cashier service at store 8245
These cashiers first all are not being helpful, plus they talk about you in another language and I personally don;t appreciate it. This tall black cashier name Deborah was very rude to me, then called her head cashier and talked about me. I go to Sam's at least once a week to get my medication and I'm always buying something..I don't have very much strenght in my arms or my legs. I had a basket full of items and this is the 1st time I;ve been told to put the items on the belt. She didn't ask she told me in an ugly voice! I ask her why I have never been told before the cashiers always get the pricing gun and scan everything. Then she started mumbling thru her lips, then she called her team leader and told her I didn't want to do it...I;m very very disappointed with the people that work at this particular store.
The other problem is Pharmacy, if I don't ask for the comparison on the pricing of my medication they won't check it. This is everytime I come to get my medicine.
Are we not having good workers being hired or explained how they should be to the customers. I did ask for a Manager Usman and he acted like nothing, we know half of these people don;t want to work by Damn ! there is other people that are looking for work to support their family.
chewy granola bars
I have been shopping at the Casper store for over a decade. I buy these bars weekly for snacks at our school. They have not been put out and an employee assured me he would put them out as soon as possible. This was Saturday the 6th. On Sunday the 7th I returned and they were still not put out. I went to another store to purchase. I spend around $150 a week buying snacks. If you are not going to put the merchandise out to purchase, I will purchase elsewhere.
at home services
We were waiting to have our receipt validated behind a line of people after checking out. There was a At Home Services representative who approached us and ask if we needed any home services. We responded we were good. He continued to badger us and ask if our windows, roof and I don't remember what other things he ask were good. I finally told him we were good and if we did need something I would get it through Homedepot since that is where I work. Your representative proceeded to say I must like cheap stuff. Not only did he insult me but he insulted my place of employment which provides me the money to shop at your establishment. I tried to respectfully decline the services and he continued to badger me and then disrespected me. I am a manager for Homedepot and I would never insult anyone's place of employment or any person. I really don't think you as a business condone this behavior by this representative of your At Home Services and I felt you should know how this individual is representing your company.
not ever picking up calls
I been calling like ten stores trying to get a price on tires. And no one helps me and no one picks up the phone. All I wanted to do is get a price and see 8f I can get a appointment set up to get my tires done. I work with retail my who life and I never been through something like that. I think the company needs people to pick up the and help all calls...
sam's plus membership-customer service
I have been a sams member for many years. I switched to a plus membership at the cashiers encouragement because I spend a lot of money at sams and she assured me that I would save over time. I recently lost my job but still wanted to enjoy the benefits of savings that sams has to offer. So it was time for me to renew my membership and I went to customer service to do so. I told the customer service person that I could not afford the plus membership right now and would just take the plain membership. She said-you must shop here a lot as you have earned 32.00 just since July. She told me that I would lose that if I did not take the plus membership. It was cash back that we had earned from money we had spent over the duration of the plus membership-I dont understand how come it could not have been applied towards my membership. I could have used it for purchases but had not at that point. I did not complain-I paid my membership fee and went shopping as usual and bought my groceries. I do not feel this is right and I am a long time member and the money I earned should have been applied to my membership fee at the very least. I renewed my membership at the sams club in Bangor, Maine on 09/29/18. I would appreciate a response to my issue. Thank you.
soft drink dispenser/ice machines in the deli not working
Hello, before I start, I want to say that our local sam's club in casper, wyoming is my favorite place to shop in town. The staff is helpful, polite and courteous. Including the people in the deli. I often go to sam's just to eat. The pizza or dog with a drink is unbeatable for lunch!
My complaint is with the deli area. It has been an ongoing problem with the ice/drink machines are and have been for years debilitated and barely functional. I have recently been asked, (and did) customer satisfaction surveys and have forgotten to mention.
For over the past 2 months there are 4 or 5.
"out of order" signs on the equipment!
I can send you pictures!
Sometimes we the customer are not able to have ice in our drinks. I would love to think that our membership fees at the least would ensure a pleasant experience in the food court after our shopping in the club! Please see this as a friendly note in attempt to bring this to attention to higher
Management that can possibly bring some new machines to our club.
Thank you.
Ps: please keep the sobe life water flavor and pepsi!
