My name is Mphonyana Diale . I am unhappy with the service received from Shell Phokeng in Rustenburg whereby the attended informed me as they do not have any information on the clicks points with Shell. I am a Shell customer in Garankuwa and always receives the best service.
I feel like I have waisted my money in filling up the Shell Phokeng on the 31st December 2017.
Someone please contact me to explain this disappointment.

This particular location is located directly across the road from university of Kentucky hospital and tonight while visiting my grandfather on his death bed I made a trip across the street to grab him probably the last diet Dr Pepper he will drink I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had in a gas station. What more can you expect though, I keep telling myself but cannot get over this. I walked inside and could not find any diet Dr Pepper in the store so I walked up to the register and asked the cashier if he had any. He pointed to the 2 liter bottles and said they were on sale for $1. I grabbed two of them. Just to mention I left my purse and wallet in the car and had a $10 bill my aunt had given me to go purchase the drinks for my grandfather. I held the $10 bill while I walked out of the hospital and into the waiting room where my boyfriend and mother was sitting and said while holding it in my hand that we needed to run across the street and grab him the drinks. They seen the $10 and we drove over. I put it in my jacket pocket and had nothing else in there. The only cash I had. As I waited in line the cashier was talking about nonsense to the customer in front of me about stuff that does not matter and he was clearly not paying attention to anything. Once I reached the counter I said, wow it has taken me forever to find a diet Dr Pepper around here. I've walked all over the hospital and now I'm having to settle and get a 2 liter. I had the $10 in my hand and the total came to $2.10 I asked the guy if I could go to the car and grab him 10 cents so it would be an even transaction and he said, "no don't worry about it" then gave me back 3 one dollar bills. I said oh wait I have you a $10 and he said oh no you didn't. You gave me a $5. I calmly said no I didn't. I gave you a 10 and he immediately got irate and started screaming and yelling and calling me names. Throwing the money around so loudly that two other employees walked around from the back to try and calm him down. I went to the entrance of the gas station and yelled for my boyfriend to come inside and I said did I have a $10 bill or a $5 and he said a $19 why? The guy kept yelling telling me he's been doing this for 9 months and he ain't stupid he knows what I gave him. Completing disrespecting me and my boyfriend acting a complete fool. So immature and unprofessional. I just cannot believe it. I said can you please count your drawer down or pull the cameras because I know what kind of money I had and what I gave you was a $10 bill. He refused and said he could not do so. The guy that was also working there told him don't worry about it and he gave me $5. This is not about the money at all, it is about the representation that your employee gave your company and he was the MANAGER. I am extremely unhappy and I am contacting a lawyer and I am filing a lawsuit for slander, emotional distress, and harassment. He needs to be fired and never allowed to work in customer service ever again because at the end of the day even if I, being the customer made the mistake he should have NEVER treated me that way. I am highly upset and someone needs to contact me immediately or legal action will be taken.

I have brought a Shell car wash package (pass) and seems they do not open most of the time, like cold weather or snow? This package was aimed to wash your car once per day during the winter time (before March) but they do not mention their policies clearly and consistainly as well as their operation hours? They did not mention the car wash service will closed below what degree or condition? One time I tried to go and the service station was closed by 5pm without any critical weather? I am very disappointed and would like to get an explaination as well as a compensation on my purchase!
I saw one of the local Chinese newsapaper has report the situation but still they didn't get any reply from Shell before they publish the news to the public! Imagine when media pump into the case but the company will not take any action, I don't think we can get any money back

