sausage croissant sandwich
My husband went to the Tottenham, Ontario location and ordered a sausage on a croissant with a med. Double double with sweetener and a honey cruller. This happened August 25th at 2:00pm. Well he brought it home and I opened it and the croissant only had sausage on it, no egg no cheese just sausage. I was furious this has happened many times before. I am fed up with paying good money and not receiving what I ordered. This seems to always happens on the weekends. Guess i will have to boycott this location.

establishment at hamilton airport
To whom it may Concern, 25 Aug 2018
On 4 Aug, 2018 I flew out of Hamilton airport to Winnipeg. My flight time was 5:10pm. I was flying Swoop. I arrived 90 minutes prior to departure. I bought myself some snacks and water. I also wanted a coffee to take on board. I was shocked to see the Tim Hortons line. It was long and very painful wait. Plus there was a ringing sound that kept going off. There were no donuts left to choose from, no napkins in the napkin dispenser and the counter was filthy. Then I saw why.
There was only one person taking care of customers. I waited an hour for my coffee while I watched my plane board with passengers. By the time I did reach the service representative (who by the way was very pleasant and always had a smile on his face) I ordered my coffee, paid and left. I tried the coffee and to my surprise it was cold so I threw it out. And the beeping sound was the iced cappuccino machine that was low on product. Finally, the service representative called for someone to fill it, his colleague came and went. I was shocked. His colleague could've stayed for an extra five minutes and start coffees or clean up or whatever. He only filled the machine and left.
My complaint is why do you not have more staff on during the busy times? The airport was full and people were frustrated in line. And yet when the airline crew wanted a coffee they walked up to the side and were served right away. And why not get staff every once in awhile to check in and have the shelves stocked? You know your inventory will be sold especially since there are many families and they will buy Timbits for their children to hold them through. I was totally disgusted and I am sure I was not the only one. Your establishment in the airport was a huge disappointment!
Sincerely,
Esther Best
slow workers and service
Spent over 20 minutes in the drive through. Line ups out the door. Not an isolated incident. It is a daily occurrence. Doesn't matter what time of day. This is at the Tim Horton's in Delhi Ontario. It is a rediculous amount of time to be in a drive through. Also by the time you get your order, it is never right. Coffee is always messed up and when I ask for 1 teabag in my tea, both are always in it.
customer service
I visited 3555 Major Mackenzie Dr W location of Tim Hortons today and I ordered an ice cap. I got my ice cap and put my window down and all of a sudden I see the employee by the name of Martha slap my window door and tells me to leave with a hand gesture. I was so shocked I rolled the window down and said that was very inappropriate and would like to speak to the manager. Manager came and I told her what has happened and Martha completely denied what she did. I am so disappointed by this. Every time I go to this location I get the worst customer service. They really need to change their team. Its all Iraqi employees because the owner is Iraqi so he hires mostly them.
Shut up, you racist.
racist employees
This is my second time contacting with no reply. As I stated before asking why my breakfast was 15 in taking to Be prepaired resulted in a employee who's East Indian laughing at me was rude and racist also once I call the manager at that state who sounded from the same background hung up on me. I'm assuming this is how white peoples are treated . Never the less I'll be in contact with news papers and other sources of media also you lost me as a customer and other work with also Manitoba hydro employees. Thanks for the not great I'm store and office service.
1518 8th st saskatoon, sk s7h 0t3
There is a group of Somali males that hangs outside and inside this location. They leer and make cat calls at women, including my daughter. They also take up a lot of tables and only make one order. On Aug 21, I dropped in for my regular coffee, approx 7pm. I stood behind the form line here sign. There is only one, at the east door. It was my turn to order, but this group of Somalis came in through the east door and went to the counter ahead of me to order. I have minimal time, so I politely asked them to get in line behind me at the sign. One member of this 'gang' became verbally abusive toward me. The server at the counter recognised me, and got my order. I went to the counter to get it, and wash shoved against it by this person. I got my coffee and left, very shaken. I will not be going back! I have talked to friends an co workers who have had similar experiances at this and other locations in Saaskatoon. My daughter and her friends have gotten lewd stares and cat calls from this group also. I feel it is no longer safe to use this location, while this 'gang' is welcomed there. This exoeriance effected me very negatively emotionally. I will tell amy friends and co workers about it, as well as post my experiance on social media. Please tell me what you plan to do about it.
unprofessional conduct by tim horton's corporate and staff
I have to say that I am appalled at what the Corporate image of Tim Horton;s has become.. The stores are constantly messy, service is terrible, there's dissension among the ranks with the franchise owners, Great White North, and RBI and it's filtering all the way down to the store level, including how they handle situations like mine where I had two phones stolen off my table after I had just briefly dozed off at a Tim Horton's in Richmond, BC.
