This is the worst reward program I have ever seen. I could load my points every week, spend a million dollars in your store but because I didn't buy any of the products from my "preselected items" I wouldn't earn a single point. Also, I will buy a gallon of Mr Clean or other large items and then it would show up in my "preselected items" the following week. I just bought this and I won't need to buy it again for another 6 months so why do they offer it the following week. And if you forget to load your offers you get nothing. I like a program where, the more you spend, the more you earn. The gas promotion is great. You need to change this.
joe fresh fitting rooms
This isn't a complaint. Only a suggestion. I was shopping and saw a few pieces of clothing i wanted to try on. I figured i may as well make it worth while do went through the whole clothing department pucking out things. I then went to the fitting rooms but there was no one there. I thought maybe they closed since it was close to 10:30pm but there was no sign or anything. I went to customer service and they said they close somewhere around 8 or 9pm.
I was miffed because i wasted 20 minutes picking out clothes.
A simple sign noting the fitting room hours or a sign noting CLOSED put up when the attendant leaves would suffice. I'm sure I'm not the only one whose done this and was miffed.

The pharmacy at your yorkton location is ridiculous every single time we get pills for my mother on a call in or faxed in they half complete the order and leave it sitting. No final check and everytime they mess up the billing. Its a regular prescription been getting it from there for 3 years and litterally everytime there is something half done or messed up. Never an apology for the extra 45 minutes it ends up taking nothing. Extremely unprofessional and really isnt acceptable. Ive tried to make a complaint in store and was brushed off.

I am a regular customer at this location since it's close my home and children's school I go between superstore and longos depending on my needs I personally prefer superstore as they offer a wide variety of products and brands. Unfortunately last THursday evening I took my twin daughters age 8 1/2 shopping with me to superstore .. this is where an embarrassing incident took place (you may review your cameras and capture what was done) I asked one of my daughters to get two scoops of loose pistachios and put them in a bag as she eagerly got the scoop and bag (while I was getting beans beside her ) a store associate by the name of Julie literally yelled at my child from the outside isle "Put that down hello put that down don't touch the nuts" I can assure you you I never felt so humiliated my daughter wanted to cry but I stopped her and before I could approach julie to ask what the problem was she disappears into a back room (next to the fish department) I then asked the representative present In the fish department what her name was because she stopped to chat with with for a few seconds before disappearing . I found this behaviour rude and discriminating and I would suggest employee counselling on how to treat customers. I will be returning to the superstore at some point just not in the near future because I do not want to bump into Julie...such a shame for superstore that you have an employee who goes out of her way to make customers feel uncomfortable

I was at Real Canadian superstore 3 days ago looking at an add that they have Brar samosas. My nephew loves them so I drove after work from west end of the town to the east one real Canadian superstore, I saw it was all empty so asked the person behind the food counter and was told we clean up everything at 9 pm you are a few mins late if you come tomm before 9 pm we will have it here. Another girl behind the counter said the same thing. Next door I left a few mins early from work made it there at 8.45 pm and everything was empty. I asked the guys behind the counter (3 of them). One guy said you should have come early. I mentioned to him was here yesterday and was told it gets closed at 9 pm. It was now only 8.48pm. To this another guy with nose ring ( Skylar) rudely interrupted and said we cleaned up what can you do and started making some hand signs smirking at me. I again asked the guy behind the counter that I was in yesterday and I would not mind if they were half baked as I could bake them at home and willing to wait. The employee with nose ring (Skylar) said you can go complaint at customer service and laughed. the other 2 just stood there as if they did not care. I was planning to buy a few more things. I left my cart. it is one of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I did mentioned this incident to a part time manager. Then I drove down to Sobey's and They went out of their way to get me fresh samosas while i shopped there.
Feel free to check & verify your in store camera to experience what extremely bad customer service experience is maybe save it for a training video what not to do.

Bought gad at pump. Went in to buy 2 pjgs cigs with cash, put down 2 x $20, attendant scooped up and put in his till quickl then I see the total was only $19.45 so I asked for my other $20 back and he denied it and said he snapped the one $20 before putting in till. He did not. He put the 2 x $20 in slot quickly. So I verified my remaining money and confirmed back to him that fir sure $20 was not there. I am so dismayed by this. I told him that is a lot of money for me! I then asked for the managers name and station number, which he would not give me. I would like my $20 returned.
24 nestley water
Hello,
I was shopping at Superstore west of Edmonton, I had a Lablaws ad. The 24 package of Nestley water was on sale for $1.88 Limit of 12. It is fake as they say the do a price match. The Supervisor at that store was rude ad didn't even know where the Lablaw store comes from she said that never seen this before but all the clothing in thay store comes from Lablaws.

I was shopping with my sister when the employee who said he name tag said his name was nick, the meat manger in the new market store. He told me i looked super hot in my jeans and would look better if i took them off. He proceeded to make me u comfortable well i finished my shopping. He asked for my number even though i said i was not interested. I will never be going back to this store. He was way over the line.

Last night on May 14th I went shopping at the Chilliwack superstore. I was with my girlfriend and step son. We went to get a free cookie from the bakery for my kid. There was the night shift janitor standing at the counter. He gave my stepson a cookie with his very dirty hands. They were literally covered in grease and dirt. After I walked away with my son, so I couldnt hear, he started attempting to flirt with my girlfriend. She didn't tell me until we were home so I wouldn't start a fight. She was very uncomfortable. He said something like "that dress looks very delicious on you, pretty momma!"
Now.. If you guys aren't going to do anything about this, I guarantee you that I will. This has been stressing me out all day and I'm ready to go to the store and find this pervert and help him remove his entire jaw.
mann's snap peas
I don't get it. We shop nearly exclusively at the deerfoot meadows superstore in calgary. Generally, we find everything we want, with one exception. Pretty much every time we go, the area for mann's snap peas is empty, and we have enough to drive somewhere else to get them. I'm referring to the smaller bags (227 g).
Clearly, they sell out quickly. Isn't that reason enough to have more on the shelf? They sell!
I am getting so sick of rolling my eyes up, having to say "gotta go over to walmart again", because that one item is constantly not there.