And to top that off, when I went in and asked the employee why it has been closed soo many times, he just said "oh i don't know why, go to the one in ancaster or burlington."
So basically I bought this card to save money, but now I should waste time and gas driving 20-25kms each way to go get a car wash from one of your other locations? Shell has no customer service at all.
This car wash card in my opinion is one of the biggest scams Shell has come up with. If you are plan on buying a car wash pass, buy a PETRO CANADA PASS, if their washes are closed, which they barely are, they will gladly give you a ticket for a future wash. While Shell basically tells you that your are out of luck. This is very un acceptable! I have posted on their facebook page, and on a few forums and have not heard one thing back from them. What kind of way is this to do business?
Also, on a side note, I had a friend that worked for a Shell gas station, and he advised me that once a certain amount of washes go through a single gas station that gas station owner or manager shuts the wash down so he doesn't have to waste anymore money on water, and wash supplies, as Shell only pays for a certain amount of washes a day. Don't quote me on this as I don't know if it is 100% true, and if any other gas stations do this, but at this particular one my friend worked at he said this was their policy, no matter the weather they would shut it down when they capped out on washes. That is simply FRAUD! And I know what some of you are going to say, "it says it right on the card that they will not do anything about the wash being close" Well that is again simply unacceptable! A big company like shell should stand behind what they sell!
DO NOT BUY A SHELL CAR WASH PASS! I go into shell on Hampshire Pike in columbia Tennessee they have a very rude lady with missing teeth at one cash register and a man that can not count on the other register. One couldn't count my change back and the other acted to messed up and kept saying I can't deal with this. REALLY YOU CAN'T COUNT CHANGE BACK? I would say time for a new job so I would say stay away from the shell on Hampshire Pike in columbia Tennessee. Always blaring music with profanity too and my kids go in with me all i can say is not anymore. SAVE YOU SOME STRESS AND STAY AWAY FROM THAT SHELL. The bad part is I'm a loyal customer and they wanted to treat me like that. Yall lost my money and hopefully many more.
car wash scratched my car
On December 30th 2017 I got my car washed at Jackson's store shell #528. I wash my car 2 or 3 times a week and pay very close attention to my car after every wash.
It so happens that the car wash at this location scratched my passenger side door. After filling out a damage form right after the damage occurred I was told by the assistant manager Adam that the manager Mark would contact me after he reviewed the video of the car wash.
He contacted me January 3 2018 telling me that he will not take the blame for this incident. Unsure of what I should do next, my lawyer suggested me contacting you.
I have been a regular shell user for my whole life but I feel that this is wrong how I am being treated by this stores manager.
I bought my car 1 month ago and had no damage to it. I would greatly appreciate some assistance into this matter

I purchased a 90 days car wash at Shell. I have been losing 5 days of my money. From North York to Richmond Hill and Vaughan, Ontario, every Shell station with car wash facility was closed for ridiculous reasons, either cold weather or they just want to close car was machine. I strongly believe that this is a trick of Shell try to cheat money from customers intentionally. The gas station at Bathurst & Testons was the worst. The owner/manager of the store even made discriminate speech and he admitted that he does not want to provide the car wash service on purpose. I doubt how Shell Canada selects and approves the franchisees.
I guess you just proved my friend right, (See my post below) they do shut down the washes, this is definitely fraud! Class action anyone? =)

Car wash was closed at 4:30 pm and the staff cited the reason it was cold.
Very unfair and he asked me to go to the petro canada station.
Why did I buy the 90 days pass if this is the case ?
This is my third experience with this station and I had to go to warden station which is almost 30 minutes from my place and wait in a queue for almost 1 hour.
I need a remedial action ASAP with compensation for my time and stress caused.

Totally agree. I too have a shell 90 days season pass and every other day they are closed due to some reason and on the top of it they dont even provide a free coupon to compensate the miss day. Will never buy their season pass ever. I think Petro Canada is better and will try that next time.

Sign stated 2.44 per gallon. I didn't notice until I filled my tank that the pump price was 2.77 a gallon. Went inside to complain, NO luck! Person behind the counter was not very friendly and stated that he had no way of changing the pump price or refunding what I was owed.

My son and I traveled from Tennessee to Asheville. I stopped at store 165 on tunnel rd in Asheville nc. My son needed to use the restroom and the China man working said the bathroom is closed all night for cleaning. My son is a child and was forced to hold his bladder by someone having a bad day. I don't appreciate that at all. I'm cashing in all reward points and cards and take my business to hotspot. Thank you.

It's Christmas morning today and I went to the shell gas station to buy cigarettes and was going to use a coupon from marlboro off my phone .my phone gets bad service so while trying to pull up the coupon I had to keep moving my phone around to find a good spot so it would work faster, well the lady who was working says, "did you just take my picture", I told her no I'm trying to pull up a coupon and why would you ask me that for.she continues to argue with me and tells me to let her see my phone ! Seriously! ! This lady is crazy .I do not appreciate being accused of something like this when I was just going in the store to buy something. She said her name was sofie or something like that when I asked her but she said it so fast it was hard to understand her.this is not good customer service and I will never go back to that gad station again!
shell not taking responsibility for services provided from its premises

