strawberry filled timbits
I went in to get my favorite tim bits and the ones in the display had literally no powdered sugar on them. The Staff assured me there was nothing they could do about it while looking at me like im speaking a language they had never heard before...Im really disappointed... but I still bought them... not only are they powderless they also are stale. This is really really silly. Not sure I'll come to this one again...

I have gone through my hometown Tim Hortons a lot of Tim at night and this one employee has the worse attitude. Tonight was very rude and I'm done with having to deal with this here. Her name tag showed Michelle..she worked drive thru...friday September 14th at 820pm.
There was 3 cars in front of me...I'm waiting at the speaker and all 3 cars got served before I even placed my order yet. I said Hello?
She gets on and replies... WOW someone is eager!
I replied... I'm sorry?
She then comes back on and says Nothing..what can I get u with a total attitude slapping her gum over speaker.
She has this smart [protected]@@ attitude like her [protected]@@t don't stink...
I have had her many of times, either in drive thru or inside at the cash and she has the same attitude everytime. Like we r wasting her social life coming in.
I'm not sure what your protocol is..but I'm sure management would like to hear about this. I have talked to others and they say the same thing about her attitude.
raspberry lemonade
I have ordered the raspberry lemonade before and it was fine but this time it just tasted like slushed water with 10 to many pumps of raspberry flavouring. It was dark red with a sickly sweet flavour. Watering it down did even help. I couldn't taste any lemon or anything else and even if the worker had put Lemon in it the raspberry flavouring was so over powerinvg that you couldn't tell it was raspberry.
being accused of being a bum
I am at the Tim Hortons on Commissioners and I was there since 12:30 this afternoon September 14th. I was standing outside with my friend at his van talking and his daughter went inside to order something. His daughter returned to the van and proceeded to tell me that she was asked if I was bugging them when I was already inside the restaurant earlier and had ordered food. I don't appreciate being classified as a bum because of my race I take it that is why they are saying this because I am black native. Hello, I usually don't make it a priority to complain about anything but recently I purchased a few French vanilla coffees from different locations and I can tell
that this is not a French vanilla coffee. It tastes like a water down version of it closer to water than coffee. I tried to drink it but I cannot.
Have you made a change the product because I do not remember the product tasting like water ever.
At this point I don't know if I ever want to take another chance on another one.

injury in parking lot
Joke of the day!
I tripped on a pot hole at Tim's parking lot where I hurt both hands, one more than the other, elbow and knee plus a dirty shirt. Store owner called me and offered me a coffee and a $10 gift card, wow. What a deal, should I take it? Going to the hospital to get reports done and calling you know who.And it is so difficult to go on line to find a number to call.
They have gotten 5 coffees wrong in the past 3 days and then today they give me a tea instead of coffee lazy staff do not pay attention train your staff better

i used to work for a tim hortons in ottawa, and i got my employment record from service canada and there a bunch of paychecks missing that i never got. And 6 all my paycheck for december 25 of last year till march when i quite when i put them into my bank account they bounced and i never got the money know i have to pay it all back to my bank bc i spent some of it and the cheques never went through really hope you can help me, bc im up $2500 in debt, plus u guys owe me about $1900.

I was at your location this morning just after 7:30 and purchased an extra large double double. When my coffee was handed to me as the lid was not close properly and spilt all over my lap and my truck. The coffee I received was placed in a cup and was all crunched at the top. I could not even close it myself afterwards. Poor quality control. This was on Sept 13 2018. I figured the girls serving me would have at least told me that my coffee was free for the day but I hardly even got an apology. I sat there for a second hoping that I would get something more than just an empty sorry and got nothing. I do not appreciate hot coffee being spilt on my lap and all over my truck. I will not be going to this location again as I have had problems in the past at this location. There's a location right across the street and I've never had any problems with that store so I don't know why this store constantly has poor customer service.
burnt bagel and terrible service

I ordered a jalapeño bagel with butter double toasted and was served a completely burnt bagel. I have ordered a double toasted bagel many times and never received anything like this before. Not to mention that the customer service there is terrible and was not compensated for their terrible service. The girl I spoke to made a remark after I asked for her name (Leanne). She said "do what you gotta do."

I stopped at the Tim Hortons at Napanee and the service was horrible. I stood at the Tim Hortons counter waiting for almost 10 minutes-there were no other customers in line but there were 5 employees behind the counter and nobody offered to help me. There was one customer at the counter when I got in line. Two girls were behind the cash registers. I waited for the girl that did not have a customer to call me over. She did not. She left the register and starting talking to another employee. The other customer got his order and left. Then I waited for that employee to call me over. She did not. She also left the register and starting doing something behind the counter. Then a third girl came out of the back room and starting talking to the first two. Finally just as I had decided to leave, the one that came out of the back came to the register to serve me. I waited for over 10 minutes to get 2 coffees and a croissant!

breakfast time issue/needs to be served all day
9-12-2018. Why broadcast 2 for 4 sandwiches during the day when you can't get it until breakfast when most people aren't able to make it to breakfast. when did the price go up
i have been going to Tim Horton's for this last 15 ys and when the price went you would tell your customers so why not this time . Could you tell me when the price went up as I was paying one coffee and one cheese croissant $3.35 but now for he same thing l pay $3.55for the same thing and most they time cheese croissant is no baked right .I think it is time to say goodbye to Tim Horton after 15 or more yrs.

farms wrap, potato wedges, all around service
The quality of the Tim Hortons location near my school and house has completely gone out of the window ever since they fired all the works and hired new ones due to unknown reasons. The potato wedges are always burnt, hard, crusty, and hurt your teeth to eat. The farmers wrap I've ordered twice and they have messed it up both times, they put lettuce and tomatoes in it one time which just isn't correct (allergies!), and the other time they completely forgot the hash brown in it. Also the all around service has heavily dropped, the wait times are ridiculous it takes them about 2 minutes to input a coffee into the computer. And when watching them prepare stuff it looks like they have no clue what they are doing. And finally the frozen smoothie machine has been out of order for around a year.
This location, the point grey chain, are honestly getting out of hand. Not only are all the machines broken and never seem to get fixed but the lines and wait times are unbelievable. You have to wait in line for 15-20 minuets just to place your order, which usually gets messed up multiple times in the process, and then you have to wait another 15 minuets to get your order. The lack of organization and efficiency is quite appalling. It’s become a regular frustration for many people in the area who go to Tim’s and should be addressed.

