Shoppers Drug Mart customer service late at night

I have all the names and info and made attempt to speak with nasty manager and no attempt to contact since. I was there for toilet paper late at night. Attempted to buy a product and use a coupon that was expired. Silly me. And decided I didnt want the product at normal price he continued to charge me and i left the store without the product. I went back and they yelled and caused issues!

Shoppers Drug Mart how the undercover security did not treat us properly..

Hi, i have a concern regarding on how your undercover security treat us inside the shoppers in 4827 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4T6 . Me and my Brother went in this location for first time, and were planning to buy some drink but we just decided to look around first . We were on the fragrance area, when a guy came out of no where, and staredx at me while im smelling the perfumes, he literally stand beside me and stare on what i am doing . Which he made me and my brother uncomfortable, so we decided to go to different section, when we were in the toothpaste area, then he suddenly pops up and stand and stare where we are, so he made me feel like he is following us, i went all the way to chocolate and drink area and he is still following us . Its so yncomfortable that he keeps on watching and following us and his eye is on us only, its unfair and uncomfortable, and so obvious that he is making a false accusations towards me and my brother on how he show his actions . Before we have to leave the store, i voiced out my concern to the cashier to talk to him and dont follow us around like that, because its uncomfortable and we are not inside the shoppers to still something . So when we went out of the store, i looked back and I saw him went out and take a photos of me and my brother, . That is way too much, he followed us around inside the store that made us feel uncomfortable, and made us not to buy something on what he did, and he takes a picture, which is really worse, . I confronted him if he had a problem on us, and he told to my brother to get out, and it is his job, and he bis a security, in the first place we did not steal, or damage Or make a fight or whatever inside, and he tell us to get out ?! He take a picture ?! Followed us around and only keen an eye on us .?! I feel bad with your security that looks like he dont know how to do it properly . He is basically having A false accussation towards us . Such a bad service And Environment inside that made us dont want to come back in this location ..

I hope you understand, and looking forward to an action regarding this matter, in the future i want to prevent this kind of accusation towards innocent customers who wants to shop in your store . .

Shoppers Drug Mart checkout service

Was at 43 Marion st, Winnipeg store today & Cashier named I believe Marantha was very rude. When I asked him to scan a price he told me I should use the self scanner, then scanned the item twice and I had to tell him to remove the second from my bill. He continued to be short with me, through my items in the bag & did not thank me or ask for my optimum card. I have seen this man be rude with other customers on other occasions. I may not ever go back to Shoppers at all, but I will not be going back to this store ever again.

Shoppers Drug Mart samsung tab e 7"

Hello my name is Robin Pawletzki I live Ayr ont and purchased a tab E Samsung this morning in Brantford on King George rd. The tablet didn't work and I was told that my sin got their last one so I called pioneer plaza to see if they could exchange the defective unit with another but they told me I had to return it where it was purchased. So I called the 3 stores in Brantford and could not locate the same tab. So I called Cambridge locations to find out the same thing. I am truly surprised that no other location would help me with this problem. I have called Samsung and explained my problem and they have assured me that I will be honored with their 1yr warranty. Shoppers Drug Mart store would not accept computer printed coupons even though the policy online says that they are acceptable

On Saturday September 1 I tried to use computer printed coupons at my local SDM and was denied. The cashier called a supervisor over and they said they would not accept computer printed coupons. The coupons were colour printed, legible, had pin and expiry, and were for use in Canada. I have used these coupons at other retailers with no issues. I read the coupon policy online after I got home and found that it is policy to accept this type of coupon. Please explain why they were denied.

Shoppers Drug Mart razors

Bought clearance razors at yonge/Carlton Location in Toronto took them home and realized they didn't fit. Attempted to return them and was told no but nowhere did it say clearance items could not be returned. Very discouraging as i shop tbere regularly easily spending $1000/ year. Very sad about it as i am a very regular shopper. That's the thanks i get! Such cold uncaring horrific service!

Shoppers Drug Mart lack of service. poor customer relations

While at the lime ridge mall location in Hamilton I needed a bathroom desperately. I have physical problems walking and was yet told to walk 3 blocks into the food court while in desperate need. I find this unacceptable. I have spent thousands at shoppers over many years and can't use the bathroom. I was discriminated against as I don't work there but my money employes those who do. I am irate and will never shop at any shoppers drug mart again.

Shoppers Drug Mart horrible customer service - 579 lakeshore rd east in mississauga

My husband and I were trying to look for a perfume to purchase for his mom at the Shoppers Drug Mart at 579 Lakeshore Rd East in Mississauga. Both my husband and I needed assistant but the cosmetician by the name of Nikki was busy chatting away with another coworker named Stephanie. We tried waiting in hope that they both stop chatting and help us but they had completely ignored us. They are terrible with customer service. I am not sure why Shoppers Drug Mart hires those with poor customer service. Why hire employees who are not willing to work but busy chatting away with each other?

