I shop at shell regularly, and the man was very rude. He overpriced my drink simply because he didn't know how to charge me for a refill, then told me I was wrong. I've been going there for years and have gotten my refill there for 1 dollar, he said no there's no option for a refill at that price. Instead of listening to what I was saying, he flat out told me I was wrong. Not the first time he has been rude! Then I asked his name and he said, good luck complaining about me Haha. So I hope this gets back to him or I'll just go to the manager or someone else. His name was ronine at sheridan and jewel shell.

I went into a Shell gas station at about 10:00 on a Tuesday morning. I purchased a minute maid orange juice, after shaking it up and opening it I noticed that it was acidic like soda. I gave it a taste anyway, and immediately spit it out. I kindly went back into the shell on 87th and Western i approaced a woman working there and said "excuse me this is expired can I exchange it". She then asked to see it, I handed it to her and she rudely proceeded to tell me that it expires Dec 31st and why would I come in there telling her that it was expired when it wasn't. I calmly responded that it taste like acid and I would like a exchange or a refund. She then told me to "take it back to the person I bought it from". pointing me off like a child instead of a paying customer. As I am taking the drink over to the counter another male employee steps in and ask " what did she want" then he and the woman employee proceeded to talk about the situation as if I'm in the wrong for wanting another drink. Mean while he walks up and snatches the drink out of my hand as i was talking to the cashier about getting a refund. And he then proceeds to complain about how i didn't close it right and how i have a bad attitude.All as while the woman employee with the actual bad attitude and poor customer service is still talking about how it's not expired. So I remark back with "it is would you like to taste it it's pure acid" like come on if orange juice taste like acid it's obviously no good no matter the expiration date which is only 2 mo. away by the way. Rather it was expired or not both employees that I encountered were in the wrong and treated me poorly. And if the male employee did sense an attitude it was because I felt attacked by he and his coworker. Her for the unprofessional way she spoke to me, and he for invading my personal space as he came to snatch my drink and handle my transaction with the cashier. They both had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I just can't believe you would have people like that working for such a public nation wide business. I have never been in such a hostile environment where I think I might have to defend myself from employees that should remain curtious. Especially when I had no attitude or no bad vibe when I came back into the store all I wanted was a exchange but I ended up getting a refund due to the poor customer service. The only employee that was curtious was the cashier she had excellent service. But as far as the other two, I was appalled. And even to hear them still talking about the situation such a minute situation that they could have handled so much differently, after I was on my way out the door was just the most childish. I hope you really take this into consideration because I abosolutly had a horrible experience in your place of business.