My family and I have been shopping exclusively at the real canadian superstore for 6 years now with nothing but good good prices and great customer service . no complaints until today. I went thru cash line 4 at 17:03 and had the misfortune of meeting the rudest or the person with the lowest customer service skills I have ever come across. I think her name was Emma. As usual I greet the cashier to wich she responded " I'm not done with him yet ( referring to the gentleman paying his bill ) so you will have to wait " she then grabbed my basket that was stil on the belt and agressively handed it to me saying " this can't be here you have to take it to the back" she refused to accept my pc plus card until I had taken the basket back . she then complained leaving the basked in the belt would make her work harder ( I've worked as a cashier and really found there was no difference in the ammount of work if the basket is there or not ) I am normally understanding of poor customer service since I have worked the field and I know people are dificult and they get paid little. But this level of agression and willingness to argue with a customer can really damage the image of your company if you care at all about that. Very sad because this is my favourite store in town and recommend it to all my friends and family
credit card pushers.
As of a few months now I'm getting really sick of the Credit Card pushers in the stores. I was accosted twice within 5 minutes. Now they are standing at the entrance and bugging me about getting a credit card. At least they aren't being as pushy as they once were, but still. I would I like to enter the store without being harassed as I'm walking in.
This was in Calgary, Alberta. The store was in NW. Just off of 4 st. NW and about 64 Ave. NW.

This has bothered me for some time and after looking for black beans in one of your stores today and finding 3 different sections of beans, I finally have to ask why? This also applies to Soya sauce. Teriyaki sauce. Tortilla shells. Salsa. Crackers. It has become so difficult to find products, and now even worse since the re-organization of the store when wine was introduced, I'm almost finished shopping at Canadian Superstore. It was difficult to find assistance from an employee as well. My time is valuable to me and I shouldn't have to spend 15 minutes trying to find a can of beans.
Please consider a serious re-organization and stream lining of your product placement.

Can you please change the music playing in the stores. Not even my parents listen to this music. I stayed for half an hour to shop but the music was so depressing celin dion I will always love Yuuuuuuuuuu! Wow what an ear ache. I feel sorry for the employees 3 years ago you had more upbeat music destinys child, guns n roses, just to name a few. What is happening now ? Music does have an effect on people's attitude so why are you depressing people with love ballads ?

Good afternoon! Today April 29, 2017 I've made a purchase at Regent location in Winnipeg for 220.00 on my MasterCard and 30.00 on my debit card and wanted to take advantage of the offer "Spend $ 250 and receive $25 gift card". The cashier was extremely friendly and willing to help. However, her supervisor create an excuse that it is two different bills and even through transaction was not completed and I could add this 30.00 amount to my bigger bill she didn't want make any effort and help. It is a second time when staff at this location doing something like that and today they saved themselves $25.00 but lost the family of five as a customers. I am very disappointed and wanted to share with somebody, because I think that offers suppose make customers happy.

April 24 2017 I had been shopping for a small amount of items and when I went to pay I had to wait as so many people were ignoring 16 limit express lanes. Then was told debit was not working, I had to cycle to my bank and back to complete the purchase. What had happened?
Also, I had requested to have my prescriptions ready for later this week, and was phoned back and told that the brand of medicine I needed due to lactose intolerance and side effects of other brands was unavailable from the manufacturer. The manufacturers website still lists this, and I have been in touch.

04/24/2017 I was walking up to one of the self checkout machines and heard someone say "It's not working." From behind my back. Which I assumed meant there was a problem with that particular machine, which is understandable. When I turned and asked the superstore employee who was an middle to older aged woman wearing a pink head scarf on her head "Are all these machines not working?" She immediately walked away from me and didn't answer my question. As loyal customer this was unacceptable and insulting. There have been many more incidents but, this has been a pattern in recent years. As a Canadian, manners and courtesy are very important especially working in a public setting. However I didn't see any today in Windermere Way Southwest Edmonton Super Store and it's been a pattern at most locations that has been getting worse.

Good day to you;
I am writing because of the harsh treatment my Wife (Maria Mackey) has been receiving while in training at the Superstore, Optical Dept. in Winnipeg, Mb on Sargent Ave.
The manager has not been giving her any hands-on training, the verbal instruction she receives from him is given without patience or kindness. He expects her to handle customers on the cash machine when has not been shown how to use it or how to address customers and receive their payment.
He has been quite rude, tell her on a few occasions that he doesn't have time to train anyone and continuously embarrasses her in front of customers. She is only brought in once a week for a 4 hour training shift. She has been going for training for 6 weeks, 18 hrs total and he refuses to give her any hand-on training. He has had my Wife walking on eggshells since the first week. This is a very negative Superstore employee experience. My Wife almost feels like tears may come soon.
How can this situation be resolved without Fernando the Manager taking it out on my Wife?

Me and my wife were shopping at surrey superstore at king George and 72nd St and I arrived at 10 pm on April 11th, I was shopping and at 10:55pm the security kept yelling and aiming with her hands for us to leave which we didn't like because that's rude the security told her supervisor and the supervisor did the same thing yelling and asking us agressivley to leave, then we left, so we are customers of superstore but we were extreme disappointed, so i am asking for compensation, even if it's a super store gift card I would accept it, you can mail it to me, and also have a word with the staff in that store,
