Customer service
I worked at Tim Hortons in Barrie, customer service was key, fast service , clean , friendly staff and store. What Happened to YOU! ! I now live in Elliot Lake, Ontario, the counter staff wouldn’t even take the money from my hand, leave it on the counter she said, and then I had to pick up off the counter. The staff make you wait at the counter , while they serve drive-tru and mobile. Don’t forget that customer service made you what you are today. Thank you, this probably not make any difference, but you should know what’s going on in your franchise. Thank you!
Desired outcome: Just let me know that you have addressed these concerns

For about the past two weeks I have been watching, playing the hockey game on your app, placing my bets every day, and knowing that some of the bets I played have scored goals but I did not receive the points for those goal scores. Could you please look into this and advise me? Thanks a million. Players which I have picked scored but I did not receive the points for the goals scored. Instead I was deducted points when I made a purchase for two coffees and two cheese bagels and paid by cash.
Customer service at Tim Hortons - 175 Roncesvalles Ave.
We were there on May 5th, 2023 around 12:40pm. Tim Hortons located at 175 Roncesvalles Ave. What a horrible customer service, especially South Asian guy with glasses. My husband ordered 2 coffees to go and asked for a tray. When coffee was ready he asked the guy again if he can have a tray but he totally ignored him. When he asked for the 3rd time thi...

The Tim Hortons in Bayfield ontario has not had an ice cap maker for approximately 3 weeks. When you enter into the drive Thru there is no notice u til you get up to the speaker. I would think this is a major product for Tim Hortons and if their machine is down they either need a replacement or purchase a new one. How can a franchise not serve one of their main products?
Read full review of Tim HortonsService from Assistant manager Mika
This is regarding the location 11 Davis Way Stony Mountain, Manitoba, R0C 3A0 [protected]. I usually go there for my coffee or lunch. There are so many times, the coffee is not fresh when I ask if it was this fresh coffee, i have had that coffee every day for 12 years and I know when it is fresh but they treated it so badly and rudley. I ordered more than 10 cups of coffee for my employes and today 05/14/2023 i went there and ordered coffee as usual but coeffe was not fresh, when i asked for manager the girl was at front said manager is not available, and Assistant manager Mika came and , she said do whatever you want to do we cannot do anything about it, she was so rude. Seems like she even doesn't understand that she is dealing with customers, the type of customer services they are providing is totally unacceptable. the customer is the ov=ne who is giving Tim Hortons business and they are getting paid.
Never receiving a order
I use the Tim Hortons app I put an order through it said 40 minutes I waited for my water. It says it was delivered. It was never delivered. I called Tim Horton on 1700 Richmond Ave., and spoke to the manager the guy he automatically started yelling at me and saying that there’s no water here and I did not order. When I told him I did order, he kept yelling...
Read full review of Tim HortonsSugar dispenser
For more than 2 years, l have been coming here to Tim Hortons at Harwood and Rossland in Ajax, Ont. In the whole time, the sugar dispenser has been malfunctioning by shooting out too much sugar. I mentioned it to the manager over two years ago and he just replied with an okay. To this day, over 2 years ago, it still isn't fixed. I have to measure my sugar at home, put it in a sandwich bag and carry a mile away to where l walk every day. I wish they could fix this problem. I would be very happy.
Desired outcome: Fix it
It is not that it is shooting out too much sugar as much as they are being wiped out with wet cloths which make sugar stick early customer get little sugar you get too much but Tim Hortons is too stupid to figure this out alone
Coffee
We ordered four coffees 3 out of 4 had no sugar in them. We returned and asked them to be remade correctly and we were told we had to pay for the replacements. This is not your company standard( the standard is that you make it right) even worse the head manager was standing there and allowed it! Customer service… well that wasn’t any at least McDonald’s will fix there mess ups

Went through drive through, waited 17 mins, ordered two large coffee's and for some reason was told it was $4.70. I said how much for one coffee? He said $2.17 after tax, but when you order two it brings it up to $4.70. Umm, no. It does not. If that were the case I would order one coffee at a time. Needless to say, he called me a "f-king a-hole" slammed the...

