Upgraded chocolate covered strawberries
Since this company has been SOLD. Service and Merchandise has been Awful. This not only happened once but 3 times. Top picture is what I received bottom is picture on internet. Quality has gone down the tubes. Pay the extra upgrade price and this is what you get. When you try and call you get India with No help .When you request a Supervisor or the US. Forget it. You Get no where. Web site says no signature required due to virus. Even when you talk to delivery person ask them to leave it. They don't listen. This whole service of Sherries Berries is awful as if it is run by 2 year olds . That being said a 2 year old would probably run it better. Would not recommend to anyone any more. Used to be excellent product and customer service. Good buy Sherries Berries.

I ordered strawberries for my husband for our anniversary. I was charged 5 times I had to call three times to try to be refund. 5 days later
I have only received one refund back waiting on the other three. Today is the delivery day I was told the package would be delivered from 9am to 8pm it is 8:14pm still no package... called to complain and was told to just keep waiting if it doesn't
Come today they will send it tomorrow.. I will never use their services again worst experience I'm out of 150$ and no product

Order was placed 3 days prior to delivery date and they still could not deliver on date requested. They had to write a new order and said they would deliver the next day. A day late for the occasion - what good does that do?
I do not have a lot of hope that this is going to happen. What a joke. When I asked for the shop responsible for preparing and delivering the order, I was told that was confidential information.
I will never order with this company ever again. I had a similiar bad experience with same outfit in Georgia last year. This is it ..no more. The seems to think that coupons make up for the missed occasion for which ordered in the first place.

I ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries to take to a Christmas party. They arrived December 20, 2019 in terrible shape. I have ordered the berries many times from this company before and they always looked beautiful. This time they looked like a 3-year-old dipped them. I'm embarrassed to take them to the party. I ordered the berries and chocolate fruits birthday deluxe package and balloons with card. . It never came on my girlfriends birthday... for her party! She waited from 8 am to 5 pm. I had to call 1- 800 flowers 3 x Then they said the local Flower shop was closed on a Saturday? They aid they attempted delivery but did NOT
STILL NO DELIVERY and MY CC card charged twice?!
They said they were going to make good and NOTHING - Not even a call. My next call is to be at the attorney general office.
mothers day gift went all bad
I paid for shipping on a specific date i knew my mother would be home. The berries went out for delivery that day, stayed on a truck all day and were not delivered. So i assume theyre loaded back to wherever before being re loaded onto a new truck. So my mother recieved them a day late, and they were all melted re frozen and broken. Ive been doing this for my mother since i became a mother myself and im very sad to have to stop this tradition do to the quality of berries and service.

This is not usual product was crap or didn't deliver stuff. I have used them for years. I started an order for mother's day and then realized that I didn't have the correct address and left it in the basket. I noticed a week latter that there was a hold on my PayPal account for over 56 dollars. I thought weird but ok it will drop off. I noticed today it was a charge now. I called them and after being hung up as soon as I Mitch mentioned an authorized charge twice, I was finally connected with the guy who looked and sounded like he was having lunch with SpongeBob under the sea and English was his 7th language. He kept repeating me asking me what product number did I purchase, and what was the order number. I kept trying to explain to him I could describe the Adam item but didn't know the item number and there was no order number because the order was never completed. After 20 minutes of this Episode of madness, I finally gave up and called in again for the fifth time and finally found someone that could speak enough English that I could understand them and had adequate cell reception and whatever part of India she was actually located. 20 minutes of going through the entire situation she finally realizes what's going on and tells me that they don't believe it's actually just that it's a charge but a hold and it should drop off in another month or two. I am mediately asked why was there anything on my account since I had never actually placed the order or finalize the order as I didn't have the correct address. She had no explanation for this. So apparently now if you placed something in your basket they're going to go ahead and charge you for it and hold your money for a month or two. If anyone has been shopping At any of these type accounts I would seriously suggest you check your credit card statement bank balance PayPal etc. as you're likely find that they have either charged your account or a place a hold on it for whatever you were looking at sending. I have used them for years and never had a problem like that before and they have always been willing to promptly fix any problems but this is ridiculous and I am now done as a customer.
If this has happen to you too please let me or someone know. I smell a rat here.

Stop lying. Your son does NOT deserve a refund. You obviously tampered with the strawberries before taking the picture. Not their fault you son got something for you that he cannot afford to pay for. Also your son is a big boy. If he wants a refund he should ask for it himself.

I ordered 1 six box sent separately, and 2 six boxes, and a 12 box; all with packing problems.
the 1 six box arrived with the cold pack exploded in the box. The other large box with 2 six boxes and a 12 box was pretty beat up with chocolate falling off some of the berries in the 12 box. Also, two of the berries were only half the size of the other 10. Overall not presentable as a gift to 4 mothers.

