Temu Jumbo 4-to-Score

Placed order #1017 on May 10th @ 7:52am. Asked for shipment status on 5/17/23 as I paid for standard shipping of $5.99 which is shipping within 5-7 days. On May 16th I was told " Dear friend, We are very sorry that we have not sent our your item yet due to the large number of purchases. We are speeding up the packaging process and will send it to you as soon as it is finished." On 5/23/23 I asked again for status as we were leaving for a camping trip and was hoping to have it to take with us. 5/25/23 their response was "sorry for keeping you waiting. we will contact the logistics company to speed up. pls wait with paitience. thank u." 5/25 - I emailed back saying we are leaving today 5/25 so I'm assuming I won't have it in time for our camping weekend. 5/26/23 - they replied "What can I help you?" 5/26/26 - I replied - Obviously you can tell me when my order will be delivered. 5/27/23 - they replied " about 15 day" 5/27/23 - I replied - Please provide tracking information. 5/31/23 - they replied "please wait sorry" On that same day I asked if they had tracking information. On June 4th they replied " please wait sorry" On that same day I replied that I'm beginning to think you are trying to scam me. On June 6th their reply : dear friend, we feel sorry for keeping you waiting. we will contact the logistics company to check the process. pls wait with patience. On June 13th I replied We are now a week out and still nothing from your last correspondence. Please refund my money and cancel my order. June 14th - their reply " dear friend, do you hope fet a refund or wait for your parcel?" June 14th I replied If you can't provide a firm delivery date or tracking # I would prefer a full refund. June 19th - their reply " sorry please wait June 20th - my reply Go ahead and cancel my order please. June 21st their reply " We will process your refund request. A refund will be finished by bank within 7-10 working days. July 19th I replied Refund still has not been received. Either ship the item so it's received on my end within the next week, issue the refund or I will be contacting the authorities. Advise of your decision ASAP. Last email was left unanswered regarding the refund. July 19th their reply "We have already shipped the goods. Please wait a moment." July 21st my reply Do you have tracking information? July 25th their response " because of the Dock Worker's on strike may this affect your delivery My response July 25th This is ridiculous. This order was placed May 10th... provide a tracking # and I'll take care of tracing it myself or refund my money. July 26th their reponse " sorry please wait" July 27th my response I am beyond waiting. I will be contacting the BBB to make them aware of the situation and get this resolved unless you provide me with the product, a refund or definitive tracking information. Last chance... Their reply July 30th " sorry please wait"

Desired outcome: I just want my money back. Obviously they have no intentions of fulfilling the order.

Temu Temu and their delivery company

I'm a former customer of Temu and I'm tired of spending a decent amount of money on products and packages I don't receive and then I have to go through the hassle of reshipment of the products and packages I ordered all because for some reason or another my paid for packages I spent my own money on keeps coming up stolen while Lasership delivery has pacific instructions to deliver all packages directly to my mailbox instead of at my door so even after given precise instructions Lasership and Temu doesn't care to fix these issues what delivery service doesn't knock at your residence or call you to inform you that you have a package or leave a message stating that Lasership has delivered your package unprofessional of each company and this keeps occurring and I'm not made of money and I will never shop with Temu again this company is the worst.

Temu Package arrival

I called the lady at temu customer service and she said my package was in customs and needed to be cleared but then I realized that it's already been cleared 2 days ago so then I checked again and it said that my package was in transit and that notification was from July 29th at 9:15 p.m. it's been 2 days to it's currently Sunday July 30th 5:38 p.m. so basically it's been two days almost 2 days almost 48 hours I'm really frustrated because I called again and the lady that I was talking to she said yeah you're just going to have to wait for your package we can't or she didn't even say that she didn't even say that she can't do anything about it she just literally told me oh yeah so I was helping you right I helped you and she was like putting words in my mouth saying that she helped me and I was like no you did not you just told me to wait that's basically all you told me and she didn't help me at all she just said oh take a service so I just hung up because why would I want to take a survey and rate you I would have waited you a zero or a one at least a one if you're lucky because she wasn't helping me at all I want to file a complaint because I was trying to get a hold of the shipping company that ships the orders from temu and I couldn't get a hold of them and the shipping companies number phone number doesn't work I tried to call it and it says line busy and it keeps going to beep beep beep and I don't know why so I'm just really frustrated because I've been waiting for my package for like what 4 days and usually doesn't take that long especially in what in transit if it's at the airport already it doesn't take that long for it to ship if it shipped in one day it should be delivered in one day you know what I'm saying like I just don't understand

Temu Items not received

I ordered £96 worth of items that never got received. Temu were less than helpful directing me to the shipping company who don't hold a contract with myself. Temu refuse to accept responsibility and won't issue a refund or replacement. I've spoken to both temu and evri the delivery company and neither will do anything to help they just direct me to the other company. I've been trying to fix this since the 10th July.

