deceptive and false advertising claim
Let's start hear I go to tim hortons everyday and order a x-l coffee. Your roll up the rim will be facing a claim against you as it's deceptive, misleading the public, false advertising. I have a cup I rolled up for evidence as I will use this as it has nothing whatsoever stamped on it. My lawyer will be contacting you. Mark faltermeier.203-3720-118ave edmonton alberta t5w0z6. Ps I will be suing for $10.000 for false advertising
service
I went to Tim Hortons in my city tonight, it was not busy. I ordered a Peppermint tea with 3 sugar and 1 milk. I was given a green tea with just sugar. I also ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato. I was given a plain grilled cheese but had paid for something else. By the time I had realized it, I was already back at work. I am a regular customer but was extremely disappointed by my service tonight.
the new turkey club sandwich
March 9, 2018
I'm not a regular customer of Tim Horton's because of poor food and poor service in the past, but I decided to try the new Turkey Club Sandwich at Tim Horton's today. Again much to my dismay, something that is not supposed to be in the sandwich show's up. Thank God I found it in my mouth before I swallowed, it could have been a disaster. A nice sharp turkey bone! Picture attached.
food quality
I juat came through the drive through in Beavercreek at the corner is Dorothy lane and county line road in front of the Greene. I was unable to understand the older gentleman with glasses who was working the headset due to him laughing and having a side conversation. When I pulled up to the window the young girl working the window was friendly but distracted by the man who was on the headset and flirting with her ( who looked to be three times her age). The steak egg and cheese muffin I ordered was soggy and the hash browns had very obviously been sitting for a while and I didn't eat them. I really wish I hadn't wasted my time or money
disappointing service
To whom it may concern:
I purchased a coffee from the location at 2245 Yonge Street (Mt Pleasant and Eglinton) on Monday March 5th.
I ordered one large coffee at approximately 8am. I handed over the slip from the roll up the rim 'win' and the woman said she could not accept it because of a small rip in it, mind you it was completely eligible and clearly stated winner of a free coffee. It wasn't ripped in half, no pieces were missing whatsoever. Mind you, people do rip off the winning slip instead of bringing the whole cup back for proof. I asked again why can't you accept it and she said again because of the rip in it. I find this completely ridiculous. I have handed over bills with a slight rip in it before and no one has ever not accepted it. I grab a coffee from this location every morning and I have never had a problem. If this is how tight Tim Hortons is going to be with the roll up the rim slips then I have no problem walking up the street to Starbucks. I have never had a problem with their customer service and they would be more lenient about this. I received the coffee and the woman slammed it down on the counter. Is this customer service and how you are supposed to treat customers over a $2 coffee with a roll up the rim 'win' ? Because there is a small rip in it ? Am I supposed to get it laminated before I bring it to the store in order to get a coffee ? Highly dissappointing and completely frustrating to be turning away customers over something so small and silly. May someone please let me know regarding this sitaution Thank you.
Regards,
Julie
over charging
1500 O'Conner is where a Tim Horton's resides. For atleast 1-2 years they have been over changing me by 60 cents. I didn't really catch on until recently. I had a few other Tim Horton's sign the receipts to show the manager at 1500 but she said that 1500 charges different then other Tim's? So today I decided to record them. I ordered my usual large iced coffee and surprisingly they charged my correctly. I'm guessing one of the other managers had tipped her off. That's fine though because recording her ‘ trying ‘ to explain why I was over charged for so long is almost unbelievable. This was first time I could see how nervous she was as it felt great. She (Sylvia the manager and alfreada the assistant manager and rayha another worker are pure scamming bullies ! ) and It felt real good To finally get a bit of justice. The real justice would be paying me back all the cash that's been taken from me. I am on a strict budget so those extra coins count!
Yesterday, the 4th of February, 2018 I finally decided to record the bull_ that goes on at the 1500 O'Conner street Toronto Ontario. Tim Horton's. The manager, assistant manager and one other older worker have been over charging me by 60 cents/ drink for about year and a half. I rounded up receipts and manager signatures from other Tim Horton's to show the ‘bullies' at 1500 that they were wrong this entire time. The head manager Vivian talked in circles, couldn't give me a straight answer and also said that she had just learned THAT DAY that I went in on (the 4th) that the proper amount to charge! (unbelievable lies) What I want to know where did all my money go over this almost 2 year period? Did she take it? Did head management take it? Or did the 3 worker start a ‘ Lets see how much we can rip off the costumers jar'!?