I am getting zero cooperation from the manager who se made light of it, I can't even reach the owner who has made himself unavailable, ans wen I called Corporate Head Office which is located in the city where I am from, they were grossly uncooperative and uncaring and terminated the call...
If this is the New face of Tim Horton's as a company, regardless of how good their coffee is, we really need to send a message to them that this is unacceptable and we wont tolerate it period, and they better get their act together, Tim Horton's will be like many iconic businesses in Canada like Sears etc " A has Been"
I am seeking some sort of compensation for the fact that I was told by RCMP Richmond, that the cameras were not working that day, and had been non-operational for a few days. If the cameras were working like they should've been I might've gotten my phones back... I expect Tim Horton's to Take this seriously and perform due diligence in this matter and get back to me.
bad customer service
I'm complaining about the Tim Hortons in Burlington Mall. They are always running out of a product and there machines are always durty The workers are so rude they never smile and they yell at the customers. Please do something about this Tim Horton's it's really bad and the employees don't care. The employees are always talking to each other and there's a big line up and there not paying attention, the also mess up my order everytime I go there and they give you the wrong change back please do something about this Tim Hortons
service and lack of communication
I stoped in at the tin hortons in thamsford about 3weeks ago on a Sunday morning. We went in at about 10:10 and we did not get back on the road till 10:35.My daughter and I placed our order and waited for our drinks they came and I went out side to wait for them to bring out the food, it was a busy morning but when other people were coming out that had ordered after us, I went back in to see what was going my daughter didn' Know as no one had told her anything they did ask me what I was waiting for, I then found out they they had no hash browns and it would be a 3 min. Wait, I said I can't wait any longer so they told me I could get something else and husbands coffee was made wrong.
We stopped in this last Sunday morning and when I went to drink my tea the milk had curnalled really bad they should have seen it. I did stop in a Tim Horton's in London to get a new tea and asked them to call thamsford to let them know about the milk. Once is bad enough but but twice in less than a month there is a problem.
burnt blt
On August 18 between 11am-1pm I stopped at the Tim Hortons in McKerrow Ontario (on Highway 17, near Espanola). It was quite busy so I stood in line for at least 20minutes. I ordered a BLT and the worker handed it to me a short time after. I got in the car and we started driving and about 10 minutes up the road I opened the BLT and my bun was completely burnt, I took one bite and couldn't eat it because of how burnt it was. I think this is completely unacceptable as the worker clearly knew it was burnt as she had to butter it/put the lettuce, tomato ect in it and still gave it to me. I will provide a photo below but I expect a full refund for this as I think this is completely unacceptable for a well known restaurant to do.
service and online scam
I actually have a few complaints
1. I was in NB on vacation I drink black coffee and they would not even give me a double cup at all. Very disappointing. I live in ON I always get a double cup here. They told me in NB that they would lose their job if they gave out a double cup, July 30 to Aug 8
Also this past week I have been ripped off twice I go to Tim;s every morning on my way to work I have a Tim's Thermos and they only half filled it. Tonight I went and ordered an XL they put it in a large cup and double cupped it with a XL cup.
And tonight Aug 17 there is a giveaway on Facebook I decided to enter it which I never do and I call the number and everything answered all the questions my phone is being charged 1.99 per minute and I and it cut me off I see it was just a scam not impressed at all. it said I won a 500.00 dollars Tim's gift card.
pretty sad I go to Tim's Horton's everyday.
I am not happy at all and to boot I read you changed your lids what about your cups they are so flimsy when you drink black coffee it get pretty hot.
overcharged/no return phone call
I recently visited Tim Hortons and was charged for 2 sausage breakfast grilled wraps when I only ordered one. The screen was not working so I could not see that she typed 2. When I got home and looked at the receipt, I realized I was charged for 2 and only ordered and was given 1. I called the store and left a message. I waited 3 days and got no return phone call. I would like to be reimbursed the 3.29 that I was over charged. Thank you.
The store is 11130 Allen Road, Taylor MI 48180
The receipt is attached.