Customer wait times lack of staff
Carbonear NL location. This is the worst location in the entire province. Lack of staff both drive thru and counter. No movement in drivetrur no matter time approx wait time is 45 mins and not even busy .Inside is worse with no movement for 20 mins standing in line.I am a frequent traveler all over the island to many Tim Horton locations with much better service new management has failed tremendously to address any issues .I'm done with Tim Hortons big time .many many complaints about this location.
Desired outcome: Close it down not a fit place to go
Getting unfair everytime in everything
My manager in the morning shift speak very rudely with me. In front of all team members and customers tooo. if anything gone wrong they always blamed me even If I am not involved in that one. Also. At my behind my back they talk very vulgar with other team members. I leave my job because of stress, depression. Still now, I am scared, I am unable to do any other job, Just because of that scaredness in my mind. I am felling very depressed. I am complaining this now because I don’t want that any one else can suffer from this. But still, at that location, they are doing the favourtism. No one speak over their because of their job as every one needs money to live. Also, I saw Some time some of the employees did their shifts in their sickness (bad condition), but manager didn’t not care about that.In starting I also did some shifts under the old manager, and I personally feel she so nice and understanding. Moreover, sometimes I got chance to do shifts in other stores, and over their also I feel that other supervisors, managers and employees are all good and understand every one issues. But at this location, I did not feel good not even a single day just from the manager and one of the supervisor, rest all supervisors and team members are good. I hope you can pay attention towards this so that no one’s from the next suffering from this. Otherwise, its so hard to a job in a that much stressful environment. When I gave my resignation letter I didn’t wrote these things because I stucked in those things and scared about to my decreased shifts in upcoming last schedule. Also I am the person who didn’t take any holiday during my job and also cover every sickcall. I Know they gave me pay and I gave back them by work properly but still if someone have to faces these things, what we can do? I don’t want to complain and file any case on tim management because I know its gone very bad effect on TIM HORTONS brand soo can you please solve this problem? Its a humble request….!
Desired outcome: hope for better results and hope its not happens with anybody again

Service at Toronto International Airport, Terminal1 close to Gates D42
I have been traveling for business today and went to to Tim Horton’s for my breakfast. The line was long, but overall not too bad. When it was my turn, I just received a business card and did not notice that there was a sign over the cash machine that said “no receipt available”. The person that was serving me was very unfriendly and was making faces at me. Her name was Cora, after she entered my order, I noticed the sign. I apologized to her that I needed a receipt. She told me: There is no receipt and we do not have a manager here. I told her that I needed one for work. When a colleague asked what was going on, Cora said “She needs a receipt, but no Manager here. She can’t even read the sign on the cash machine” and made a face. I apologized once again, but told her that she does not have to be rude to me. She rolled her eyes. She pointed at the sign once again and told me to read the sign. Then she walked away. Then I went over to the next person that entered my order, then when I tried to pay the chip option did not work, but at least I received my receipt. Nobody needs to treat people and customers badly. Is this what Tim Hortons stands for now?
Desired outcome: I would like that the manager will speak to the employee Cora and to let her know that speaking to customers like this is unacceptable
manager
i go through the drive thru on a regular and the manager as constantly been rude by screaming and cutting me off then continues to ask me if im mentally okay.this is a really disturbing that you let someone work at your company when they act like that when all i am is nice and they wont give me her name either and i have so many people that have also had bad services with her. location third line ans upper middle

