blueberry fritters
PLEASE keep the blueberry fritters year round. If you're gonna get a fritter, BLUEBERRY is the only one to get.
I don't visit Tim's very often, but I just found out that you are at the end of the blueberry season flavored items. This is so disappointing to me. If you had them year round I would visit Tim's more.
I understand that seasonal items are a necessity for Tim's but that's a pretty common fruit. And let's be serious, all it is, is pie filling.
Maybe Tim's can explore new seasonal items and keep blueberry on the menu permanently.
breakfast anytime.
As a daily dedicated tim horton's person I am very disappointed in the the new breakfast any time any tims. So I went into work early one morning last week and thought I would go to timmie's and grab my morning coffee like I always do and a bit to eat normally it would have been just the coffee but because I was going in earlier I didn't eat anything before leaving the house. So I show up in the drive through on hwy 24 headed to cambridge at 4:10am ordered my coffee then ask for a bagel they said that they had none so that was fine then I ask for a sausage on a english muffin, their reply was we have no food. So I grabbed my coffee and away I went. As a person who takes medication in the mornings and has to have something on the stomach other then coffee I had to go into a gas bar and purchase a bag of chips. Not a happy camper that's for sure.
Chris.

incorrect order
went to Tim Hortons on the corner of Young and Robie St, Halifax Nova Scotia. Ordered an everything bagel with plain CC and a croissant breakfast sausage with no cheese. We ended up getting herb and garlic cream cheese on the bagel and there was no cheese on the croissant but also no sausage! Get it together tims! We drove all the way home before noticing the error and dont plan to drive all the way back, this is a frequent issue at this location, perhaps some better training or closer look at customer satisfaction is required...
noise complaint from a franchise controlled device on site.
I have lived at my present address 3736 35 ave SW since 1999, and only since May of 2018 have I had this amount of noise coming from the building which holds your franchise. I had been working with the 7-11 regional Manager to try and resolve the problem, and they traced the issue to a unit managed and owned by Tim Hortons. My understanding from the 7-11 Regional Manager is that they talked to the Franchise owner about the issue, and that owners response was something along the lines of not my problem.
As a customer of Tim Horton's this disappoints me greatly. And I've taken to writing corporate in hopes to help bring a resolution to the noise problem.
The Tim Horton's in question resides in the Esso station at 3508 37th Street SW, Calgary, Alberta.
I would appreciate any updates you can provide on the issue.
Thanks.

lack of cleanliness
We stopped for an early supper and could find only one table that "appeared " to be clean. The tables in the whole place were dirty Crumbs or spills on most of the tables and it was NOT busy at ALL while we were there.
The ladies bathroom had trash on the floor and urine on the floor. All doors were so dirty I did not dare touch them...covered with dirt and grime both sides...
That may be the dirtiest Tims I've ever been in.
Cashier never smiled either...looked bored and unhappy to be at work
very slow service
Regarding the Tim's location within the Canadian Suprstore at 201 Oak Park Blvd in Oakville. This is a very handy location to pick up a coffee or snack while shopping. I attend regularly with no issues. However, the service lately has been abysmally slow. Yesterday I was there and there was a sole employee servicing a long line of customers Today, at about 2pm I waited about 12 minutes for one coffee although there was only one other person in line and her order was only 2 coffees and a biscuit. The young man "working" there operates at the pace one might expect of a 95 year old Walmart greeter and with the enthusiasm of a disgruntled Service Ontario employee. I considered giving up and leaving but felt committed the longer I waited. I have never seen anyone take so long to pour coffee and butter a biscuit. It was strangely fascinating. When he was finally ready to serve me, the employee actually marvelled aloud "That's all? That's a long time to wait for just a coffee". I think the manager needs to spend a little more time there or at least watch the cameras to see how slow it is relative to other locations of similar size.
Thank you.
farmers wrap and manager knowledge
Hi,
My name is Varun and I'm an everyday customer at my local Tim Horton's. In the past when I've had problems with the way my food was made it was resolved, but today I had a little talk back from two employees.
The manger stepped in after my wrap was made wrong (this location is known to make wrong food the first time). The location I am referring to is the on 90 Clementine Dr. L6Y 5M3. The person making the food didn't know how to make a farmers wrap so I walked up and asked her to make it properly. She had been missing the sauce and cheese. With attitude she made my wrap, which wasn't made properly agian because she BUNCHED UP all the ingredients in a cluster at the bottom.
After ripping off a huge chunck of wrap I went up agian pissed off cause this is the SECOND TIME.
The manager came and also gave me attitude trying to tell me that the wrap can't be made the way I'm expecting it...