Shoppers Drug Mart scanning code of practice

My wife was in shopping at the Lake Country location on Aug 29/2018
All of the sale items were not scanning correctly.
While the cashier stated she would correct the price in the system, the scanning code of practice still applies.
I have my receipt for the transaction, The date is correct, but the time is not. Really, your computer system does not have the correct time. I think this is important for proper and accurate transactions.
I noticed that your web page states that you adhere to the scanning code of practice. I expect this to be adhered to and my transaction compensated.
I have emailed the Lake Country store as well and I look forward to your timely response.

The onus is on the customer to ask for the code to be applied, not for the cashier to do automatically. It is your fault for not bringing it up at the time of the transaction.

Shoppers Drug Mart medical emergency

I was shopping at shoppers drug mart at 10116 150st in Edmonton Alberta and had a medical emergency to use the washroom and as I was jumping up and down trying to hold it and pleading that I had chrones disease and really needed to use the washroom they said they never had one for me to use and I ended up having a bowel movement all over the floor then they all of a sudden had a washroom for me to use only after total humiliation. I never want to walk into a shoppers drug mart again and going to change where I get my prescriptions filled

Shoppers Drug Mart wrong processing of payment

Hello,
I was passing by in Laval on my way home tonight and we passed by a Pharmaprix on Laurentides. I bought 7-8 items and 4 of them had manager stickers (1$ - 1$ - 4$ - 4$).
I paid for my stuffs and left, only to discover once home that the cashier entered the coupons as (1$ - 1$ - 1$ - 4$).
I cannot come back as this Pharmaprix is far from my house (I live in Mascouche). What can I do? Thank you!

Shoppers Drug Mart overcharged for a product

On Thurs Aug 16, 2018 I was at Shoppers on Park and Victoria in Regina, SK. I purchased 2 International Delight Creamers as the tag said "Buy 2 for $4.00" at the til I was charged $4.99. I complained to the "supervisor". She looked at my bill and called it a Printer Error and miraculously printed off a new bill. I believe I was overcharged and that Shoppers should have refunded me the whole amount. My retail friends have never heard of a "printer error". Has this happened to anyone else? Well for $0.99 and bad customer service, I have to ban this Shoppers for a while. Maybe I should be going to Safeway.

Shoppers Drug Mart unethical behaviour

On 25th of Aug 2018, I felt like I was having a high blood pressure and I promptly went to the store to use the blood pressure device. Mine was totally high at my age and i was recommended by a pharmacist I wait for 10-15 minutes and check it again. I checked my pressure three times with 10 minutes rest between them and it was still high. Then this security guy came to up to me and told me I was at the store for 30 minutes and I should leave right away. I told him that I am having a health problem I should check my pressure according to what a pharmacist said. He was like it doesnt matter, the device is for only pharmacy customers and if you feel bad, go home or get to the hospital. I totally understand that security guy should be aware of what is happening at your store. But i didnt cause any trouble just checking my pressure. And I got kicked out for staying there 30minutes just checking my pressure. What kind of human being is your security guy? And how can your employee treat someone with a health problem that way considering "me staying there for 30 minutes"? I was so pissed off by the fact that i was kicked out of the store I usually go to buy stuff.

Shoppers Drug Mart poor customer service

I was unimpressed with the lack of care coming from the employee at the Conestoga Mall, Waterloo location on August 18, 2018. I asked two ladies do either of you work here? The first employee, Devrie, told me and I quote "I'm not on shift" and therefore not her concern. I was directed to the other employee to ask my question, do you have any more sunscreen? I did get an answer unfortunately, I was so annoyed by the lack of care from Devrie, and the total disrespect that she didn't have the time to answer a simple question. So I am raising my voice and would like to have this situation looked at. Clearly she doesn't have proper customer service or maybe just the attitude that she is more important then any customer. Please speak to her and get this situation looked at. I can be reached at [protected]. Thank you for your time

The customer is NOT always right. This person was off the clock, she helped you by letting you know she wasn't available but directed you to a person who was. THAT is good customer service. She didn't just walk away. Secondly, you posted this on a public forum. If you don't like receiving responses, then don't post on public boards.

She wasn't working at that time. She pointed you towards someone who could help you. Your question may have been a simple one, but many times they are not and would it have been fair of you to expect an employee who is NOT being paid to spend who knows how long assisting you with your issue? She may have been on her way in to start her shift and needed to clock in, and by taking time to assist you, she would have been penalized for a late arrival. Or she could have been on her way out and needed to pick up a child from day care. It wasn't the end of the world, you got your answer. She obviously has pretty good customer service skills if she explained herself and then directed you to an associate on duty who could help you.

