 minutes picking out clothes.
A simple sign noting the fitting room hours or a sign noting CLOSED put up when the attendant leaves would suffice. I'm sure I'm not the only one whose done this and was miffed.

The pharmacy at your yorkton location is ridiculous every single time we get pills for my mother on a call in or faxed in they half complete the order and leave it sitting. No final check and everytime they mess up the billing. Its a regular prescription been getting it from there for 3 years and litterally everytime there is something half done or messed up. Never an apology for the extra 45 minutes it ends up taking nothing. Extremely unprofessional and really isnt acceptable. Ive tried to make a complaint in store and was brushed off.

I am a regular customer at this location since it's close my home and children's school I go between superstore and longos depending on my needs I personally prefer superstore as they offer a wide variety of products and brands. Unfortunately last THursday evening I took my twin daughters age 8 1/2 shopping with me to superstore .. this is where an embarrassing incident took place (you may review your cameras and capture what was done) I asked one of my daughters to get two scoops of loose pistachios and put them in a bag as she eagerly got the scoop and bag (while I was getting beans beside her ) a store associate by the name of Julie literally yelled at my child from the outside isle "Put that down hello put that down don't touch the nuts" I can assure you you I never felt so humiliated my daughter wanted to cry but I stopped her and before I could approach julie to ask what the problem was she disappears into a back room (next to the fish department) I then asked the representative present In the fish department what her name was because she stopped to chat with with for a few seconds before disappearing . I found this behaviour rude and discriminating and I would suggest employee counselling on how to treat customers. I will be returning to the superstore at some point just not in the near future because I do not want to bump into Julie...such a shame for superstore that you have an employee who goes out of her way to make customers feel uncomfortable