I visited Shell Gas station on Pinner Road, Harrow London at about 18.30 pm on 23rd Dec 2017 to fill air in my car. As per instruction I inserted new £1 coin for air pump to start. On trying to fill air, it actually deflated my tyre further as there seemed to be some issue with the pump. On approaching the lady at the till, I was told that even some other customers had faced similar issues and that they also lost money and they had called the pump service provider as it is some other company that provides the services and not shell. On checking on the machine for contact, number, none was mentioned and she did not have any contact details either. She told that she can not help at all as it is not Shell who is providing this service. Apart from losing money, I also faced lots of inconvenience, as tyre got deflated further and had to run around to find another gas station to fill air.
On complaining to manager Ravi over phone (as he was not present at the gas station), he sent email address of the company providing pump rather than dealing with the issue.
Larger question is when customer goes to Shell gas station, they expect all the services to be provided upto the standard expected from Shell, whereas here they are not taking any responsibility for the services provided from Shell premises (how is a customer expected to know that Shell is not responsible for particular service provided from its own premise). Further there is no way to support customer in case of there is a issue.
Also the way entire transaction was handled by Shell team was really appalling and not upto the customer service standards expected from Shell.
Not sure if anyone else has faced similar issue but I was really disappointed with Shell because of this incident.

my name is heather meeks. i visisted a shell in Palmdale California i paid for gas and a car wash. i went through the car wash and it was not working. the worker named sunny assisted me, the second time it did not work again. he refused to give me a refund told me he doesn't care and to "call the police" and would not give me any information about who owns the store etc. i demand a refund, i am in disbelief that someone with such unprofessional mechanism is representing your company. I have a big following on social media and I am tempted to shed light on the situation if it not resolved. I felt very disrespected by your employee.

I visited shell station on the 14/12/17 Hemel Hempstead breakspear way, i put £15 petrol in my car and hit the motorway straight after and after 2 mins realised that the car light is still flashing showing no fuel in the car so I restarted the car expecting it to readjust itself but still the red light was beeping, i was terrified to drive on the motorway with an empty tank car so i took u turn and came back to the station and told the lady whole story as she served me 10 mins ago, i couldHave easily got it filled again from anywhere else but i wanted to go back so they could rectify the problem, lady over the counter said shes unable to help so she ll call the manager to get the solution, while me present there the manger over the phone said tell the customer to go away now i ll call them tomorrow, i asked the lady if i could speak to the manager and he refused to speak to me over the phone, i walked out the door without any solution so I went to another station for fuelNext day i waited all day but didnt get any calls, i rang the store and asked for the manger and been told hes gone home, i left a message if he could give me a call back tomorrow after looking into this matter, next day still didn't receive any calls

Hi on 12/20/2017 I visited the Shell Gas Station to purchase gas and I inquired to the overnights cashier in reference to the loyalty 5 cents off a gallon card and he instantly angerly stated that I could not use the card. The cashier cursed at me and stated ([censor] You) and I was immediately offended that a worker would be so disrespectful to a customer. I requested for the cashiers name and the phone number to corporate and he stated that he didn't have a name and he did not have a phone number. I informed him that since he did not want to provide his name that I was going to take a picture and have him reported.

Employee, Named Jay working at Shell gas station 1780 South Main St. Milpitas California 12/16/17 @19:30. My second bad experience with this employee but today it went too far. He was smoking next to the door where people enter and the whole inside the store smelled like cigarette. I asked him, man what are you doing you working at a gas station? He said what the [censor] I'm on my break. And I told him you're on your break go to the corner shouldn't be smoking right here.

I checked my bank balance today and was shocked to see it overdrawn. Upon looking at the transaction, apparently someone got ahold of my debit card number (not the card - it is always on my person) and made $85 charges at 4 different stations in Houston, TX. I wasn't in Houston and don't live near Houston. I had the bank cancel my card and filed a dispute. I tried call Shell Consumer Affairs to report this to them and even give them merchant ID's for those 4 stations so they could perhaps alert those stations and they didn't even seem interested.

hell on Lever Road Noordwyk. I fill up at this garage often because it is closest to me. I have driven out on numerous occasions without filling up because bowsers have no petrol attendants and you wait long at a bowser with no assistance. If a bowser attendant is present there is no sense of urgency especially as this is in the morning and people are in a hurry to fill up and leave. Today there were three cars at the bowser with no drivers inside. The petrol attendant had finished filling up but was now washing the windscreens because the driver was not in the car. This causes a congestion in the foyer of the garage. I have been there numerous times to fill up with petrol 95 and they did not have and we are forced to go to Engen or fill up or we have to fill up with 97 which we don't use.Many cars drive off and fill at Engen down the road because you never wait there those attendants are always on the ball all the time.The shop inside the garage which we purchase from is always slow as well.You will find long queues and the ladies serving are also very slow. Peope using the ATM's as well park anywhere this also causes a congestion.I can see Shell losing a lot of customers if they don't up their game.