false advertisement
I go through the drive thru and there is a sign clear as day that states 6 strips of bacon and manager tells me that the sandwich was changed but not the sign and now you only get 3 strips cut in half and treated me like [censor] for complaining only saying it's corporates fault so take it up with them. I'll never go back there again. I'm going to buy a coffee maker now so i don't have to deal with the ride employee's. You should be ashamed of how Your employee's treat customers. The manager was still talking [censor] as i was leaving and that's not a acceptable as far as I'm concerned. Some people shouldn't be in customer service if they can't deal with people!
roll up the rim cups
Seems when we get coffee from Tim Hortons on Victoria avenue in Brandon when I go to roll the rim it unrolls very easily and always " please play again". I drink alot of coffee everyday and have not even won a free one or donut. I also buy from the 18th street location and I have won free coffee, latte and donut...the rims are not easily rolled up...not even the non winners! It's not only me...when we get coffee it's usually 4-6 cups each time...like 2-3 times a day. Not only at contest time but every day of the year.
turkey bacon club
Date of the incident was February 26th and 5:40 pm. I went to the location on 200 Burrard, the one in waterfront station. Before my shift I got a sandwich from there which I asked for no bacon in it, then when I received it, it did have bacon in it and when I asked the employee if I could get another one she just snatched it off the counter and turned away. After I received my sandwich I head towards my work, when I checked the sandwich at work the bun was cold and un-toasted and it was torn in half. I decided to call in at this point, after calling about 4 times I was finally able to get in touch with a manager there. When I explain the situation to the manager of what happened he replied with "AND." At that point I suggested to come back and get another one made correctly. When I went back on my 15 min break at work, the same worker who made my sandwich previously was there and when I went to explain the situation of how I spoke to a manager and I was coming back to get a replacement she refused to make it. She claimed "I remember you, I re-made you sandwich once I will NOT remake it again." At that point I requested to speak to the manager he then notified her to make it and once again she refused to make the sandwich. I spent about 13 out of my 15 min break at the Tim Horton here where there were no customer's in there besides me. I have never received such un-kind customer service ever. I did receive the sandwich in the end but it was not worth the hassle I had to go through just to get a properly made sandwich that I ordered correctly and PAID for. I did send off a complaint on the day of the incident and have not heard a reply which is why I am sending it again.
My name is Karishma Kumar and my contact number is [protected]. I wish to speak to someone in head office department about this unprofessional treatment I received.

coffee
Hello,
I am writing to express strong concern about a coffee I purchased at approx 830am this morning from the West side Selkirk Mb. location . The cup I recieved appeared to have been tampered with regarding the roll up the rim feature. This in itself would be cause for minor concern for me but most concerning is that it seems to me that it has teeth marks that may have been used as a method of rolling the egde up. I cannot even begin to express how upsetting this is for me considering I had already consumed most of the coffee prior to noticing. The thought of someone using their fingers in area that I place my mouth is one thing. The long list of infectious diseases that I potentially have been exposed to is a completely different matter. I have heard stories of cups that have been tampered with at other locations and the resulting lack of action or percieved empathy was generally the outcome from what I gather. However, this in my opinion crosses a reasonable line of what one may consider to be a public health risk. I am asking for a follow up by Tim Hortons in response to the outcome of inquiries made at this location and the outcome result.
Sincerely,
Clayton Prette

employment/management
To whom this may concern,
I am writing as a former employee of Tim Hortons. On January 19th, 2018 I was wrongfully dismissed.
My daughter became ill with vomitting, diarreah, and dehydration. She was hospitalized for her condition. As a result she was not to attend daycare. My employer was aware that I had a court order stating my daughters father was not to care for her unsupervised, due to a domestic violence situation that occured in August 2017. This left me as the sole provider and caregiver for my daughter. I was using emergency days that the governement of Canada put in place in 2018. I was entitled to 2 paid emergency days and 8 unpaid. I as an employee had zero write ups, was never late. And always posessed a doctors note in the event of an absent day from work. On my final emergency day, my employer Vicky Smith contacted me and fired me. She did not provide an actual reason for my dismissal. It was also almost a month until my record of employment was released. Which prevented me from attaining any social assistance until I was able to find a new job.
2 weeks prior I had told my manager that I was pregnant with my second child. My work pants no longer fit and I needed to let them know why.
