I have signed for simple mobile in july 2013, it was after July 20th. I used to pay myself at the store then I signed up for auto bill payment. Since then the date of the last service is changing by a day each month. i have tried to call and discuss with their customer service. They put you on hold for more than 30 min then it either hangs up itself or someone comes and say call this number. Then the number doesnt work or noone answers. Each month they decreasing by a day...please check the picture attached. I wish I had saved the whole txt message to show you how they steal each month. What I have can clearly explain how they are handling ...if not I have my check account transaction.

Internet Isssue
My internet didn't work after paid bill, asked for credit or refund, was refused on both. Spent all day arguing with this company to no avail. Called again requesting a refund or credit was again refused. Spoke to every possible manager available, again was refused a credit or refund, somehow the last "manager" available request to have me talk to a personnel in the corporate office, thinking this could somehow resolve my issue, I was sadly disappointed. This ghetto female name Kim answered the phone as if I was one her long lost baby daddy, that she couldn't stand...gave this nasty, undeserved attitude the minute she got on the phone. Honestly the "attitude" she gave was ridiculous and was not called for especially since she calls herself "representing" the company. After I explained a few things and ho she need conduct herself "professionally" she left me with "I guess there is nothing else to talk about...I thought what..in the world was that. I am not her best friend nor anyone that she kick it with for her to address me in such a manner. These people are a riot! These people have "terrible" customer service skills, everyone sounded like they were from "third world country" seriously can we please have American customer service reps, serving American people! Whatever you do, please do not buy service from Simple Mobile, honestly you will be paying for "Simple Customer Service" what ever happen to customers are always right! I guess that died when companied started outsourcing to "these third world countries" Just saying!

Simple Mobiile is a complete "Scam". I payed $50 for "unlimited" talk, text, and data but after about 2 weeks of service I received a Warning message via text stating that my services where endanger of being suspended due to excessive data usage. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but "unlimited" is defined as "without a limit" right? So why is there a "limit" on how much data I use on a plan that is suppose to be "unlimited". If I would've known that I would have kept my old carrier because the plan I had with them was a lot better and I wasn't being extorted. These people are criminals, beating people out of their money by false advertising and providing half ### customer service.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
When I switched over to this service through a vendoe of yours, I was told that my talk, text and web will be unlimited for $40 a month. Your website also advertises the very same thing! Within 10 - 12 days of signing up with your sevice, my internet service stopped working. I tried calling your customer service (611) more than once everyday fromthe day the internet stopped, only for auto system to tell me I have to hold for 30 minutes to 60 minutes at a time. Now for a working person, that was impossible. Today (3/20/2012) I decided to actually hold for over 30 minutes, only to be told by a so-called supervisor by the name of Reggie that i had reached some limitation, which was neverr verbally disclosed or visibly displayed on your website.
YOUR COMPANY IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUDULENT COMPANY, WHO GO ABOUT WITH FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND MISREPRESENTATION. TO GO AROUND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND LYING TO CUSTOMERS IS UNACCEPTABLE. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR COMPANY AND THE MORTGAGE COMPANIES AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS THAT HID DISCLOSURES FROM CUSTOMERS JUST TO GET THEIR BUSINESS, ONLY TO PUT THE HOMEOWNERS IN A WORSE POSITION? YOU FIGURED YOU HIDE UNDER A SMALLER COMPANY AND CARRY OUT FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS WITH UNSUSPECTING CUTOMERS. YOUR COMPANY IS NO DIFFERENT FROM THE FRAUD SCHEMES GOING ON IN THE BANKING OR INVESTMENT INDUSTRIES .
Suspend account without any reason
My family panicked this afternoon (10/4/2011) when we cannot contact our step daughter's phone because Simple Mobile suspended here service without any particular reason. We were really worried what could have had happened to her. I called up Simple mobile's customer support, 1.877.878.7908, twice and was said it was suspended because of misuse pursuant to sections 15 and 16 of the Terms and Conditions (www.mysimplemobile.com/Simple-Mobile-Terms-Conditions.aspx). I asked the first CS (Customer Support) I talked to which part of misuse when the account has only 87 mins of call, 49 texts messages, and 205mb data (pls see the screenshot http://bit.ly/q4GYb0). He then transferred me to a voice messages about their terms and then hanged up! A very rude person! I called again and talked to a different CS and same thing, they point out the terms but can't explain how the they can relate the terms and conditions of misuse when there is no misuse! Then she gave an alibi and said suspended because of fraud. I asked her "what fraud?" and she said nothing. I asked for a supervisor or a manager but again I was passed to a voice messages talking about terms and the misuse. Another rude fellow! Now, all the details are laid, I hope the RUDE people of Simple Mobile will fix this inconvenience!