The Tim Horton's in sundre Alberta has the worst customer service I've ever seen coffee is watered down and gross. The orders a rarely right and I'm serious rarely! I've spent a lot of money at Tim Hortons and let me tell you I will no longer be spending a dime there I am not the only person complaining about this location. I am calling about service at the smaller of two Timmies on Grand Island, NY which is located across from the mall in the center of town. The girl on the talkie taking orders had an accent, difficult enough that it was hard understanding what she said. When I got to the pickup window, and after I got my order, I started to tell the girl who gave me my items that I couldn't understand what the talkie girl was saying due to her strong accent. But before I could complete my statement, this girl nastily cut me off saying "Everyone understands her". Right after my response "Well I can't!" she slammed the window closed. I object to you hiring people who are not qualified for the job where its to the point of making it hard for people to do business with you. And for sure I was offended by the rudeness of the girl I complained to.

I was visiting the Lynwood Brantford Ontario location and was picking up breakfast for my grandchildren. I went through the drive thru and after placing an order for 5 people my last thing to order was a breakfast wrap. I was told they were out of eggs! At 10:30 on a Saturday morning, offering all day Breakfast and they were out of eggs. Very frustrating. I am limited in what I can eat so had to go w/o breakfast that day.

Hello, my friend and I have a few complaints. What the hell? How dare you Tim Hortons! Me and my friend have had some of our best memories as a friendship and our local Tim Hortons, we would look at guys we would buy coffee, we would share tim bits. And now I'm finding out that you are putting harmful chemicals in the Tim bits? It's not that I'm mad, I'm just disappointed, and more importantly I'm heartbroken! I love Tim Hortons I go there at least once a week and yet you're going to do this to us? I have spent at least $1000 or more at Tim HortonsAnd now I am learning that you guys have been poisoning them? Dear God I hope this isn't true, because that Tim Hortons was like a second home to us, we would go there in the mornings we would go there at night, sometimes all we would have for the day is stuff from there. Yeah, I ordered a BLT on a toasted English Muffin. I got asked right after the order. if I would like bacon on my BLT. I knew right then, that things are going sideways, Anyhow, I got home to eat my BLT, and I could find a BLT, all I had was a egg on a English Muffin, . not toasted. I called to complain, and to have a BLT, ready for me in about 20 minutes, I am going to work. The person who I spoke with, agreed with me, and told me that it would be ready. I went to pick it up, and bring back the egg on a muffin. I got to Tims, exactly when I said I would be there. The BLT wasn't even started, I had to wait 22 minutes, just to get the same egg and English Muffin back with a piece of bacon and lettuce, that looks like a dirty rag, and a slice of tomato, that was no bigger than quarter. So I got my same egg, and my untoasted English Muffin back after 2 hrs. I also a BLT, that looked like it was made 2 months ago, and it was the size of a meal, that was made for a cockrouch with Aids. I was also treated with no respect. and very rudely, like it was my fault that they have no idea how to make a BLT, and didn't get any training on how to operate a toaster. The service was very unprofessional, and handled by people who have no, or very little experience with working in the service industry. They also show no, or very little educational background, and very limited with the English language. Certainly not even remotely qualified to be working in the service industry, even just a cafe shop. I feel that the hiring process, as well as the qualifications for employment, need revaluation.
infestation of bees at tim hortons on watters in orleans
At the drive thru on Watters in Orleans there is a jar located right under the window where people pay, it is there to collect bees apparently there is an infestation, but it is dangerous for clients to get stung, even the cashiers are having problems when they open the window. I have complained and was told inspectors put it there and it needs to stay there, nothing can be done. It really needs to be located elsewhere not where clients pay, bees are flying inside cars. I did go inside to speak to someone and the supervisor as I wrote above said there was nothing they could do, she asked if I wanted to speak to the Manager, I said yes, and it was taking to long for her to come out from the back I left and decided to write here instead.

Respectfully, I'm am writing with a formal complaint regarding the above and the danger imposed.
On Labour Day at approximately 9am I entered your company drive thru at your Fort Erie location on Garrison Road.
I placed my order of an extra large double double, a small black a peach juice, two breakfast sandwiches, a small berry oatmeal and a pumpkin spice muffin.
I approached the window paid cash for my purchase and received the food followed by the drinks in a faulty tray. The tray passed thru the window did not sustain the weight and immediately buckled scalding me with both coffees in my lap, down my leg and onto my feet ( wearing shorts and sandals).
The immediate response of your companies management was to immediately return my money and to hand me a 10$ Tim Hortons Card.
Three things brought this about: expedience in service without weighing risk, failing to appreciate physics, the weight in the tray exceeded its physical strength of the tray, third the defective tray.
Inasmuch as this is third time over the last 5years this happened to me I need to be assured that
Your company is addressing these problems. I await your response before taking further action.