Thanks again!

online items
I have been purchasing items on line and our store we have 6 on line stores and drop ship and ship as well. We were receiving free shipping with plus membership but then was told since we re-sell, we have to pay shipping. That is fine, however there are tons of people on ebay that drop ship and they are not paying shipping. I have a relative that works for ebay and looked up over 35 people. So why is it that i'm paying for shipping and they are not? I drop ship over 300 items a week from amazon and most of that business would'be went to sams club but you decided to charge shipping.
Just thought i'd bring this to your attention. My membership number is [protected] and you also charge my husband shipping as well.
All the best,
Debbie rozell

tire department
Hello I am contacting you regarding my experience I received at Sam's club on 18501 83rd Glendale AZ. 85308. I went to the tire center on Saturday to buy two new trailer tires and special ordered them the employee said they would be ready today Monday, September 24, I went over with my friend as soon as we got there the manager was helping a fireman from simcity which was no problem but the manager never acknowledged our presence and kept working on trying to trade out a battery and failing this went on for over twenty minutes until I asked the manager of he could bring another employee from the back to please bring the tires as we have already paid fb or them and wish to get on the road. The manager got confrontational with and yelled don't bark at me boy which I replied I'm not barking at you sir I really would like to get the tires we paid for and leave. So the manager goes to get the tires and then the fireman picks up where the manager left off and starts getting confrontational and I said I was going to call the police. I do my business shopping at your store and never usually have a problem bit after today I think I will take my business to office max and go get my Costco membership back I've never had a problem with their tire department. I have the fd liscense plate and will be reporting him to the proper authorities.
store manager very rude and unprofessional
I have a complaint about the store manager of Sams Clubs located at :
13455 Manchester Rd, St. Louis, MO 63131
She was very rude and unprofessional, this is the second time she didn't behave properly.
I wanted to purchase a tv that was returned, but it had an old (5 days ago ) receipt attached to the box. I asked to check if the customer returned the TV or just didn't come to pick it up.
If the customer returned the TV I will purchase it, but if not I will look for another TV to buy.
The store manager had many ways to know if the TV was returned or not by checking the membership history in the system or calling the customer directly, especially since the customer's phone number and the name were written on the receipt. But the store manager was very very rude, highly irresponsible, and refused to check to clear the situation of the TV. She lost a customer that was willing to buy a good from her store because of her unprofessionalism.
store on oak trafficway kansas city mo
I was in the store on Tuesday September 18, 2018 @approximately 3 pm when I was going through the self checkout line when one of your store associates ask me if I needed help. I replied no I'm done just waiting on receipt to print. When my friend and I begin walking towards the door with the three items I purchased the same store associate ran over about 3 cash registers and started calling a man name John who I believe was the manager and begin pointing at us saying we were stealing .
At this time I handed the associate at the door my receipt for the three items I paid for and he marked it and I headed for my car. I do not like the fact that she thought I was stealing without even checking for herself and it was embarrassing to me with a store full of people.
I love shopping at sams and this was my first bad experience.

defective gas pump
on Tuesday September 18, 2018 I used the SAMS gas station (pump 6) at the 1765 Jonesboro Rd McDonough Ga 30253. When I proceed to remove gas handle from my car. The handle popped out and gas exploded out continuously. The gas exploded all over my car, my body, ruining my clothing, shoes, and jewelry. The gas went inside my car exposing gas fumes to my two year old son sitting in his car seat. A customer at the pump in front of me went to get the gas attendant for help. The attendant (Janice) checked the gas handle while checking she stated several times " this handle is stuck, this should not be happening, this is broke." The attendant shut the pump down, flagged and placed a coned in front. I asked Janice three times to call for a manager to come out. She replied " the managers do not come out here, you will need to go inside the store." I informed Janice that I don't want to transfer the gas from myself to my toddler son nor sit on my car interior. Janice stated "you don't have a change of clothes in your car?" I replied "No"in disbelief that she asked me that. I asked if she had any plastic. She gave me a garbage bag and restated that I have to go into SAMS club to speak with a manager and she would radio and let them know I was coming. Upon entering the store I transferred gasoline from myself to my son because he was touching me as I was getting him from his car seat. While waiting 10 minutes for the HR manager (Zachary) my leg, foot and arm began to burn slightly. When Zachary approached me. He made me walk crossed the from line to sit in the eating area to complete a incident report. A few things: At this point not only myself and son were exposed but customers and employees. He also had me sitting in the eating area which due to be soaked with gasoline it has now been transferred to the seat and the table. Zachary not once extended an apology, offered me a wet cloth, paper towels ect. SAMS is a grocery store and they have plenty of products that could've been offered however he did not. Zachary took my incident report. He stated he needed a picture of your car and claims will be in contact with you. That's how he ended our conversation and the he proceeded to the gas station. It's funny how I was told several times managers do not come out to the pumps but Zachary scurried across the parking lot after the report of this incident. This entire incident was a safety hazard and I was treated horribly! My safety nor my son's were considered in this matter.