Honestly WHAT THE HELL...
food and staff
On 08/14/2018 around 10:45 am I went to Tim Horton located at 2445 Brice Road I place my order pulled up to drive thru window to hear staff arguing back and fourth while one staff looking at me slice my English muffin and still performing unprofessionally I then had one staff to attempt to hand me my sandwich without putting it in a bag I ask please can you put that in a bag he did once I get back to my office began to eat my sandwich, The muffin had not been toasted needless to say I'm not happy at all with the service I received this morning at this location or the behavior I witnessed at this location. Not to mention my sandwich was discussing. It also goes along with the staffs behavior nothing was right.
everything
i order food mostly every weekday and coffee daily. not once has my order been right when i order food and its such a hassle to go back to have it corrected. this morning the woman who ran the window was good but as soon as she asked a younger girl to assist her with a refund for my bagel (supposed to be a sesame toasted with cream cheese and i got cheddar which makes me break out in hives) and she was rude and had no interest in hearing what the issue was. i said id like my cash back due to the bagel being wrong and wanted them to note my kids buttered bagel usually wasnt buttered which was the case today. im to the point where i refuse to give my dollars to southampton ontario tim hortons any further. i told them this morning im irritated by having to come back almost every time to make sure the order is correct. then to be rudely served by a staff member who is clearly not interested in rectifying their mess up.
cleanliness of food... have to wait for 10 minutes or more to get someone to wait on me... unfriendly staff...
My cousin and myself have gone to Tim Hortons every Thursday in Marion Ohio for over 3 years...We are in our 60s and enjoy their coffee and doughnuts..We have been in doubt about purchasing anything from the doughnut/ pastries case...Their case is never closed, therefore flies are flying around landing on doughnuts, also the doughnuts are often hard...We have brought our own doughnuts and brought them with us, on many occasions. The tables and floor are often dirty, we have to take napkins and wipe the table...Also their have been times when 3 or more employees are standing around, not recognizing us...When we are finally waited on, they do not thank us...Very unhappy...We will probably be going some other place instead of here...Their is no excuse for this..
service
Went to his location Sunday August 12 near 10am. Went to use the ladies room. There was no toilet paper there. Informed one of the associate and she told the manager who was standing across the front line. Manager then yelled across the hall at a young gentleman who was cleaning tables and he yelled back answering there is no toilet paper. At this pony I just left the store.
complaint: the dining area of tim hortons at mclaughlin corners east
To whom this may concern
I have been coming to the Tim Hortons at McLaughlin Corners East plaza for quite sometime now and I have to say that the dining room area at this particular plaza inside this Tim Hortons on Bovaird drive and McLaughlin road east is horrendous and absolutely disgusting. I mean I have been sitting in an uncleanliness dining room area for several hours and none of the tim hortons workers want to clean up the dining room area as requested by me, the customer. Shaking my damn head at this germ infested dining room. I mean the time is now 1:12 am and I have been told that they won't start cleaning up until 3? and I may just leave this restaurant amd never come back. It is that disgusting I mean there are [censored]ing flies hoovering the place of this tim hortons. I hope the dining room issue gets resolved because nobody deserves to leave their homes to dine out at a filthy infested restaurant. I mean cleanliness should be your top priority. Point blank period. Thank you for reading. Sincerely a genuinely angry customer. I can be reached at [protected] name: Renee Smith
drive thru narrow???
I recently visited Tim Horton in 1700 Richmond Ave, Staten Island New York on August 9, 2018 and an incident happened on exiting drive thru which damaged my rental car (Hyundai Elantra 2017) rare bumper. I informed store manager (Anita) about the incident and an employee (roshan) took the pictures of damaged car.
The manger informed the owner (Michael) but after 20 minutes wait time, she told me that two incidents happened before but they can't do anything and advised me to drive carefully. She told me to contact the head office in Canada.
The drive thru exit is very narrow and the road curb is high and covered with metal which is the biggest cause for damaging the cars.
I would like to request you to take the notice of this incidence and place a big alert sign for the customers and do some necessary repair to prevent the future incidents.
I will appreciate, if you kindly reimburse the cost of the damage.
Thank you
Sincerely,
Shabana Solangi

bad management
Visited the location at Suncrest town center in Morgantown WV. I ordered 2 large coffees and waited about 20 minutes, lids were not marked, Baker wasn't wearing gloves, and there was no manager on site. There was only 2 other people in line and they also waited 20 minutes and had a missing sandwich that was never made. I felt bad for the 3 person crew because they all looked new and had no clue what they were doing. This location has been drastically slipping down hill in the past few months from bad management, and I can see the store getting shut down within the next few months. Also for my town this weekend is very busy for retail with college kids coming back to school so there's no reason those 3 new girls should have been working by themselves without a manager on duity...
staff that were harassing us
My family goes to Tim Hortons everyday and always are telling people about how great our experience is with your restaurants. However, this wasn't the case on August, 11, 2018. We were on our way to Bayshore when we decided to stop at the Tim Hortons on Prince of Wales to pick up some coffees and a croissant.
We went through the drive through and received our coffees and a croissant. It was a sunny day and we noticed some shade in a corner of the parking lot. There were 2 "No Trespassing" signs for the properties that are beside Tim Hortons. My dad parked the car and I got out to go use the bathroom inside. I was still standing beside the car when an employee that had been smoking right at the employee back door for Tim Hortons and right beside where customers order at the drive thru, shouted across the parking lot at me that that area was a "No parking area". I told my dad what the lady was shouting but we looked around and didn't see any "No parking signs", no paint, or any other indicator whatsoever that this was the case. The area that we parked in was in a corner of the parking lot, not blocking anybody, and not in anybody's way.