Sam happened to me today. They suspended my account without any reason. When contacted them no reply from their side. I thought my REUP was over so I bought the new REUP. I sent them the activation code. The code was activated but my number still remains suspended. Hell with simplemobile. No more mysimplemoble.
Unauthorized Charges to Credit Card
$360 in unauthorized charges from this Company. I had never heard of them until they suddenly showed up on my statement. I called the telephone number listed on the statement only to be greated by an endless maze of automated selections which all lead ultimately to a disconnection. My bank is now handling the dispute.

Simple Mobile is not a good cell phone carrier.
I paid my bill 3/24. The money is out of my account. I got an error message when I was to get my pin to reactivate my phone the screen went white but the $ is out of my account! My bank statements are in black and white and are printable) I called that day and was told to wait for two hours and that a supervisor would retreive my info and put it on; did not happen.
I walked to a store yesterday (because I had no phone) and I asked to speak to a supervisor who had me on hold for an hour and a half! I hung up. (no one is making records of my calls) when I called yesterday night. I was told that someone would look into it. No one did.
I emailed them and asked for a resolution; no response; I logged into my simple mobile account for pin retrieval and of course, the payment is not showing... I had an issue last month as well.

Unable to receive incoming calls
I initiated my port from Verizon Landline to Simple Mobile on Dec. 31s, 2010. Today is already Jan. 30th, 2011 and my incoming call is still not working. I was first told that the port time frame can take between 7-14 business day to complete so I've waited until 1/14/10 to call them. They've been unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. They tried to blame it on Verizon landline and said that I have to call them and ask them to broadcast the number, but I've called Verizon and they told me that the port-out is completely successful on their system. I've called back to Simple Mobile many times, but they are unprofessional. I've put in a ticket for the issue on 1/17 and they closed the ticket without solving the issue. Then I finally gave up on Simple Mobile and ported out my # to PagePlus on 1/24th, but Simple Mobile won't respond to PagePlus's request for the port. I've tried every possible ways I can think of in hopes to resolve the issue. I even asked for the floor supervisors when the customer care rep couldn't help and so they told me to hold on but they just hang up on me. Simple Mobile's customer care REALLLLY SUCKS!

Call Simple MObi;le something in the port did not go through since the FCC ruling is ports should take no longer than 24 hours. I woild think some piece of infrmation is incorrect or the verizon number was suspended or dactivated be for the port went through...I am a Cell Retailer and these are the main reasons porst do not go through...hope this helps

I am so upset with My Simple Mobile customer service, because they wouldn't me pay my bill right cause they basically had set up where I had to add International Calling, so my phone bill was not able to get paid, secondly they literally had me on hold for 27 minutes, then once someone decided to pick up I heard laughing in the background as if they were playing games and what not. Once I told the rep what my issue was she say she asked her manager and he could not do nothing about it all they had to say was that I could add some more money to my account to make it right but thats not fair all they had to do was credit my account. They are so not professional at all, this is my last month with these losers im going to sprint where my business will be appreciated
yes i am a disable American and I used my debit card to pay for a phone of Veteran friend. after payment received it said 30 minutes to wait for service to be re activate. it didn't happen. i gave him more money(cash) and brought a card from the store like he normally does. when i went to ask for refund and now they are not returning the money i paid for online with my card. this is illegal and immoral yet they keep playing phone games and email tag and not return my money. i will complain all day until they give me my money back.
Recently I gotta problem and I can't use my SIMPLE Mobile phone for 6 days, no INTERNET. And I called more than 15 times and have been disconnected by them each time when they coudlnt answer my questions and the problem has not been resolved. Bunch of Reps that I spoke to are as follows : Gabriel (ID: 512759 .. from Philipine), EDEN ([protected]. Manager ..from Philipine), Stelen ( ID: 510275..from Philipine), Danryl (ID: 511491.. Philipine) . They hanged up the call playing some dramas.
I don't think Simple Mobile is a carrier should exist anymore. They have been cheating the people for long time. They never shoot out the problem, never give any credit nor refund the money. Im truly frustrating and asking the legal authority to take the proper action against them.

