Sam di not know what he was doing He had tracking number on the shipping slip .I could not find it later to track the 2 boxes .Why were they billed seperately as they were together box 1 & box 2 shipped as two shipments when they went together ( I shipment ) not 2
Sam really doesn't know what he is doing and its too bad but I had to deal with this guy . When I asked a week later about the boxes. If they were delivered ? omg here we go again with guy LOL He asked for tracking number well of course I don't have as he never put it on the original billing LOL . I had a receipt and purchase number that I shipped it .I gave him the date of shipment he said its not in the system . I called back and said look you never gave me a tracking number on the orginal shipment yellow form so I cant track .Please check again because My purchase slip ( receipt says shipped June 10 th . He said I will call you back . He finally called me back and gave me the tracking number for two shipments, which should have been one . Basically he over charged the shipment and it was really a struggle to deal with him . He needs training and the basics of the job bottom line . I will not go into that store again, I will drive to the other UPS STORE FOR BETTER ESERVICE I never complain this is very bad for UPS reputation

I took a package to the ups store on May 25, 2021 at Laredo texas on San Dario Street this item is a return to Amazon for which i am expected a refund . As i saw that no traking or movement was going on with the tracking number i went again to the ups store this friday June 4, 2021 and my package was still there . The employee stated that they didnt have a proper box for my item i said 2 weeks has passed and you dont have a box . Looked up pricing online but in store price much higher. Added signature required to package without request which caused delivery time to be missed. Forced to have package returned to sender. Was not notified when package arrived at store. Spoke to corporate about refund due to return and was told store did the refunds. Package also torn open. Store refused to even discuss refund and said it was up to corporate. Not happy with runaround. Person in the store was rude and no help. Been going to this store for years. Will not be back. This was the final straw for ups. Between rude delivery drivers and this i am done with ups. Good luck.

Last Saturday 1/16 my husband shipped a UPS letter tracking 1ZX359W96704383773 and he paid $ 122.45 plus $ 1.99 for the envelope.
I thought this was an excessive amount of money for a letter going to Italy so I went on line and I obtained a much lower rate, to be exact $ 68.76
While tracking the shipment on line I realized that the type of package selected by the UPS store was wrong because the it is showing that we are shipping a "package" and not a "letter" as it was.
I went back to the store to explain the situation and I asked them to recalculate the cost but the manager said that there is no selection for "UPS letter" and she insisted that the amount we paid was correct.
I have called several other UPS stores and they all quoted a much lower rate. I was able to obtain from one of the UPS store a written quote and I'm asking for a refund for being overcharged by $ 53, 69

Package never left the store
I dropped off an Amazon return on December 30. The UPS rep scanned the code from my phone and said I was good to go, so I left. He did the same for the woman before me. However, my return never left the store. Amazon isn't even showing the code was scanned in when I showed him my phone.

Today @ appx. 2:30 pm mst. I called and spoke with a "Richard" regarding a letter, returned to me marked "attempted delivery" UNKNOWN to box#254 the business name Safeway car transport. I asked "Richard if Safeway Car Transport was at Box 254 he abruptly answered"NOPE"I said so Safeway car transport doesn't have a box there? He answered"sounds familiar" then hung up. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, if this company is using your locations and information to commit fraud or deception with consumers your employees should not be assisting them.
I want to have a response from UPS regarding this issue. Is ups working with companies to hide information from the public? If this business is using UPS to defraud consumers UPS is as liable as the business. Also if this is a "franchised" UPS store this franchisee should be investigated for conspiracy to commit fraudulent business transactions, and his/her franchise should be pulled.