As I began walking to the Tim Hortons the same lady that had been smoking told me "You can't park there." To be honest, I was surprised at how she was treating us when we had just bought food from the location, and last I checked it's not a crime to eat your food in the car in the parking lot.
I told her "We're gonna move" meaning we would move once I returned from the bathroom.
"You can't park there" She repeated again
"We're gonna move" I repeated
"Move the car over to the front there." Another lady that was smoking right outside the employee door/ drive thru station told me.
I didn't say anything and went inside to use the bathroom.
When I returned a minute later the two women were gone and my elderly dad was upset.
He told me that the women claimed this area was part of the drive-thru, but it didn't make much sense as the drive thru was right beside the building of the Tim Horton's and we were parked far from that in a corner.
On top of that, there were no indicators whatsoever that this was part of the drive-thru, and cars were using the actual drive-thru area while we were parked there with no problems.
You can imagine now we don't want to go to Tim Hortons anymore as we were quite disappointed by this experience. There is no signage that this little corner is a "No parking zone" or that it is part of the drive-thru. Additionally, I noticed shattered glass on the ground beside our car when we got out, which makes me wonder how that could even be considered a drive-thru area. Your employees were extremely rude, yelling at us and harassing us. The first women walked all the way to our car when she was harassing my elderly dad for the duration that I was gone. My dad tried to even explain that he was just waiting for me to return from the bathroom but she wouldn't leave.
food hygiene
I went to Tim Hortons at 20159 88 Ave, Langley, BC, Canada to buy donuts for my family's breakfast around 10:00am on Saturday, August 11, 2018. When I ordered donuts in front of the counter, I was surprised to see some ants walking on the donuts (see attached video). I immediately told the server, and want to get fresh ones from the inside. He said ok, but when he came back, he told me that there were no more inside the ones I ordered. Then I didn't buy it. My family and I always go to Tim Hortons, but from now on, I am worried about Tim Horton's food hygenie.
I went to Tim Hortons (20159 88 Avenue, Langley, BC, Canada)to buy donuts for my family's breakfast today on Aug 11, 2018 (Saturday) around 10:00am, and I was surprised to see some ants running around the donuts (see attached video), which is kind disgusting. I immediately told a staff at Tim Hortons about this. Although he threw a tray which I pointed to into the garbage bin, he didn't deal with other neighbouring trays of donuts which ants were still running around, and continued to sell them to the customers. He even didn't find proper solutions immediately to address this issue, such as cleaning up the counter shelves of donuts. My family and I have been to Tim Hortons quite often. Now I am so concerned of Tim Hortons' food hygenie.
rude customer service representative gave the wrong order.
I visited a Tim Hortons location in Markham at Woodbine and Apple Creek on August 10th at 12:55pm only to encounter a very rude server in the drive thru that lacked the very minimal customer service skills required to be dealing with people. The individual was a female name Tharsini. I placed an order to have an Bacon and Egg english muffin, but due to dietary restrictions, I asked to substitute the english muffin and wrap my sandwich in lettuce. When I drove up to the window Tharsini gave me a container with an egg and bacon in it. I explained that was not what I ordered, she then proceeded to suck her teeth at me. When I explained again what I requested in my order, another representative came back with a wrap, I advised not a bread wrap, that I wanted to wrap my sandwich in lettuce, then I was shown paper wrapping. Clearly, there was a language barrier, that the representative did not understand I wanted lettuce, not paper! Tharsini then began to yell at me and tell me to never request such a complicated order at that location again which was then followed by her raising her hand with a gesture for me to go away. I said, why are you being so rude, she the proceeded to raise her hand telling me to go, at this point I asked her name, she then said you want to complain, go ahead pointing at her name tag.
This representative needs to go through some sort of training with how to speak to people.
I would like this issue addressed, and a follow to explain what course of action has been taken to ensure this individual is spoken to and trained accordingly.
stale timbits
Date: August 09 2018
Time: 3:30PM
Staff: Lyra
Location: 2899 E 12th Ave, Vancouver, BC V5M 4T5 Canada, BC
Bought Rasberry filled timbits and it turned out very dry and stale (I usually order these so I do know hot the texture should be like).
I went to the staff that did my order Lyra to see if I can get fresh ones or get a new batch (I only ate one), she gave me a dirty stare and I asked her to try it herself to prove it.
She exchanged it and I saw how the staff threw my old timbits back in! This is very non-hygenic and just wanted the team to ensure there should be a different procedure when returned goods are given back. Maybe throw them out?(what if I was a customer who was sick, sneezed or any type of bacteria went on these? This can be a serious problem if somebody had some type of virus and be passed onto another customer due to damaged products being returned to be resold)
wrong order, keep hanging up the phone on me
The local @ Beverly Edmonton keeps answering the phone in TAGALOG and then hanging up. They consistently get my order wrong, more times than not. I have asked dozens of times in the last 3 years to have a regional manager call me back and no one ever does. What a poor business you are running, bad management and terrible staff. I will drive out of my way to go to McDonalds.