It's very rare that I take the time to complain, I figure a company will learn the hard way when they shutter their doors.
I received a dozen somewhat chocolate covered rotten strawberries as a birthday gift, between a completely defrosted ice pack to the condition of these monstrosities I figured it was delayed in shipment. After wasting over an hour being shuffled around the world via call centers in the Philippines and the US I finally reached someone that sent a replacement overnight. I figured the first batch was a fluke.
The second arrived today, just as bad. Edible Arrangements has nothing to worry about if this is the competition. I've thrown out strawberries in better condition than what I received both times. It's terrible that someone wasted what I assume is a lot of money to send me 24 strawberries that ended up in the trash. The company must be aware of the awful product they put out and they choose to ignore it.
I wouldn't send these to my worst enemy. I'd like to make the CEO sit down and eat a dozen as punishment.

My daughter ordered me this for mothers day. I waited all day until 4pm for them to arrive. I had to leave for a drs appointment and run errands. They arrived at 440 pm but I didnt get home until 7 pm. I live in a rural area. I could smell the stawbereies as soon as I picked the box up off my porch. When i opened them they were stinking and the chocolate had fallen off of them. It was quite gross and disappointing. I have pictures I took of them and they were very warm. I live in Arizona. Their trucks are not refrigerated. Not sure if my daughter could get a refund. I will be out of town for the next 2 weeks. There has to be a better way of sending these out to people who live in rural areas.

mother’s day gift
I ordered my Mother's Day gift almost two weeks ahead of time and even though I paid a basics delivery fee as well as an extra guaranteed delivery fee of $15, my gift was still delivered two days late. Though the products are shipped with ice packs, since it took two extra days for them to arrive the chocolate strawberries were no longer in great condition. When spending money on a high quality product as well as having to pay additional fees to arrive the product on the scheduled time, you'd hope you'd receive what you payed for, but unfortunately I did not. I use Shari's berries every mother's day and haven't had any issues until now. It wouldn't have been as big of an issue but my mother didn't receive her gift in time for mother's day and even when she did they weren't as great as usual. I will continue to order Shari's berries in the future but I hope for better service.

On May 9/19 my son had sent me a package from Sharri's Berries. When they arrived I opened the box and found the chocolate on half the berries had melted. The box was a mess. The flowers were warm and limp. I threw the berries away that day and tried to salvage the flowers till mothers day. The flowers wilted and the actual flowers turned brown by Saturday. My son lives in Minnesota and I live in Florida. He sent me the same gift last and it was perfect. I was very disappointed this year. Not with my son, but the quality of the product delivered. I think Sharri's Berries charges enough money that they can guarantee quality delivery.

I ordered the dozen chocolate covered Oreos to be sent to my mother for Mother's Day. When she opened package, the chocolate was melted and looked terrible. We have always used Sharis Berries for any occasion and this time we were not pleased at all with the product. My mother said the delivery person also didn't ring the doorbell so the chocolates were sitting in the heat for two hours.

My brother ordered a Mother's Day gift for my mother on the 5th of May. The confirmation of the order said delivery on the 10th of May between 10am-8pm and it was never delivered...i called customer service and they told me it was not scheduled to be delivered until the 17th of May...i had told the lady in customer service that it was a Mother's Day gift so why is it not being delivered on or before Mother's Day... so she looked up to see if it could be delivered earlier and she said the earliest would be Monday the 13th... very unsatisfied and disappointed

Mobile site was glitchy and poorly constructed; $15 shipping charges were not shown until AFTER purchase! I called to cancel the order but was unable to communicate to the non english speaking woman shouting over the roaring background of her call center; it is obvious that Shari's Berries opted for the cheapest customer service available. I will never order from them again!

I placed an order earlier this week for my mother (Mother's Day) to be delivered to the about address 101 N Hutchinson Ave Adel, GA 31620, the flowers arrived hot and wilted and the berries arrived sweating and mushy. Pluse the card/note wasn't with the package so she had no idea who they were from!

The box with broken up berries was flimsy and wet?!? If you do not know how to send food shut down your company. I purchased 12 strawberries and 9 cheesecake bites for my Mom. I paid extra for guaranteed delivery. My dad called and said they didn't show up.
Called customer service spoke with Ann - or atleast tried to speak to Ann- that was impossible these people barely speak English and the connection was awful.
Your shipping costs are outrageous to begin with then not having the item delivered when you pay extra is bad business

I received a delivery sent by my daughter today, May 9th, 2019 as a Mother's Day present. The box was not a shipping box, it was a flimsy box, very thin and no padding. The vase for the roses was broken in many pieces. The berries were crushed and appeared to be old and rotten. The Roses were crushed. When I took the box from the FedEx driver I ended up with glass threads in my fingers. He took the box back for return. This is the second shipment I have received from Sheri's Berries that was crushed and ruined. My daughter was refunded her money but imagine if someone at those berries and there was glass shards in them. Customer service is nothing but a direct line to the Philippines and they just read from a script. No concern for the potential health hazards of rotten berries and broken glass.