This is Tracy J. For some strange reason for the past two days i am unable to receive inbound/outbound calls. Today is the fourth of July man this sucks. But come Friday morning i will discontinue Simple Mobile service. Customer Service had me on the line for an entire hour so called trying to RESOLVE the problem. Customer service asked if i had my number blocked because she tryed to call and it went straight to voice mail. I asked her do you have a problem that is the reason for my call? Mr. Supervisor could not resolve my problem either. Ha! Ha! his response was i will extend 2 days of service and turn your cell on/ off and take out your sim card and battery every so often. As of, 9:30 p.m. no change no service. I was told to call back within 4 hrs. Simple mobile will be losing me as a customer i have 3 lines with this f company and this is how it ends. FYI i never heard an apology from either person. This is my second complaint with loud noise in the background sound like theyre having a party. The background sound never changed while i spoke with Mr. Supervisor so he is aware of the shananiganz in the background of his workplace. UNPROFESSIONAL!
Horrible customer service skills at Simple Mobile. For some reason i was paying my bill online and then the next few months money was taken out of my account without my authorization. Once i notified customer service of this issue the person on the other line constantly put me on hold times 3. Once returned her only answer was we can not give you a refund. Once i received that response i made myself clear do not take money out of my acct. again or you will be prosecuted. And i will be forced to change companies, The response i received from customer service is thats your choice, I am unsure why they are so rude, if you don't enjoy your job quit! I I would never this company to anyone, Where is mgmt? FYI, i can also here a lot of people talking in the background, Just very unprofessional...I am looking for another company. I agree with the consensus of the other respondents. These crooks are getting away with plain emotional abuse and thievery. This is my first time using these folks and it has simply been a disposition after disposition. I was advise by one of their reps. to add $10 to my existing plan to get an immediate upgrade, but afterwards I was told that it would only be applied to next month cycle. On top of that I was on hold for ever and the call suddenly dropped, so I called again and waited on hold for the customary 27 min. and stated that I wanted to make a complaint and they hung up on me. These people act more like juvenile bandits than customer caring representatives.
It seems simple mobile has changed some of its dumb rules. I've been using almost 2gb and im still running. I guess all those complaints worked! hahaha

After having the service for only 3 days, I received a text that said I had exceeded my data usage allowed and was banned from using internet. An iphone without data is just completely useless. The only thing I can think of is that I, like many people now, use the Pandora app to listen to music.
When I called the company they stated that their unlimited is really only 1gb of data but I can buy a 100mb for $10 extra.
This reminds me of Pageplus Prepaid where they advertise unlimited calls for $45 a month but if you use it too much, they shut off your phone.
How can they advertise UNLIMITED data when it really means ONLY 1gb of data. Thats really not that much for a Blackberry, iPhone or any smartphone.
Unfreaking real. It took me one hour yes one hour to get through to customer serv. to port my phones over from my old carrier I got nervous worrying if I was making the right decision. Then I get this inexperienced customer serv. rep on the line who assured me I could reup online. what does that have to do with porting.? Nothing. I have six phones I was getting ready to port over I couldn't let myself do it I was worried It would be nothing but problems if I had a complaint. Then I hear the horror story that some people are without phones for six days or more when they port. Sorry but if the service is anything like the customer service this company is not for me.

I have been using simple mobile for more than 6 years but now it won't work . I was not informed about the sim being inactive upon calling the customer suipport and that i need to buy a new sim.

I can't log in 2 simple mobile I don't get any coverage the wifi don't work I can't get any reception I am using my i internet 2 get coverage I can't never get ahold of costumer service I may. Just may find a different company 2 work with
Stay away they are horrible and the phone financing is a scam
I have called numerous times about the internet not working and sometimes I can not
dial out. I am advised every time I have to go online to make a complaint and this is still
after months this has never been fixed. Time to change companies. I would not
recommend them to anyone.
If you took time to educate yourself, you would know that there is always fine print. Every carrier out there will cut you off at some point. If you truly want unlimited, get a computer. A phone is not meant for watching shows or listening to music for 8 hours a day, nor is it meant to be on the web so long that you could possibly accumulate 1G of data in 3 days.