Temu Credit card cannot use a brand new credit card unbelievable

I try to use my husband's credit card I have tried several times over and over and over it will not accept mine it's saying something about charges dispute it how can that be when I'm just now placing an order it's really stupid if I put a brand new credit card and it should work it will not allow me to use a brand new credit card which I know it works it's my husband's job and his debit card I should be able to use it at any time for any purchase you guys are losing tons of money and tons of customers by doing this stupid stuff you guys need to get it together I think this will be my last order with you I am pretty upset on how you handle your website you guys need to upgrade you've got tons of bugs and glitches please get rid of it cuz I'm not going to keep on spending any of my money with you when you don't have this service up and running like you should pathetic pitiful sad company sad sad sad get it together please get it together

Temu Coupon issues and missed items on orders

I used Temu for the first time last month. I was given a discount coupon for my next order. However, when I got ready to use, it expired within 30days. When I contacted the company for a replacement coupon, they sent an email asking if I would accept 20% coupon. I responded to email and agreed to percentage. However, 4 days passed and no reply from Temu. I called to asked customer service for a coupon and they still indicated they could not give to me. By the time this occurred, a lot of my items were now out of stock. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was on hold for over and hour, I forgot I was on the phone because the rep did not come back. The items are cheap, but they need better customer service and not waste people time while they play on the phone or are sleep while your waiting on hold. I will shop with another company.

Desired outcome: I should have been able to get a discount as promised and not have to rush and buy things within 30 days.

Temu An order I had placed.

So I had placed an order #PO-037-[protected] on July 9/2023

I then received said order as listed above but to my surprise I only received 2 items from a over $40.00 order and the package it was shipped in was damaged with a hole in the bottom right corner that had been taped over.

I then tried to get a refund following the steps on the app and had checked off everything that was missing from this order as well as I attached photos of the damaged package and contents. It went under review with Temu... the following morning I checked to see if I had gotten my refund and to my surprise it was denied... apparently they checked and it was indeed packed and shipped properly. I then contacted customer support and was told to again redo the request for a refund and so I did including sending the customer support person more photos and attaching more photos to my second refund request.. well low and behold the next day denied again.

so I went back and contacted customer support a 3rd time to be told to yet again redo the refund steps on the app as I had previously done and they also created a ticket for me to be able to speak with management. yet again denied, was also informed that even if the customer support people feel a refund should be given they are not aloud to issue refunds, after speaking with a manager for 3 days! I was in fact denied a fourth time because "my package was indeed packed and shipped properly"

I will no longer be using or ordering from temu again not only am I out my money but I never even had the option to get it back. I do not think anyone would like to not receive purchased goods and then not be given a full refund for everything they are missing. If I wanted to have money taken from me id for sure do it differently next time.

Temu Customer service refund: Agent Jonei C.

I placed an order a few weeks ago received it yesterday. When I opened the bag half of what I was expecting to get was missing. So naturally I go on and request a refund and help from Temus Customer Service. Big mistake because Jonei C who was my agent refused to comprehend what I was trying to explain. She kept speaking in circles, asking the most pointless questions like “did I recognize the delivery driver?” Finally when I got angry I told her I just wanted a refund for my entire order. She proceeds to tell me she will only refund the 3 small items I did get which maybe added up to $4. When I inquired about the money for the missing items she tells me that she doesn’t know what to tell me and she won’t refund me for those. Then completely stops responding to any messages I was sending and questions I was asking.

Desired outcome: I’d like my entire refund and to see her reprimanded in some way.

Temu Temu-211-[protected]

I wanted to return three items to temu. Printed return label that has to be used by 6/26z I mailed back with label from ups on 6/26. I haven’t received refund. Message says I didn’t return by 6/26 so label had to be reprinted for return. I have tried calling and on hold more than one hr.

Temu Missing items from purchase with TEMU

On July 13th I received a package from Temu. I had order 9 items in total, but 4 of the items were missing from my order totaling $22.02. According to TEMU'S Purchase Protection Program I am entitled to a refund for missing items so I initially felt assured shopping with TEMU. BUT, my request was denied. I have spoken to 4 different customer service representatives who are all giving me misleading information. I put a ticket in with TEMU and received a response on July 15th stating I would be receiving a refund in TEMU credits and to wait 72 hours, which is fine. BUT THEN, less than 24 hours later I received ANOTHER RESPONSE on my ticket from a different representative saying my refund was denied. This has caused me so much stress going back and forth with TEMU. At this point it is about more than the money. Its about the fact the I am receiving so much misleading and false information. If TEMU so confidently pastes their "Purchase Protection Program" the they need to actually stand by it. This company is clearly does not have things organized and together internally and something needs to be done. I have attached pictures of both messages received on my tickets through customer service. You can clearly see why I would be confident I would have a refund initially, to less than 24 hours later having that confidence crushed. I am so done with this company. I want my money back NOW.

Temu Scam scam scam.

Friday eve I started talking with service worker. She made it like I was stupid and said try again tomorrow cause she couldn't help me. Next day Saturday July 5, I messaged and was told prome expired. I was in tears. When I placed order I was on way to emergency hospital all night. That not possible. She then said she redo my prome! So funny 20$ off $100 order. I won't be shopping with this place and I will strongly urge others to use WISH. I did not deserve this and still no one has even tried to make it right. That's says so much about this company .