I was never warned about my absence being a problem. Which according to the government of Canada, I should not have to worry about due to the emergency days they entitle me to. In which I do not require a doctors note, or reason other than emergency that I will not be in. Even though it was not required, I was able to provide hospital documentation stating my daughter was there. I was able to provide medical records from the clinic I brought her to, and I was able to provide a letter from her daycare stating she was not to be in daycare until she got better.
This dismissal has made my life extremely stressful. It has put me in fianacial hardship and has also prevented me from being able to do anything until my record of employment was released.
I believe something should be done. I have contacted the labor board and filed a claim with them. But I am less than satisfied with how employees are treated with this company. Vicky Smith dismissed me with zero legitament reason, when the government of Canada allows employees these days for exactly what my situation was, an emergency. I will also be contacting anyone higher up that I can in regards to this matter.
I was not paid severance pay, I was not provided with adaquate reasoning for my termination. The Tim Hortons that I was employed for was Tim Hortons on 80 Park Street East. Windsor, ON Canada N9A3A7 [protected] owner Vicky Smith, manager Jamie Sedran
service
To client service concerning 108 Beaurepaire, Beaconsfield, Quebec.
I stopped there today at 6:00pm and had a meeting close by at 6:30. Ordered a soup + the steak/chipotle + coffee. I was asked white or wheat bread. White I answered. 6:15h...still no soup, and no sandwich on the way. I get up ask the male server...I'm short on time, may I please start with the soup. Got my soup and asked him, well have you started on my sandwich yet? No, so he gets going. 6:25, he puts the bag on the counter. I come to pick it up, I'm late and I see the he gave me wheat bread. So, I ask him, why wheat, I asked for white bread. He asnwers back: we are out of white bread. Well, no one asked me if I wanted wheat, and I can't have wheat. So he then asks he I can wait an extra 6 minutes. Funny..one minute, no white bread, then next thing you know...so I wait, there's no other customes waiting in this dirty store ...then out of the blue, another server comes to me and asks what I'm waiting for. He slams the sandwich together...no excuses, no nothing...cold and I leave very frustrated and have never never seen absolutely poor service like this in all my life, long faces, dirty store, . Maybe you should step in...Tim Horton's name tonight is equal to nothing...very very frustrating...
An answer to this email would be appreciated..!

roll up the rims cups
Everyday I go this Timhortons on overlea Blvd it's near laird and overlea. They always roll up the cups and giving out customers non winning cups. I go there everyday morning and see my cups already been checked my employees and when I roll up the rim I don't win anything. Never single win for two weeks straight. The odd is 1:6 ? Can someone monitor their employees bad habits?
coffee
I've been a loyal customer for 20 plus years
But lately on a numours occasion. I've been given wrong order. I enjoy your product. I only drink decaf. And was given regular coffee with cream. I don't use cream I prefer milk. Caffeine makes my heart race. And cream effects my stomach. Very very disappointed. If this keeps up. You have my word. Me and my family and close friends will start going to McDonald's for coffee. Thank you in advance
butter pecan tart/ hair in tart
Friday 23 February 2018
I bought one medium french vanilla and half dark roast coffee and 2 tarts an hour ago. But when I bit into one of the tarts it had long hair in it. It was a limited edition $2.99 each.
It made me gag.
I wonder about the food hygiene? and would like to know what steps are taken to ensure customers safety and cleanliness in the Tim Horton Cafes/outlets
the lady that served me the tea filled it up to the top and it burned my hand
I went to the Tim Hortons at 8750 Bayview Ave Unit 21, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 4V9. It was around 7 at night on Friday February 16, 2018. There my friend and I ordered two medium teas, the lady that served me the tea filled it up to the top and when I tried to open up the part to of the lead to sip the tea it spilled all over my hand. My hand was red and throbbing with pain, I didn't even get an apology from the woman who served me.
You;re whining because you got the appropriate amount of beverage?!?!?
bad doing for my order

customer service complaints
I am writing this complaint because I am a regular tim hortons customer at many resraurants on a daily basis. I find that the drive through services at most places is always understaffed and several times when getting my coffes they are frequently. Made incorrectly or totally wrong in ways such as ordering a tea and gerting on the hiway and finding my tea was actually a coffee witj tea bags put in aswell this is a lack of attention bt the employees. The purpose of the drive through is for speed and convienence but at time has passed the drive through is now a worst service than going into the store. I am acrually consodering not using tim hortons anylonger becaise of so many times having poor service as a result ofinstitutions being under staffed and not providing 1 st quality service. I wouls expect ccprporate affairs to look at these ossues and take some sort of action to improve the way franchise owners trainpersonel and in order to be a better service provider.
