The UPS Store price gouging

They wanted to charge me 165 to ship a light package from Florida to Maryland in 3 days. When I nearly fell over, they said they could lower it to 79, then 65- it finally got down to 30-ish by taking a few more days. I said forget it and walked out. Stores like this give UPS a bad name and should be gotten rid of. I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

The UPS Store delivery

I would put 0 stars if I could. This company is the worst. We had a bad experience in January, our package was returned after never receiving a delivery notice/attempt to contact us. So now we avoid UPS whenever possible but an online purchase uses them (which we didnt know) and now I'm going through it all over again. They leave a "sorry we missed you" notice without even attempting to contact. My buzzer number is written with my address, aswell as a contact number. The pickup location doesnt show on Google or google maps, making it impossible to find. And if I paid for delivery, I want it delivered! I'd go directly to the store if I wanted to pick up. This company does the absolute bare minimum. I wouldn't use it even if it was my last option.

The UPS Store Stamp purchase

On 6/25/19, I purchased 150 stamps from the UPS Store #6412. While the total charge was $158, I was unable to calculate at the moment the cost for each stamp. When I arrived home, I calculated the cost per stamp and was not pleased with the amount charged. The receipt shows I can not return the 8 books of stamps given, but I can return the Forever Stamp Roll.
I attempted to return the stamps to the store, since I was not satisfied with the purchase, and was advised by Wendy that I cannot return any of the stamps. She advised it is not their job to advise me of the cost per stamp, as they are "trying to make a living too." In actuality, she was saying that she did not have to be forthcoming about my purchase, and I will just have to suffer the financial difference because they benefit monetarily from these unethical practices.
Desirable resolution: I am requesting a refund of the total amount paid over and above the cost of the stamps, as I never had the opportunity to decide how much above the cost I could pay. The total amount I paid over and above the cost of stamps is $75.50.

The UPS Store response from the store about packages not sent

ups store #5276, 2 packages to be packed and shipped on 06/08/2019, tracking numbers 1ZR231E90387336603 and 1ZR231E90320672937:
Per the tracking information, the labels have been made but they have not left the store. I have called several times 949.206.9715 at different times of the day and there is no answer, and I have sent an email inquiring about why my packages have not left the store, with no response. I live out of state and cannot physically go to the store to pursue this matter. I don't know what else to do to reach the store to inquire about the significant delay in packing and shipping my packages. Can you please help me reach the store, get an explanation for the delay, and get an estimated ship and delivery date?

The UPS Store 0575

Been a customer of this store since 1996 when it was Mailbox etc. Never have I had such rude and difficult encounters with just getting my mail. The BIG problem is WE the customer are keeping these people in business. The owner is approachable and reasonable. However, the store manager (Chuba) is a complete [censored]. Family or not she should strongly consider removing this virus from her business before it spreads. I hate it when he is there. PLEASE LEAVE. Unnecessary frustration. Besides one other employee that can be hit or miss with good service, the staff is kind, welcoming and helpful.

The UPS Store delivered to wrong address

I was having $3500 worth of medicine in a cold pack being delivered to my home. The address was very legible but the box was delivered to the wrong address. Had the person not been at home I don't know how long the container would have been safe.
This happened on May 22nd of 2019 and had never happened before, but I'm worried about my next monthly shipments.
Please advise the drivers to be very careful. Thank you

The UPS Store repackaging of original shipping box

I ordered NYC Bagels from QVC and when it was shipped apparently the original box was completely destroyed and the bagels inside were smashed then someone repackaged my bagels into another bigger box and just ripped the shipping label off the original box and taped it to the new box. These were fresh bagels in plastic bags and one of the plastic bags was shredded on the bottom and the clip at the top was undone. Now, my question to you guys is seriously you would expect me to eat these bagels once it's been rolling around who knows where and damaged to boot. I was so disappointed when I received my package I've never had a package look like this from UPS. Don't get me wrong I love UPS but this is the second disappointment the first one I let it slide but this one I could not and I needed to let you know.

In January I handed an older gentleman Latino background a package paid from UGG...He turned to me and said they should go to the post office but I can take it for you you just won't have a receipt. So of course I trusted him because I go there all the time and the package is lost I've been trying to track online since January I would like to know how I can file a claim and get credit for this I have a copy of the mailing label

The UPS Store notary public

Went in to get a notary public signature and an express envelope for a business set of papers. Both clerks reacted negatively to my request, one of them, whose name said to be Taner, very angrily said it would be at least 10 minutes. I did let him know he was being quite rude even though he was busy. This is not the first time. The store is around the corner, very convenient for me, but the staff always seem to be in a foul mood. I will be taking my business back to the USA post office.

This is a know scam to collect from LLC's in New Jersey asking for $135.00 "2019 Annual Report Instructions Form quoting NJ Statues 42:2C-26. .

Isn't there anyway of shutting this mail box down for criminal activity.? If you shut the box down, everyone's mail would go back to sender, nobody loses money.
