Customer Service
I have been trying to transfer my number to a new service carrier for over a day now, to say the least, Simple Mobile has made this process so confusing and hard. Each time I talk with customer service I am given a different answer to solve my problem. I have gone back and forth with them multiple times and nothing has been resolved. Now they tell me I have to wait 24 hours because they have sent me so many NTP that I have not asked for. They tell me my new service provider needs to take the port protection off my number but my new service provider tells me Simple Mobile needs to do that. So now I’m stuck paying for 2 services, one of which I can’t even use and the other that has shown me they are very unhelpful. I’m disappointed and frankly annoyed.
Hanging up phone
I Ben calling simple mobile 611 or 800 number and Ben hang up the phone like little kids and it’s really sad that you pay for your service and you get treated like a dog and I don’t care treating everyone right and Ben waiting on my new SIM card and never got it’s at all…. I Ben waiting three months and they worked together and this company from china and half the time they can’t understand English and asked them can speaker with manager and hang up the phone like kids and not the way do this handled and they understand money 💵

The absolute WORST I have ever experienced! Phone is set up for auto pay yet they cut it off each month when you call into customer service they cant answer any questions when you ask to escalate the call they say I am one of the supervisors ask for the other and they say we can’t!

Simple mobile migration
Simple Mobile stopped my service without notice October 31, 2022 due to a migration requiring a new SIM card. I have already paid my monthly billed and have been with Simple Mobile for over 8 years. It has now been a full week and I still have not received the new SIM. I have told them multiple time my correct address, and they still keep telling me the wrong address when I asked them to repeat it to me. I speak English, and I understand there is a language barrier, so I have expressed multiple time that I would like to speak with someone stateside that could possibly understand me a little better, so I can get this resolve and receive the new card. I was told there was not a call center in the U.S, and they would not allow me to speak to supervisor because they will get fired. I suggest that since I have been waiting so long for something that is not my fault, that I be over nighted a sim card to my correct address, and I was told I would have to pay. Why should I pay when this is all the campany's doing. There is no good faith and good service trying to be rendered. I am tired of explaining to multiple people the same issue. I know I will not get my money back at this point, since it's so hard to get in touch with anyone that truly understands, or is actually willing to help resolve the issue. Shame on you Simple Mobile.

I have been a 8 year customer with simple mobile and had no problems until it was time to move on to a new carrier. They WILL NOT let met transfer my phone number to another carrier. I called more than 15 times to get my account number and they said they can’t give it to me. I have to give them IMEI for my 2014 phone for me to get my account number. It’s a joke. The worst customer service.

Simple mobile
I have been calling simple mobile for 1 month tring to trouble shoot my phone because it’s not sending messages to android phones.. I have talked to at least 15 different people and 6 of them supposedly set me up for a new SIM card but each time I call to find out why it hadn’t made it to me yet no one even sees where the order was put in so they make a new order then when I call back no one’s sees the order again and again.. I have been on hold for 2 to 3 hrs on so many different occasions and still have not got a SIM card and still can’t send or receive texts from android phones
Desired outcome: I have recorded many of the conversations y’all are false advertising by steady telling me you sent my new SIM card and never sending it just buying time to give another lie

The customer service is not helpful and obviously have no consequences for there unprofessionalism.. noise all in da background when your tring to get trouble shooting.. my phone can not text android phones but the other phones on my account can and I am the primary account! I have not been able to send a text to android phones and I use my phone for work! I am missing money because of my phone is not able to send messages.. Phone Service
I had a phone plan with Simple Mobile that was supposed to be on autopay, and it has been ever since I started the account with them 6 months ago, but then on Sept 24th, 2022 I tried to make a phone call, and was given an error recording that I had no service. I logged on, and noticed that they hadn't charged my credit card for this month, and just cancelled my service without any warning, nor explanation. I was very frustrated so I switched to using Tracfone, but I have to wait a week before I'll have my new phone, which is very dangerous to be without in today's world especially when you have a wife that suffers from health ailments. I'm very disappointed with them!

