Refund not received
I had ordered from Chowking through Talabat and made the payment online on the Talabat app. The order was placed on 17th Jan, order id: [protected]. The driver says he cannot deliver to my location so they cancelled my order after 1 and half hour and said the refund will be sent to my account.
After repeated chats on their service, they said the payment is being processed, I still haven't received it. I'd like to file a complaint as it might be a small amount, but not sure how many people they have done this to.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a refund and an apology for cheating people this way as there is no other way to get in touch with them. I would like to file a complaint at the ministry as well.

Yesterday I had an order on your application, it was delivered partially, then when I noticed this, I told the rider that there was a missing item in it, he told me that he will go black to the restaurant to get it, i was waiting for a long time then i followed up with the customer care, they told me that they will assign another rider to deliver the missing item, then when he went to the restaurant he found out that the missing item was picked up by the other rider then he disappeared! the restaurant advised that this rider was not cooperative ! which means that he stole the order !, again i communicated with customer care then a person called Tarek from complaints team called me to resolve this issue, I asked him to refund me on my bank account not on talabat wallet, he accepted this and told me that the amount will reflect in my account within 5 Business days.
I am really shocked with what happened, and the awful experience i had with your company, having said that not only me who had this experience but also i discovered that some of my friends had the same issue with your company
please for your reputation, make sure that you are hiring good and honest persons, for me dealing with dishonesty is a redline so accordingly i decided not to use your application anymore !

Causing traffic on road and rude behaviour of talabat rider
Hi,
Iam Writing this mail to have you notified the missbehaviour of one of your riders on the road, dated 17/12/2021 at 12.30 AM, in Arjan Area.
Your Rider was standing in a single lane road at 12.30 Am leading to Roundabout.
at time the visibility was also less, as it was late night and it was very likely that I might have not spoted him on the road, leading to much bigger disaster.
I stoped only to tell him to move and check his phone somewere safe, instead his way of responce and behaviouvor was not so polite, due to which it caused a traffic at the round about.
I would appriciate if you let your riders be aware of traffic rules, to have road safety.
I am writing this since I had a 2 year old bady in my car, so it was very dangerous if someting would have gone wronge, beacuse of your rider standing in sigle lane road to check his phone in night when visibility is less and people are in hurry to reach there home.
I called the police but due to pressure from traffic behind I had to move, to which your rider escaped.
If no action is taken against the rider I will be filling a compliant in Dubai Courts, against Talabt, for putting our lifes in danger and causing Road obstruction and immmature behaviour while blocking the traffic. I have attached the riders plate number in here.
Voucher issue
I order from kfc and i used the voucher. In the app it says that i need to pay 30aed only(20 aed discount) to my surprise, when i got my oder, i meed to pay 50 aed. The manager of kfc told me that the voucher is not applicable for them. So what is goin on. Are you fooling your costumer?

Rude behavior of delivery boy vehicle number 83505 abudhabi 4 plate
Today incident happened with me. I was waiting for parking suddenly one car went off from parking, i was planing to park. But suddenly delivery guy parked in center of the parking ... I requested him to remove from parking so that I want to park the vehicle. But delivery guy rudely answering I am also paying for parking I paid for my license and he was scolding inside in hindi language like pagal... I felt very bad & insulted.
He can park between the two vehicle but he is parking center of the parking. I can't word to word with one delivery guy. Pls give him one warning not to do this kind of a thing. Vehicle number 83505 abudhabi 4 plate. Thanks
complain about the arrogant delivery rider
I would like to complain your arrogant and rude delivery rider. it happened in satwa area, I'm about to leave the parking area when your delivery rider came, I told him don't park in front of my car because i am leaving but he still park in front of me, I am not able to forward my car because I'm in parallel parking and there is car behind me which I cannot reversed it may hit the car on behind me. i told him in the nice way " my friend can you remove first your motorcycle because i will leave, he told me to wait, i ask him again to remove but he did not listen he said wait, i don't know how many minutes I will take to get the order from the restaurant, i waited 10 mins i told him my friend i cannot wait anymore for you you need to remove your motorcycle so i can leave, then he shouted at me and tell bad words in Hindi language. i have attached photo of the person, this person should not be working in your good company, please make sure that my complain should be address so it will not happen again to other people. in front of my family his acting like uneducated person.