The employees at this shell are rude. I have shopped at this shell for nearly 7 years. I am always very reluctant to use the services of this store or buy goods there.
Staff never greet customers as they arrive. There are often extremely three or so young adults working night shifts and they are always standing around behind the counter talking about their personal lives, doing no work. Shelves are often not stocked properly meaning it's hit and miss whether customers can depend on the store for purchases.
I have seen the young adults working in the store eating directly out of the bulk candy bins. There appears to be no payment being attempted for this bulk candy grazing.
I have witnessed the store manager engaged in clearly intimate activity (One touching, one embraced kissing) with some of these young staff members. Not surprisingly, the store hires these young girls en masse with little balance in men being hired.
This store needs more oversight. I have lived in this community for many decades. The people in this neighborhood, including several of my neighbors, are unhappy with the obvious abuse of the young women occurring at the store and the extreme lack of customer service. A look at shell's website shows the company has some standards for customer service and this is not being met. Many of the customers who live in the community are unhappy with the behavior of staff and lack of attention to the store.
I hope you will take the time to review the store and management and will consider increased oversight.
auto repair shop
Our car was towed to the Shell station at 145 Roslyn Road, Roslyn, NY on October 31st, 2017 by recommendation of the tow truck driver. We had spoken to the "Owner" and asked him to do a computer diagnostic on our 2013 Hyundai Tucson. Being that it was around 5:30pm we were told that he would call with the results first thing in the morning before doing any work. I advised the "Owner" that we had a warranty on the car and asked if he did warranty repairs to which he replied yes and that he would call first thing in the morning and we would discuss where to go from there. I called after not hearing from him by 1pm I was told he was still trying to figure out what was wrong and that he would call me back in an hour. After speaking to my husband feeling like something was not right as all we asked for was a computer diagnostic and the "owner" was giving me the run around, now an entire day was wasted on a simple 5-10 test. I called back about 15 minuets later to tell them not to do the diagnostic and that we would have our roadsiservice pick up the car. I was greeted with an indignant attitude before I even got a word out which only justified my feelings of uneasiness I had 15 minuets prior to my call back. I was talked down upon for asking him what exactly was going on and to explain what the hold up was. At this point I was now informed that they have taken the car apart (in 15 minuets and without ANY authorization) and that we need to pay for the time they spent on the car before they will release it and hung up on. I contacted my roadside assistance and asked them to pick up the car and that I would meet them there. We arrived 2-3 hours after I was able to get a word in to the "Owner" telling him we were coming to get the car. Upon arrival the "Owner" has a completely different tune with me as my husband was there. He then hands us a $300 invoice for the "time they put into it taking it apart". We do NOT authorize this shop to take anything apart. We asked for a computer diagnostic and a call before ANYTHING besides that was done. The "Owner" say we signed a paper authorizing them to do so. So I asked to see this so called authorization (I have a photo) there is ABSOLUTELY nothing on this paper that authorized him to do ANYTHING other then diagnostic which I can send if you provide me with an email address to send it to. Now I am beyond furious. We had the Roadside tow company threatening to leave because we had to stand there and argue with this indignant man over this fraudulent invoice. My husband paid the $300 invoice and I told the "Owner" I will deal with him in court for his fraudulent invoice so he would release my car and I could get it fixed. I am beyond furious at this mans fraudulent behavior and I am willing to go to any length to make sure this does not happen to another person. I would appreciate a call from your corporate headquarters in regards to this matter as I am making all attempts to deal with this outside of court and filing the DMV complaint form VS-35 as instructed. Some "computer diagnosis" are useless. If it is true that piston rocker arms are broken, that would not show up on a "computer diagnosis".
He should have written invoice differently. "computer diagnosis fee = $300."

I am writing message to high light you regarding some series concerns about Credit/Debit Card information steal after feeling GAS on some of you GAS stations in USA. I found some fraudulent transaction on my two of Credit Cards and I raised my complaint to respected Card Issuer. But I also want to highlight this issue to you also, as this information is might be stealing from one of you GAS Station. Also they do transaction on $100/$95/$85 like amount on your GAS Station by using our information. This case with SHELL, Union 76, Exxon and Chevron etc.
So, requesting you to take necessary step to avoid such fraudulent transactions on our credit/debit cards.

Stopped to fill up with gas for I was on my last drop...figured the prices I had seen driving down I-95 were all about the same ranging from 2.32 to 2.35 for regular 87. To my surprise when I got to the pumps, the sign stated $2.699. Talking about upping the price and ripping off the customers...this place has it made. They need to be held accountable for their actions for this is down right ridiclious. Yes, I could've drove off, but when you are down to your last drop and since all the others were averaging out along the same amount. That had it right by the balls. I was charged $102.75 to fill up my 2005 toyota sienna mini van. it was suppose to $51.37...I would like a refund please...I just looked at my statement and caught the charge. I stayed in the line for car wash 35 min, paid and car wash didn't work when my turn came.
I was with my kids 4 and 6 year old, hungy and very nervous in the car.
The lady on the statin said that she can't do anything and gave me code for another wash.
So I had to stay in 30 min line again.
She said that it's happens sometimes. I think it's absolutle awful that you have this problem and don't solve it!
I want you to make actions and to pay me $150 for the hour I lost on you station, that my hourly rate as a vegan chef. And also $300 for the stress my kids and I experienced.
I have a huge amount of followers on my IG more than 150k, it will be very sad if I'll have to share about my aweful experience.