First let me state that I know zero about anything tech. Of anykind. Android or windows or setting up home networks. If it doesn't default to default then i have to watch a tutorial...more than once.
I live at a private residence that is a rental on 520 Harley Perry Road, Zionville, NC 28698. My boyfriend takes care of all the finances and from what Ive been told, the landlords, friends of my BF, pay the internet inclusively through the rental agreement.
Second, Id like to promise the reader of this email that I HAVE NEVER BEEN A PARANOID PERSON. In any way shape or form.
Forgive me if I am not contacting the right outlet but I don't know where to start, as Ive admitted I am a simpleton when it comes to all things internet or IOT or Android or Windows, etc.
I have been experiencing many, many peculiarities that I never have before when using my Android device or Windows 10 when using the internet.
My BF is a tech genius and in short, I believe he is taking private videos of us and posting them on the internet. He has openly admitted to be recording the inside of our home for quite some time but says he no longer is. I am denied access to all kinds of websites esp any trying to learn about IP addresses or Android?
Help! I dont know what all this means except my gut IS SCREAMING AT ME that alot is right and that Im being straight lied to.
Ive been experiencing censorship of sites, pop-ups of bullying, interference with 911. I really need some peace of mind on this matter.
Please help point me in the right direction as I feel I am getting exploited and manipulated in the worst kind of way. I feel like intentional malice is going on here and it scares me. Ive never experienced anything like this and am trying to keep perspective and do the right thing.

I have been a 5 year customer with simple mobile and had no problems until it was time to move on to a new carrier. They WILL NOT let met transfer my phone number to another carrier. I have been trying for about a week now to transfer. Customer Service have been making me jump through hoops and still at this time I have not been able to transfer my number. I am 81 years old and have had this flip phone. I am currently trying to up grade with a normal phone. I have been asked to provide this and that to verify my identity, in which I provided each time being asked to. Right after completing this task I was ask if they could send me an email with a code to read back to them to verify identity, strange enough the email will not go through after 10 or so minutes ago having receive an email from the very same representative I was on the phone with, but ironically, I can't receive an email now. He then says lets verify you this way...He asked for the security 4 digit code, the last 4 digits on the credit card I have on file with them, and the last 4 digits of a phone number I dial from my phone. I provided all of this information and can you believe after verifying, I was asked to verify another last 4 digits of a phone number I frequently call...after this I lost it! This rep laughed in my ear at how frustrated I became! I asked to speak to a supervisor and never got to speak to one. Next, the phone goes silent. I continuously repeated hello and finally the rep disconnected our call. This was the most frustrating thing I have encountered in years!

Company locked cell phone
About July 10 I saw Two charges on my First bank bill I put in a dispute about 2 weeks later my son's phone was turned off then I reliazed the charges were ok, so I called First Bank so they could pay Simplemobile this has been done but they won't unlock phone they asked for a letter with First Bank letter head and how much was credited back to them I did this as well I have sent them 15 emails and his phone is still locked this is so un far it was a honest mistake that I took full responsabilty for I sent them every thing they asked they have been paid and they took money out of my sons account and the phone is still locked!

The company-deactivation of (the) current sim card (hostage) calls.
I cannot make or receive calls, since 8/26/22. The representative confirmed that services were interrupted for the clients to join. /Call for their sim-cards. I was not notified, service stopped and no calls incoming. The supervisor and, representative during the first call. .. was able to fix the issue. (Call dropped)

Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Hend, I use to be a customer with Simple Mobile for Ten years, and now I ported my number to another company.
Why?
Because of the nonprofessional customer service, I had to deal with.
I called the 611 last June 23rd, 2022, at 10:34am because I had a slow connection, knowing that I paid unlimited text, talk, data.
So, the agent requested my Sim Card and IMEI numbers which I provided to Her, and since then it was a nightmare, my Mobile Network service was totally messed up, I couldn't make calls or any texting.
My phone keeps getting On and Off the Mobile Network, when I chatted with them, the second agent said that I have to get a new Sim Card, which I did.
Same result, not working.
I called again the 611, they said I have to get a 3rd Sim Card, still NOT WORKING.
I called again and asked for the supervisor or the manager, the agent refused let me talk to him or her, when I insisted, she putted me on hold for few seconds, then she answered me herself pretending she was the manager!
So, at the end, I ported my number to another Carier, because I was tired of Simple Mobile Drama, and guess what!
NOT WORKING, THE SAME PROBLEM IS PERCISTING.
I went to Samsung technical support, they said nothing is wrong with my Device, It's Factory Unlocked and original, the issue is because of something was done by the SIMPLE MOBILE Customer Service.
So now after they messed up my phone, they refuse to help me with the problem they caused, I called their headquarter, they were unable to help me.
Bottom line, Simple Mobile is a non-professional company, that gives its customers to beginners' agents to play with our accounts and phones, even worse to disrespect customers by lying to them.

I called 611 Simple Mobile customer service, June 23rd 2022 at 10:34am because my data was slow.
The agent requested my Phone, Sim and IMEI Numbers. Since then my phone keep getting on and off the network and it's no more registered on the network, knowing that I bought a new sim, and still not working.
She messed up my account, and my service.
I transferred my number to a new SIM, I rebooted my phone ...
It has been a nightmare for almost a week now, I don't understand how come they let trainees deal with customers, it's like they are training them on us😒.
I'm so disappointed with their service, it's getting worse every time.