in-store services marketing
The Sam's club on Immokalee Road, here in Naples, Florida has allowed a company to set up their very large display area next to the exit door where customers wait to be checked out prior to leaving. Initially, they had a company representative available in case anyone wanted information on their services, which are home repair/remodeling. Evidently, they were not getting enough customers to use their services because their display booth has grown significantly and their marketing efforts become more aggressive. On a daily basis, they can be seen walking through the line of Sam's customers offering their services as they waited to exit the club. This is an unwanted solicitation that few people find acceptable. I personally put it into the same category as unwanted solicitation calls on my phone and like the barkers at the county fair. I'm sure that Sam's did not agree to this type of behavior when they allowed them to set up their display. This type of solicitation significantly distracts from my shopping experience at Sam's club. Please tone them down.

tire center
I ordered tires online on September 4, 2018 thinking I would save time by having them shipping to my local Sam's Club (Lone Tree, CO Sam's Club
7817 Park Meadows Dr. Lone Tree, CO 80124, Customer number is 101 34220 [protected]). My online order turned into a two day ordeal. To begin, the tires came in on September 7 but I never got a phone confirmation, just an email confirmation which I missed in the massive amounts of emails that I get everyday. So I finally called on September 12 for a status. The tire rep told me he would have his manager call me back that day? I did not receive a callback that day. I called the next day, September 13 and provided the order number and my last name to the tire rep. The tire rep confirmed that he could not look up my online order by name or order number and that I needed the tire number. Floored that they need the tire number I checked the email confirmation that I received and the information was not on the email so I had to hang up the phone and search for the information. I finally found it by logging into my account online and called back with the information. I provided the requested number Michelin Defender LTX M/S 265/70R17 115T and called back. The tire rep confirmed that they had the tires and that I could come in to have them installed. I made it in the next day and the tire rep in the store could not locate the tires again so I had to call my wife at home and have her provide the tire number to me ( Michelin Defender LTX M/S 265/70R17 115T). I find this incredible that it can't be located via name or order number. They finally found the tires and informed me that it would be two hours to have them installed since they had other customers. Ok I can do that since I have some shopping at the Club to do. I also confirmed that I wanted them to reset the tire pressure monitor (as part of the tire install package), restore the spare tire since it was on the car in replacement of a blown tire, and put the old tire with least amount of wear in my trunk. Three hours later the new tire are indeed on and look great but the spare tire isn't stowed back under the car. So I speak to the store manager about the issues I have had and he offers a $50 gift card which I accepted. I pay and hope in my car to go home and five miles down the road I notice that the tire pressure gauge hasn't been reset. So I called the same manager when I get home and he says to bring it in the next day. They will reset the sensor and replace it for free if it needs to be replaced which I can go with but then again, I have to go back to the store again the second day. So next day I show up and it is a five hour wait. So I leave the car at Sam's go home until they call since I have to be there to complete a service order before the car can go back in when it is time. I go home and get the call to go back three hours later at which I am told a service order wasn't necessary to begin with. Ok whatever at this point I just want to get this process done. Tire pressure gets fixed in about an hour. On the way home again thinking that I am finally done and get another call from Sam's saying, hey we forgot to stow your spare tire, please come back to the store to get it and we will stow it. Another trip back, another hour and tire process is finally done. I wasted about 10 plus hours, paid $863 dollars for four tires and got a $50 gift card for my time.