Shoppers Drug Mart foreign object found in salad

A piece of black plastic similar to what would be used for parts for a plastic parts (such as a model) was found in one one of 2 boxes of PC Organics Field Greens and Baby Spinach Salad bought from my local Shoppers Drug Mart Wednesday August 22, 2018. The plastic part has many sharp and pointed edges and if it hadn't been detected could have caused significant harm.

The lot numbers are: W23001118:18 and W22601211:57

A refund for the salad purchase and an investigation as to the source of the object would be the least I would expect.

Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacist worker

I and my fiancee went to shoppers drug mart to purchase allergy medication, as we approached the pharmacy section the Pharmacist worker Monisha from 4865 leslie st decided she was going to completely ignore and avoid us. We decided to purchase a few things and go to the front cashier, my fiancee then had a question to ask so we turned around and headed towards the pharmacy. The lady at the pharmacy immediately began to be rude. She greeted us with "wait a minute" after she finished what she was doing which she took her sweet time with then approached us my fiancee said hello and she decided to nod her head at us. My boyfriend asked if they had any saline solution for your nose and before he could finish his question she then said VERY VERY RUDELY and dismissively that "its in the isle right there to the right you can look" and as she was dismissing us my boyfriend wasnt even able to finish the question when he said thay she never answered her question she mockingly laughed at us and told us she did. She only treated us like this because we decided to wear urban clothing and we are a young couple of color. We were extremly polite and waited for patiently. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. what type of employees are you hiring that they thibk they can treat people like this. This is extremely disgusting and uncalled for.

Shoppers Drug Mart unethical behaviour

Today I went to one of your stores (10153 King George Hwy) to buy 10/15 dozens of eggs. I didn't know it was on sale when I went to the cashier Graham he said your limit is only 2 I said I will pay the after a limit price for all those eggs. He said he needs to call a manager for that, he called the manager and the manager Jenna came to the front after 15mins of waiting. Jenna was even not sure what she was doing. Lastly she said I can buy them. Totally waste of my 30mins to buy some eggs. Does it make any sense to you guys? I will never go back to your store. You guys need to train your people more.

Shoppers Drug Mart chocolate purchased long after its best before date

I bought Lindt chocolate that was on sale on Wednesday 22nd of August, and after I went home I found out that I didn't get the sale. Since it was only a dollar and a half, I didn't go back to the store.
Then today on Sunday I opened it and after one bite I felt it tasted different, I checked the label and it showed the best before is on July 31st 2018.
I find it unethical to sell a product on sale after the best before date has been reached with over two weeks without clearly stating that at least.
I have severe anxiety and immune compromised and I fear getting sick now.
As drug mart you should know better not to do so because you deal with people with many health issues.
I need to have someone contact me to fix this ASAP

Shoppers Drug Mart apple earbuds

Bought Apple earbuds at Shopper's. Threw out the packaging but kept the receipt. One earbud does not work and store refuses to take them back even though they are DEFECTIVE. They were a birthday gift for my son and he is very upset. This is completely unacceptable and I would like this resolved. Store owner was even told about it and they don't care. Terrible customer service. What can be done about this?

Shoppers Drug Mart defected visa gift card/ poor customer service

I have purchase a $200 Visa gift card from Shoppers Drugmart located at Yonge and King Rd, Richmond Hill on July 13, 2018. I gave it as a gift to my friend. I received a call my friend that she tried to use the card but it didn't work and she went to the same store that I bought the card as she had the receipt with it. She was talking to (Anita) supervisor at the store and she was at the store for 1 hour they didn't do anything for her and asked her to call however purchased the card to go there so they could help.
I went to same store and they told me to talk to (Anita) Supervisor as she was awar the situation. Anita told me that she will give me a phone number to call as she cannot do anything on her end. I came home and called the number I got from her and they said they only accept calls from the stores. I had to go back to the store and pass my phone to the supervisor to talk to them. We have been on phone for about one hour with head office and at last they said to the supervisor to refund me but she refused to do so and she was telling the them shevwabts to make sure how the store will receive the money from head office. We been on call with head office for about 2 hours and they finally issue the refund gave the ticket number to her to refund me but still she didn't want to do it and she went to back room and hanged up the phone.
She never explained to me what is going on and why she doesn't refund me and we keep paging her through the store and she wasn't come out of staff room. Another manger asked to come back to the store tomorrow morning when the manager and owner of the store are available. Basically I spent 3 hours of my time and I had to call off my work day next to go to see the manager and the store owner in the morning to get my own money back. I even accepted them to give me another gift card and they refused.
They waste my friend time and my time without helps to solve the problem the supervisor ( Anita) was providing awful customer service she didn't want to help. She said I am doing a favour for you to talk to customer service in head office while it was her own and absolute duty to do that for every customer.
After all still the issue is not solve!