delivery/customer service
Not delivering last minute just because im 4 km away from the delivery zone and they don't tell me that until its already too late and every place is closed and it happened two times in a row in the same night, and it happens often in other times i order, and the fact that my area is out of the delivery zone is so unfair im just 5 minutes away from other areas they deliver too and they don't include me for most of their restaurants its so unfair, my area is Al Shalila, Al Sader, in the same stree of 54th Al Rahba, Abdu Dhabi, United arab emirates.
Desired outcome: to include al shalila, al sader into the delivery zone of the near restaurants pf al rahba al shahama al bahya, to be informed as soon as i place the order if its gonna be delivered or not, not getting canceled on last minute.
Refund issue
I got the refund for the order [protected] in my talabat credit after which I forwarded it to my bank. But since then the credit is lost in transit and doesn't reflect in my bank. I chat almost daily with the talabat call center and they tell me they have escalated the issue to ur finance department but still nothing happened. This has been since 30 June. So why is it taking so long. Are you guys so desperate for 32 dhm
Accident
One of your talabat drivers hit my car and damaged the whole left side of my truck on mohamed bin zayed road at 3 pm today. I will not stay quiet and a police report will be filed on sunday. If you do not email me back with the driver who was responsible, we will find him through the CCTV cameras.
I love talabat but this irresponsible behaviour is unacceptable.

Order not going through| Pending for almost 3 hours.
Hello,
On May 21st, 2021 I ordered from 4 different places and my orders did not go through for almost 3 hours.
I had to cancel each order because I received no response from The Talabat help center. In addition, the service drivers ignored my messages every-time I tried to contact them.
I hope you fix this issue because I would not like to go through the same issue as I wish to still use this App in future.

Refund
24th of December I ordered from a supplement store ( value 850 egp ) amount was taken in my bank account but was cancelled by talabat because what I asked was apparently not available. I called directly the sport supplement shop which confirmed the availability. I tried a second time and same issue . I asked talabat to refund in my credit card . They confirmed transfer was done . after few months realized they never did and that my money vanished . after 10 e-mail the amount just reappeared in my talabat pay and they are telling me they can't refund in my credit card .
I have screen shot of my discussions with agent, email from them about the " transfer " that was done ... they keep changing their words :-(
Extra Deduction from my account
Dear Sir/Madam,
I order my food in talabat oman app on 16/03/2021 for the amount of 2.600/- Omani rial, But they deducted 10.800/- which means extra 7.800/- even I clearly attached the bank statement they are not ready to refund the amount and the statement clearly mentioned talabat name.
But still the talabat is not ready to refund.
Its makes me very stressed and depressed.
Still now no customer care personnel called me.

Delivery
Today (again) I ordered from a restaurant and the order never arrived, 5 hours later. I called the restaurant and told them to just deliver my dinner with their own driver and I'll pay their fee. I have not had a good experience with Talabat, they do not know the areas they deliver to, they take entirely too long, and at times they forget you even exist! They especially forget you exist if you choose the cash option. Talabat is a horrible middleman, and honestly all restaurant should do away with this leech bogging their businesses (they show a restaurant is busy when it really isn't to force you to pick one that isn't making as many sales). So scammy, and absolutely not worth it. Their drivers on the road don't care about their own safety or anyone else's either. BOYCOTT THEM.

Unethical behaviour
Kindly note that when I was waiting for Karwa Bus at Karwa Bus stop, Matar Qadeem, today morning around 05:40 am one of your Delivery Staff was smoking near the Bus stop.
I politely asked him to stop smoking and he suddenly jumped out of his Bike and started yelling at me. He started using abusive words like "What the f..k", "Who the hell are you" etc.
Your employee was very aggressive and he was about to hit me. After that he sat back on his bike and continued smoking without any regrets.
I immediately left the place as the situation could have escalated if I stayed back. However, I managed to take some photos and videos of the employee and the bike. I am attaching two photos for identification purposes. In case you need more video or photos I am ready to forward it to you.
I am expecting an Urgent response from your side.
Food ordering app
Ordered Pizza at 8:55 pm on Talabat, app showed delivery time 39 mins, when ordered. Contact customer service on chat after one hour and was asked to wait. contacted back again after one and half hour and same thing please wait for delivery. Had to cance order finally for no delivery. Talabat cannot track the order or the restaurant. Had to cancel the order finally. Pathetic service from Papa Murphys and Tablabat. If Talabat cannot deliver, or even track the order then why do you take the order. If you cannot fulfill the order why commit, why charge for service. Why do you confirm the order. Pathetic service and pathetic app. There is no sense of responsibility from the support, only one word" patience", have patience, thank you for ur patience, have some more patience. People donot use the app, instead order directly from restaurant.
Talabat / Carrefour theft and Incompetence
7 weeks, a minimum of 40 emails, 10 phone calls and 10 chats and still refusing to refund MY MONEY. Still waiting for a competant person to actually read the information that has been repeatedly provided. Never have I experienced such appalling stupidity and ignorance - they call this 'customer service'