Temu The entire cooperation with this minimum lock on my account and millions of other people

I been shopping from Temu for a long time and they have the worst customer service and the supervisor is worse they been slamming millions of customers with this minimum requirement on our accounts and when we met it automatically increased from $15 to $30 and I told customer service that I want the minimum requirement cause I work two jobs and mostly all my money goes and when I try to purchase something it says $15 minimum requirement and I spoke to customer service and they and the supervisor were extremely rude and won’t remove it. I am this close to tell my friends and family to leave Temu for good and I am close to deleting the app and closing my account

Temu Horrible customer service & order stolen and never delivered

My order was never received! Tracking shows it was delivered; but Delivery confirmation proof was never provided - it never made It to my listed shipping address. It was not accidentally placed elsewhere &/or taken by neighbors! — it was Stolen by whomever was responsible For delivering the item to me! The tracking not through usps; Therefore I wasn’t able to have anything Done by the shipment co. They Sent me to contact you! I’ve been ignored by your customer Service agents numerous times, Being sent the same repeated generic Email stating that “your investigation shows it was delivered & there is Nothing more you can do” Which is beyond disrespectful! I’ve called your customer service Number HUNDREDS of times & Was never sent through to an actual Human representative. I’m going to Report your company & file numerous Complaints about your lack of Customer service & not showing Your customers respect. I’ve order From you before; but I will now never Order anything again; & will hope To shut you down for not acknowledging My concerns! I deserve a refund, Sincerely - you are responsible For the the issue of false delivery & it shouldn’t continue to happen! I’d like upper management to Contact me asap in reference to my Grievances!

Temu Smart Watch

APP for Smart Watch leads you straight into a scam without warning. You think you are calling to have the smart watch connected to the phone through the app for free, and then they lower the boom on you at the end with an annual fee. Immediately after pushing the button, I was notified by the bank that two charges had already been made to a dating website in California. My bank cancelled the transaction and sent me a new card. I still don't have the watch connected to the phone. I filed a verbal complaint and someone was to call me to get it handled, but no one has called and probably won't.

Temu new user for games

so im doing the free game items and i was just observing at the fact everyone ik has temu so there are new app users i cann send my link to causing me not to get the free stuff…and idk what to do tbh..i was doing the “invite friends & get free gifts” and the last thing i need is to get a new app user and no one i know is a new app user causing me not to get free gifts.. thats the problem no one i know is a new user so its inevitable for me to get the free gifts i did, and when i mean everyone i know I mean EVERYONE, and i dont wanna start sending to random strangers because thats weird and dangerous.

Temu The advertising is very annoying and irrelevant

So the reason why I'm writing this is because Temu.com has been spamming me numerous times on my browsers and I'm not gonna take the harassment nor the spamming anymore and it needs to stop and stop right now and I'm very upset with that company right now and I'd rather be taken off of their list of people to advertise to from here on out and I'm not interested in anything that they're trying to sell to me and I feel like they're trying to scam me and persuade me to buy their products

Temu Damaged items

I see that the elephants are on the packing line again. I ordered 6 fadaora hats, and every one of them was crushed during packing out. I needed to return all 6 hats and hope that my reorder is packed properly, which I sincerely doubt. Apparently Temu doesn't give a damn if items are damaged while being prepared for shipment. I've ordered hats at least 7 times, and there have been damaged hats with each order (usually 75% of my order is not usable. SHAME ON YOU!

Desired outcome: I would expect that future orders receive the care that they deserve. Fat chance!!!

Here we go again with elephants packing products. I just received box #2 of a recent order and, you guessed it, more damaged product.

This is getting very old, very fast.

I'd like to use Ali Express, but their shipping costs are threw the roof, so it looks like I'm stuck to continually get damag3d products. It's a damn shame, but I haven't found another site that can brat Temu's pricing.

Temu Mail order

Clothing items are extremely small, but are marked as US sizes. Makeup items do not look right, phone and computer items are not sized correctly, beauty items do not work as described, and more. After several attempts to respond to this company regarding pkg return and phone contact information, I have received NO response. They have overcharged for these items and have charged my CC for 2 more pkgs. that have not been received! I have been trying to figure out how to stop this company from China from being able to do business in this country to no avail. Hopefully they can be stopped before everyone in the US gets taken.

Temu Payment not received

I placed an order on May 2, 2023 and still haven't received it. I gave them my tracking number and phone numbers and they still say they can't find my order. They owe me $52.92 and another charge for $1.59. It said CHECKCARD 0502 Vigonts Hong Kong. I would suggest that you do not order from this company. My tracking # is 24259403122032247088040 they should be able to trace it from that. Sincerely, Brenda Scalzo

Temu unable to pay for my last shopping cart contents

i went to the westpack bank to inquire if there is bank restrictions to use the debit card for internet shopping ? they came back and informed me that there must be a temu site restriction for the westpack debit card , and as well that you should fix it yourselves !

if you want me to pay $174.84 order dated 6/20/23 for those items , then you must find the problem on your own site, and fix it immediately !
