Two branches of my restaurant is onboarded with Talabat Delivery Platform in Kuwait. I have been unable to access the Talabat Partner's portal so I have no idea what is happening at my branches.
Initially, after I lost access in the Microsoft Edge browser I was told to access the portal through Chrome. It worked for a few days but lost access again. This time I was told to change my wifi provider from Zain to Ooredoo!
Talabat cannot expect restaurant partners to keep changing their internet set ups in this manner.
Kindly restore the access to the partner portal at the earliest.

It’s absolutely ridiculous how free market systems like Talabat tend to be managed. A good service or a professional platform staff should never demand for things such as switching a browser or an internet provider. Don’t be afraid to report them directly to Talabat’s upper management for causing such a dysfunction to your business. If they fail to let you back in, look out for other restaurants on this platform and try to inform other business owners about such unprofessional behaviour. Your business doesn’t deserve such help.