I walked into the shell on beach Blvd in Biloxi Mississippi to buy tobacco products there was a young Caucasian women in front of me purchasing tobacco products as well the cashier did not ask her for identification the next cashier called me to the counter I asked for my items and she asked for my identification I told her that the young lady in front of me was not asked and I know you have to look over 40 to be carded because I worked at a gas station before, I was told it was at the cashiers discretion to id Who they wanted, I proceeded to ask for the area managers number and the manager told me she was not at liberty to give that out I felt because I was a man of African American decent I was discriminated against I need someone to rectify this immediately

I have received the most shocking service from the owner of this Garage himself. I went to the garage to fill my tyres with air, buy airtime and withdraw from the FNB ATM while I was filling my tyres with air he told me I should leave the premises as I am not buying diesel. Then he told me I am obstructing his drive way, while the was no other car but me at the garage at that moment I would appreciate to receive feedback on this matter I am really disappointed in the service at this shell garage
air for my tire
I went to the gas station in Livermore California off Stanley Boulevard at 5:45 p.m. to get air in my tire. The attendant said he would turn the air on and when I went back to the car he did not so I then made my way back into the store and asked him to turn it on, he said he already did so I went back out and he didn't. I then thought maybe I just couldn't hear the air so I decided to put a dollar fifty in the coin slots to see if it actually worked and that's when it did so I went back in to confront the attendant that he had lied to me when he said that he did turn the air on when he actually didn't. He THEN said that it was actually a dollar and that he had turned it on twice and the fact that it didn't work wasn't his problem but in fact it did work just with money. If this man and others like him are who you have representing your company I am very disgusted his attitude and demeanor towards me was unwarranted and unnecessary. I feel he tried to slight me and he did because I am a woman. This is all the information I have about him because when I asked his name so I could report him to a manager or corporate he would not give it to me. You may not care that I am one person who has been wronged by one of your employees but I will not get gas at Shell anymore until this situation is rectified and I will not step foot in that Shell station ever again regardless of what happens. Air is supposed to be free so the fact that he wouldn't turn it on because he was being a cheap man or something else, is wrong AND ILLEGAL.

On 22 October 2017 I visited the shell gas station on 277 HWY 24, Cameron, NC 28326. I purchased some items inside and was ready to pay. When I got my receipt, I inquired about my receipt to the cashier. She started to explain to me in a loud voice like she wanted everyone else to hear. I politely asked her to please only explain it to me since it was my purchase and nobody else to hear. She immediately got irritated and ordered me off the store very loud. I have never been treated like this in my 18 years and counting military service. I'm very disappointed that I just bacame a fuel rewards member of the terrible organization. I've been going to the Shells Gas station location on 2631 S. 38th St. Tacoma, WA 98409 for the past 2 years. Since May of this year I've been experiencing issues with the receipts not printing out at the gas pump. I have asked the 2 male clerks who work there on a few occasions when will the issue be resolved, and each one responded soon. They stated they have report the issue to the manager as well as corporate, and the issue is getting fixed. Now, 2 months have lapsed and still the same issue occurs. If I will be using my debit card/credit card at the Shells Gas station it doesn't make sense for me to go into the store to get a receipt from the clerk. This has been an ongoing issue, and is frustrating which also caused me to be late with clients on a few occasions because I had to go into the store to get a printed receipt. About a month ago, I asked the 2 male clerks again when will the issue be resolved, and they stated again soon. They have also told me that the pumps on the end, where were 8, 9, and 10 work as well as a few others. When I went today to get gas 10/19/2017 at 11:00 a.m. I went to pump 10, because what I was told previously by the two male clerks. My receipt did not print, as I waited for 45sec.; therefore, I went into the store to ask for a printout, and the same male was there who informed me which pumps to go to. I then proceeded to tell him that he lied about the pumps, and he gave me another fictious story about the gas pumps. I asked him if corporate knew about the issue, and he stated yes. When I got my receipt, I did circle around to see of it printed, and still no receipt. I am complaining, because I was lied to about the pumps, tedious to go into the store when I am not paying cash or getting anything, and falling back on my appointment times with my clients due to a line forming inside of the gas station or the clerks not being at the counter when needed. I feel like this issue has been ongoing and has occurred way to long for me to even consider getting gas from any other Shells station. I will take my service over to Costco, because their prices are reasonable. I went into Shell on hwy 70 in James city to get a cigarello an so I asked for one and (Laura) the cashier tells me that they don't sell them. I tryied giving her my id an she just ignored it, I've bought them from this gas station before, and how are you going to tell me you don't sell them when I see them behind you and I also was pointing to them.