customer service/menu availability
My friend and I went to Tim Hortons Taradale/Saddleridge location for lunch today. We were helped by a trainee which is totally fine. My friend began her order and said she would like a swiss steak sandwich. She was asked to repeat herself so she did. The trainee asked "two?" My friend answered with, "no one." Then my friend asked for a potato bacon soup and had to repeat herself three times. The trainee had to go ask for help (again totally fine). The new person asked for the order. When we got to the soup part and the lady said oh we don't have that. Yet, it was still up on the menu. This has been an issue in the past where we have asked for a soup flavor only to be told that they actually don't have that one. Then we continued on with our order. When we got our food, we were still waiting for my crispy chicken bacon ranch wrap. The lady told us at that point that they don't have any crispy chicken and she will be giving me grilled chicken. Again, it would be nice if we had known that before we ordered because I wouldn't have ordered that. I would have ordered something else. So all in all, a frustrating visit to Tim's today. It would be helpful if your restaurants ensured that they have specific things available and displayed accurately on their menu boards to avoid lots of confusion and having customers order something only to end up with something they didn't want in the first place. Thank you.
wrong order two days in a row
I ordered from drive through on August 16 egg LT on everything bagel with medium dark roast coffee. Paid for and was in a hurry to check my order which I never do and went to work. I noticed later that they ONLY gave egg and cheese instead of egg LT. And today August 17 I ordered the same everything bagel with egg LT and large dark roast only to find out that they gave me sausage on my bagel. I cant eat pork cause I'm allergic to it and specifically asked no bacon on my egg and cheese LT meal. I had to wait 1 hour at work and get my break to take the order back to them. I wasn't going to do it but that was going to be my lunch and breakfast and it was 2 days in a row that they've made a mistake and gave me the wrong order. Also countless times they've given me a wrong order of coffee but this was gone too far.
job
I worked at Tim Hortons for a year. I was fired without an explanation. I went back to return my uniform and get my termination papers and the district manager started yelling at me saying "get out of the property or I'll call the cops" without even reason to treat me like that. He refused to talk to me or give me my termination papers which I needed to be able to at least get unemployment until I could find another job.
garden salad
I ordered a garden salad and unfortunately the lettuce they are using is either the top ends of romaine (that are usually discarded because they are so limp) or they may be using leaf lettuce which is used on the sandwiches but is not good for a salad
I went back and complained to the manage and he made me another salad. I did explain the problem with the lettuce that was used and the girl just took more of the lettuce in the bin they use for sandwiches so it was equally as uneatable as the first one.
I dont want to go and complain again as they clearly are not getting the message
I buy breakfast and lunch and coffees every day at Tims and have been doing so for many years.
If this is the lettuce you use I will have to start buying lunch elsewhere from now on

Hello
We used to go to Timmys all the time but now rarely go for the following reasons:
Service - 3 people only serving store front and drive through both of which are busy causing customers to wait for 1/2 for a cup of coffee.
The food: used to be good now not so good the buns have changed and now are pretty poor in quality; the food is cold; doughnuts put in a paper bag and causing the icing to melt on one side of the paper and then no icing at all. Just pretty well done with the whole Timmys thing; not liking it all, not clean not friendly takes too long in line up the whole thing could use an upgrade.
We originally went for coffee or lunch every day not we don't go maybe once a month; Dairy Queen, McDonalds and A & W are much more appealing.
donuts
What is with the sugar on your donuts? Everybody likes sugar but you guys are in sane with him and her sugar you put on your donuts. I don't know anybody who likes your donuts because of all the sugar on it. There is sugar in the mixture, doesn't need to be sugar on the outside. Tone it down! I don't know if you're aware but sugar is extremely bad for you!
[censored] off [censored]! My complaint was not to you? Are you a representative of Tim Hortons. If not, mind your own business!
Silly child? How about you order plain donuts and just keep a bag of sugar with you so you can spoon it in with each bite. I prefer some variety.. and a touch of sugar thanks.
None
I agree about the sugar ... I know donuts are not good for me but I will once and a blue moon pick up some tim bits... like once a year. The last two times they were terrible ... the sugar coating was way too thick .. they were gross. They never used to be that way. I won't be getting them anymore ... only plain if I get the inkling ..
Buddy, relax and tone down the vulgar language. You didn't post a letter to Tim Horton's. You posted a rant on a public forum. Guess what that means? You opened your message up to public comments. Don't like it? don't post on the boards. Take a chill pill. Maybe cut back on that nasty nasty sugar.
The comment from the OP that has been censored up at the top was completely unnecessary. And that message was sent to me - since I received the same one in my inbox from him. I was never vulgar or rude. I simply pointed out the irony of his statement about sugar. Not to mention that there are multiple varieties.
Sugar is extremely bad for you - then why oh WHY are you ordering doughnuts in the first place? Tim Hortons has several varieties of doughnuts. Don't like one? order a different kind. They aren't holding a gun to your head and forcing you to buy just that kind.