optical
I have been a long time customer with Sam's Club optical; until recently I received the best products & service I could ever hope for
• Several months ago Sam's Club switched its lab & lens suppliers, and I have to tell you this is the worse move you guys could have ever made. The lens quality is abysmal compared to the prior supplier:
• You guys used to carry Coppertone prescription lenses which are a superior quality product; now you provide Pentax lenses and they do not compare to the coppertone product; they are so bad that I am now forced to leave Sam's club optical and search for a new provider to get the quality lenses I have come to expect & become accustomed to
• In addition the old lab you used for many years had no trouble making my high index prescriptions; your new lab puts limitations on the cylinder and is no longer willing to make lenses to my required prescriptions; I find this unacceptable in today's marketplace
Anyway, I wanted to file a formal complaint with you on your companys' shortsided decision making; you obviously made this change to reduce your costs/prices - although that sounds good on the surface people are not willing to accept inferior products/services based solely on lower cost; I for one am willing to pay more for superior products, and if I can't get what I want, I will not accept the inferior product and instead go somewhere else. So whatever money you are saving now on the lower cost, will surely overtime be cancelled out by the customers who choose to go elsewhere for their lenses (not to mention the other hidden cost to you of customer dissatisfaction with Sam's club as a whole)
Please go back to the other lab/product lines; I have been a lifelong loyal Sam's club customer, but I wont accept this change to lower quality products/services
Thanks for listening to my complaints, and remember - vision is not one of those things that should ever be taken for granted or become a victim of cost cutting
rotisserie chicken
I am a 10 year customer with SAMS
A few weeks ago I tried to file this complaint but your system was down.
So I went to store with the Half Done Rotisserie Chicken. This chicken made me and my husband very sick. We both threw up and I could not eat much for several days. Even when I took chicken back, trying to explain to the Asst Manager I was still nauseous... The Asst Manager did give me a $50 gift certificate. My issue is that I think my sickness for days and my husband sickness must be compensated for. I have pictures of the chicken and I recorded the sicknesses... I hate to complain. But I stop buying Rotisserie chicken because the uncooked chicken has happen to me before from SAMS. But this time I must file the complaint. I need to now what is your procedure to compensate Us for our sickness and inconvenience. Thanks.
purchase online/pick up in store
I live near Charlotte, NC, there is a hurricane supposed to hit the coast of NC on Thursday 9/13/18 and the potential for power outages, so I wanted to make sure I had some bottled water just in case. I called my local Sam's Club #4797 to ask if they had bottled water in stock, the lady told me that had 10 Pallets that just came in, so I went online to order a few cases and would pick them up on the way home. For some reason, every time I added the water to my cart and tried to check out, it moved it to a 'save for later' list. I started a Chat session with someone on the Sams' club website, they confirmed that my local store did in fact have more than a hundred cases of water in stock, he could not tell me why I couldn't order on line and pick up in store so his suggestion was to buy it from another Sams Club and have it shipped to my home(Great Idea, spend over $30 shipping for a $4 case of water ) So I guess my complaint has to do with HAVING THE PRODUCT IN STOCK BUT NOT ALLOWING IT TO BE SOLD ONLINE FOR STORE PICKUP.
diamond bridal ring
I bought my wife a bridal ring more than 3 weeks ago the person who sold the ring could not find the certificate of authenticity! She told me that she would call me when it came in! I have yet to receive a call! How long does it take to get a simple document! If I can't get one I expect a full refund of what I paid! I've been a member of Sams club for over five years! I'm disappointed to say the least! I paid good money for this ring and as a paying customer I have every right to expect the best of service!
customer service and delivery
Order Number: [protected]
My bananas and cream protein did not arrive today 09/06/18 as my order clearly says it would. It says "delivery date" under this heading appears "arrives by Thursday, 09/06/2018." When I asked the chat why it was late and if I got a discount or a coupon for my next order for it being late, Rudy repeatedly told me it was not late. I have a PDF of my account displaying clearly my order will arrive by today. I was honestly half joking about a coupon when I asked initially, but after being repeatedly told my order is not late instead of receiving an apology of the mistake and assurance it will be delivered tomorrow, I do want some kind of compensation for the poor customer service. What happened to the days where the customer was always right? Now it seems even when the customer is genuinely right, they are still wrong.