One of my family member felt sick while she was driving home from work and stopped at shell gas station for help. This happened at Saturday, October 14, 2017 afternoons around 1 pm in Newmarket, Ontario at leslie & Greenlane. By the time she went into the station she was already having panick attack, and asked the cashier to call an ambulance for her. She was at the state when she was not able to dial her phone and the cashier refused to call the ambulance. One of the customer who was there at the moment called the ambulance for her because the customer realized that my family member is in a very bad state and can't breathe. The cashier was a middle aged women with long black hair, heavy accent, probably her name Vivien. But not totally sure about her name. Ambulance took my family member to the hospital by that time her face was totally purple due to the attack and not able to breath properly. I was shocked to learned that the cashier at the station refused to call for help. She said she can not make such a call. I would never imaged that such a thing can happen in Canada at a shell gas station. What a shame, that shell worker behaving like this when its emergency specially for a life of anothe human being. I'm writing my complain and I would like to talk to somebody about this. I would use other venues if nessessary. The worker should take responsibility for this act. We have devastating fires in Northern California and this shell gas station has done this. Price gouging, this is disgusting. People are heading south from fleeing their homes on a moments notice and this is a gas station right off the freeway. This is up there with the looters! Where is the human compassion?

My name is Carl Williams and I went to one of your Shell stations on Lincoln Highway in Langhorne PA 1205 East Lincoln Highway to be exact I used my credit card to try and obtain gas and it said that I had to go inside to see the cashier as I only wanted $20 worth of gas went inside and the man said that it did not register is coming up so we work that out least I thought come to find out she'll put a $92 hold on my credit card for gas that I never received on my credit card I had to pay out-of-pocket in order to get gas so I don't know why they would put a hold of $92 on my credit card upon talking to the cashier he became very belligerent very ignorant and told me that it didn't take and to get out of the store is nothing he can do I would have to deal with my bank as today is Saturday there is no bank that is open today but I did get in touch with customer service at my credit card they stated to me the shell has a $92.58 hold on my credit card for something that wasn't even used need to know what I can do and who I can speak to

On Monday evening I went to get gas at the shell gas station on Martin Luther King and Highway 301, as I regularly go after work every week, I used pump number seven.On my way home my car start shaking and black smoke start coming from my mufler, the lights on my dash came on said check engine. I call the Toyota dealer and they towed the car to be checked, the said my gas was mixed with water or diesel, went to the gas station the next day to tell the manager what happened she said she needed proof from the dealer which I brought to her, but she said no one else had complaint, so there was nothing she could do.The cost of fixing my toyota 4 runner came up to $1250, this is something I never expected from a shell co.please do something before it happens to someone else.

I am the owner of a company in Brooklyn.
One of my truck drivers filled up his tank today October 10th 2017 from
a Shell Gas station located on 461 Bloomfield Ave, in Bloomfield N.J.07003.
He was charged $4.579 per gallon of diesel.
The going on prices which we are paying during this month are close to
$2.599. I assume there is wrong doing.
I called the station and spoke to someone who said the prices were four
dollars and change per gallon and claimed that he was not authorized
to talk to me.
Please advise me if I was over charged and if so I like to get a refund.
I will submit the receipt upon request.