Desperately necessary security for you wonderful staff and customers
To whom it may concern,
I would like to bring something to your attention, something I find extremely worrisome and serious. I live and work in the heart of downtown Toronto. I frequent the Tim Hortons located at 2 Queen St. W., right across the street from the hospital in which I work as both a medical laboratory technologist, and a medical radiology technologist. Because it is located in an area frequented by many, many homeless, many of whom are extremely violent, with mental health, addiction, and various other serious issues, makes for an extremely dangerous working environment for your wonderful staff. I just got home from having a coffee there, saw the following, and had to speak out. Three very large, obviously not quite there men, started to threaten, intimidate, and scare the living "you know what" out of your staff, who were but 3 very brave women not even 5 feet tall. These poor ladies are some of the best employees you could ever ask for, having ran my own businesses several times in the past, I can vouch for their credibility and their dedication to duty, which must be commended!
The main reason I am writing is because they have absolutely no help when these situation’s occur. Only a small sheet of plexiglass partitions them from these potentially very dangerous people who are often mentally unstable and unpredictable, I know that because I also treat the very same people at the hospital in which I work, where I have been assaulted several times, including being punched, kicked, bitten, spit on...you name it, it happens. The difference being, the hospital has excellent security, and I’m a 6” tall man who can defend himself, but these poor ladies have NO security. The complex which the Tim Hortons is attached to, does have private security, but by the time they showed up, 20 minutes had passed after these crazy people already left, only because I put myself between them and the ladies. First things first, whomever owns that particular Tim Hortons needs to hire a full-time security guard that stays only in the Tim Hortons and nowhere else. Most of your staff are middle-aged, shorter women, who work incredibly hard, and have to be commended for their dedication to duty. No matter how much torment, and it truly is exactly that, they are faced with from the public, they greet me every morning with a smile, that is not an easy thing to do after having just been threatened and yelled at. Or, look at it from a business perspective, as many many customers are frightened by these disturbed individuals, and leave the restaurant before ordering, costing what I would estimate to be at least 5% in lost revenue per year, that is a lot of lost revenue, and in today's uncertain economy, you can't afford to be losing that much business, when every penny counts.
I realize money is a factor operating any business, but in this particular instance, you absolutely must hire your own private security, and not rely on the security from the complex the building is in, as it’s part of a rather large skyscraper, leaving these staff members completely vulnerable. Ordinarily, I would never say anything, but this happens every single day, yet, I have yet to see any security respond in a timely manner to save these women from any potential attack and constant verbal harassment. I’ll say this much, they deserve one hell of a good bonus, for all their hard work, and for all the things they put up with, and continue to serve the public with a smile. Please, take what I said extremely seriously, because one day, I have absolutely no doubt one of these poor women are going to be attacked, or even killed, and it could easily be prevented by hiring one security guard who is well trained in dealing with these type of people. Above all else, and forgive me if I’m repeating myself, the staff at that Tim Hortons at 2 Queen St. W. in Toronto all deserve a huge thank you from your corporation. They work incredibly hard in a very demanding and often dangerous restaurant with thousands of customers each day, yet they do it with a smile on their face, and are always nothing but friendly and courteous, and incredibly hard-working. Please forward this message to any and all necessary/involved parties, they need to know what’s happening. I sure as hell put my employees safety above everything else, it is of paramount importance that you do this, because life is far more important than a paycheck. Thank you for listening, and I humbly ask that you fulfil this request to keep these people safe, they deserve, and they’re absolutely fantastic!
Most sincerely,

Desired outcome: Exactly what I asked in my message to you, to make sure these women and all employees and customers feel safe to be there by hiring your own private security before anyone gets hurt.
latte
This has happened at other locations. i order 2 large lattes at drive thru. when i get home i discover that the cup is not filled properly its more like a medium size than a large size. its like 1.5-2 inches from below where i would expect the level should be. i know cuz i more than often get the right amount. the pic i sent with this complaint was at a location in toronto on April 19/23 around 11:30 pm at the Kipling and Evans location with a Wendy right next to it. another location is at ESSO station on Queensway just east of Parklawn. i cant give you date as it was last week.
Raspberry frozen lemonade
Hi there, just emailing to inquire about the raspberry frozen lemonade. I know that it has been strawberry for some time now but it’s a little gross. The raspberry lemonade was soooo good! I bet the sales went crazy. In my opinion it would be beneficial to everyone if the raspberry flavour came back to really kick summer 2023. Thank you and please really consider this it’s very important. Mercedes
